This is my relative mobile number ([protected]) and recently i found that when i am trying to call on this number, another person pick upping the call and said that this xyz location.I found this issue from my of relatives.Some times calls connects to right place but some time it changes the location, it seems that there will be a chances of duplication of number.

    My sim card was corupted, so i submited my documents to airtel store aswell i wanted number to be converted in a coporate sim, at store their rep told me it will take max 24-48 hrs. Now its almost 5 days and nobody is in even bothered to give a reply, i called their cx service and they said it will take another 2-3 days, but why it will take that long, they dont have ans for it
    They advertise themself to be the best...but for me they are worst.

Still facing same problem. Please take action on this issue asap.

        I have just moved to Reliable Residency Layout, Haralur Road and got a broadband connection from Airtel this month. Since then, it has not been working for atleast 6 times now. Its been 4 days this time and no response for any of the complaints made. I opted for Airtel thinking that they will have a better support and service compared to others. But this has been a pretty bad experience so far. Would never recommend Airtel services to anyone going forward.

        Unbelievable that a service provider like Airtel has not been able to resolve my issue yet. They have pushed me to take a decision to discontinue their service. Will NEVER recommend Airtel to anyone in my life time.
        And i get reminders that i need to pay my bill. For what?

          My name lalit residence of nand nagri, delhi, i want to draw your kind attention towards my problem i. E i am customer of airtel company from last one month mobile no. [protected], i purchased a airtel sim from online website last month, now problem is that i have 1599.95mb data in airtel net balance. Even i am using 4g phone of microsoft lumia 640xl lte, i am unable to use my 1599.95mb data given by airtel company, i tried to reach airtel office at ram nagar, delhi which is nearby me than they told me you should have to wait for 72hours, now 4 days pass, they are not giving me positive reply & talking me in rude manner. Unbehaviour manners. Now its my request to you please solve this matter because i am in trouble. I am waiting sir; i will highly obliged to you. Please help me.

            We have airtel broadband connection in office which is not working since last 3 days. Even after lodging complain for more than 72 hrs we are not getting proper response from company representatives. Maintainance problems are being sited and no technical person has visited our office. Upon asking for help these people giving same reason but no solution. This has cost us more than 2 lac rs of business loss. Who will pay for this? I want strong action to be taken against this company.

              I was using my AIRTEL number [protected] more than 12 years, initially i bought this number from Aircel and i changed the network to Airtel as it is my favorite network.
              My this number was deactivated on march due to non-usage as i was some problems i couldn't use it. And i was trying to reactivate this number from starting of May and i am really disappointed because my number is still not activated.
              20 digit of SIM number is[protected]u
              This is my favorite and personal number from long time.
              I called customer care they told me the number is send to Recycle. I want that Number at any cost...How to reactivate my number ??? If possible reactivate my number as fast as possible its very urgent... I wann my number Back..Pls HELP to get my number back...

                I have requested a broadband connection on 30th jan 2016. Some vendor guy of airtel visited our place collected the documents and payment of rs 1000 (In cash).

                After following up with customer care i got to know that they have received my documents but due to technical problem in my area it is getting delayed. After continuous follow ups for several months, i decided to submit the documents again and will ask for new connection. So i have requested a refund of my payment.

                From may 13th several reference ids have been created by service specialist for this 67741364, 68007572, 68251806 but no update till now. I have sent requested documents like cef form, payment slip etc twice but no action has been taken till now.

                Its been 4 months now but it looks like never ending game for airtel. I am attaching airtel form and payment receipt given by that guy his name was varun.

                  I have airtel broadband connection and currently in 8mbps speed. But i dont get speed. Its frequently fluctuating and if i give complaint they simply say that there was an issue in back end team and wire so we cleared but they havent clear the problem. I have also requested for upgrade to 16mbps but they are not providing the speed saying that bandhwidth is not possible. Airtel is getting worst doesnt not provide facility to users.

                    Hello,

                    I am using a corporate postpaid connection called "my plan corp value 199 cug 6 ab - nat", wherin we get to various packs, which consists of 4g/3g internet, local mobile calls, std mobile calls, roaming calls, national sms, uk/us canada calls.

                    So when i took up this postpaid plan of rs 199/- i was given option of 6 packs, so at that time i had chosen 5 packs of 3g internet and 1 pack of local mobile calls. I was using these packs till the 12th of may.

                    On the 12th of may i decided to change my packs options. So i decided to choose 2 packs of local mobile calls and 4 packs of national sms. I also have the confirmation messages for these services being activated.

                    For your information, my monthly bills always comes up around rs285/- to rs 325/- based on usage. However today i was shocked to see the bill amount of rs. 1592.95/-.

                    So i visited the airtel store and they told me that i have activated some blackberry plan of rs 1, 099/- which is absolutely wrong.

                    I have not requested for this above mentioned blackberry plan and neither did i receive any confirmation sms for it, as i did in the case of my changing the packs.

                    Therefore i would request you to please look into this matter and also refer to the recording of telephonic conversation between me and the agent in which i very clearly remember not requesting for this blackberry rs 1, 099/- plan.

                    The desired resolution i want from this scenario is that i will not pay for whatever which i have not requested for and not used and also for your information i do not possess a blackberry phone either.

                    There is an option wherein the telecom company can check in which phone the internet data is used. So you can cross verify with that as well.

                    I would request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible because this number is my primary number and airtel will very quickly block outgoing calls if a payment is not made. So i hope you would do the needful at the earliest possible.

                    I am using a corporate postpaid connection called "my plan corp value 199 cug 6 ab - nat", wherin we get to various packs, which consists of 4g/3g internet, local mobile calls, std mobile calls, roaming calls, national sms, uk/us canada calls.

                    So when i took up this postpaid plan of rs 199/- i was given option of 6 packs, so at that time i had chosen 5 packs of 3g internet and 1 pack of local mobile calls. I was using these packs till the 12th of may.

                    On the 12th of may i decided to change my packs options. So i decided to choose 2 packs of local mobile calls and 4 packs of national sms. I also have the confirmation messages for these services being activated.

                    For your information, my monthly bills always comes up around rs285/- to rs 325/- based on usage. However today i was shocked to see the bill amount of rs. 1592.95/-.

                    So i visited the airtel store and they told me that i have activated some blackberry plan of rs 1, 099/- which is absolutely wrong.

                    I have not requested for this above mentioned blackberry plan and neither did i receive any confirmation sms for it, as i did in the case of my changing the packs.

                    Therefore i would request you to please look into this matter and also refer to the recording of telephonic conversation between me and the agent in which i very clearly remember not requesting for this blackberry rs 1, 099/- plan.

                    The desired resolution i want from this scenario is that i will not pay for whatever which i have not requested for and not used and also for your information i do not possess a blackberry phone either.

                    There is an option wherein the telecom company can check in which phone the internet data is used. So you can cross verify with that as well.

                    I would request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible because this number is my primary number and airtel will very quickly block outgoing calls if a payment is not made. So i hope you would do the needful at the earliest possible

                      My mobile no is [protected].I am not receiving incoming calls in my mobile since 20 May.I can make outgoing calls, send and receive sms and use data services, but only incoming calls arent coming through.I called up 121 ans Suryakant Prasad received the call.He was unable to understand my concern and transferred the call to Indrajit Chakraborty(Senior supervisor).He didnot take up my complain and asked me to visit the airtel store.He refused to provide me with an interaction id as well.On 21 May, I called back again and Rahul lodged my complaint and provided me with a complain no [protected] and said the resolution time is 72 hours.After 72 hours, the concern wasnt resolved and I called the appellate on 25 May at 10.45 am.Avik interacted with me and provided a different complaint no i.e[protected] and said within 3 business days the issue is going to be solved.On 26 May I received a sms at 11.10 am, stating my service can be restored after restarting my mobile.I did the same and incoming calls came through thrice.But again it stopped.I called appellate again, Prapinder received the call, he informed me there is system error and he cant pull out the details and will take a note of my number.I was asked to call back this morning.I called back this morning, the same guy received the call and he couldnt do anything because his system is still down.I was asked to call back again.At 11.10 am, I called and Deepak Pandery received the call, he said everything is fine at their end and I need to visit airtel store and change my sim with documents and rs 25.
                      Well, its not matter of Rs 25, airtel is just trying to munt money.Why the hell am I going to pay again, when I have paid while purchasing the sim and upgrading to 4G.And the fault is at your end.Then no incoming calls for 7 days.You people donot understand but its loss of communication and loss of work.And airtel has never been helpful or cooperated.The customer service executives are undertrained and fail to understand a customer's concern.Moreover, there is no resolution and right from customer service executives to appellate officers, just harass the customers and waste their time.
                      I donot demand anything because I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel.Just wanted to bring this to the light and am going to escalate it further.To notify you, I am going to discontinue all my services with Airtel and change my network service provider.

                        I am an old customer of Airtel company since they started landline services in Dwarka,
                        New Delhi.
                        My broadband had not been working continuously (Frequent drops in links, Not
                        working) with the requested speed (of the plan) since 26th March 2016.
                        I had raised concern about being billed for the same during my repeated
                        conversations with the Airtel customer care.
                        I was told by the customer care that a note regarding the waiver due to not - working line was requested to be put in. I raised the same a few weeks back with the customer care and was told that the same has been raised to the seniors. Surprisingly I got a message that the whole bill payment has been deducted from my account online.
                        I called the customer care and was told that I have to drop a mail regarding the same.
                        Even after dropping a mail to nodal and appellate department of customer care, I was told that they have given a maximum waiver i.e. Rs. 600/=. My remainder of approx. Rs.1400 will not be refunded as stated by the appellate of Airtel.
                        This is utter harassment and mental stress for a customer.
                        Firstly the line takes a month and more to get corrected, then the bill gets
                        deducted for a dead line, then customer has to chase the supplier for refunding
                        the same.

                        There was a hardware upgrade conducted by AIRTEL during this period.
                        This would have resulted in many dead lines for some days.
                        They should waive this for all the customers for the upgrade period.

                          Your 3g, 4g service is full of crap, i dont even get a stable 3g connection in pune hinjawadi phase 1.. You can't browse seamlessly and viewing videos is a nightmare and it really sucks.. And don't even think about 4g..
                          Stop about 4g in remote areas, it sucks... Improve your service!!
                          Please stop boasting yourselves with adverts and concentrate on providing value service to customers!!

                            I have done recharge in my prepaid airtel number is [protected] of 259.it's 3g recharge and after 10 mintues my prepaid number has converted in postpaid number because I have already applied for prepaid to postpaid portability 11 days ago.But accordingly to airtel prepaid to postpaid portability conversion tym is 7 days but I am not getting any response till today.So I made a internet recharge in my prepaid number for further use but doing this suddenly after 10 mintues it's converted into postpaid.So I talk to airtel executive for transferring this internet recharge into my postpaid account.Since both account number and company network is same it's only portability feature but that guy denied to do this because according to them it's company policy.So why it's couldn't happens.Because both are the same company number is Airtel and it's only portability feature them Why...I can't getting my money, my recharge amount in my same number.It's very wrong policy of airtel company.They are making fool to customer and public. Plz do something...

                              I received the following message from am-airccm:
                              "thank you for contacting us. The reference no. For your airtel mobile [protected] is c3gsp[protected], registered on 26-may-2016 16:55. We will update you by 30-may-2016."

                              The problem is i never registered any complaint and the number is not mine. Whoever gave my mobile number for registering the complaint may be trying to fraud or maybe it is a mistake.In any case, there should be a system to verify mobile numbers so that this facility is not misused and fake complaints are not registered, and the people who own the given mobile numbers are not troubled.

                                The outgoing service of my airtel mobile number was blocked from yesterday(25th May) for the non-payment of the linked mobile number . The payment was made through cash to the executive directly by 25th May evening around 5 PM and I was informed that the services will be resumed within 4 hours. But even after 24 hours the services was not resumed and when I tried contacting customer care(Okkiyampet, Chennai), I didn't get a proper response. The reply was in a very harsh manner and after that the customer care representatives are not picking the call from my mobile. Then I tried from a different number and asked representative to connect to their higher authority, they disconnected my call again. I am not at all getting a proper response or details.

                                  We had requested for a new broadband connection @ chennai patinapaakam sales
                                  Office @ [protected] and a person named mr. Vasanth had come to collect rs.1000
                                  From us on 10th may promising we would get the new connection within 3 to 5

                                  Them to check whether connection can be given to mogappair west and they said

                                    Airtel 4g dongle was meant to be taken after three days of purchase of dongle according to the "trial period offer". Security amount of rs. 2300/- was taken at the moment of purchase and was meant to be refunded after the trial period is over. But now it has been more than a month, service providers haven't refunded the money in spite of constant reminders given by me. When i used to call them to refund the security, they used to make false promises of collecting the device and refunding the money; but they never used to come which led to frustration. I also visited airtel service center but still the problem wasn’t resolved. This led to harassment.

                                    I am here in chennai for few more days from now, so i want immediate collection of device and refund of security fee rs 2300

                                      I did my recharge for airtel dth cust id-[protected] on 9th may, for rs. 320 in the night around 10p. M. However, as per the customer care the amount was approved at 00:01a. M. Later that night.
                                      I have already mentioned quite a no. Of times to the customer service that my no. To be registered is [protected] only, but some other no. Has been registered on which your team claims to send messages, and that no. I don't even possess. The transaction message was sent on that no., as per the customer care.
                                      I was denied of rs. 15 cashback and rs. 15 penalty was also deducted as disconnection maintenance charges. However, the fact goes that i recharged before the expiry date. If the transaction amount is reaching the next day, that too at a 1 minute delay just at 00:01a. M., then its a technical error, not a delay by the customer side. Also there was no message on my phone at what time the transaction took place, so i am just agreeing to what is being told now verbally. Also any penalty deduction happens only when services are suspended, as per the rules told by the customer service itself manyatimes, but my services were also not disconnected.
                                      It has already happened once that i had suffered rs 30 loss, around 2-3 months back, when 1st any wrong date of recharge was shown in your server, and then upon interrogation the correct date was found, so adjustment was made. It has happened the 2nd time within a few months. Please refund the rs. 30 amount and also just keep my no. [protected] as my registered no. So that i can get a message when the transaction is done.

                                        I went to Thailand on 11/05/16 with my Airtel No. Neither I hv activated International Roaming nor I selected the network manuaaly. When I opened my mobile I got the network. But it was not intimated that I will be charged Rs 99 as rental for dat. I got lots of sms from your end except intimation. I also took vodafone and I didnt get network as I havent activate it.Without info how u can charged that.Its a cheating.Plz refund.
