Sir,
I was recharge my DTH as per offer company tolled that "If you will pay for 10 months we will give 2 months bonus" it means pay for 10 month and get two months free. But after charging on line company recharge my DTH for 360 days. as per company commitment 10+2 month = 365 days.
so kindly do need full.

    There is absolutely no Airtel network coverage inside the ODC's in TCS siruseri.
    Made N number of complaints and I could see some complaints here dated back to 2010, and still no action has been taken by Airtel. Every member working in TCS Siruseri with Airtel number are facing hard time and considering switching to Vodafone and docomo.

            Earlier i wrote :

            i am AAYUSH MEHRA using airtel postpaid no. [protected]. there are wrong charges charged in my BILL dated 09-Feb-2016 of Rs. 1009.21. As per my current BILL PLAN : Airtel Shree Community 75 CUG Plan (Without SMS Plan) @ rs. 75 monthly rental. the call charges are : LOCAL/STD Airtel to Airtel mobile, to other mobile, landline, Airtel CUG are na/min or 0/min . totally unlimited. but i am charged Rs. 897.50 as Call Charges & so on. as per my plan charges i was to be charged total Rs. 85.87 (Rs.75 rental & 14.50% service tax), they are same as previous paid Bills. but i had been charged wrongly. in whole BILL CYCLE till 7th Feb. 2016, the unbilled amount was showing Rs. 0.0 but after 8th the Unbilled was showing Rs. 830 & after that Rs. 876 which is showing currently.

            finally i got waiver in my bill dated 9-feb-2016. but the unbilled amount complaint had not been resolved till yet. the unbilled amount is still increasing after 7th feb as mentioned earlier. also that after 8th feb. unbilled was showing rs.830 then Rs. 876. yesterday it was showing Rs. 930 & today its showing Rs.950 (as of 13th feb). actually, its a new bill cycle, so how can the unbilled amount be charged in my account (as in my BIILL PLAN all call charges are 0/min, internet service is not active) & old wrong unbilled amount of previous bill cycle i.e., in Rs 830 is getting mixed up with unbilled amount of this months current bill cycle. kindly airtel check this unbilled amount case in my past earlier month's BILL Cycles/Bills of my account. Unbilled amount earlier was used to Rs.0.00. if this kind of service is given by airtel, then i m sorry i had to complaint in consumer forum regarding fraud billing & port out my number into other operator. kindly airtel contact me A.S.A.P. i had already mentioned this unbilled complaint issue also in earlier Reference no. 67789154. i got the update of this reference no. 67789154 as (complaint resolved. As per our records, the charges levied in your airtel mobile bill are valid.) but how can it be as the benefits needs to be working according to my active BILL PLAN regarding call rates. another reference no. F[protected] registered on 12-FEB-2016. i don't have any update about this reference no. i had complained to appellate authority but they said to mail me the complaint as backhand technical dept. will check that why i m facing this problem ? also kindly airtel look into this matter & call me too. first call me on my mobile no. [protected] but if i don't pick up/unreachable then call me on my alternate no. is [protected].

            the unbilled isuue is still persisting. The unbilled amount as of 22-Feb-2016 is Rs. 1309. The unbilled amount is getting continuously increasing with unbilled amount of previous bill cycle. I talked to appellate authority @ [protected] for the same, they said me to attach a screenshot of the current unbilled amount so that they can provide resolution A.S.A.P. . As far as by my knowledge, my bill plan call charges are free i.e., 0/min for local/std. So how can unbilled amount is being charged ? I also asked appellate team about my bill plan benefits working or not ? They said to mail me, this will be checked by backhand team. Please call me A.S.A.P. i am thinking that at the time of next bill generation also, I shall be charged wrong Due Amount.

            Writing on 09/03/2016 :

            I AAYUSH MEhra using airtel postpaid no. [protected]. I have been charged wrongly 2nd time for the same previous issue. I have been charged Rs. 1245.78 this month of bill date 09/03/2016. The charges levied in the bill are not as per bill plan/bill plan call rates. Kindly waive off the wrong charges levied in the bill or I will complaint in consumer court. As per my bill plan call charges of all operators local/std are free. But I m charged wrongly. i had contacted airtel nodal officer, appellate authority regarding this but they are not ready to listen me else they are forcing to me pay the bill at any how. i had also attached the screenshots & sended them but they are dening the same & giving false exuses so on...

              I am using a prepaid number and 4G services are not provide to me despite of chnaging my sim 3-4 times to 4G and Airtel stores dont help either one store have sent a mail to some office but after 2 months there are no response and my 4G is still not working and another store is saying we can't do this sorry go to this stores n that store!!

                  Dear Sir, There was a call on mobile [protected] from [protected] Idea Cellular on Ist March 11.50 AM and Idea cellular has charged Rs.46.18 for 46.33 minutes duration. But I have not called this number. It may be by mistake. The next day on 2nd I called my friend [protected] and enquirered about the call on 1st March 2016 at 11.50 AM. He told me there was ring and there is no response and he has not heard any voice.
                  Can you check the number and confirm me whether the call was there for 46 minutes. If any record for incoming call record is available .please send me by mail [protected]@yahoo.com. If the call duration is available for 46 minutes then I will accept this call charges of Rs.46.18.I have informed Idea cellular that I have not made this call. V.S, Iyer, [protected]

                          I've submitted discontinue request on 22nd Jan 2016 of my airtel 4G data connection before my billing cycle 23rd Jan 2016 in Airtel Outlet and I stopped using that sim.                                   I have am using Airtel mobile Post paid service for more than 2 years. Although there were some bill disputes whenever I do some change in my plan or feature, but this is a new bill dispute of its kind to me.

                                  I have activated Airtel 3G Data Service on mobile Post paid connection on February month and I have requested for cancellation of the Data Service on 07-MAR-2016. My new bill cycle starts on 05-MAR-2016 which means I am late to inform deactivation by 2 days. Although I have not used the data service from 01-MAR-2016 as I was in international roaming. I have got an email from Airtel stating that I have to pay flat Rs 250/- in next month bill eventhough I have deactivated within 2-3 days. Airtel is not ready to discount even a rupee, rather Airtel says they will take Rs 250/- for nothing.

                                  I am already struggling with Airtel for my last month bill which has double time exceeded the credit limit around Rs 8000/-. While I was dealing with the issue, Airtel is behaving disrespectful manner and pin pointing to pay on last month bill eventhough due date is on 25-Mar-2016 which is two more weeks away.

                                    I am an Airtel customer for almost 15 years now and was very satisfied with your services so far but never thought that I would be writing this kind of e-mail for my issue resolution (But believe me I am doing this in shear frustration).

                                    1st Issue - Airtel 4G dongle (Tel.[protected])

                                    I have purchased the 4G dongle with new connection in the month of November 2015 (Not sure about the date). The 4G internet worked fine for about 1 month however from 2nd month onwards it stopped giving 4G network on the dongle. I thought there must be some connectivity issues near my office area but when I checked the same on different locations I found 4G network (Not even 3G) was not coming on dongle, I contacted technical support but no success for about a week. I only got fake promises, no follow-up calls were made for the same. I contacted technical support again after 10 days and I was told that the SIM is faulty and that needs to be replaced, again no follow-up done for the customer. Finally I contacted the person(Love Kumar – [protected]) from whom I purchased this dongle and he gave me a different SIM and assured my issue will be fixed in next 24 hours. Let me tell you it has been 9 days again my issue has not been fixed and no one seems to be interested in resolving customer’s issue. If your check my usage on the dongle, it has not been used for last 2 months because of this issue and I am still paying the bill.

                                    Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest as I do not want to take the route which as a reputed company like Airtel would not like a customer to take(Legal action in consumer court).

                                    2nd Issue - Network Issues at my place

                                    I have shifted to new house in the month of December 2015 and I have been facing network issues since then. My cellphone is not reachable all the time when I am at home, I have also contacted customer service for this issue and was assured that the network team will visit my place and resolve the issue as coverage is there in that area but again no one came till date and I am still facing the network issues, the only thing which is holding me back for not going for Vodafone or Idea or any other provider for that matter is my experience with Airtel so far in last so many years. But being one of the world’s largest service provider you will also have to make sure that your customer shouldn’t suffer this much, at least not a Corporate customer with a company like Dell which is listed under your AES account list.

                                    That is all I have to say on the issues. I am expecting a quick resolution for my problem not assurance.


                                    I would also like to inform you that I have 8 products(On My Name) of Airtel that I am using on a daily basis and I hope you are not the only company who is providing these product and services.

                                      In my phone bill Airtel mobile bill they add value added services without me initiating the. In month of Feb I paid 300 for the Value added services and called them to discontinue the service hence forth, But the company is a cheater and added more next month and billed it around 900. I am pissed and have no choice but to pay the same.
