I recharged for an full talk time of 249 . It got credited but still it shows as 0.0 balance only . The customer care says thr is no option like that in airtel but I recharged as per the airtel tarriff only .. am in bangalore now using the chennai number in roaming . I have the photo proof of the tarriff . please resolve this issue as soon as possible

      Disgusted with Airtel. I kept getting main balance deductions for data usage although my data was disabled and my WiFi was switched on which means that even if data was enabled, it wouldn't work. I stayed on the phone with customer support for about 37 minutes trying to explain this to him. They don't respect their customers and are least bothered about them. At Airtel as told to me by the representative, "the customer is NOT always right". The customer sevice representatives are extremely incompetent. They have no real technical knowledge and are unable to provide quality service. This is not the first time this has happened. It's blatant robbery. They stole my money and continuously tried to blame me. Airtel customer service is next to useless. They wasted a lot of my time. They charge a premium for a service that's nonexistent. In the end he reimbursed the amount that was deducted. Sadly the cunning people at Airtel kept me on the line long enough to make sure that the amount I spent on the customer care call was the same as the amount reimbursed. The quality of their service is deteriorating by the minute. Extremely disgusted.

        I see airtel is least concern to resolve the customer issue as it is more than 6 months but failed to keep commitment of delivering services as per airtel plan.

        Now airtel team is keep closing request as solved and i am facing issue.

        Do not take any services from airtel as this is unreliable and not customer oriented company.

        Better to go for other vendor who is able to deliver services.

        I am paying huge amount as a rent for unused services and airtel is failed to deliver services.

        Please call me to resolve the case.

        I already contacted appellate and ombudsman but useless as usual.

        Issue still unresolved.

        Call back customer so that issue can be resolved.

        Most of the time issue is getting forwarded to other team. But no one take responsibility to solve it.
        I got a call from Mohammed Irfaan from Appellate team who were incapable to handle the discussion and unable to answer my any of the questions.

        He was hiding everything from me to share any details and failed to provide any proof of my approval to close so many SR's since Jan 10. I have not given any approval to close the network related SR.

        If Airtel is failed to provide the services to customer then why customer should pay the RENT for unused period.

        Please ask someone who is having authority to speak with the customer with confidence and answer the query.

        If customer is paying money then it is Airtel responsibility to provide the uninterrupted services as per plan.

          I am having airtel number from last 6 years in bangalore, whole of my family using airtel because of its very good network and service. I recently shifted to BTM 1st phase and frustrated with the low signal, call drops and noisy reception. Raised several complaints but not getting any response for correction of this problem. My postpaid relation number is [protected], as I am not revealing my number due to open forum.

          Please fix this issue earliest. Else I am on the verge of doing MNP.

          Dear Airtel,

          My address in BTM is #30, 15th Main, 9th Cross, 1st phase. For extra information, I will like to share that i stay in second floor and which is the top floor, still I face the issue. I confirmed from the family in below floors they have even worse reception in 1st floor and ground floor. They already shifted to Vodafone which has better network in BTM so that you can talk in room.

          I see most of the people having airtel are talking in phone outside the room or on road for complete the conversation. This is very awkward in posh location like BTM 1st phase. Please fix some network booster in the area such that this issue can be resolved. I still have faith in Airtel because this same issue was addressed successfully in my office premises. However the complaint was earlier raised by me only in office aswell. Please keep my faith intact and dont delay the proceedings.

            This is as per the complaining no. i have registered through Airtel customer care[protected] and[protected]. after completion of my 4G data pack as per my plan package, i have activated the smart bytes of 1 GB 4G data (300 rs . after that my network was showing only 2G and the speed of network was too slow. after many calls to customer care executives, finally i got connected to a customer care supervisor ( Mr. Prashoob) . after explaining every issues he told me that i have consumed all my data including the Smartbyte i had activated just three days back. ( i am sure that with that 20 kbps speed i can not use 1 GB of data in three days and also i was not using it regularly as it was too slow). and Mr. Prashoob told me that if i activate another smart byte it will be getting OK. i have recharged again for 80 rs as per his instruction. But after cancellation also the speed i was getting was 2G speed only and WHEN I CHECKED THE DATA USAGE BY SMS I FOUND THAT THERE WAS ALL MY 1098 MB DATA AVAILABLE.

            UNDER STANDING THAT AIRTEL SERVICE IS SUCH WASTE OF TIME AND THERE ARE MANY CHEATERS SITTING THE CUSTOMER CARE HEAD.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              On 2nd May 2016 we called up Airtel Customer Care No 121 and requested them to disconnect only Broad Band connection. They said they will disconnect without informing us that even land line connection(Voice call) will get disconnected. After two days when we called they said within 3 days will activate our land line no.

              On 19th may 2016 only they given us Complaint Ref.No."67939626". Everyday we are making a call requested them to activate our no which we are using from past 12 years. But no one is giving proper response to our call. This is worst service we experienced from Airtel connections. If you are unable to provide good service to your customer you should not continue. Stop your service for ever.

              We request you to do the needful as soon as possible as we provided this number to all our customers.

                I have airtel connection for my wife since more then 5 years..She was using feather phone with not internet connection till two month back when I gifted her new smart phone. I received a bill more then three times than her normal average bill of 100 Rs.

                When I check bill to my surprise extra bill is due to internet usage. I inquire at airtel store that how can we get internet bill without giving request for internet service activation. They say internet is enable to all customer by default it was the old phone which was not supporting the internet so internet never used and never added in bill so I need to request for deactivation of service and pay the bill.

                Is it fair to charge for a service which customer never requested??

                  Have taken a new High Definition Set up box, On subsequent recharge they are deducting Rs.15 calling it as Idle Maintenance Fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though I have paid for the Set up box, Installation and dish, I am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. With a week of delay they charge 15 bucks for maintenance. These charges are not explained to me before selling me this product.

                  Airtel DTH is deducting 15 rs every month from my account in the name of Idle maintenance service. The recharge is valid only for 28 days and not full 30 days. I had very bad experience with airtel dth service. The Dth box does not work properly and there is no signal when a small cloud or rain comes. I am discontinuing airtel dth service and going for another dth company.

                    My experience with airtel:

                    History:
                    I was a happy mobile, broadband customer in bangalore with airtel for many years.;suggested airtel to many friends.
                    So i wanted landline also from airtel.

                    Experience:
                    23-apr-2016
                    I called customer care telephone number and requested for
                    1) a plan upgrade from 899 (8mbps+15gb limit per month) which is old to 899 (16mbps+30gb) which is a new scheme.
                    Customer care reply:
                    The scheme is not available to existing customers. It is 899 (8mbps+30gb) for existing customers.
                    I: ok please upgrade the plan
                    Customer care after some time: land line is required for a plan upgrade in that oradband connection.
                    I: ok enable landline. And give me a 99 toppup for landline to avail india free calls.

                    12-may-2016:
                    Customer care: it is only 999+40gb option possible for an upgrad for existing customerse, not for same 899.
                    I: ok make it 999+99 plan with landline.

                    15-may-2016
                    Existing broadband connection is disconnected by airtel themselves without any clue on what and how long.
                    I: raise complaint and get reference number that not working

                    Till 19-may-2016
                    Customer care: we are coming /we are confused by request for landline and complaint for not working

                    19-may-2016
                    Connection is rectified by a field engineer.

                    20-may-2016
                    Again broadband stopped working
                    I complained to nodal officer and appellate authority to get some help. No reply.

                    22-may-2016
                    Customer care: due to a back end port issue, landline is not possible to give you. Sorry for inconvenience caused. Please apply new connection.

                    I complained to nodal and appalette authority to ask landline and plan upgradation. They said backend limitation.

                    I raised a cancellation request of connection and noted down request number.
                    Customer care: someone will call you to initiate cancellation in 48 hrs.

                    Till 25-may-2016
                    No one called.
                    I: what happened to this cancellation request?
                    Customer care: that was a reactivation of connection request not a cancellation request in the system.

                    I raised another cancellation request.

                    26-may-2016
                    Customer care calls me and offers to cancel the connection from this day.


                    From that every day atlas 2 people call me from airtel and telling that we will resolve your landline enablement and plan upgradation. And it was a mis communication happened last times. Deeply regret your inconvenience.
                    I told i don’t need connection. Please credit 1000 rs initial deposit in my account because i will need to pay it for new connection.
                    Airtel sales team: in 5 mins we will credit the 1000

                    After that: no news

                    Conclusion:
                    If we are happy custome and want more service from airtel, airtel will try to cheat us in greed for new connection’s installation deposit money of another 1000 rs. They are making the nodal authority and appellate authority (Mandated by trai for consumer rights protection) scapegoats.

                    Outcome:customer run away from airtel

                      My name is solomon raj. I am using airtel dth (Hd) customer id : [protected] since more than 3 years. My dth stopped working (No signal - amber light on setup box) since 20th may'16.
                      I have called your dth customer care numerous times and seems no one is bothered to resolve the issue.
                      Every time i call, getting a response, we are escalating your ticket, but nothing happens.
                      I have requested for a site engineer to check the physical connectivity of the dish antenna, but none of you representatives helped me even though i agreed to pay the charges

                      This is really annoying me that i am with out service for more than a week and you continued to charge me every day.

                      The sad part is customer care advisers disconnected my call thrice. This level of service is unacceptable. I am exhausted calling your customer care and waiting on the line for long hours..

                          Hi, I am using Airtel Broad band from past 8months. From 20th of May my Braoband connection got disconnected. I have given several complaints to Airtel 12 executive. Every time they give false coomitiments on rectifying the issue but nothing happened yet.. It's been 10days now. I have also written mail to their customer service in reply they said issue has been resolved.. This is worst service ever from Bharath Airtel.
                          Airtel is no more looking into customer service they got enough customer they are least bothered about the solving the customer complaints. i sincerely request every one to not go Airtel Braod band...

                            I stay at SG Palya, CV Raman Nagar, near Bagmane Tech Park

                            Since May 30th 2016, 7:45 AM I am not getting signals on my mobiles (both corporate and personal). It is been almost 3 hours

                            In the past also, there were multiple instances like this but had resolved in some time.

                            I have already switched off my mobile multiple times, which generally is the solution that airtel provides on escalation, but that hardly works.

                            I am not able to communicate to external world, and have a lot of meetings that I have already missed. Please resolve ASAP

                              I was informed that i have unlimited internet after 1.5 gb 3g and when 3g benefit was consumed instead of giving 2g unlimited they are frequently deactivate my 2g internet when i complaint after few hours they ll again activate it same problem i have to face last month and they told we will solve it if you face same prob next month send us screenshot this month i send screenshot and they are not solving i doubt it after consumption of 15 days they will give same ans on 2nd june that send us screenshot next time so basically even after paying so much amount i will be unable to use net

                                  Such a worst customer support by airtel, not a single reply on customer's queries from past 3 days.

                                  I have opted one new cug postpaid mobile connection number is : [protected]. But when i checked the bill found that number has charged for calling to cug number ([protected]) & vice versa in bill of april-2016 for both cug numbers (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) then i turned up to airtel customer care one of your cre mr. Naresh & he told me that the number [protected] is not in cug while at the time of purchasing card i clearly mentioned this to airtel sales executive mr. Mahendra ([protected]) that number should be in cug only i. E. Voice calling for both numbers ([protected] & [protected]) should be free i. E. Without any cost and he assured and confirmed that number is in cug activated.

                                  Kindly look into this. And proceed for the waive off calling charges for both number (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) for the voice communication between them. And make sure both numbers are in cug only.

                                  Now second thing is that, as mentioned in bill of april-2016, you have charged me rs. 300.00/- under "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile num: [protected]. And as per sales executive mr. Mahendra there is no any charges i need to pay for activation. Also this is not first time i'm opted airtel cug postpaid number, never i got charged for "one time charges" and as per market standards none of any provider charges like vodafone, idea, reliance & others are not charged "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile connection.
                                  Kindly provide me timeline to waive off of billing charges for both numbers (I. E. [protected] & [protected]) & "one time charges" for new postpaid mobile num: [protected]. Otherwise you can allow me to do another options in legal ways by not paying any bills from today for both numbers & terminating airtel services from our organization as well.

                                  Fyi. Check bill for month of april-2016 (Period 05-apr-2016 to 04-may-2016) for both numbers.

                                  Its really wonder that such a things are happening with old postpaid customers who are familiar with airtel from approx. 5 years & let me informed you that this is not a first time i'm facing such pathetic billing issues.

                                  I'm not satisfied with your customer care/back office/billing agents who are doing such a irresponsible things & seems that huge lack of communication among them.
                                  But just because of your silly mistakes, "why should customer suffers due to the same?"

                                  I'd raised airtel complaint number for both issues as follows:
                                  1) charged bill for cug voice communication ref. No[protected]Raised by airtel cre - naresh)- need waiver for the same.

                                  2) waiver for one time charges for mob no: [protected]_ ref no:[protected] (Raised by airtel cre - vaibhav)

                                  To address my things properly & take it to consumer forum/court i'm keeping their email ids in this mail body.

                                    This is the 4th time in 30 days that my wifi connection is not working for no fault of mine. But I have to wait for 4-5 days to have my concern addressed .I dont know why airtel calls us platinum customers when the least a platinum customer should do is get a 24 hours service. I get excuses like maam our engineer is not picking the phone. and the best is when they give false promise everyday by giving you a time to which they never meet.
                                    Why would someone buy a product from a mall which is expensive doesnt work and the best part is when you take it to the shopkeeper he speaks so rudely and it makes you wonder whether offering his services to you is a form of charity.
                                    As my internet was not working for the 4th time I made a call today that is 30th may 2016 and 6:20 am . And my anger was justified I do not get up every morning to please the customer care executives by requesting them to find time from their busy schedules and be of any assistance to me. I spoke to a particulare executive his name was L akhtar. He definitiely seems to have skipped the customer training program or if he didnt than as a psychologist myself I want to further study the kind of horrid training provided by the airtel team to its staff. He shouted back at me and instead of waiting for me to vent out my anger he said if I shout he will not resolve my issue and instigated me to go ahead and do whatever I want.Later when I asked I want to talk to your supervisor he said no supervisor is availble to you and I will not connect your call. I was appalled of how Mr. akhtar thinks professing his big ego is more important than his job. it felt like Mr. Akhtar has been paying my bills every month that he used the tactic of power play and asked me to go ahead. It was saddening too for a big company like airtel to have such poor employees who at the end of the day send across the message we are too big to sweat over one customer and so go to hell with your money. Because we are too big. I am planning to take this to all social media platforms because I went through no one should.Following that call I made another call and the executive said let me connect you to our supervisor ( wow all of a sudden now a supervisor was availavle) they kept me on hold for 30 mins and after that cut the call.

                                    I have had no reply or call or apology from airtel. And I am disgusted with the way I was treated over this course of one month and especially the ego and power showcased by Mr akhtar makes me wonder how he got through an interview because his soft skills have gone to the dogs.

                                      Hi, i m bismaya from cuttack, odisha. I have complain against the worst data service by the telecom operator, airtel. Airtel is claiming the fastest 4g provider but the fact is that, it's the pathetic data service provider in our area. I am writing this complain standing at a prominent market place with a 2g speed only though i m using a 4g compatible handset & sim. This is not the first time, i m facing this issue & really fed up of this internet data service.                                         I had booked the Airtel Broadband connection on 26th May 2016 (F/N) and as per the Airtel commitments, it seems that they will provide the same in next 72 Hrs, I am Ok with this .

                                        But today i.e. on Sunday (29th May 2016), I had received the call at 11:22 hrs from mobile No: +[protected] stating that the Broadband installation team will be coming in the next 30 minutes . I said 'Yes ' and stay in the House. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I had dialed this number again to ask the status, the Person from this number replied said that he will be coming in the next 30 minutes to carry out the Broadband installation.


                                        But after waiting for more than 3 hours, finally I had called again at 16:00hrs and the person said that Today it is not possible to install the Broadband due to some reason .


                                        I am asking from the Airtel Team, that why they are bluffing the new customer ?
                                        Is this the way of providing the services ?
                                        Who will be responsible for my time wastage as my wife is suffering from ailments and due to Airtel I had cancelled my other appointments ?

                                        It seems that Airtel services are not upto my expectation and I had been loging this complaint in the Consumer Court .

                                        It is my request to Airtel Team to refund my money 1000 INR asap and I have been not more interested in there services or to become there member . My requested Broadband Form ID is 4600401
