I was refused receipt for purchase of a new pre-paid 4G sim and recharge for rs 655 at the Airtel Store in Bangalore. The address of the store is as below:
153, JKB Complex, Kammanahalli Main Road, Near-Geddalahalli Bus Stop, Kammanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084, India

I was also forced to do the first recharge at the same store, they refused to provide me a new SIM without purchasing a recharge.
I have also raised a complaint with the Nodal officer at Airtel, however no action has been taken against the complaint.
Request a strong action against the company and the concerned person since this is completely unethical practice.
