Dear Sir/Madam
I, Preeti Kumari, from new jalpaigudi district, W.Bengal and using the sim of Airtel from several years. Since, i am lawyer by profession so, few days before i shifted to Delhi for my professional growth, subsequently i have applied for the portability of number in Airtel, Delhi NCR, i have approximately 200 ₹ balance in that account and airtel store's personnels have said that the balance is transferred to newly ported number since, service provider is not changed irrespective of the state. Unfortunately, i did not get my earlier balance and only got new balance which was committed by airtel store at the time of filing of application. I have already registered my complain at customer care but they are not co-operating and saying contact with airtel store and airtel store personnels are saying contact at customer care, i never seen this kind of deficiency in service this is totally shifting of responsibility. Kindly take up this complain on urgent basis and resolve this issue immediately, otherwise, i will go for a civil suit aginst the Airtel services.
