Sir, We recieved an sms on 28th October 2015 to Port to Airtel - “Portin to Delhi's only 4G Network and get Airtel postpaid with 1GB 4G unlimited 600 mins loc+STD, 300 SMS for 399 monthly rental for Home Visit Call[protected] ” We called the number to enquire and also made an online call back request for the same. We recieved a call on 5th November from Sales agent ‘Neha (Param Communications, Okhla - [protected] - [protected]@gmail.com)- [protected]’ who told us that those plans are for corporate numbers if we port to Airtel. I told her that ours is a small shop in Old Delhi and we can port 6 numbers immediately. She said even 2 numbers can be under CUG i.e. free calls but 6 numbers are good. Tarrif Plans as told by Neha are as follows : Plan 399/month : 600 Local + STD minutes + Unlimited Data (1GB 4G and then 2G) + 300 National sms Call charges : Local Airtel to Airtel @ 20 Paise/min, All Other Local calls @ 30 Paise/min, All STD calls @ 50 Paise/min. ** Unlimited Free calls among CUG group i.e. all 6 numbers that we port to Airtel under Sindhi Note Wala** Plan 199/month : 600 Local + STD minutes + 300 National sms Call charges : Local Airtel to Airtel @ 20 Paise/min, All Other Local calls @ 30 Paise/min, All STD calls @ 50 Paise/min. ** Unlimited Free calls among CUG group i.e. all 6 numbers that we port to Airtel under Sindhi Note Wala** On 7th November 2015 we submitted documents (Form C - Registration Certificate for Sindhi Note Wala +Mtnl Bill for Sindhi Note Wala + Individual ID copies for all numbers) to a field agent who came to us to collect documents and Rs.600/- as security deposit in name of our firm. Details for all phone numbers and Opted plan as per our requirement are as follows : Ph. But due to the mistakes of Sales agent and the person who collected documents, information was not correctly reached and all numbers now have personal postpaid plans instead of CUG plans. This is the worst part that the mobile number [protected] is deactivated since last 15 days and even after constant reminder to airtel they are doing nothing for the same. Because of this we are facing a lot of difficulty in connecting. And the number [protected] was supposed to be 199/month they made this plan to 399/month even when we do not use data pack on this number. 121 support executives told us to submit all details on Letter Head to the nearest Airtel store to fix all issues and avail CUG facility on all numbers which was the the reason we ported to airtel. We did that on 19th November 2015 to Punjabi bagh airtel store to agent Damam[protected] who ensured that everything will be resolved within 48 hours and all numbers will be activated under CUG. Then they asked for ID cards of employees in which I told them that we do not maintain ID cards as ours is a very small business, we are shop owners. they said ID cards are necessary so we made ID cards for these people. Since day 1 I am in constant touch with airtel executives either on phone, or in person to their store or on calls. They have tortured us a lot. they always say your problems will be resolved within 48 hours and escalated team will contact you but till date we received no call from escalated team. Only agents call to say the same thing again. 121 executives say its the store people who have the authority to fix these issues and store people say 121 is the only department who looks into consumer qurerries. Sir, we already have had much pain in activation of this scheme due to mistakes of sales agent, and now they are not answering our calls as well for the solution. I received a call on 29th November that your CUG will be activated soon as we have all documents and information. I was waiting for their next update and now today I recieved a mail from them stating that they can not make our numbers into CUG. I asked them that if they can not make our numbers under CUG then why did they ported our numbers to airtel and started all this, they say now we can not do anything as porting can not be reverted. we are left with no option but to follow their instructions and pay their bills for all numbers under personal pack, cost of which is way to high than under CUG scheme. Nothing has been done from these people since last 25 days and now we have received bills on all numbers even when we were unable to use them properly. one number did not used data pack but due to airtel's mistake we are paying the cost for that also. I have all documents as proof (few attached), complete mail trail and call recordings. If you need them, I can provide. Sir we are very upset because of all this, Please help us and punish these people.     Registered a compliant with airtel on 3rd and then 10th july 2015 stating there was a problem with the network Mobile NO [protected], complaint SR 63381118. After 3 months of continuous follows-up nothing happened. eventually moved to another provider in Sept 2015. Asked Airtel to send me a final settlement bill with a waive off for lack of service. Didnt do anything. Now they have sent me a Rs10, 000/- outstanding when i haven't used their services. I have the emails that went back and forth between airtel and me

      On 30th Nov 2015 one of the employee who is working in Airtel Gallery, Viman Nagar, Pune, He not only provide me wrong information, also did misbehaviour with me in the gallery. When I told him I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain.


      Note : I will disclose the name of employee after receiving call form Airtel.

      On 4th jan 2018 one of the employee who is working in Airtel Gallery, shanti Nagar, Andheri East, she not only provide me wrong information, also did misbehaviour with me in the gallery. When I told her I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain. Very bad service in this gallery ...her name is minakshi ...
      I bought one Airtel Sim from the shop and that shop is saying me that your sim will start working after 3-4 days, but now after 12 days till sim is not working... whenever i contacted to shop they repeatedly say me it will start tomorrow ...that tomorrow never comes..some Praveen from Aurangabad, Bihar, pin-824101 of Airtel office is saying me that I have another important work to do I don't have time to do this ...now what to do...
      I genuinely ask Airtel company why they are giving their sim to such employee who can't let them make their market ...very disappointing bheaviour from Airtel...I learn never ever buy any service of Airtel ...and never let anyone know to buy Airtel because it's the worst service provider in Telecom industry
      I had visited Airtel Tilak road, Pune City showroom today at 20 May 2021 approx time to 10:35 am to pay my friend's bill.

      Post payment of bill I found a place to sit and send message about bill payment to my friend.

      Next to me was the office boy/door keeper about 2 feet away and two chairs near him. Ideally atleast 3 feet distance is to be maintained yet the showroom doesn't have much space at all.

      To maintain social distancing in the above mentioned showroom I was siting in another chair and not next to the door keeper.

      Theirafter office boy/door keeper picked both chairs near him and stacked at other place.

      Your company's manager Mr Jai was passing by and instructed office boy/door keeper to tell me 'get up & leave'.

      When I was about to leave, the said office boy/door keeper followed instructions of his manager and asked me to leave as, I was sitting on chair where he mentioned it to click photographs of customers. Their was no sign board nor labels for the same on this chair or near by.

      This offended me for sure as I was not sitting their for leisure. When questioned about this to Airtel showroom employees they said I should not sit their and I'm wrong. It's ironic isn't it.

      Note: No one informed me in advance about this chair is not for customers other than the ones taking pictures.

      Secondly, until the payment was made all of your staff was good and once your manager instructed and went out, they started taking his side and proving me wrong.

      Your Airtel showroom staff are not aware of social distancing norms ? As the showroom Manager Mr Jai expected me to sit in another chair next to office boy/door keeper in close proximity ?

      It's an insulting experience for sure and your company should make sure your employees like Mr Jai should have proper manners to treat your companies customers also should follow social distancing norms !

      Henceforth, I will be sure I will not buy anything from your 'Airtel' company as, it's seen you can't value people then it makes no sense to value your company either !

      I hope this platform takes appropriate steps than following procedures to contact me and then find out and put up a fake show to close this issue.

When I told him I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain.

        I am using my airtel number [protected] from last two year.On 11/11/2015 I lost my mobile while travelling .I went to airtel Lokgram gallery, to issue me a duplicate sim card.The gallery person charged me Rs 100 for duplicate sim.They gave me sim no[protected] U.It got activated for around 14 days, then all services got barred.I went to same lokgram airtel Galley, and complained.The Attendent Mr. Aman said there was issue with documents and he had submitted the document last day, services will resume in three hours.That day same night I called 121 4 to 5 times all of them said all services will resume in 3 hours.Next day morning I called 121 again and spoke to Floor supervisor, The lady told me documents are not updated, kindly resubmit it in any airtel galley.3 days I went continues to Kalyan lokgram galley, the peron Aman Never took my documents he said it will activated in few hours, already in process.And now he is not picking up the call also.Even he is a gallery person he sold me sim for Rs 100 instead of Rs25. Yesterday I went to Versoa gallery, told them the whole thing, they issued a new sim card, number[protected]U after collecting my passport and pancard copy, and said it will get activated latest by night.But till today same all services are barred.Only changes that had happen, old sim[protected] U registration got failed and new sim[protected]U) issued by Versoa gallery is getting signal but all other services are barred. Today gallery people inform me, they cant activate it from Versoa, I need to contact Lokgram gallery, They only can activate it. Sorry to say but The person Aman And lokgram airtel gallery services are to totally rediculus. Kindly provide me solution to activate my services on sim[protected]U, as I am in Shipping company, travelling is much involved.All accounts are linked with this number.Now if can activate it please let me know or else will certainly never take airtel services in lifetime.Airtel team just frustrated me from so many days.No One has any idea what need to be done.Please also I am not going to Lokgram Gallery again to see that person again Kindly suggest me other gallery.           Dear Sir, This is Dattatray from Mumbai. I have recharge my mobile number [protected] with special recharge of 29 Rs on 20/11/2016 to get benefit from roaming free network and 69 Rs on 21/11/2016 to get benefit for Local + STD mobile calls @ 40p/min. Unfortunately none of the above scheme got activated on my said number. When I called to airtel customer care and ask them to take above mentioned complaint they were not talk to me properly regarding this issue and not file my complaint. I requested them (Mr. Jitendra and Miss Darshana from airtel customer care) to refund my money but they said we are not going to refund money in such cases. Please take the action on above said issue as soon as possible.

            My Name is Ganesh B, i have [protected] . i see that Lot of balance is Deducted without my knowledge or approval. code is ir99. and am trying to contact them to give me details of deduction, still there is no Reply from Airtel. on[protected] i recharged with 220 Rupees and Today[protected] my balance is 1 Rupee. i didn't Make or received any calls while am Roaming. This is called Stealing Money in General world. am not sure what Airtel calls it.

            every time Airtel Specialist Mails me an update, they are proving them self senseless than Specialist. i send them my mobile Screenshot of successful Recharge and they mail same Reply template with different signatures that there is No Records.
            i just want to know why Balance id deducted. is Airtel in need of Money ?? let me know i can spare some Donation...sick.

              HI, I purcased hot sopt 4g product from aitel and i amnot able to access 4g network in nagpur . i complanted to coustomer care but they are not able to give solution QHDST[protected] complaint number please dont trust on 4g prepaid service given by airtel as they are selling product without any in acess to 4g they are giving 3g network not lte 4g.

              my mobile number is [protected] which is provided by airtel with hotspot 4g product due to some mismatch in number and service associated with it not allowing 4g access it allow 2g nd 3g i activated it on 28-nov-2015 .
              Still your Team is not able to provide solution . All you customer support and nodal officer . are not able to resolve it i cannot access the network for one time along it buy this product it is error with your service why i should suffer .
              you should have been replaced my sim on the first complain .

              i have visited your airtel store 3 times replace csim with duplicate noting worked then they accepted and asked me purchase new sim . i have sumit document and buy sim 3 times . ?

              i n your store represtative say we canot connect device to computer . due you have 4g mobile ?
              why your store dont have tecnically skilled people and infrastrure to support client
              i saw you wasted lot of money on show bazi
              nothing to help customer in that show room ?

              lot of tension and loging 25 complaint in call center and email still my device is not working on 4g
              i have wait one day for any solution from your side and then buy new sim .

                My name is Abhishek Sharma. My airtel no is [protected]. Previously i was using aircel... I recently changed my operator from aircel to airtel.. Now if any person calls me from aircel sim then call does not connect...a msg is given to him that my no. is not in use or does not exist. I also called customer care executive but didnot get proper response... I want to know that whether it was my mistake to come in airtel...plz resolve tha issue as soon as possible...i m missing important calls due to this problem. Thanking you

                  Hi All I stay at Anekal Bangalore where there is no broadband providers. So left with no coice I have opted for Airtel CPE Outdoor unit Home Wifi. Our usage is around 15GB. So I opted for their 1295/- 15 GB plan. First month I got a bill of Rs 3014/- Very next month with in 8 days my 15GB data consumed without downloading and movie or so then I opted for 30GB plan. Again in a weeks time that also consumed. I feel like it a cheating from Airtel. Now I do not know what should I do with this? Unfortunatly I do not have any choice as no other broadband provider is available near by. Please help me out to get rid f this type of cheating.

                      I have applied for a airtel prepaid SIM on 25th November 2015 through a retail shop as suggested by Airtel customer care office who only provides postpaid connection not prepaid.Hence, I provided all the details and supporting documents(pancard, passport, 4 passport size photos, office identity card) what ever been asked to me to provide but till date( 01/12/2015) the SIM is not been activated.                       I have already provided my alternative number during the applying SIM also to [protected]@in.airtel.com but so far no communication and spontaneous action been taken.reference number CACTP[protected].Also as bharati airtel have stopped providing prepaid SIM as said by their customer support offices we have to rely on retailers who also stop picking the phone and refuse to take any responsibilities.My question then why we have to waste our time and money repeatedly calling customer support and retailer for getting a simple job done?If for such a minute work we have to face so many trouble that too a prepaid connection.

                          Paid, didnt get connection and no refund ( reference account number: [protected]). Again paid got the connection, paid the bill ( fixedline number by Airtel: [protected]) and then stopped working. On calling the customer care got to know that the connection is somebody else's name. No rectification done in the past 1week and no internet. Everyday i face the same harassment as no progress is taking place.

                            Debit freeze issue of airtel money account

                            I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account.                             The Cancellation request is not placed on time and bills are generated

                            I had the Airtel fixed lanline [protected] which was requested to cancel on October month. I payed all the due amount but the customer care representative forgot to place the cancellation request. Hence the bill (around 2100) got generated for the next month and they are contacting me pay the bill amount generated. I logged several complaints with Customer care and Airtel Presence Facebook page but no one is really willing to resolve this....

                            I ported no.from vodafone to airtel & I feel I did the biggest blunder doing that. 1st, it took more than 1 week time. 2nd, my vodafone sim was disconnected on 27th Nov 11.47 PM as it ported to Airtel after almost 9 days, but on 28th Nov after I called customer care I came to know its mapped to wrong sim as the Distributor guy who comes to my office, his name is Syed([protected]) gave a wrong sim number to Airtel & that sim was activated for my mob no. . Immediately same evening I went to Airtel outlet in BTM 2nd stage, 7th main and after they were not ready to take ownership of giving me new sim. After lot of argument they gave me a new sim and they told that too it will be activated only by 01st Dec. Today, on 30th Nov that guy Syed gave me a call and said the correct sim is with him and I should collect it from him. I told him I am not in office today and he promised to get it delivered to me by his friend at my residence in BTM by today evening & I have been calling him since 8 PM but he is not picking my call and later his phone is switched off, is this how he treat customer?? I am so frustrated that I moved from Vodafone to Airtel. I have another Airtel postpaid number which I have been using from past 73 months and now I feel I took the worst decision in moving my other no. from Vodafone to Airtel. Since 5 days my primary number is not in service and still no one from Airtel is bothered for the customer. Is this how you treat such an old customer. Now I feel I will port both my numbers to Vodafone as soon as it is possible for me to port. And I will never ever suggest any of my friends or family to move to Airtel.

                              My mail to Airtel: Hello, My name is Upinder Singh and this is regarding my Airtel Mobile number 981040**** and 991020**** that I got ported to Airtel from Vodafone on 28th November at around 11:00 PM. Since my migration to Airtel, I can not receive incoming calls from any operator other than Airtel, however I can make calls to all the networks and can even use 3G/4G on both the numbers. Regarding the same I have made numerous calls to your customer complaint number 198. I want to share my horrendous experience with your customer care executives. I spoke to Madhu in the technical team at 9:32 in the morning regarding my problem for which she assured me that I will receive a call from Airtel within 4 hours. When I asked her my complaint reference number, she straight away denied me of the number and told me that she can not take my complaint and I shall be contacted within 4 hours. But I insist to get my complaint number and she was continuously refusing me to help me with this. I just could not understand why is she not registering my complaint, for god’s sake I am not asking her to register my FIR. After arguing with me for 7-8 minutes she put my call on hold and gave me the number [protected]. I have attached the recording of our conversation. At 11:40 AM i visited the Airtel Centre situated at District Centre, Janakpuri to get the solution to my problem. After listening to my problem, they assured me that my problem will be solved till evening. When no body called me till evening, I again called the customer complaint number 198. Your executive informed me that my complaint has been closed because they have themselves concluded that my problem is solved and nobody bothered to confirm it from me. After talking to the executive, he directed my call to the senior supervisor Amit Sharma, who for your information is a very rude person, who has no idea how to talk to the customers and respond in a very rude and sarcastic way. Anyways, when I explained him the entire chapter, he told me that my problem will be solved by tomorrow morning and gave me complaint number [protected]. I told him to take care of it as I was promised in the morning for the solution of my problem and a call back within 4 hours but none of it is fulfilled. When I told him the complaint number that Madhu had given me, he confirmed that this is bogus complaint number and there was no complaint registered. I was a Airtel customer for 18 years on postpaid connection with my same number 981040****. I ported to Vodafone 4 months back just because I was fed up of Airtel’s continuous incapabilities of solving the problem or giving a swift service despite me being a Solitaire customer. I was very happy with Vodafone’s personalised customer care, but as there was some problem with their network at my workplace, I ported back to Airtel. This time I came back on a prepaid connection as I did not want myself to get involved or interact with your people for obvious reasons. However considering my usage and travelling habits, prepaid do not suit me. But my bad luck or Airtel’s strong ability of pissing off their customers, I have problems from the first minute I connected with you again. Please inform me is there any provision of going back to my previous operator before 90 days of locking period. I am regretting my decision so badly.                                 I have been using airtel prepaid 3G for past 9 months and my number is [protected] in kuppam 517425, AP. for past 2mnths the data isn't speed enough and many hours in a day I get only 2G and things have become worse. In the last month 2days before my data expiry speed was fully throttled and I couldn't use my net and data got expired. this month I have recharged for 4.5gb and since my topup I didn't get 3G even for a day and its mostly 2G that too very bad connection. I ve lodged many complaints in customer care but problem stays. I hope they address my issue soon.

                                    I had been promised by the company's representative that I would be recieving net speed cap limit of 8+10 gb because of some recent offer I changed from my ongoing tikona connection on their word but after the the 8 gb got finished the speed went to 512 kbps i asked the customer care & they gave me a blunt reply that they can not help me i then contacted the sales representative that came at my shop... after several calls he says he has mailed the company but there is no reply back. 15 days till this episode n still waiting for their reply just wanted to ask why give an offer if the company cannot provide it.?
