Hello Team,

I am getting insufficient balance message whenever i tried to call anyone. Incoming call is working fine. I called customer service but did not get the resolution. They are asking me to wait until 24th March which is tooo long. I have 1498 rupees plan enabled on my mobile which have 365 days validity (plan valid till 11 Jan 2022.
since my outgoing was not working after consulting with the customer care...

Outgoing services disabled without any reasons

Unable to send sms from UAE

Wallet Dormant - Can't Activate Fastag

I purchased Fastag from airtel payments bank, but due to covid, I was unable to activate it at that time. Now my wallet is in the Dormant stage and cant use my Fastag

Data diminishes very fast. Feel cheated.

I have bought 12 gb plan for few days. As I am using to watch few videos my plan of 1.5 gb per days wasn't enough. It has not been merely 3 days and my whole 12 gb is almost finished. Left with only 1 gb. I come home after work to watch technical videos, that too with low resolution Cuz I have been reading that airtel is cheating with data. My airtel number got deleted suddenly

I was using airtel prepaid sim(converted from postpaid in July 2020) and kept recharging it with Rs.598 plan (having 1.5 gb per day for 84 days) since conversion. Lastly i recharged it on 10th December 2020, so it had validity till 1st week of March 2021 atleast.
But suddenly on 28th January 2021, my airtel stopped working. I couldnt make calls or message anyone. When people tried calling me it said inval number.

Voice Breaking for opposite people

Unable to call certain numbers from Airtel

Sim card showing No service, only emergency calls

For three days my airtel sim is showing no service. After changing sim slot also, the problem still exists. Kindly advise me how to solve the problem. Deceased person's SIM card ownership change

My brother has passed away last month and my father was holding his SIM card until last week. but we came to know that, one of the legal heir has approached the Airtel store and transferred the ownership on his/her name. this my father came to know after the SIM got deactivated.
