    Sir we Recharge on Airtel number [protected] Rs.153 for 1GB 3G scheme then we received only 375MB data balance and remain balance not received . We also Call on Airtel customer care number of Airtel Company they told me wait up to 5 oct. this is not fair why Airtel company send msg for that scheme which was not fullfill by their norms

    Sir please do something hurry . I make a Video which saw you that your short cut key *121# show information was wrong because in msg you give 1 GB 3G balance just in Rs. 153 but actual we received 375MB data. It was fraud or not . tell me hurry because we need net balance if you not rembureshment then we recharge another plan and make complaint in front of Higher authority because you not taken action with in prescribed time. We can wait another 2 hrs only if you not solve my problem then you liable further responsibility

      Against my # [protected], Airtel is charging Rs 226 fee for [protected] also. Each of the last 4 months, I called up 121 and got it corrected. Even in the latest bill they have done same mistake.I am unable to get this fixed permanently from Airtel. Pls help. FYI - [protected] was active for me more than a yr back. Airtel knows it is wrong to charge.

        Hi, Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than consumer.. Anyway, I was using the postpaid connection ([protected]), On 28th Feb'2015 I've called to customer care and ask for about my packs to convert in Roaming Packs & also active the Roaming incoming pack too. But they have active only incoming pack. After one month saw my bill, I shocked and call to several time @customer care for adjust the billing amount and resend the fresh invoice with need full correction. But As on till, I have not received the fresh invoice & number also blocked in may'2015;I have lost my social contacts, data & banking services due to this. Pls look into this & do the needful.

          I purchased Samsung Galaxy J5 recently and i have airtel number and galaxy j5 provide double data offer on airtel i completed all the steps to complete the activation and and i recharged 3g plan worth ruppes 299 as it mentioned in the attached image.I am so tired of calling customer service they make stupid excuses and lastly they say u didnt activated the offer now they saying i didnt activated the offer lol.. Please do something

            Dear Sir/Madam, above mentioned mobile company have given me 3334/- bills.This bills higher price .l have complaint there customer care but they say your less only 250 Rs. actually my postpaid plan is 299 Rs. this plan (plan 1200 Local & Other call minute, 300 sms & internet 500mb) l have used 566 mb internet uses. so l calling many time but they said you pay Rs.3084 with lets fess 100 Rs. now my all calling service stoped.

              hi, i have been using airtel for the last couple of weeks and i am tired of its awe full service. they are boasting about 4G internet "fastest internet service" and so on and the matter of fact is that they cant even provide the basic cellular service in Hinjewadi Phase 3 area of Pune, Maharashtra. the call drop and connectivity issue is so much that i have to get out of my flat to talk else the call wont pass through. Stop fooling people with false promises and fix the basic problems first. i cant have 4G in a place where i cant set up a simple call at one go.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I am (T.D.Thomson) Prepaid customer of Airtelindia and I have Paid Rs.997/- on 24/09/2015 vide Transaction ID[protected] for my USA trip through online payment. While I was crossing Abu Dabhi (Airport) on 29/09 early morning I was able to operate International Roaming facility. But once I landed in USA on 29/09/2015 I am not getting any Operator Response to enjoy international roaming for which I have paid Rs.997/- to Airtelindia. I am incurring heavy losses due to this inconvenience from Airtel Services. There is no provision of customer care contact numbers for consumers of Airtelindia who have been trapped in abroad after making payment for Internaitonal Roaming in India.                             Sir my no is [protected] i am facing a problem regarding deduction of Rs. 32 of STD pack in twice in every month and i have lodge complain every month in customer care and every time they said that next time this is not happen but recently two times of an amount of Rs. 32 has deduct on 21 Sep 15 and 30 Sep 15. On 22 Sep 15 i have talk to airtel customer care and he said that Sir this time amount is not deduct twice and i have lodge a complaint but on 30 Sep 15 the same amount is deducted for STD pack and when i talk to customer care they said that the amount is not refunded. Sir please help me.

                              This is Balasubramani from Pondicherry and my Airtel number is [protected]. Two months before I have changed my mobile number from Vodafone post-paid to Airtel post-paid, after that I have been facing network interruption due to this most of the time my mobile is in not reachable state when someone trying to reaching me they are getting not reachable tone even full network signal and while I am making call to other people and getting “ Mobile Network not register” pop-up message on my mobile phone. I have raised the query to Airtel customer but so far no solution. I have been chasing the Airtel customer care since last two months but there is no proper answer for this. Again I have called to Airtel customer care on 29.9.2015 9:45AM to get my complaints update but that customer care representative spoken me rudely and treated as uneducated person, I asked him to connect to manager to discuss about this but he spoken un-mannerly. He called me again and again spoken rudely even the last call was finished and that number was [protected], After that suddenly he tried to compromising to me like manager and trying to fooling and cheated me. I lose my confident about Airtel and he treated me uneducated and very very very badly manner.

                                My number was registered with Delhi, I got it converted in Karnataka number. They charged me for 2525/- as one time charge. I have been continously emaling them that tell me the breakup and detail of this amount. I am pissed with Airtel now, I have other works as well apart from emailing them and calling customer care. Most pathetic service provider. I wish I could take it to higher management of Airtel and get this sorted out. Not sure what i will be doing now, either they will forcefully make me pay that amount otherwise i will get my number closed and will have to change my number.

                                  Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than me. If the two employee don’t want to support/help customers they shouldn’t even be working in such a role. I hope the management take some responsibility. To get a clear picture of what I am refereeing to please listen to the call recording from account number [protected] on 9/30/2015 12:12 AM. If you have difficulties to locate the recording please let me know I can email it to you.

                                      Dear Airtel, COMPLAINT NO.CBNRD[protected] There is no body to take responsibility to check this complaint, its a worst behavior your side. Shame on you Airtel. One side you given the offer 2GB data at 209 Rs if I recharge this offer then I receive only 1 GB data why? I have prove with IVR voice recording so many times I give you voice recording on [protected]@in.Airtel.com but no take to responsibility.                                         I sent PORT message to 1900 to port my number [protected] on 2nd sept 2015. But AirTel activated some plan to my number without any information and didn't released my number to port it. It happened twice with me. Please help me to port my number .
