Dear Sir,

I belong to Chennai and am now in the US on a visit to my son.

I am with Airtel for a long time and have taken an Airtel International Roaming pack for Rs 899/- for my present visit.

While the voice and Data are working, SMS is not working in the IR pack.

My bank in Chennai is trying to send me a verification message on some important matter thro SMS but it is continuously failing.

I have been contacting your helpdesk thro AT thanks app and thro Whatsapp [protected] but no one is able to provide any assistance in the matter. They abruptly stop the communication beyond a point.

As I am in a difficult situation, I request you to look into the matter and set right the problem in the Messaging part of my International Roaming pack.

    Double charging for International Roaming

    I am an Airtel mobile postpaid customer ([protected]) since 2011 and reside in Navi Mumbai.
    I had addressed my complaint to [protected]@airtel.com on 01Oct’23 & 02Oct’23 and to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com on 04Oct’23 received responses the same day. However I am not satisfied with the responses which are all more or less identical. Hence this escalation.

    My Airtel postpaid number barred.

    I have ported from jio to Airtel postpaid ([protected]) using mobile number portability facility (MNP).

    My number was converted to Airtel postpaid on last week Aug, 2023 and since then I am facing the problems.

    My phone worked for a few days and on 20 oct. my outgoing calls are barred. I contacted on Customer Care and was told that the forad activity and jio prepaid sim payment due. therefore...

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    For the past three days our internet has not been working. We already booked a complaint regarding it as well. But we have not received any positive response from your side. Engineer who visited the site after the complaint said it's not from their end. So, they themselves can't do anything about it.
    Actually, my whole work is with the internet, and we have to receive and send heavy files every day. And now for the past five days, we are struggling with our official work. So, I sincerely request you kindly look into it, and if possible, at least resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, we may have to apply for another internet connection. Because our office work has just stopped due to non-availability of the internet.

      I have received a billing amount of Rs 5820.94 for the month of October 2023 for my mobile number which is completely unacceptable.I am in USA from past 3 years and i have never used my Airtel number for calling but i have received this bill amount of Rs 5820 for incoming and outgoing calls and international roaming which i never used.
      Upon checking the numbers which is showing in the itemized statement i can see the all the numbers looks completely SPAM[protected] and even the other all incoming numbers[protected],[protected] in the statement is SPAM and this issue has been already mentioned in the google page by other Airtel customers which is a issue from Airtel end that needs to be fixed.Also I am daily getting my international roaming pack activated without my knowledge and Airtel is not taking any action to fix.

        Airtel is not allowing me to port my phone from airtel postpaid to jio. Whenever I send a message, they're saying that UPC cannot be generated.

          I shifted to a different city and didn't need the airtel fiber service anymore.

          So I requested for complete disconnection, but instead they put my connection in safe custody and are tryinying to charge me 590rs. (250+45(tax) and another 250+45(tax).

          I shouldn't be charged at all, but I am being charged twice for safe custody.

          I requested the disconnection on 11th october, my plan was valid till 18th october

          Customer support called and mentioned that they resolved the issue on 20th.

          But now on 22nd, I am getting a message saying that I still need to pay for the safe custody that I clearly didn't want.

            My Broadband connection is not working since 15th Oct'23, whenever I tried calling the customer care, they say it will be resolved in 3-hours as there is an outage, but still the problem is continuing. multiple calls made to customer care no proper response, I am with Airtel for the past 15-years and have procured 220 connections for my team as dedicated broadband lines and data cards. but today with this kind of service I am really fed up, being a corporate professional and working from home due to hybrid model without knowing when this connectivity issue will be fixed, I am travelling 50kms to and fro to my office daily because of this issue. the sad part is I have also written to the Executive desk on this issue but no response till now. No wonder why the customer support team is not responding. After being associated with Airtel service for more that 15-years, look at the way you treat your customers. (DSL No:[protected]_tn)

                Hi, 7 years back I was using one airtel number that was deactivated on itself. But I changed my number and left it some time after that number got activated that time i didn't had much awareness I left it. After seven years same number is assigned to someone I guess, They were trying to login in Paytm which was connected to my mail ID. I don't remember that number now. I only know last 3 digits. So I need to have a confirmation whether the number is still with my name on it. if so I want to change it.

                    Very Bad services by Airtel.The worst services in the world. Every month there is wifi signal problem .The digital dish tv channels remains down during cloudy condition, Sometimes on sunny day too. More than 5 complaints raised in last 5 months since I started using it and more than 50 times I have called customer care. I never suggest anyone to use Airtel xstream black box.

                    The wifi services gets down in every 15 days, and it take sometime 2 days to resolved . And Dth services always down in cloudy . While some of channel get blurry everyday in sunny days, on calling customer care they says might be solar eclipse on some part of world that's why it's a satellite problem .

                        I have converted my number to e-sim on 15th Oct evening and post that I was not able to receive incoming calls. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned that there was some problem going on with e-sim for 1 week and that is why we were unable to receive incoming call. I have waited for 2 days and issue is not resolved for me. So I have decided to convert this number again to physical sim, still i’m getting issue.

                        Customer care has mentioned that expected resolution time is on 25th October. Is that mean, I should not expect any incoming call for 1 week? Which is ridiculous

                        I have already sent PORT to 1900 and I have UPC for the same. I can’t wait for 1 week and I’m expecting lot of important call in upcoming days. Can you check this on priority and help to solve this issue. If it doesn’t resolve by tomorrow, I will have to port to some other network.

                          An incorrect bill is generated for 7th Sept - 7th Oct. When I contact Airtel they said they cannot revise an incorrect bill. My total bill for both the SIMs should be Rs 599 + GST = Rs 706. I also had a credit of Rs 167, so my bill should be Rs 540 something. But I have got an incorrect bill of Rs 797 and I am being asked to pay.
                          I would like to have the correct bill, and also move to prepaid plan as I do not have any faith in postpaid bills.

                            We're using Airtel Xstream Fiber for 3 months and in the 3rd month my device is getting disconnected from Wi-Fi after every 2-3 minutes. I'm frustrated now. Kindly look into it or let ke know how to resolve this issue. I've tried every possible things by my side.
