I lost my sms suddenly my mobile shut down and after seeing 2 hr i switch on the and i found there i lost my sms and my inbox where empty and my important sms all are gone pls recovery and restore it to me back and my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number is [protected](airtel).

    I have been complaining Airtel from a long time but seems they do not want to help. Its been over 10 years I am with them but always faced issues with them. This time it is really serious and I am really ready to take all legal actions against them. I have all the proofs needed. Till now I have been recharging for 2g internet for month to month and every month i use to have data balance left because I only use it for normal purpose and I have a WIFI connection for other things at home. From the last few months they have started deducting my data balance so fast for the same usage. I use 2g always and they started deducting is as if I am using 4g useless service. I cannot even open FB page like earlier which means they have made the 2g speed more slower but deduct the balance like 4g I always use normal internet with Airtel so I recharge 2g pack only. I complained so many times to give my Rs 500 back and check properly why they are deducting so fast but these guys are not willing to help. They just keep on sending me the common template as a reply but no help. They Abused me over the phone, Disconnect my phone RUDE behavior but trust me no help at all. I have many customers who are ready sue them along with me. I have emails I sent them in these years so how unsatisfied I am as a customer.

      I am relay sorry to say that you people better close the broadband customer support i never had such a bad and worst experience with customer support the agents are sooo rude dont know how to handle the issue and also they are asking for the proofs for the issue i just want to know are people running customer support are court what the logic is that sorry for u use such a language and check my call recordings how you people irritated me and also they are putting customer on hold and disconnecting calls and also not answering i tried more than 20 time through IVR but it always says your agents are busy when call connected your agent giving the experience that never use airtel i am requesting if you dont improve kindly cancel my connection we have lot of options i also know you have lot of customer ball in your court now i am expecting reply ASAP if you dont replay i will consider as that you cancelled my connecting i will not pay bill also

          We have contacted [protected], for a new broadband connection on Friday evening. The person asked us to wait as he will contact the concerned person and a guy called us regarding the connection. We gave the rental agreement and passport scan copy through email on [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on Saturday morning. They came and took 1300/- in cash and told us he will do the installation next day. The contact number of the person who took our money is [protected]. Its been a week almost, these people are not picking up the call, after calling them multiple times they are cooking up some stories and delaying the connection.

          amazing service provided by Airtel, after eating the money and telling me yesterday that the installation will be done within 3 working days, today they told me it has been rejected as there are some technical issue.

          What more can be expected from a fraud company like you, where one representative assure about the connection and next one talks about something else.

            My number was given for a port from Vodafone to Airtel. I have submitted my documents and signed on all the required papers. It's been almost 2 months since I gave my documents at the Airtel store in gulbarga. My account has not been activated so far. Now recently my number has been disconnected and I'm neither able to use Airtel nor Vodafone. NOTE: I have submitted my documents twice because my documents were misplaced when I gave it the first time.                 I have already contact your customer care for this network problems but still remain same. All the time their is no network around my work place. No hearing in the office even though i have personally complaint 8-10 times in the airtel office and the marketing person who sale the numers to us. This is airtel services..Poor & useless services.

                And moreover the activation of services has been activate automatically without any reason. When i called up ur customer care then he said only that's mistake on my part. When i had choose that service then why should i had called you reg the same.

                At the end, airtel is now going to finish i say so pls update yours services to carry on.

                If you can solve my prob den ok otherwise i will port my num to another one, choice is urs.

Mobile tower in residential building Mobile Tower in Residential building on terrace Removal of Mobile Tower urgently Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower IN Residential building installed at the residence of H.NO - 72, HASTSAL VILLAGE, UTTAM NAGAR, New DELHI - 110059, INDIA We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residing in the area near the address mentioned above against the installation and functioning of mobile phone towers installed on the said address and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.. Because of heavy Radiation ... we are getting diseases from it.. There are two patient in the neighbour too.. I got skin disease from its radiation vibes coming from tower.. And there is a running a play school in the same building in which tower has installed. As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.. WE ARE GETTING EFFECTED BADLY.. We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.                     I am to inform you that the problem has not been resolved yet. The situation is getting worse day by day. You are requested to take some steps for the sake of humanity as it is a residential area where children and old people also live who have to remain in the range of this tower continuously for 24 hrs. Due to which the health of everyone is poor.

                    You are, therefore, again requested to kindly resolve this problem and remove this tower from residence of H.NO - 72, HASTSAL VILLAGE, UTTAM NAGAR, New DELHI - 110059, INDIA as early as possible. it will be a great mercy.

                      Dear sir, my mobile number which is with me since the last 7 years, which my daughter is using since the last seven years, about two months back, my daughter wanted the number to be transferred on her name, so we went to airtel office, puttenhalli jp nagar, submitted the documents and the money, after all the verifications and my running to airtel office 20 times, they simply said, it has been rejected, anyway my daughter did not want to give away the number as she has been using it for so many years and her childhood friends who were, where ever in the world had her number, so we quietly continued, five days back suddenly the phone number stopped working, i went to airtel office submitted documents and took another sim, now I have been again running everyday twice & the number is not working, & they say it is for the first time this has happened, the gentleman at your office says, this is a crime to harass people like this and criminal in intent, so please rectify the crimes you guys unofficially commit, as you allways have to face your karma. pawan Bhatia [protected]

                            Airtel don't even know with which customer they are communicating with. It is the 4th wrong email communication they've been handling. In fact I explained them it is not my account and still they are sending the complaint emails to me. I think Airtel is trying to cover by sending those fake emails to me in order to prevent legal action against Airtel to themselves. Because they are already having complaint and unable fix it. Which they stole my money just like that. Please check one of the screenshot. Don't Ever use Airtel services.

                            I think this is the reason why Airtel makes huge bill amounts and mix up the wrong information.
                            Honestly the Airtel management is too poor or worst than any other Telecom providers.
                            That's exactly my point, now its almost 37 days since my complaint raised. I believe I am going to lodge complaint in 3 other ways including money laundering act.

                            For people: Please stay out of Airtel Worst Broadband service. You will regret so much after having their pathetic service.

                              Getting some really unwanted calls of very disturbing nature from the no. [protected] . Told him to not call again but to no avail, keep getting the calls. Its airtel number from Bihar / Zharkhand. Truecaller shows identity as 'BIHAR'. I want this nuisance to end. Please someone help me.

                                HI, I was using Vodafone from last 3 years, I was getting billing issues every time and ported my number to airtel. before poring they provide me below plan: Myplan399* *15 Packs* Local Calls 900 Mins life time (+200 min for MNP offer for 6 months in addition) that is 1100 mins free 1GB 3G/4G data for 3 months free ​STD - 320 mins every every month SMS - 300 local and national SMS But when my number got ported successfully, they are not giving all above committed plan. They are asking to activate 3G/4G you have to pay. my mobile number is # [protected] thanks Yogendra

                                  3 weeks ago I went to the Airtel office to have the MNP from Idea.. I successfully submitted the document and everything else. After a week I got the sms from Airtel that "Your MNP request has been accepted and card will be activated from 11:50PM". But It has 2 weeks gone but still my Airtel card has not been activated..Even though my old no deactivated from Idea... So many times I reach out to the Airtel Offices, they changed the card with taking again Rs. 50 and said within 2 hours your card will be activated but still I am waiting to use my no..

                                    Reminder 2- My Number is [protected]. I ported from Tata Docomo to Airtel. My Fone is brand new & Latest. It hasnt shown any problem with docomo. But when i ported to Airtel due to 4G, there was not any outgoing calls. No problem with SMS, incoming calls. Then i replaced the sim and the problem worsens. I cant call even with selecting 2G, 3G, 4g options. Sometimes it works with 3G option, but now continuously not workng. I can recieve calls, sms, do sms, but not any outgoing call. I dont think it is that serious problem that company like Airtel cant resolve... or just lazy behaviour even with a person like me who has 4 Airtel D2H connections and 5 Airtel Mobile connections in the family

                                      I am using my airtel sim [protected] from last 5 yrs. Few days back I came to know that it is registered with different name and number. On approaching airtel nodal they accepted their mistake, but they want me to make all efforts to correct their mistake. They want me to visit nearest airtel shop. I asked them to collect documents from my address, but they denied. Why should I waste my time again after 5 yrs??
