I very much believed in Airtel Telecom Services, but what happened me in past 2.5 months was worst part of your service.I ported my no. from Idea Haryana circle to Airtel Tamil Nadu circle in September, 2016. But from the day since i ported my no. I was unable to recharge my no. through retailer or using all other recharging apps including my airtel app.
From the past 2.5 months I am complaining my problem everywhere even at ARO (Airtel Relationship Office), Ascends, Taramani (Chennai). But no one is able to solve it. Its my Permanent No. registered everywhere. I am unable to make calls from this no. due to zero balance as it cant be recharged. And now unable to get an incoming call too, as now I am in roaming, again the problem is no balance to deduct roaming charges. So what is the use of such a sevice which I cant use. Also unable to port to another service provider, thats too again due to zero balance as it costs a message to get Unique Porting Code.
This is my last hope, pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
