Please help as on 14th september sim card:[protected] was given by your executive (i have paid charges of 30 rs for sim card portability). i was coordinating ith Ms Prity:[protected] for the same, but for last 5 days, Ms priti is not responding and neither bother to reply back regarding my portablity of mobile no:[protected] from vodafone to airtel. ihave submitted all documentation regarding the same, but still no one is reverting. this process is already delayed by 10 days still trying to contact Ms Priti but she is not replying and nothing is done yet, i have never expected such kind of worst customer service from airtel Regards Nishika Singh

    Greetings, Name: Naveen Kumar Purra Mobile No: [protected] [protected][protected] I have raised a request in the month of Jun-15 to change my bill plan from @399 to @199 plan. But it did not happen after multiple reminders. I kept getting bills with the 399 plan instead of a revised bill. I have make several calls and emails but my grievance is not sorted yet till date. I had even approached the Nodal officer, for which they were waiving some partial amount from the bill and asking me to pay. They have now stopped my outgoing call services on my mobile. I am using the same no. for 10 years. I am looking for a revised bill effective from Jul-15 @199 bill plan instead of the current bill which is generated @399. As per my calculation the bill should be generated with 199 plan effect from Jun-19 which will come to 600/- + taxes. if this is done i am read to pay my bill immediately.       I would like to bring to your notice that I have been getting promotional calls & SMSes of various schemes of rate cutters/data packs on my number "[protected]" ever since I ported out from Airtel and ported into Aircel on July 16, 015. I was registered for the fully blocked category of NCPR/DND before Port-Out & have now already re-registered after Porting-In to Aircel. The SMSes keep coming from a particular "AO65000X series" Channels at 10:30 A.M everyday. I have intimated them on multiple occasions & requested them to stop this activity with immediate effect and delist/unsubscribe my number from such channels. They asked me to provide screenshots which too, I provided. But they refused to acknowledge & kept on dodging my requests giving vague reasons like "contact your current operator to get a resolution" & later stopped responding over email completely I continue to receive their SMSes till date though the frequency seems to have reduced from 4 to 1-2 per day. Request to please look into this & do the needful.

        I have already closed my number and am getting messsages to pay bill...I had gone 4 time at customer service center to pay the same. But everytime they says Server is down for card payment. We don't accept cash. the only possible way to pay bill is using card or cheque . i am totally fed up with this. i am also not able to pay bill online as this nbr is disconnected. Please either provide me way to pay bill else i am not going to pay bill. In message i am getting pay bill via payment or www.visapaybill.in. when i am trying to pay using the site. this site is also not working.

            Hi Team, I am using your Airtel Postpaid number, comes under corporate plan CUG99. After many times calling to your customer care, your executives are not able to resolve my problem. Here is the story I want to explain you. 1. On 10th march, 2015 I have subscribed advance rental plan which is of 4250 Rs.[4GB-3G data] Same amount has been paid on time. As its validity 6 month, it needs to activate till 10th Sept. 2. On 12th july, 2015 I called to your customer care for internet issue. As per conversation happened between me and your executive, I came to know my monthly 4GB data already got consumed. Hence I asked him to activate smart byte of Rs.250 on my number. 3. Instead activating smart byte, he activated some 1gb 4g/3g plan. I don't remember the plan name. 4. My billing cycle is 20th to 19th of every month. Since 12th july to 19th july, I was facing mobile internet issue. I was not able to use internet on my no. 5. Around 21st or 22nd july one of your executive Mr. Jainul Ansari, taken action on my problem. 6. He explained me what was the issue. As per his and my conversation, here are the words.Mr. Ansari told me, on 12 july my plan was deactivated by airtel executive and some 4G related plan got activated my number. This causes problem on my number. 7. On the same call he again activated my previous advance rental plan which of 4250 Rs.[4GB-3G data] and promised me to provide waiver of pre deactivation of advance rental plan(from 12th july to 10th Sept)+ 1gb 4g/3g free plan+ tax amount 8. Around more than 2100Rs. Amount needs to be waiver. 9. I have already called to your airtel customer service centre and they told me that I need to wait for 7 days. 10. By writing this mail, I would be looking for immediate response on my complaint.

              Hi All, This is one of those incident that has been prevailing till date, I have an airtel broadband connection at home([protected]) and my father received a call from an airtel representative suggesting that they would provide a cordless phone and some scheme of postpaid if he ports his existing reliance prepaid mobile number([protected]) to the airtel postpaid mobile number. My father submitted the required documents to the airtel person who came to our home and he told that the number would be activated and he’d also be getting the cordless phone within 7 working days, by that he meant 15th September 2015 as he had completed all the required formalities on 7th September 2015. On the eighth day when my father called the airtel person who came to pick up the documents, he insisted my father to call another person who eventually didn’t receive his call and on receiving my father’s call they told him that they are out of the cordless models and the number also has not been ported till now due to some issues which he wasn’t aware of, WOW! My father kept calm and didn’t take any action as there would have been some delay due to some obvious reasons and human err. For the coming week he was told the same story every day and his number wasn’t ported, the person whose came to pick up the documents didn’t receive his call and the person who was supposed to process the docs didn’t pick the call as well. As we all are living in the digital era its very tough to get your daily business done without the mobile as we all receive all our banking and business notifications through that. My father cannot perform any banking transactions as he cannot receive any OTP’s. Whenever he tried calling them they didn’t pick up the call and Fortunately if they did they kept telling me that “Sir app usse call, kar lijiye” and the other guy also blabbered the same deal. After a couple of days whenever he tried calling them they never picked up his call and they used to message him with this very statement “Sir xyz number parr call kijiye” All he wanted now was his mobile number to work, coz he had lost hopes of a cordless phone, mobile number also hasn’t started working till now, today is 23rd September 2015 and they are still beating about the bush, when I called one of the person today, he told me to come to the office which is 15 kms away from home. If they can’t resolve a small issue of providing a sim to a customer, I wonder how they the so calling fastest 4G network providing company works and provides the fastest network, really something which they should work upon. I thought airtel is a very good company in terms of providing the customer its services and alas I was wrong, unfortunately they aren’t.

                A sales person from Airtel Mr. Dhyaneswar told me that Airtel has launched new plans and that I can upgrade my connection to 16mbps with 1 mBPS after fup . He had told me my landline number would remain the same. On the day of connection, Mr. Nitin told me they have to put another line as it is a new connection(A/c no: [protected]), and it is 2mbps(which is of no use for me) and not 16mbs but then they will upgrade it to 16mbps. So i waited for a day and got no mail from the airtel team, so i called them and registered a complaint (complaint no:[protected], and got a call from Jackson who clearly said that my existing landline number (a/c: [protected]) cant be transferred and furthermore the new a/c number [protected], my speed is not 16mbps with 1mbps after fup but 8mbps with 512kbps after fup.but the resolution we reached was at the fact that he would talk to his team and get the existing connection(a/c no: [protected]) to upgraded speed of 8mbps with 1 mbps after fup, and said that he would give a call he next day to confirm it. WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED TILL NOW??????? My a/c no: [protected] (, combo connection of broadband and landline ), I had raised a complaint( complaint no:[protected], in which I had specifically stated not to disconnect my landline to the person, BUT THAT WHAT HES DONE AND NOW MY OFFICE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING AND HAVE BEEN CALLING AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND SPEAKING WITH A NUMBER OF OPERATORS WHO KEEP ON TELLING ME THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MOBILE NUMBER([protected]) AND GIVE A CALL BACK WHICH HAS NEVER HAPPENED AND I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND LAID BACK ATTITUDE OF YOUR COMPANY, ( SOME OF THEM BEING jACKSON, YAMINI INTERACTION ID:[protected], ESCALATION MANAGER: MADHU.R AND rITHVIRAJ WHO KEPT MY CALL ON INDEFINITE HOLD SAYING HAT THIS IS A BILLABLE NUMBER AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY .BUNCH PEOPLE WHOSE NAME I DONT REMEMBER...). tHE WORST PART THEY NEVER SEND YOU MAIL WITH THE DETAILS OF THE DISCUSSION BECAUSE OF WHICH THEY KEEP ON BLAMING THE CUSTOMER

                    I'm an loyal customer to bharati airtel since 2004, for the last 3 months I'm facing severe network drop complaint. Not only me but most of the people are facing the same problem. When this complaint araised they increased tariff from 198₹ to 255₹ without rectifying the complaint. This seems very pathetic nd cheating all. Kindly take action

                    Same problem with me also, they are giving very stupid reason that they are planning a new site. Location: New Delhi, Near Medical Council of India, Dwarka Sector 8, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045
                    They will do nothing as this is not a problem they can do anything because they need approval from government ministry to install new towers without which they are unable to do anything however they should see why are they adding tagline to their product. Airtel 4G - "Issey behtar miley to lifetime mobile bills free"

                    Guys you should understand a common man is now socially connected and able to file a PIL in district courts or other higher courts or personal petition in a consumer forum.

                      I was a happy vodafone customer for 15-20 years and only because of high bills did I decide to shift over to airtel only to realise that it was my biggest mistake...I submitted all the correct documents etc to the agent who came over and handed me a sim too. After my porting request got approved, I was given the date and time as[protected] T22:30... Since that minute I have not received any connection on my phone and have been without any means of communication for the past 6 days now, and whenever I call Airtel customer service (which has been over 20-30 times) all I am told in their rehearsed dialogue is "don't worry ma'am, we understand. You will get connection in 24 hours, I guarantee!" This is total n complete lies. I have tried calling the agent too who took my documents and he refuses to take my calls...I have even visited 2 airtel galleries over the past 2 days with the same statement told to me... I have 2 small kids with whom I go all over the place and a husband who is out of the country who cannot get In touch with me or speak to his kids because of AIRTEL's technical glitches ... I have had to bear the cost of getting a new prepaid sim and refilling it so that temporarily I have some means of communication. The number that is under dispute is [protected]...                       Appreciate your reply but I still have not received my connection. There appears to be some odd issues with regard to the paperwork... The agents through whom I did this claim that some other papers n sim no is cleared for connection which is very strange...
                      It's now over a week that I am without my connection. That number of mine is registered at both my children's school, classes etc...God forbid anything happens to them and the school isn't able to reach me...is Airtel goin to bear the consequences...this is getting really ridiculous...
                      All I'm given from airtel is false promises. Instead of wasting money on other stuf[censored]se ur resources to improve your customer service...it really sucks! Sorry for using language like this but Ul have really tested my patience this past week!

                                I have submitted my documents for converting my postpaid to prepaid which was taken in my brothers name since i was new to Bangalore I have submitted the documents and they said me it will take 48 hrs to get it done. But still after that my postpaid was not activated. I went back to them another guy was approaching me then he told me it will take a week to do it. Then again after 7 days it was not activated and i went back to them they said me that their portal was not working fine and asked me to come the next day. The next day when i went the one guy asked me to come tomorrow since they have more work. I told him that it was more than 2 weeks and then he told me that he will check . I waited for nearly 3 to 4 hours and i got disappointed and moved out. Then again i followed up with them for nearly 4 to 5 days. At last they told me that they have missed the documents and need the same document again I was completely tensed. They could have told me this at the earliest. This happened for me in ITPL Bangalore airtel office. This is the worst service i have never seen in any network

                                  I have ported from Docomo to Airtel on 1st of this month to my plan infinity 1999 and i had an issue while porting. The outgoing calls where working, where as my incoming calls and SMS service also was not working. They took one and half week to solve the issues after escalating almost every day and changing sim 3 times. finally after one and half week it got resolved but with another issue. 4G services were not working on my sim. I went to the store and tried there test sims by putting it into my phone and 4G Was working on my phone, which proves that the problem is not in phone. after sitting in Airtel store (Panjaguta, Hyderabad) for more the 2 hrs, they said its issue in profile. It says 4G Services not defined on my profile (I don't know how). They said it will take two days to solve the issue.
                                  Its been more than a week and still they are still unable to solve the issue even after they know what the issue is. they said they escalated the issue to highest level. Still there is no response from there team and when ever i call the customer care or the store manager, they say it will take one day or 2 days. But it has not been solved till now. I dont know why i should pay the bill (2000/-) for an incomplete plan activation. I tried following up with them in the every possible way but nothing is happening. They have changed 5 sims till now and nothing happened. Now the problem is they are neither letting me port out of Airtel (can not port within three months) nor giving me proper services. I dont want to pay the bill of this month for such a bad service. I want to know if there is any other way i can get this problem solved? what is the highest level of Airtel customer service team i can reach and talk to and how do i do it?

                                  (PS : This is the worst customer service i have seen by far. Even reliance does better)

                                    - Between Feb 14 to Oct 14 and from Aug. 15 to current date - [protected] - I have consumed cellular phone service from telecommunication giant Airtel between Feb. 14 to Oct. 14 (approx.) later ported out to Vodafone and recently re-ported to Airtel after watching advertisements of best ever network in Delhi NCR. My problem is that, I have repeatedly complaining to Airtel regarding worst network coverage and data services connectivity at my residential address "RZF - 630, Rajnagar Part 2, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 110045. My smartphone handset model is Sony Xperia C (Sony C2305). I have made clear my problem through myAirtel app and my personal email ([protected]@gmail.com). A series of emails were exchanged between Airtel and myself but strange part of the whole matter is that, Airtel have provided a formal solution i.e. "New Site Planed". I wish to question the telecommunication giant, how could you misinterpret consumers with your fake promises by way of advertisements. When 3G services were launched in market many telecommunication companies in India come with their advertisements showing that video streaming is browsing in 2G but running very fast at 3G. Now, in a famous Airtel 4G challenge advertisement the Airtel tried to showcase that other 3G or 2G users couldn't do thing so fast that an Airtel 4G user can be (in Delhi NCR). Now, my question is, if Airtel 3G is not good in the area I am residing so how they can give ultrafast speed of 4G in the same area. Situation 1: If Airtel can give the advertised services of 4G then it means Airtel giving impression in users mind that Airtel cannot good 3G services after launch of 4G. Situation 2: If Airtel cannot give the advertised services of 4G in the area I am residing then Airtel is accepting, because new site is planned, so Airtel is willingly accepting any claim/ claims of the consumers & potential customers residing in that geographical location for 'Lifetime free bills" (as advertised). 3G is not better and 4G is launched with tagline "agar isse fast internet miley to lifetime bills free". - In the end of this complaint, I request Airtel to give full network coverage of Airtel 3G at my location of residence rather giving resolution "New site planned". Everyone know that the site is not newly planned and I have full evidences that you are giving the same reason from from than 18 months of my discrete periods o[censored]sing telecommunication services from Airtel.

                                      Character Encoding : Unicode (UTF-8) Font Used : Mangal Language : Hindi श्रीमान सुनील भारती मित्तल मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर भारती एअरटेल लिमिटेड क्षमा प्रार्थी हूँ, यूँ तो मेरा यह व्यावहारिक पत्र निजी होना चाहिए था लेकिन आपको दिनांक 01 जुलाई 2015, दिनांक 06 अगस्त 2015, दिनांक 01 सितम्बर 2015, दिनांक 07 सितम्बर 2015, दिनांक 09 सितम्बर 2015 आदि को पूर्व में भेजे गए ईमेल आपको मिल रहे हैं अथवा आपके विश्वसनीय अधिकारियों द्वारा दबाये जा रहे हैं, समझ नहीं आ रहा है। इसलिए इसे सार्वजनिक तौर पर आपके लिए यहाँ पर लिख रहा हूँ। आपको [protected]@bharti.com पर और cc... gopal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, ceo.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com आदि सभी जगह भेजी गयी हैं। ईमेल के माध्यम से आपको जानकारी दी गयी थी कि "दिनांक 19 जून 2015 से दिनांक 02 जुलाई 2015 तक मेरा ब्राडबैंड टेलीफ़ोन कनेक्शन डेड रहा था। यह कनेक्शन दिनांक 01 जुलाई 2015 को आपको शिकायत भेजने के बाद 02 जुलाई 2015 को सुधारा गया था। आपको भेजे गए ईमेल में दिनांक 13 जून 2015 का भी जिक्र है, इस दिन भी कनेक्शन डेड रहा था और इसी 13 जून को ही आपके विभाग के टेक्नीकल यूनिट को स्पष्‍ट जानकारी में भी आ चुका होगा कि सड़क का कार्य चल रहा है और इसके कारण निकट कुछ ही दिनों में पुन: केबल कटेंगी एवं क्षतिग्रस्त होंगी। आपकी टेक्नीकल यूनिट ने लापरवाही बरती थी। जिसके कारण यह कनेक्शन 19 जून 2015 से 02 जुलाई 2015 तक लगातार डेड रहा था। न सिर्फ़ यह कनेक्शन डैमेज हुई केबल से संबंधित आपके कर्मचारियों द्वारा बताए हुए अनुसार 250 कनेक्शन डेड रहे थे।" जिस दिन यह कनेक्शन डेड हुआ था आपके स्थानीय कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों से उनके मोबाईल पर भी संपर्क करके शिकायत की गयी थी। सारा विवरण जिसमें आपके कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के व्यवहार, सम्पर्क का ब्यौरा एक्सेल फ़ाईल में, जहाँ केबल डैमेज हुई थी स्थान विशेष के फ़ोटोग्राफ्स पीडीएफ़ फ़ाईल में आदि सब कुछ आपको आपके ईमेल [protected]@bharti.com पर भेजे गए हैं। एक बार नहीं कई-कई बार भेजे गए हैं साथ ही उपरोक्तानुसार cc ईमेल ऐड्रेसेस पर भी भेजे गए हैं। जैसा कि पहले भी कई बार हो चुका है कभी एक-दो दिनों तक तो कभी-कभी चार-चार पाँच-पाँच दिनों तक भी यह कनेक्शन्स डेड होते रहे हैं और कारण हमेशा केबल कटने, केबल चोरी हो जाने आदि का ही बताया जाता रहा है। इस बार लगातार 14-15 दिनों तक मेरा ब्रॉडबैंड टेलीफ़ोन कनेक्शन डेड रहा है, दिनांक 19 जून 2015 से दिनांक 02 जुलाई 2015 तक डेड रहा है। जिस पर compensation तो बनता ही है। कनेक्शन डेड होने पर ग्राहक का जो नुकसान होता है उसके मुक़ाबले यह मुआवज़ा राशि बहुत ही कम होगी। यह मुआवज़ा रकम आपके कामचोर कर्मचारियों के लिए सिर्फ़ एक संदेश है कि कोई भी ग्राहक सेवा में कमी का दावा कर सकता है और लगातार अनेक दिनों तक यदि सेवा अवरुद्ध रहती है तो स्वनिर्धारण कर उन दिनों के लिए मुआवज़ा राशि रोक शेष बिल रकम का भुगतान कर सकता है। मैं नहीं समझता कि यदि मैंने स्वनिर्धारण कर 11 दिनों के लिए मुआवज़ा की रकम 296.86 दो सौ छियानबे रूपये छियासी पैसे मात्र रोक रखी है और आपसे सनम्र निवेदन किया है कि यह रकम आपके लेखा-जोखा में समायोजित कर लेवेंगे। यह राशि न तो मेरे लिए बड़ी है न ही आपके लिए, लेकिन आपके नाकारा स्टाफ़ के लिए सबक़ के रूप में पर्याप्त है। हाल ही में दिनांक 19/09/2015 के दोपहरबाद 04:09 समय को आपके एक महिला कर्मचारी द्वारा मोबाईल नं. [protected] से मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल पर काल करके बताया कि आपके कम्पन्सेशन की रकम को एडजस्ट करके बकाया देय राशि बाबत जानकारी को मेरे रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पर 5-10 मिनट के भीतर अपडेट कर रही है। लेकिन अब तक किसी प्रकार का ईमेल प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। आप पढ़े लिखे हो एअरटेल के MD हो। आपसे स्पष्ट पूछा गया है, आपके अधीनस्थ एअरटेल अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों से भी स्पष्ट पूछा गया है और कहा गया है कि लिखित में दीजिये "क्यों एअरटेल ग्राहक पूरे बिल रकम का भुगतान करे जबकि 14-15 दिनों तक लगातार ब्रॉडबैंड टेलीफ़ोन कनेक्शन डेड रहा है? क्यों 14-15 दिनों तक लगातार डेड रहे ब्रॉडबैंड टेलीफ़ोन कनेक्शन के लिए कोई एअरटेल ग्राहक कम्पन्सेशन क्लेम नहीं ले सकता?" ज़ायज़ कारण तो बताईये और लिखित में दीजिये। इस छोटी सी बकाया राशि का भुगतान कर दिया जायेगा। लेकिन न आपके पास कोई वाजि़ब जवाब है न ही आपके अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों के पास, लेकिन इस रकम के लिए आपके कर्मचारी प्रताडि़त अवश्य कर रहे हैं। होगी यह रकम एअरटेल जैसी मल्टीनेशनल कम्पनी के लिए बहुत ही बड़ी लेकिन मेरे लिए नहीं है। कम से कम इतना तो स्पष्ट कर दो कि एअरटेल के पास ज़ायज़ कारण नहीं है वाजि़ब जवाब भी नहीं है लेकिन फिर भी इस छोटी सी रकम का कम्पन्सेशन क्लेम नहीं दिया जायेगा। इस छोटी सी रकम का कम्पन्सेशन क्लेम देने से एअरटेल की नाक मुझ ग्राहक के रूबरू नीची हो जानी है। लिखित में जवाब न देना अपने आप ही स्पष्ट करता है कि एअरटेल का MD हो अथवा अधिकारी कर्मचारी अपनी क़लम नहीं फ़ंसाना चाहता लेकिन मुफ़्त की रकम अवश्य चाहिए ही चाहिए। आपका RelationshipNumber:12398300

                                      यह अँग्रेजी में क्या लिखे हो मैं नहीं समझ पा रहा हूँ, जब शिकायत हिन्दी में की गयी है तो जवाब भी हिन्दी में ही देना चाहिए। जहाँ भारत देश का प्रधानमंत्री भी विदेशों में जाकर हिन्दी भाषा का प्रयोग प्रमुखता से करता है वहाँ भारती एअरटेल की बदकिस्मती है ऐसे लोगों को भर्ती कर रखा है जिनमें इतनी समझ नहीं है कि हिन्दी में शिकायत लिखी गयी है तो जवाब में अँग्रेज़ी का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए।

                                      फि़लहाल अँग्रेज़ी में यहाँ क्या लिखे हैं समझ में नहीं आ रहा है, इसे हिन्दी में लिखें।

                                        I am using Airtel Broadband from couple of years but something really weird i have faced so far, My fixed line DSL id is [protected] it is disconnect from 12/09/2015 and i request to restart the broadband service on the same date but i am getting very bad response every day, i used to visit airtel office in indore which is at bhwarkua, but they commit everyday that your service will be start from tomorrow and 10 days have been passed away and still nothing and i am still waiting for my broadband service to start. All executives are passing the request from one place to other and i am loosing hope now, if you want a new connection then it could be done in 1 or 2 days max but if you want to restart your connection they you have to wait for couple of years i guess.
