Its been a more than two months since the broadband connection activated but still i didn't get installation of my broadband connection from airtel.
Airtel technical team told me that we can not provide service to your locality.

Then how can airtel generate bill without providing connection to my home?

So many calls made to customer care team to refund the amount inr 1000 which i paid while initial process and complaint lodged in 121 many times, nothing seems to be turned up.

Kindly help me in this.

is this way treating a customer?

i request you to deactivate my connection and refund the inr 1000 which i paid for this connection.

I have lost my airtel sim number[protected]. I want to deactivate my number
Hi,

There is a major issue with Signal at my place (Khadakpada, Kalyan W). Due to said problem, we are not able to receive some call and it becomes worst when there is an emergency and we are not connected.

Requesting you to do the needful.
Today i recharged of 297 rs on my prepaid no. -[protected]. There is an offer o[censored]nlimited local+ std calls+ 2gb 3g for 28 days but i didn't get these benefits . I only got 28000 sec.
As per the request on 29th oct 2016 (reference id :[protected] related to Remote control issue.
Rude behavior, Unsatisfactory Customer Support
As i have provided the all details while registering the complaint on 29th oct 2016.{Alternate contact number, Address}
I have taken a new sim of airtel my new airtel sim no. is [protected] is not activated please activate my alternate no. is [protected]

    "Sim card is rejected" message is shown by handset. However, I did not change any PUK code of my handset. The other sim card in the same handset is working fine. I had taken the sim 5 yrs ago when I was studying at IIT Kanpur. As sim card is locked, many important activities are getting withheld. Please advise what should be done.
    The service provided for Airtel broadband is very bad and due to frequent outages I have sent a request to deactivate my airtel connection. However not getting any response from airtel regarding the status of my deactivation request.
    Sir in my village Ramgarh(Mathiya) i did not get any type of 3/4G network... Signal.. I alwayes trust on airtel.. But here is problem.. Pls accellarate the speed of 3/4G in village-Ramgarh(mathiya), District-Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin-275201.. Thankful to u.

      I applied for a postpaid to prepaid migration on 31st Oct. I submitted all my documents in your store on that day. I was told the new sim will get activated on the next day. I have been waiting ever since. Today is 7th Nov and still it's not activated.

      I have been calling the verification center, retail store everyday but getting nothing but empty promises. I am not a new customer for Airtel and was a postpaid customer. I am just migrating and was thinking the process should have been smoother for existing customers. But from the last 8 days I am facing nothing but harassment. I am not able to call nor receive and the worst part is I am not able to any bank and online transactions as I am unable to get the OTP.

      From the last 5 days your executives are telling me there though all my documents are in place, there is some technical problem which is why they are not able to activate the number. Is the technical only for me or all your customers?? I was promised several times by your executives that I will be getting a call back on my alternate number but I received no call or sms regarding my persistent complaints.

      If AIRTEL is unable to resolve this problem then I think I should change to some other networks. Clearly you don'y care about your customers.

        I activated an International Roaming plan of 1199/- for Thailand on 28th October and travelled on the same date to Thailand.
        The plan is for 10days and contains 2GB of data and 250 minutes india calling back free.
        I have all the confirmation emails and messages for the plan activation and my bill generated on 6th November saying 200871/- in my online account by which I was shocked and cannot recover from that upsetting as already I have paid for the plan to travel Internationally and that too plan of thailand.
        Customer care is saying like I have to wait for 48 hours to get the bill generated and then they can confirm.This is like mantal harassment of customers.
        I have used only 260Mb of data from 2GB of data provided and used approximately 100 minutes to call back India.
        Also my credit limit is 6000 only, if it went beyond this value then why it was not intimidated to me viia message or any mail.

        If this is the bill they are going to provide I will not accept that in any condition as I have used their International Roaming plan which was confirmed by Airtel and also I have used the provided data and calling well withing limits as I have all the details in my mobile usage summary.

        This is serious harassment of customers and that too I have been a good customer for more than 3 years paying all the bills within time limits.

        I do not get 4g network. on 7th of October i made a recharge of 1495 for unlimited 4g data pack. Since then i do not get 4g signal for all apps. no network.
        I have complained repeatedly on 121 and they are giving me false assurances.

          My connection is Airtel broadband (Wifi) with a plan of 1399 plus taxes and speed of 16mbps. But unfortunately, the speed comes as low as 1.5mbps and no where near 16mbps for which I am paying for. Inspite of numerous complains, issue has not been looked after. The connection has itself become for me. In case this complain also does not help I will get my connection changed.

            Rs 459 was recharged wrongly (it was for Delhi region) in place of Rs. 455/- for 3 GB net balances for 28 days of Mobile No. [protected] on 20.10.2016 (8.56 AM). Initially company refused to give any balances. After that they agreed to refund the same with mobile top up value in place of net recharge. Finally they recharged only Rs. 250 of talk value in place of Rs. 459. I was again compelled to recharge of net value of Rs. 455/- after a long harrassment.

              This is with reference to above subject that almost 2 weeks have passed, as we have applied for the porting services to Mr Dinnesh Sharma and MJ.[protected]@airtel.com (ROMIT SAINI) given for the porting of mobile no [protected], as told that it will take a week, but till now we are awaiting for the resume of the above said number.

              Even though we have contacted Mr Dhiraj Sharma and Romit Saini for the above case, but there is till date no response received for the above said case.

                    Rs148 recharge successful. 450MB 3G/4G data with 10Days validity credited.For balance, dial *121*2#.Dial *121*1# for offers/ *567# to do self recharge
                    When I haven't applied for this then why I got this. I want my rupees back as soon as possible. This is very bad it was not expected from Airtel.

                      I had applied for conversion of my prepaid sim to postpaid. I was told it will be activated within 48 hours. It has been 4 days now and the sim is not activated. I tried customer care 6 times, nobody had any answer. i called the shop from where I bought the sim but they could do nothing. It is so frustrating.

                          Hello Airtel,

                          Regarding airtel activation complaint,

                          From last month 15th to till now my number [protected] -porting Tata docom to Airtel.. still is not activated... my complain NO: 72151784 airtel .
                          I am calling from past[protected] to[protected] five times a day. But Airtel customer care [protected] its not a free call., Each call take‘s atleast 20 minutes & visited many outlets and their responds will be another 24 hours or 72 hours it will be activated.(for solved issue)

                          Friends how many hours to spend time on this, Just to get activat

                          Below mention outlet for your reference.

                          1}Airtel outlet 1} 4M-403, Kammanahalli Main Rd,
                          3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru,
                          Karnataka 560043

                          2}Airtel Outlet 2} Dodda Banaswadi Main Road,
                          M.E.G. Officers Colony, Sanjeevappa Layout,
                          Maruthi Sevanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560033.

                          Each outlet I went more then three times a day BUT I DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER FOR THEM

                          1} customer care first promisedthat will help in porting to AIRTEL No : [protected] (I did not get any help from them)
                          2} Madhuna manger : [protected],
                          I paid this guy Rs 200: [protected] .. (I did not get any help from them)

                          Please let me know what should I do?

                            Airtel is the most third class Telecom service I had ever used.with out any reason they send pop up messages for disturbing customers. And if you ask their customers care executive they don't know anything how to stop these messages.airtel video subscribe always appeared in my mobile screen whenever I opened my internet connection. Its so irritating that lastnight I am unable to do anything in internet....

                              I use postpaid airtel number [protected].I opted for port out on 20/10/2016 and was told that porting will be done in 7 days.I tried contacting airtel after 7 days but no body cared.Your telephone numbers of Nodal officer HP, IS NON EXISTENT AS told on calling and that of Appelate officer in switched off all the times .After 14 days ythey now say that porting code is mismatched.It sounds funny to me.New operator says they will activate my number when airtel stops it.Is it a fight between 2 operators where consumers are being harrassed.
                              My patience is now gone and I have stopped using this number from 20/10/2016, the day of porting.I am a specialist doctor hav
                              ing my hospital, and am suffering for no fault of mine but stubbornness of airtel.
                              Kindly ask comcerned personnel to port out my number today

                                Had the worst time with the people at Santhome Airtel Headoffice. Went there to get a duplicate SIM since i lost my mobile in Chennai. I'm currently working at Chennai and it's difficult for a person to live at Chennai without your contact number. For 6 years i've been using the number and they said it was in some other name. They told me to go for a name change request and to continue with the same number with postpaid connection. Later i got a message on my mobile that the Address veification guy wasnt able to locate my address and hence i've to call him.. And that Address Verification Guy.. He was a Dumb guy i think.. i called him more than 30 times.. He did'nt pick up. He was a useless guy who doesnt know Chennai better.. Dont know why he's put in the AV team.. And he rejected the postpaid sim stating that address verification not successful. And hence i went to the Santhome Office again.. And the executives over there.. They think as if they are great. Useless people.. When we explain our problems.. They make fun o[censored]s with their co workers.. Its because we the Airtel Network you people are getting paid.. Remember it.. We are not using your connection for free. We are paying lots. Dont play or make fun of the customers who seek your help.. You people are not better than us.. Useless piece of waste you all are.. Cant even tell a proper solution for any issue.. Finally, it took 2 weeks to get a duplicate SIM and that too from my native (Coimbatore).. Why do AIRTEL keep such useless people at that Santhome office?

                                  I have phoned airtel DTH customer service on the afternoon of 2nd Nov to inform them I will be out of town for 15-20 days so de-activate the DTH connection for that period.I was told a deduction of Rs30 will be done from my DTH account & services will be stopped from the night of 2nd Nov. But everyday I am getting SMS on mobile that account expires in 1week or 2 weeks.
                                  If the company has not de-activate services for my non viewing, who is responsible for this incompetent behaviour, the company or the customer?

                                      I though had a call from Airtel for my previously registered complaint with Consumer Complaints but from its non-revertible number where they initially called me during my rush hour. Though I asked them to call back in the afternoon but throughout the day did not receive any call again.

                                      Nearly 2 days later I received a call from the same number too which I could not pick up at that very moment but since it was a non-revertible number I could not even call back, either.

                                      In spite of the complaint made to the consumer forum, an amount of Rs. 95 again got deducted from my main mobile balance on 28/10/2016, Friday.
