Dear team,

1. Name of the executive : vijay

2. Mobile number: [protected].

This person has promised the that if i port-in into airtel i will get 1200 minutes of talk time or 720 talk time along with 1gb of 4g data every month.
He said the data pack activation will be done in 48hrs of sim card activation. Till not activated data pack on my number.
And now he always "online" in whatsapp and i had chat with regarding the same. But if i try to call his number it says "this number is not valid".

I am asking you people why are you playing with customers making them "fools' by fake promises. Before port-in into airtel they keeps calling for the details and documentation. Once it's ported none of them in touch.

Do airtel people think customers are stupid or what...? Or you want cheat customers...?

I want call from the person who promised me.. As well as promise fulfillment.

If you people cant do that.. Then revert me with mail.

    18-may : i visited airtel store bangalore (Maleshpalya branch) to port my number from airtel andhra pradesh to airtel karnataka both prepaid and i have submited document with photograph and paid 20 rs for new sim. And they informed me this will done in 7 working days.
    20-may: i recieved text "you requested for porting the [protected] to airtel has been recieved"
    21-may : i recieved two text again from airtel 1) "dear customer, verification with your local reference for you airtel mobile [protected] has been completed. We will keep you updated on the progress" and second message on same day 2)"dear customer, validation of your documents for porting your mobile no [protected] to airtel has been completed and is being forwarded to bharat airtel"
    23-may : by evening i realized i am not reciving any incoming calls and messages. Then i called airtel customer care several times to resolved. The only answer i recieved is that to change sim to different handset or type #002# to clear all divereted etc.. But still not resolved and every call get transfer to thier supervior and they will promise to resolve this in another 48 hours this went till 27th may.
    27-may : i visited nellore airtel brach requeated them to change my sim if this can resolve my issue. But again i am getting same error "invalid number" who ever calls me
    29-may : again i reached customer care to fix this issue on prioroty but again 48 hours they said it woulb be resolved
    31-may : my friend suggested in twitter airtel can hep you on this

    So guys i hope you got my point. Can you please resolve this since i have many commitment i cannot get any otp's from bank. I work for us client.. They cannot reach me. Please help u can reeach me on alternate number if this is resolved +[protected]


    Well. Then no incoming calls for 8 days. You people donot understand but its loss of communication and loss of work. And airtel has never been helpful or cooperated. The customer service executives are undertrained and fail to understand a customer's concern. Moreover, there is no resolution and right from customer service executives to appellate officers, just harass the customers and waste their time.
    I donot demand anything because i am highly dissatisfied with airtel. Just wanted to bring this to the light and am going to escalate it further. To notify you, i am going to discontinue all my services with airtel and change my network service provider.

    Worst Customer care support from Airtel. I have not recieved any resolution and no call to alternate number. Are you guys working on my issue. I have being following up with you guys since May 23. I dint except this kind of support from Airtel. I will make sure i will not have any airtel service in my whole life. Very bad experience

      Myself Goutham,
      I was an idea postpaid customer from last 2 years, one fine morning I received a call from one of the airtel Executive for a postpaid connection and I found the plan interesting and I have submitted all my documents with port Number around two weeks ago and they said that it takes one week of time for network change.
      As per the process idea has stopped services on Saturday but I didn't get any information from airtel people .I called the executive around n number of times for my sim card but no one gave any response to it. Again Saturday I received a call from Airtel asking me to submit documents again because they have misplaced documents.
      Even though I have immediately send the documents expecting the service on Saturday as per your executive word.
      Till now there are not providing any details ..
      I am unhappy with the way airtel was caring about their customers.so I am mentioning the numbers for your reference.

        Sir,
        I have ported my sim from airtel karnataka postpaid to airtel karnataka prepaid. This was ported 10 days back. Till today i am not able to make any recharge. I went to the airtel shop in kammanahalli for 6 time. Everytime i go there, the reply me that they have lodged complaint but nothing is happening. I am a person who used to pay nearly 2000 rupees every month as airtel bill when it was postpaid. I am person who use phone for atleast 2 hours calling a day.
        Now i am using a phone that doesnot have outgoing facility for the last 10 days.! I am borrowing phones from my friend everytime to make calls. Please give some relief from this.

          Hi my name is niranjan kumar sharma. I have taken a bill plan of rs 149 but without any intimation through email or message they change my bill plan to 149 to 199 and then 225 in 26 april 2016. I am changed this plan 225 to 149 in 29 may 2016 when i got the bill amount april cycle. I am mainly use std calls and lot of charged done in my bill cycle unusualy. Every month i got bill of 230, 220, 240 only but this time i got 364.15 rs bill it was too much. For may month cycle my unbilled amount for 5 days is 64 rs which i have to pay in may bill cycle. The unbilled amount i have received for plan 225. I have changed bill plan on 29 may. So then my unbilled amount of 64 should be waived off by may bill cycle. And for april month bill cycle there should be waived off some amount bcoz the bill is too high.

          Please help me in this issue.

            I was received the call from your customer care on 28 May. He said that I will be given to one offer for you, in this offer your plan has been changed, 35 paisa/ minute STD and Local. I am waiting till this time. Today, I have consulted the customer care, but, he denied. This is cheating and 420 with customer. If, you can’t reply within 24 hours, I will go to consumer court and social media. I have sufficient proof regarding your cheating plan. This is not fair.

              I have subscribed to 3G top 1 GB Rs.265 through Airtel money on 23/05/2016

              But the transaction has happened twice in my Airtel money account and money is debited twice.

                68206448 is my service no and it is been raised on 9th May and I did not get any resolution or response properly from airtel. Every time some or the other excuses. They closed the earlier service number by telling some non sense stories and also when I request them to reopen they had declined to reopen and registered a new complaint. I also have another problem on the upgrade which was another type of short film.

                This is the worst service they are providing to people making them fools.

                I need a clean resolution and my next steps would be moving legally if this is not resolved at the earliest.

                Thanks for the update. Are you guys have a track of this. Please find my experience with airtel today which I had put in. At high level, I didn't get any update even after 9hrs, I call you guys back on 121

                As said by customer [protected]@ 915am on 31 may 2026 was waiting for the call and unfortunately they did not call me even after 3 hrs of time. I called them back 6pm which is almost after 9hrs and the lady told me that she is marking it has high priority, then immediately I got a call from airtel titanium support team and gave me an update that their backend team is waiting for some approvals which they got it now and would be rectified in a day I.e. by 1 Jun 2016 at/around 8pm.

                I will wait for response till the committed time and also request airtel about the clear explanation on the issues in detail along with the reason for delay in taking month to resolve the issue.

                Aitel said it would be rectified today 1 Jun 2016 at ant cost and waiting for their update. Unfortunately I have not got any information till now on the progress and no clue what is happening on the issue resolution.

                  I had made a request to replace my old airtel set top box with a new one.
                  The service guy replaced my old set top box on 09/04/2016 and charged me rs 200 in cash for the same and told me that hd channels will be provided free of cost.
                  But however airtel started charging me as soon as a month was over from the day the new set top box was installed and i wasn't intimidated about it.
                  I had made a complaint on 28/05/2016 and requested them to stop all hd channels but the same wasn't done and i got charged for the same.

                    Hi I had been recently activated my number with a my pack of 370 n the amount has been deducted twice if I call customer care they are telling they can't refund . is it small amount for to neglect???? How can u charge the pack twice??? If a company like u dthink so much about the 370 ts how about the common people like us think . please revert back to me . or else I'm gonna go to consumer court regarding as this is not the first time I'm facing it

                      Hi i m website developer. I m using airtel sim card for internet uses in last two days from my 2 different sim card the balnace cut off amount about 1000 rs in 30 to 40 different services.. Whis is the best way to make a fool peoples airtel goes down in my eyes i use airtel internet coz the internet networks is very strong but thats the not right way to cut off the balnace.. I called cousmoer care they say if i deactivated the services in 24 hours i can get the refund they refunded me only 70 rs so now i have 70 rs balance in my account even they can't se it they cut of 70 rs also so now i have 0 balance in my account. I have my surfing history and recoding calls of the cousmore care this is gonaa big matter now i have every proof and i will not b silent. Coz the is gonna violence now..

                          I recharged for an full talk time of 249 . It got credited but still it shows as 0.0 balance only . The customer care says thr is no option like that in airtel but I recharged as per the airtel tarriff only .. am in bangalore now using the chennai number in roaming .                               Disgusted with Airtel. I kept getting main balance deductions for data usage although my data was disabled and my WiFi was switched on which means that even if data was enabled, it wouldn't work. I stayed on the phone with customer support for about 37 minutes trying to explain this to him. They don't respect their customers and are least bothered about them. At Airtel as told to me by the representative, "the customer is NOT always right". The customer sevice representatives are extremely incompetent. They have no real technical knowledge and are unable to provide quality service. This is not the first time this has happened. It's blatant robbery. They stole my money and continuously tried to blame me. Airtel customer service is next to useless. They wasted a lot of my time. They charge a premium for a service that's nonexistent. In the end he reimbursed the amount that was deducted. Sadly the cunning people at Airtel kept me on the line long enough to make sure that the amount I spent on the customer care call was the same as the amount reimbursed. The quality of their service is deteriorating by the minute. Extremely disgusted.

                                I see airtel is least concern to resolve the customer issue as it is more than 6 months but failed to keep commitment of delivering services as per airtel plan.

                                Now airtel team is keep closing request as solved and i am facing issue.

                                Do not take any services from airtel as this is unreliable and not customer oriented company.

                                Better to go for other vendor who is able to deliver services.

                                I am paying huge amount as a rent for unused services and airtel is failed to deliver services.

                                Please call me to resolve the case.

                                I already contacted appellate and ombudsman but useless as usual.

                                Call back customer so that issue can be resolved.

                                Most of the time issue is getting forwarded to other team. But no one take responsibility to solve it.
                                I got a call from Mohammed Irfaan from Appellate team who were incapable to handle the discussion and unable to answer my any of the questions.

                                He was hiding everything from me to share any details and failed to provide any proof of my approval to close so many SR's since Jan 10. I have not given any approval to close the network related SR.

                                If Airtel is failed to provide the services to customer then why customer should pay the RENT for unused period.

                                Please ask someone who is having authority to speak with the customer with confidence and answer the query.

                                If customer is paying money then it is Airtel responsibility to provide the uninterrupted services as per plan.

I recently shifted to BTM 1st phase and frustrated with the low signal, call drops and noisy reception. Raised several complaints but not getting any response for correction of this problem.                                   My address in BTM is #30, 15th Main, 9th Cross, 1st phase. For extra information, I will like to share that i stay in second floor and which is the top floor, still I face the issue. I confirmed from the family in below floors they have even worse reception in 1st floor and ground floor. They already shifted to Vodafone which has better network in BTM so that you can talk in room.

                                  I see most of the people having airtel are talking in phone outside the room or on road for complete the conversation. This is very awkward in posh location like BTM 1st phase. Please fix some network booster in the area such that this issue can be resolved. I still have faith in Airtel because this same issue was addressed successfully in my office premises. However the complaint was earlier raised by me only in office aswell. Please keep my faith intact and dont delay the proceedings.

                                    This is as per the complaining no. i have registered through Airtel customer care[protected] and[protected]. after completion of my 4G data pack as per my plan package, i have activated the smart bytes of 1 GB 4G data (300 rs . after that my network was showing only 2G and the speed of network was too slow. after many calls to customer care executives, finally i got connected to a customer care supervisor ( Mr. Prashoob) . after explaining every issues he told me that i have consumed all my data including the Smartbyte i had activated just three days back. ( i am sure that with that 20 kbps speed i can not use 1 GB of data in three days and also i was not using it regularly as it was too slow). and Mr. Prashoob told me that if i activate another smart byte it will be getting OK. i have recharged again for 80 rs as per his instruction. But after cancellation also the speed i was getting was 2G speed only and WHEN I CHECKED THE DATA USAGE BY SMS I FOUND THAT THERE WAS ALL MY 1098 MB DATA AVAILABLE.

                                    UNDER STANDING THAT AIRTEL SERVICE IS SUCH WASTE OF TIME AND THERE ARE MANY CHEATERS SITTING THE CUSTOMER CARE HEAD.

                                      On 2nd May 2016 we called up Airtel Customer Care No 121 and requested them to disconnect only Broad Band connection. They said they will disconnect without informing us that even land line connection(Voice call) will get disconnected. After two days when we called they said within 3 days will activate our land line no.

                                      On 19th may 2016 only they given us Complaint Ref.No."67939626". Everyday we are making a call requested them to activate our no which we are using from past 12 years. But no one is giving proper response to our call. This is worst service we experienced from Airtel connections. If you are unable to provide good service to your customer you should not continue. Stop your service for ever.

                                      We request you to do the needful as soon as possible as we provided this number to all our customers.

                                        I have airtel connection for my wife since more then 5 years..She was using feather phone with not internet connection till two month back when I gifted her new smart phone. I received a bill more then three times than her normal average bill of 100 Rs.

                                        When I check bill to my surprise extra bill is due to internet usage. I inquire at airtel store that how can we get internet bill without giving request for internet service activation. They say internet is enable to all customer by default it was the old phone which was not supporting the internet so internet never used and never added in bill so I need to request for deactivation of service and pay the bill.

                                        Is it fair to charge for a service which customer never requested??
