Hi, i m bismaya from cuttack, odisha. I have complain against the worst data service by the telecom operator, airtel. Airtel is claiming the fastest 4g provider but the fact is that, it's the pathetic data service provider in our area. I am writing this complain standing at a prominent market place with a 2g speed only though i m using a 4g compatible handset & sim. This is not the first time, i m facing this issue & really fed up of this internet data service. Request you, kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise airtel will definately loose its market share very badly.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have received an email & a call from a representative of Airtel. I have been informed that, they will look into the matter & will try to resolve this. But without informing me further, they have closed my complaint whereas I am facing the same issues till date. I am totally dissatisfied with the action taken by Airtel.

Updated by bismaya4u I am still facing the same issues after repeated complaint & the worst part is my complaint has been closed without updating me anything. I am completely dissatisfied.
My address in BTM is #30, 15th Main, 9th Cross, 1st phase. For extra information, I will like to share that i stay in second floor and which is the top floor, still I face the issue. I confirmed from the family in below floors they have even worse reception in 1st floor and ground floor. They already shifted to Vodafone which has better network in BTM so that you can talk in room.
I see most of the people having airtel are talking in phone outside the room or on road for complete the conversation. This is very awkward in posh location like BTM 1st phase. Please fix some network booster in the area such that this issue can be resolved. I still have faith in Airtel because this same issue was addressed successfully in my office premises. However the complaint was earlier raised by me only in office aswell. Please keep my faith intact and dont delay the proceedings.
