On Date: 23/05/2016, One of your Executive Mr Kartik -[protected](Sales team) has taken documents and 1100 rs from me instead of 1000 rs for activation charges and has not given me any receipt . He said bcoz i have applied online i will receive receipt via SMS.When i didn't received any SMS i tried calling him for 3-4 days are receiving my call.
But, now he not pickup My call, I called him more than 50 times. But there is no any response. some time is number showing in Call Waiting.
Now, I request you to please provide me A new connection, or return my money Rs. 1, 100. Which was collected by Mr. Kartik.

My Airtel DTH Id [protected] was not working due to signal issue. ( Error : B001). I had been calling ccare since two days, customer care guys are not responding properly, every time they are saying issue will be resolved by their technician, but none of them turned up.
DONT BUY AIRTEL DTH IN FUTURE, IF YOUR SERVICE IS BROKEN, YOU CAN'T GET BACK THE SAME. BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOUR RECHARGE AMOUNT WILL KEEP ON BURN DAILY.
