Madan was the agent who had contacted me from this number [protected], he was absolutely rude and dint even have the courtesy to listen to me. I have to know who these people are, who can randomly call me at work hours and talk rudely and disconnect the call. I have converted my post paid to prepaid connection two months ago. My due amount was zero. I got a call the next day as well from airtel and they informed me my due amount was zero. Why do they create a fake bill after that. I need to get answers.

I had the same exp pathetic airtel customer service
I had the same issue the previous month.
Had the similar experience, audacity of the agent Madan questionable ..as customers we should be heard. Strict action should taken against this kind of support.
This is horrible, Its their fault that they dint do the needful on time. How are we suppose to use internet or make calls ? Conversion they take their own sweet time. As a customer we have the rights to be heard and they cannot generate a bill after the post paid connection is disconnected. Had the same terrible experience from Airtel. The Agent has to answerable for this kind of behavior.
Its not resolved, I still get alerts. I have mailed you the details on airtel.[protected]@airtel.com
I sent the details on 13th march, please check your mail. Besides, if i get alerts again I will be forced to take legal action against this.

    Airtel has installed a DP box in the premises for last 2-3 years, despite repeated follow-ups they are not removing the same.

    There was no prior permission taken by them from the building secretary.

    Building Address - 33/c Manohar Pukur road, Behind Priya Cinema, Kolkata 700029

    We need this to be removed from our premises as this is causing inconvenience

      Ive requested for a broadband connection almost 10 days back and got a call from Chennai call center for the same and soon after one of the airtel representative Purushottam mobile [protected] send a person to collect 1000 rs. he collected the money on 3rd march. CEF (TBLR7075238). till now no contat. kindly look into it and help me get the connection.

      I've not yet received any proper response from Airtel. as we 2 adjusent building with Airtel fiber connectivity and DP boxes installed. but still they are saying there is no feasibility. Kindly look into it.

          I'm a resident of DEVLALI CAMP which is near Nashik. I live at HILL RANGE in Devlali camp.

          Since past 2 months, I'm not able to receive 3G speed on my data card. I have made several complaints to Airtel but there is no solution. Every time, they log a ticket number and say " we shall get back to you". They do get back, but they have not solved this issue.

          My Data Card is connected to a CCTV Router which I use for remote monitoring. Because of no 3G connection I'm not able to connect to the CCTV Router remotely.

            I Retheesh Rajan (mob no [protected]) recently port my number from Vodafone to Airtel. I was happy with vodafone from last couple of years except some recent billing issues. When i started my process for porting. Airtel executive give some plan which committed like 600 minits local and STD call to any number in india.Its including landline and mobile and max bill is coming up to 1300 max. Now customer care people telling like there is no such plan in this amount which including these kind of billing plan. This may issue from there customer executive. As i am a customer why i want to struggle with service provider mistake ?I am always believing in India judiciary Request for a suitable solution for this issue. Now i am not able to port back also because of the TRAI lock for 90 days.

                  I did porting from Vodafone to Airtel of my Contact number [protected]. It's Been 4 days that I am not receiving any calls, messages and Internet. Even after complaining more than 72 hrs gone no solution. Nodel officer is also not replying for the mail.

                  what could be the worst than this situation.
                  Constantly since 4 days, anyone contacts me got a message that you are dialing an invalid number.

                  Very very disappointed with the service.
                  Suggestion to others, Don't go and buy airtel with their 4G advertisement. Network coverage is worst.

                  Called a nodel officer. These people are that much fool that, They even don't know what is the problem. They need 3 more days to solve issue. What Issue you will solve if you don't know the issue? People are complaining that my number is showing invalid.
                  Bad decision to choose Airtel.
                  It's been 5 days no solution, no calls from Airtel. Only taking time by posting message we are addressing.

                  No actions has been taken yet. Asking for more 24 hrs. They committed 3 days to solve. Again asking 24hrs more. I guess you have no idea what lose I am facing. I am definitely going today to file a complaint for my lose against Airtel and persons who are observing my issue and not taken any action.

It seems you have only concern to collect money. Sorry not collect but LOOTING. No serious work done. Requesting you with my both hands closed. Please let me go to Vodafone again.

                    Airtel reps on two calls confirmed there were overcharges in the billn they r placing a refund request and then can pay the remaining balance.
                    But now they barrred the number. I contacted them and raised a complaint by phone and email. Now i came to know that they have closed the complaint without my consent stating the charges are true. But it was airtel who confirmed that there are overcharges on the bill. They are not ready to listen to thosenovercharge confirmation calls and want to pay the whole incorrect bill.
                    I want refund as promised on those calls, and then happy to pay the remaining amount.

                      I have visited your store @6.55 located at Gandhinagar, Gujarat for port in request. Executive named khyati said without asking or knowing anything saying that documents needed, while I say I have documents then she said come along with all documents tomorrow as store is closed. Store closing time is 7 and I have reached @ 6.55 then also she didn't accepted my port in request...

                        Airtel representative gave me package of 2899/- in which he told that you get 4gb 4g net and unlimited 3g net.

                        As per customer care it is 4gb 4g net and unlimited 80kbps speed.

                        Now no 1 is helping representative says contact customer care, CC says go to airtel store and change the package. Airtel store says we can't do anything.

                        I am suffering a lot due to this.

                        I want the package as said by representative or else want refund of my money.

                        Or next step I will police complaint against all.

                            I got a message that you have been charged for the subscription of supermodel club which I didn't opted I unsubscribed at the same time. I contacted the customer care but they very rudely said that it can not be reversed and they charged for the same service twice at the same time.VAS though not opted charged 234 rupees.

                              5/3/2016 we had balance rs 147 at 8 o clock but 8.30 Pm balance message shown me rs 33 only i called to customer care no. but they answered me that my mobile data shared by somebody . but i couldn't see anybody shared my data at my enquiry.my 400 mb data also lost at that time. in my enquiry nobody use or share my data. pls refund my lost data MB and balance amount.

                                I have opted for new airtel broadband connection on 1st Mar 2016. Airtel executive came and collected the amount of 1399(equal to plan i have opted for) and my photo id also a pink slip was issue by him as aknwoldgement. I was told by him and as well as by airtel costumer care that connection will be provided in 3 working days that is 72 hrs, but until now there haven't been no proceedings regarding the connection. I had followed up with customer care and every time was told that connection will be provided in 1 more day. Now it has been 7 days and iam fed up following up. My office work is impacted dur to non availability of internet.
                                I will be raising my concerns in consumer court if issue is not resolved asap. Being such a giant in broadband services this kind of lethargic attitude is not acceptable and also airtel charges above par for their services.

                                  I spoke with customer service Rep (Varun Gowda) today 07/03/2016 at 3;50 pm enquiring about the plan 146 ISD plan. He told me that the plan is applicable for UK countries(for both landline & Mob) .

                                  After doing the recharge of Rs 146, I couldn't make the call to UK and tried calling the customer care and Mr Nagendra told me that It is not applicable to UK.

                                  Request you to interrogate and kindly asked to refund my hard earn money.

                                    Airtel over charged me for the month on August 2015, I complained to them in September 2015 but they closed the cmplain without resolving it and without asking me or informing me. Post which in october they suspended my connection again without informing me and kept sending the bills.
                                    Since my connection was suspended in October, I cleared my dues until september and stopped paying from october. Now they are continuously asking me to pay the bill for october onwards and calling me harrasming me. They are also making fake calls saying they are from state magistrate. Please guide me further with how to manage this.

                                        And he did not sent to my no... to ZSM OR ASM OR ANYWHERE for benefit the
                                        offer.This type service is going on in your COCO store in Bangalore.(doddballapur) this type service airtel is giving, I am so socked...
