Billing issue or not valid charges

Hi,

I wrote lot of emails to airtel and called them multiple times. I have billing issues which they did not fix. I had to pay Rs 7606 forcefully.

Sent emails to nodal as well as appellate but no luck as on appellate there are guys sitting who just do not do anything.

People do not document case properly when you call, If you call second time they have no idea what you talking and they start from...

Airtel fraud advert on website

I saw an offer on the Airtel website for a prepaid 3G recharge Rs. 455 and get 28 days 2.75 GB 3G data (Screenshot available). After the recharge they sent a message mentioning that the recharge is of 21 days and the data given after the recharge is of 2GB 3G data (The offer does not say any terms and conditions) thus I paid for it. This is a day light robbery. They are doing a scam to attract the customer.

I switched from idea to airtel this january. I switched to airtel 4g along with my mom and wife. For some reason its been 3 months already and all three o[censored]s have been receiving a call 5 times a week offering us plans to switch to Airtel India 4G. I received 3 calls this morning already. My number is registered in DND, and am so tempted to sue Airtel India for customer harassment....
