Irregular deduction of balance

I have recently observed two balance issues in my account.
1. I recharged my DTH account [protected] on 14th dec 2015 with 510. It showed validity till 13th Feb that time. However later in Feb, it started showing validity till 9th feb. So there was extra loss incurred someday.
2.Also, on 9th Feb My account balance showed Rs. 23. I however made a recharge of Rs. 320(15 cashback), as it showed the last day of validity period. So...

No resolution for 3G carry forward complain

I raised a complaint in the same forum a few days ago stating --
I received a message from 121 stating-Recharge before expiry to get your unsed 3G Data carry forwarded .I did the same but the data has not be carry forwarded .Moreover on repetitive calls to the customer care, there is rude and unethical response from the support people .They are not ready to listen just monotonously mutter their crammed lines for all issues and talk...

Internet was not working for 10 days and not ready to give compensation

I was not able to use internet from 7/02/2016 till 17/02/2016.
i have been calling customer care multiple times and i dint get proper response or resolution. everyday i had to call customer care for almost 3-4 times and they use to hold my call for almost 30-45 mins and at last they use to tell sorry, and i have requested a call back from them but i never use to get any call back, i just got call back once and with a wrong information....

Forget 4g first concentration 3g please

Service interruption even after making due payments on time

Refund not given back

I Have surrendered AIRTEL 4g Connection on 26th Dec, 2015.After 24 days airtel got back to me to submit documents for refund, which was forwarded to them 3 times. Airtel did commit that my refund will happen on 6th fEB, and the date revised was 12th feb and again it was further revised to 15th feb, 2016.Till date airtel has not refunded back my Rs.3900, even after submitting all documents.The customer care just notifies that i will get reply...

No response on new connection request

I submitted new connection request to airtel 2 weeks back. I got a call last Wednesday (Feb 10)and was told that there is port availability in my area and I can be given new connection. Next day one guy came to get all document and 1000rs payment. I was not given any application number and receipt for the payment I gave. It's been a week and I'm in dark with no status of what's happening. I was told I will get the connection in 48 hours....

Deduction of amount in the name of value added services (Vas)

Airtel has deducted Rs.99 without my authorisation for same value added service. I have never confirmed any such deduction, and have never used such service. I asked the to stop all my VAS and to never subscribe for the same in future but the problem is still being faced by me 4 th time. Fed up, kindly try to refund my amount....
