Hello there,

I have cancelled my order of Airtel Black.

I have cancelled order ID 21-[protected] but I haven’t got my 4000₹ refund yet.

The person who was initiated my connection was Mohan Nagar, phone no. is +[protected].

I have been following up with Airtel on Twitter because they do not connect me over call and they do mot have any email support. In Twitter also they are not responding at all.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Delinking aadhaar number with airtel payment bank

    Hi,

    This is regarding delinking of aadhar number with airtel Payment bank.

    When i bought airtel sim card few years ago using my aadhar card, airtel linked my aadhar with airtel payment bank.i am not aware of anything that there is such airtel payment bank and they have not even informed regarding this.
    I never used airtel bank nor heard of this.
    Now, i am facing problem that i am not able to delink...

    Airtel has become from bad to worst in network and internet data service provider. To start off with the network drops down to less than 50% frequently in all the locations I travel. To add on, the internet connection does not give proper internet while using any social media or basic chrome. Thou i have 1.5GB data per day I hardly use 500MB per day with a very very poor internet .
    Airtel management - There is no point in showcasing yourself the best service provider in adds when you can't even provide the basic network and internet to the customers.
    Personally if my issues with airtel network is not resolved, I will be porting out from airtel to a different network provider sooner.

      I have been raising complaints against the issue of my broadband connection for the past 3 weeks to no avail. Previously, I was able to raise complaints directly via the Airtel app, but now I have to sit through the incessant babble of their IVR line to even register a complaint.

      The customer care executive opens a ticket against my complaint and the concerned service technician (Venkatesan, [protected]), who visited my place once owing to continuous calls figured out that the same was due to a faulty modem which requires replacement and then proceeds to closes the complaint without any communication or action from their side. This routine has been going on for the past 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him since.

      The current ticket Id: [protected] has been allotted to me on 13-Sep-2023 and is still yet to have a technician assigned to it. After making several calls, I managed to get hold of the area supervisor's contact information (Sivaraman, [protected]) and have been battling it out with him as well for the past week and every time I get the same answer, he's "looking into it" and that his technician is attending another issue nearby and will reach my place shortly.

      Airtel used to have a service standard before in my area. Utterly disappointed by the service; considering change of broadband altogether.

        I have taken Airtel Black which comes with Wifi and DTH.
        i have paid on 30th August 2023.
        till sept 1st 2023 not even single call or they has come to installation. after 3 days of follow up and too much mental harassment Technion from Airtel communicated in our area the speed of the wifi will be much lesser than promised where Market guy information is totally different. after fight between Airtel employees service has been cancelled and being an single women i will not able to tolerate any more harassment.
        as per policy 7 to 10 working day amount to be refunded now more than 20 days no response at all.

          It was wrongly recharged from HDFC Bank ACC with following details for wrong no :[protected] instead of [protected](Airtel Ltd) for Rs 265/-.

            We, the undersigned, are the residents of K.H. No 174, Street No. 8, Wazirabad, Delhi, 110084. We, on behalf of the residents, of our locality would hereby like to formally lodge a complaint against Mr. Shardhanand Sharma, resident of K.H. No 174, Street No. 8, Wazirabad, Delhi, 110084 for installation of mobile tower on their building/premises in the midst of a residential area.

            To our understanding and knowledge, a mobile tower installation should be done 100 meters away from the residential areas as the radiation emanating has a bad effect on the human body and mind. This tower is within 2 to 4 meters of our residential houses. Hense, it is quite hazardous to the health of our family members.

            We, therefore, request you to look into the matter urgently, and kindly take necessary action for the removal of the said tower from that place in order to prevent any further damage to the health of the people of our area.

                My Airtel fibrenet no.[protected], I have give disconnection request on 03rd September 2023 but my connection was temporarily disconnected and after that I have started getting calls from Airtel for re-activation and safe custody and on 14th September 2023 I got a mail and message for welcome onboard for installation of new connection without my concern how they can send engineers for installation of new connection.

                These guys are torturing me through calls and I don't want to get the calls from Airtel and I want my connection disconnected as soon as possible.

                  This is to inform you that I am Lalit Chauhan using airtel wifi (landline no-[protected]or [protected]) registered mob.no.[protected].From 1 sep 2023 raised a complaint regarding to shifting my connection to my new adress.Which is near by current location just 50 mtr.

                  From last 13 days no one responed or not a single technician visit.all the time airtel team accelerate the request and hold to wait for 24hr.

                  also request. If airtel to not able to shift or upgrade my connection.Then Refund my remaining payment or solve the problem asap.

                  but till the date.airtel not resolve my shifting or upgarde my plan.

                      When i port out airtel to jio in October 2022, i paid them all my family member's number as per airtel executive send me the order id for each number. But two of that they said me wrong order id where i already paid, then again i asked them the correct order id and then paid for that two number, From that, i followed them for money which i paid two times, they play like … what can I say, I tweeted lots of times tagging consumer court and other ones also, still they didn't pay my money.
                      I also mailed a lots of time where they said, but the result was same. I attached each and every time of my payment details screenshot.
                      Now I also attach the proof of my payment, kindly go through this and hope I'll get my money soon. And also note a harashment case on airtel. Literally they talked like I borrow money from them. These are the excess money which I paid 346/- & 305/-

                          My Airtel number is spoofed by someone

                          I'm receiving frequent calls from many peoples stating that they received call from my number However I have not made any calls. It's very annoying and it looks like someone spoofing or misused my number. Please take immediate action to resolve this issue....

                          i m using 2nos airtel postpaid numbers since 10 years, nowday i m in bihar pin 855102, and i m not gettng internet in my both numbers since 20days, by local sources i informed that the local airtel’s tower vill -malapara, block- barsoi has been upgraded to 5G, afterthat internet has been dead in this area, this is new SCAM with india’s peoples to forcefully upgrade there mobile n internet to 5G by Airtel, this area internet is 0 ( zero). i have also raised complain for the dead internet but no action has been taken from airtel offic, apart from this without providing internet for 20 days airtel has raised my monthly bills of full amount,

                            Bill disputes in postpaid plan

                            Airtel company auto renewed disney hotstar subscription in my postpaid plan of 899/- ₹. And now company denied to wave off it. And saying to me "that this you have to pay cause its a postpaid plan". I have call recording of that executive.
                            I told them i paid my all two bills today on 9th of september but they still suspended my number by this amount. I had done 1500/- ₹ payment them with late fee.
                            But still airtel not resuming...

                            From last month my prepaid Airtel mobile no., [protected] is terribly suffering from the pressure of Airtel . Since I am on 4g handset, Redmi note 10 pro Max, the company, when rolling out 5g in Kolkata circle, compelled us to have 5g data connection by throttling and reducing 4g data speed . No remedy was given to me by Airtel when contacted their customer care executive. Moreover, many like me are suffering the same fate with Airtel.

                                Wrong recharge refund or exchange

                                Dear customer service team

                                I am writing to request a refu d for an incorrect mobile recharge that I made on 3/09/2023.
