Issue wrong sim card

Improper customers service... Worst

I am using prepaid AIRTEl which has been ported from post paid for past two years.. Suddenly out going and incoming calls including messages are barred mentioning due to non pay of bill.. But 4g is active. I called 198 at least a dozen times.. They told there is no such prob from their side.. I approached AIRTEl store at three different places in Chandigarh and punjab.. One of them told document related issues... I submitted all required...

Too much bill for my postpaid 4g lte connection

I have been using Airtel 4G services for some year now; I have an Airtel 4G router (by Huawei).

For years I have survived with Airtel 4G services & at some point in time I just reached the limit. Their stupid, unreliable, useless service just got me on edge now.

Regarding third party cashback for airtel

Recently airtel has stopped cash back offers for third party apps such as paytm & freecharge.
My concern is though airtel being a no 1 platform for consumers i[censored] dont support third party promotions you are going to lose many users as online recharges are based only on cash back offers and that is trend nowadays.
Please start giving cashback offers on third party apps!!...

I have received message from company message 129 to auto renewal scheme on 14/2/16 so i can get 10% discount on that and carry my unused 500 mb data to next month to use . so i confirmed that scheme and recharge for sufficient balance auto renewal pack but on 20/02/16 i have lost my unused 500 mb data and paid to use 3g data pack. my airtel mobile number is [protected] from airtel network provider....

Hi i have been calling in airtel customer care number jaipur since 12-2-16 for getting my remaining 500mb of netcard.
