Hello dear professional

i am govind bhandari using your airtel mobile service at rajasthan but now at mumbai i am unable to even recive any call or msg

Even i have called 198 4 times but they did not resolve my issue

my current location is malad east mumbai maharashtra

i spent 179 rs to use internet sevice but i am not able to use it..Even signal bars are not showing...


It would be requested please resolve or pass order to make my money back as soon as possible

you advertise but not give proper service!!!

    Dear sir/madam
    Before some time am port my number in Airtel from Karnal Airtel office bt when I use Airtel postpaid service I am satisfy so I am agian port out from Airtel. On that time I call on customer care number they give me all information about port out procedure but they give me wrong information about mobile bill on that period of port out. After port out from Airtel... Airtel give me 1700 bill. But my bill plan is 199 plus 14.5% service tax total 227.855. But company told me that pay 1700 Rupees otherwise they will be closed my number. Customer executive told me that on that period bill will be generated on your plan of Rs. 199.

      The mobile number which is mentioned in the subject line is under CUG Connection so, being a customer it is known to me the Airtel Company always maintain secrecy for providing the details of any of the customer to other unknown person because it is a very confidential matter.

      But surprisingly it is happen that one of the Employee /person of Vodafone network Company whose name is Sujay, the person who is taken my name and all the updates of my number from your Company and provide my mobile number to other unknown miscreants which is not lawful.

      Please kindly note my Mobile number-[protected] also make sure that things will not be happen any more otherwise I have to proceed further for this issue.

        I have been harassed by airtel marketing team about a free upgrade offer on my broadband from copper to Fibrenet . I said go ahead with the change. They changed the cable from copper to fibre and leave my house. No engineer came for installation. here is the time line.
        13 May 16- disconnect my land line and broad band (changed the cable from copper to fibre)
        15 May 16 -I raise a complaint about incomplete installation. They take it as boradband not working
        15 May 16 - I receive an email saying technology change is not feasible.
        15 May 16 - Another email saying it is possible but the land line number will change. I approve it immediately
        17 May 16 - Again I call up to check the status. Again the person at the customer care takes complaint as broadband not working
        19 may 16 - again i get calls for trouble shooting. I inform them it is incomplete installation.
        22 May 16 - Escalated in Airtel. Again same behaviour sending trouble shooting time for an installation which is not even complete
        24 May 16 - still the same situation.

        I have sent the details to the email you mentioned. now when can I get an answer. I have 121, Nodal and appellate on this issue. none of them seems to have a solution to a very simple freaking problem. FYI. i got a call even today morning again asking me to wait.

          Sir, i have
          I have requested for cancellation of airtel 4g dongle number [protected] on 12-feb-2016. Service request is # 67797295. From airtel, i got a call to pay the amount for feb-2016 so that they can cancel. So, i paid the amount on 18-feb-2016. After my cancellation request, i have not used the dongle also.
          But airtel has not cancelled the bill so far.
          They have been sending the bills for march, april and asking me to pay.
          I had put one more request on sr number 69101267 and they have told they will get it resolved by 11th may 2016.

          I receive an email today (23-may-2016) saying to clear the outstanding amount of "please be informed that, currently the services for the above mentioned number have been suspended with effect from 15/05/2016. Please be informed that, the rental is applicable till the date of suspension".

          Tell me why should i pay. Is it not the lapse of airtel on not canceling my number on time. They are not giving any details.

          My question to them is "why did they not calcel in february and not notifying the customer" why are they penalizing the customer. Should i make so many calls and send so many e-mail reminders. Worst part is they are not giving any details. Just because, they take their own time, means i should pay for the delay?

            Hi,
            There is no Signal from last 3 days of Airtel DTH, called Customer care more than 50 times, they are not able to provide any solution even their seniors are useless, one employee says that 1 senior who is available knows only Tamil, they definately have wrong hiring.
            They are not able to provide details about return back of recharged money and setup box of 2 nos what I am carrying.
            There technician are not making any calls, and customer care saying that technician will call back. My 1st preference was Airtel only, after their NO response, I am forced to change all my Airtel Service(DTH/Landline/Mobile etc.) to Other service provider.
            Highly recommend not to buy Airtel DTH, due to NO service at Hyderabad.

              I have problem with internet, every month I face this problem and technician need to contact Chennai and inform them regarding StaticIP, it is taking a week time and lot of followup.
              Some other Airtel technician suggesting that the Airtel service is bad and asking us to shift to beam, such a reputation Airtel is building.

              I have problem with internet now, raised complaint yesterday, no response yet. If I call today customer service will ask to wait for another 24hrs. No information on how to prioritize.

                  I recently went to an airtel store at ramphal chowk, sector 7, dwarka, new delhi 110075. One of the employee at the store named manish said that my connection will be installed maximum by monday. On monday (23/05/2016) i went to the store to enquire about the connection, manish said that he will call me in 1 hour with the update and he said that some guy from your company will come to my house. After waiting for the whole day i went to the store again in the evening and still there was no response from manish. I called the other airtel store in my area and they said that my documents have not even reached them for the connection.
                  You might think that it's not a big deal but i just wasted one day of my life. For me my time is important and apart from that the tone if your employee was very rude even when i was speaking gently. If no action is taken on this i will move further and file a formal complaint. I will not take these things lightly.In anticipation of your corporation.

                    I requested mnp on 13th of may to airtel office which is located in madurai by-pass. I m x airtel customer currently vodofone user. For my personal reasons i planned to switch back to airtel and requested mnp. On 13th as they dont have some willback sim asked me to come on next day. On very next day i went and got the simcard. On the same day i got failure notification of some validation from airtel. I went back to the store and informed them and asked for the reason. They told me that they will call back and will let me know. But no calls from them. Again went back to store and asked for the reason they told me that the simcard which they gave to me was not willback sim so they asked me to exchage with will backsim. So i did the same. As there was no response from airtel or the store for one week again i went back to the store for the status. They replied that your form was rejected as upc is not valid. I dunno for what reason it happened. When i enquired deeply the missed some formalities while applying the willback sim. I went to peak of the anger bt still i maintained my patience. Now my upc is expired. So told them that i will send the upc on monday (Today). And they also gave contact number to send it. When i called to that number it was switched off. Again today i went back to store to give my upc. I dunno what service airtel is giving that too for new customers.

                      Hope you are doing well...
                      Here is i am airtel user of last 4 - 5 month. I have totally more than 3 airtel number in my family.
                      But here is first time i am facing this problem. My airtel mobile is [protected] im having this since 25/12/2016. Since purchase this number, i havent used this sim. Because of my mobile was crash. So this sim is in my pocket to till date. I wonder if my plan is rs. 199 / month than how can i get charged amount of rs. 2200 /- for last 4 month.
                      I want to request to settle this matter and active my number. I would like to use your service. But it should be in limit.
                      Kindly reduce my current bill amount and activate my number for me.

                          I raised a simple service request to Airtel customer support to activate Centrex service on my landline number.

                          After sending mail, I got first response afte 2 days that they will get back to me in 72 hrs. Now its been 4 days, I did not get any response from them.
                          When I call their customer care (and after 6 min on being on hold), no one have any clue about what is the status.

                          It is very frustrating being Airtel customer... Worst customer service.

                            I have recently port my number from idea to airtel but airtel having network problem in parkash avenue, near nirranjan nagar area. As this is posh area adjoint to shalimar garden of the city bit there is no full towers network at residence. The voice calling is always found interrupted.
                            I am also using my 4g data card but having same problem too.
                            For calling and $g net we have to come on outside.

                            Pls. Look into the matter else i have to again port my family numbers back to idea.

                              Hi,

                              Worst of its kind of service, i have been witnessing from airtel digital tv team. Neither the customer support nor the local tsm feel responsible about the set top box complaint.

                              Poor quality and under-trained or rather untrained technician visit my home just to discover the faulty set box and leave saying somebody from the team would come and resolve the issue.

                              Even the escalation department turns to be useless from customer support.

                              This is a scenario from hyderabad, manikonda area. I am fed up spending hours together to call up customer care and explaining them the whole story each time.

                              Cheap tricks to deduct money from customer account though they do not enjoy the services of airtel.

                              Any solution for this.

                              Hi,
                              Thanks for the concern. To my surprise, I get a call from the XYZ saying it was from nodal officers office. The technician comes and does a mediocre job. Replaced the set top box but in a couple of hours, the matter comes to normal.

                              No signal, no picture, set top box glows yellow and red, I do not know a mix of colors.

                              I am fed up with the Airtel services. Somebody please help me out of this!!! :(

                              A big ZERO to Airtel services.

                                The complaint is about airtel india as while registering they do not validate if given mail id is of respective customer or not and once registered they keep sending different mails on that mail id.

                                Same has happened with me i. E. I am receiving mails from airtel (For reference: broadband connection dsl#[protected]_dsl & fixed line connection fixedline# [protected]) for "password reset", "ebill registration", "service activation/deactivation" and "high speed data usage".

                                To be very clear i don't own the mentioned airtel fixed line and broadband connections.In fact i am not an airtel customer by any means and while communicating i have every time clearly mentioned that i am not their customer and i am not the intended person they are looking for.

                                I have mailed this concern to their customer care mail id "[protected]@in. Airtel.com". Mails are acknowledged and i have received response from them saying...

                                "we regret the inconvenience you have experienced. We have made the necessary changes in our system to ensure that the issue does not recur. Please do let us know if you experience any such issues in future."

                                But actually no action has been taken and i receive similar mails from airtel after their response. I have written 2-3 times to airtel about this issue.

                                I request to please ask airtel to take action to resolve this issue and stop bothering me.

                                I believe I had clearly mentioned that I am not an AirTel customer and someone has misused my email ID, but after reading response from airtel, it seems they didn't even bothered about reading the complaint itself. It's not my concern what email ID/mobile# you need to put their, my concern is very clear as THIS AIRTEL DOESNPT BELONG TO ME, JUST DISASSOCIATE MY EMAIL ID FROM THIS ACCOUNT.                                     Can you please reverese the recharge of the transaction id[protected]. I have been asked for recharge of the number [protected] and was told it from up for the sending of medicine, but as soon as money was being transfered the account went offline and i came to know that i have been cheated.
                                    O if the system could and possible please reverse the recharge.

                                    Also would be happy even if the amount is not made available to me.

                                      I've recharged for rs 149 by airtel mobile app on 18 april 2016. The amount was deducted from my bank account. Also it has shown a success message. But the offer was not activated or money is not reverted back. I've tired of contacting airtel customer care. They are giving least importance for these kind of issues. I've contacted the customer care, nodal officers, apellate atleast 70 -80 times. No solutions yet.

                                        My name is Sourav Anand and my number is [protected].Recently I Purchased an airtel postpaid sim on 1st week of april from kharadi airtel outlet opposite reliance fresh but soon I realized that the company added a charge of 1000 + taxes on my number. This 1000 + taxes is for mifi device which neither do I purchase or did I ordered. I have been complaining repeatedly time and over again, they agree that its their fault but they have been turning deaf ear to ward off the charges. (I have recorder conversations that customer care agrees that its their fault) Recently they have blocked my number for outgoing calls and I have suffered quite a loss for this purpose.
                                        Now they ask me to pay a sum total of 1000+tax or they wont start my number. I have been trying very hard to explain but they fail to understand, most of the time they hung up the phone telling that they are putting the call for hold for a minute. This has been affecting my work and social life greatly and even after repeatedly begging them to take some action, they fail to do so.
                                        This consumer complain is my last option as I dont know what to do next as i am stuck with this major problem. I wont be bothering consumer care, if this matter was small or insignificant.
                                        I hope you bring me to justice and help me as soon as possible.
