DTH account suspended wrongly

My Customer Id:[protected].My DTH account got suspended on Sep 3.I called to customer care and lodge a compliant. I didn't got any proper response from them. Then I called to Nodal Office and got information that I make a request for reversal in 21st April 2015 so they refunded 245.That's the reason the balance got deducted and account got suspended. But I didn't make such request in April 2015 and also no amount got credited in my account....

Recharge RC 296 proof of cheating

Failure to remit payment

No DtH service even after recharge

Error shows'Unable to receive signal ' .waste of recharge 350Rs. Complaint was registered but no reply. 4 months back same problem and they charged 400rs to change some equipment. Again same problem, they are asking 150rs just to look into what problem it is. Fraudulence everywhere....
