    I didn't used the data for my WIFI-DONGLE ([protected]) and I lost my Data balance within 7 days and the validity for that subscription was around a month. (the password was not shared to anyone) I kindly request you to send me a valid statement of my data subscription

      Sir my no is [protected] i am facing a problem regarding deduction of Rs. 32 of STD pack in twice in every month and i have lodge complain every month in customer care and every time they said that next time this is not happen but recently two times of an amount of Rs. 32 has deduct on 21 Sep 15 and 30 Sep 15. On 22 Sep 15 i have talk to airtel customer care and he said that Sir this time amount is not deduct twice and i have lodge a complaint but on 30 Sep 15 the same amount is deducted for STD pack and when i talk to customer care they said that the amount is not refunded. Sir please help me.

        This is Balasubramani from Pondicherry and my Airtel number is [protected]. Two months before I have changed my mobile number from Vodafone post-paid to Airtel post-paid, after that I have been facing network interruption due to this most of the time my mobile is in not reachable state when someone trying to reaching me they are getting not reachable tone even full network signal and while I am making call to other people and getting “ Mobile Network not register” pop-up message on my mobile phone. I have raised the query to Airtel customer but so far no solution. I have been chasing the Airtel customer care since last two months but there is no proper answer for this. Again I have called to Airtel customer care on 29.9.2015 9:45AM to get my complaints update but that customer care representative spoken me rudely and treated as uneducated person, I asked him to connect to manager to discuss about this but he spoken un-mannerly. He called me again and again spoken rudely even the last call was finished and that number was [protected], After that suddenly he tried to compromising to me like manager and trying to fooling and cheated me. I lose my confident about Airtel and he treated me uneducated and very very very badly manner.

          My number was registered with Delhi, I got it converted in Karnataka number. They charged me for 2525/- as one time charge. I have been continously emaling them that tell me the breakup and detail of this amount. I am pissed with Airtel now, I have other works as well apart from emailing them and calling customer care. Most pathetic service provider. I wish I could take it to higher management of Airtel and get this sorted out. Not sure what i will be doing now, either they will forcefully make me pay that amount otherwise i will get my number closed and will have to change my number.

            Had the worst customer service experience ever. The agent and the supervisor do not realize that they are working for salary and their work is to at least “try” to help customers. Both the agent and the supervisor gave me an impression that they are working for charity so they can talk in whatever tone they like and make loud breathing sound to show they are more frustrated than me. If the two employee don’t want to support/help customers they shouldn’t even be working in such a role. I hope the management take some responsibility.                 Dear Airtel, COMPLAINT NO.CBNRD[protected] There is no body to take responsibility to check this complaint, its a worst behavior your side. Shame on you Airtel. One side you given the offer 2GB data at 209 Rs if I recharge this offer then I receive only 1 GB data why? I have prove with IVR voice recording so many times I give you voice recording on [protected]@in.Airtel.com but no take to responsibility.                     I have got new 3G broadband and fixed line service requested and installed at my home in Pune. Airtel was very proactive in chasing me as a prospect and the moment they got hold on all valid documents required from me, it took them eternity to get the service enabled (more than 2 hrs.) The respite of having the connection finally in place was short lived for 2-3 days post which I started experiencing performance issues. The connection was completely dead after 2 days and since then I have been chasing Airtel to get it fixed...all I get to hear is that my problem is being addressed on priority and will be fixed in a day...it has been more than a week that the service is still down and being addressed on priority... I have never been connected to any supervisor whenever I was not satisfied with the agent response...my service request number is 59979980 In parallel I have also received cold calls from Airtel people who were attempting to tell me that broadband service is not active in my area (fact it was already enabled for me) and hence I should consider opting for 4G...maybe it was a hard try from them to sell me 4 G by capitalizing on my current situation...am sure there is a better way to retain and delight your existing customer and cross sell other products to them...minimal expectation is sensitivity to customer needs and prioritization of issue resolution and most of all an honest try to have the issue fixed.

                      Today i lost my airtel prepaid number [protected]. i immediately went to the near by airtel store and as soon as i entered the store the executive sitting over there, without even asking why i had visited the store, very rudely said that the store is closed and we cannot help you. i tried to explain her the situation.what i wanted was to know the details of my id proof i had provided at the time of purchasing that number so that i could get the number blocked, but the executive started shouting at me that the office is closed system is closed etc etc. i just want to know why these companies hire such rude customer care executives???? are we not paying bills on time?? i am really upset with the behaviour of this executive . the airtel store is located in lal bunglow, N2 road. kanpur .

                        I have received a sms from AO-650015 on 27/09/15 at 03:45 pm regarding offer of full talk time of rupees 85=85 accordingly I recharged my airtel sim mobile no-[protected], on 27/09/2015 at 7:59 pm I availed 10.44 paise talk time instead of 85.but I have given 71.56 paise vide transction id[protected] which validity is for1 day, but in sms it was not mentioned, How can you deduct my money, hope it will be returned imidiately.

                          Dear Friends, Airtel 4G customer service and customer care is pathetic. These people have no ethics and are out to cheat people of their hard earned money with such pathetic service. I took an Airtel 4G connection with number, [protected]. From the first day itself connection was pathetic. The dongle used to disconnect once in a while saying "Not Registered". I had ti bear it for few months as connection was unreliable. It may or may not connect to the network, if not, NOT REGISTERED message. Speeds were pathetic, not even close to 3G, let alone 4G. For the price i had to pay, i was getting 2G services from Airtel. Finally by Early August, date - 5th(last time i used the dongle), the dongle became completely dead and was always displaying, "Not registered" message. I called up the customer care in September first week as i was busy with my marriage in August. They registered a complaint, as i remember on September 7th or 8th, either, 6426715 or 64655005. I didn't hear back anything after that. They had closed it without even informing me. I called up the customer care again on 21st September after being fed up to disconnect the dongle connection for number, [protected]. The person who took the call said the previous ticket to fix the dongle has been closed. I asked him to disconnect the dongle number. 65020189 was the ticket number. After 3 days on 24th September, i get a call from customer care saying i need to pay the bill amount 1411 for the 4G dongle. I asked them the status of my request to disconnect and they said the previous in the service request number, 65020189, the support person had mentioned to disconnect the 4G services on my postpaid mobile number, (used for calling)rather than dongle number, [protected]. Please note i have not even availed 4g services on my phone. The previous customer support person did not even care to listen the original complaint i had. They raised a new request for disconnection of my dongle number, [protected]. Now another service request number, 65113834 was raised for disconnection and said somebody will contact me. I paid the due amount of 1411 till 25th August. Remember last time i used the dongle on August 5th. After paying the bill, i called the customer service person again who told me, They would bill me till August 25th to September 24th(The date my second request to disconnect dongle was raised). I had to argue with them to mention that it was not my fault that the customer care person mistakenly(i believe purposly) wrote the disconnection of 4g services for my postpaid mobile number than dongle when i did not even have the services availed on phone. They said they will generate a bill till Sept 24th and then waiver 3 days from it, so that the bill reflects till Sept 21st. After couple of days disconnection team called me and tried to convince me saying they will fix my issue by sending a person. I said i do not need their pathetic service anymore. when i asked her how could customer care close a request without even confirming with the cusotmer, she said thats the reality and i was supposed to call another number. I asked her if you people yourselves know that the customer care is so pathetic why should us consumers stick with Airtel with such pathetic customer service. Few days later on 27th September my Airtel postpaid mobile number, (used for calling) was suspended for no reason. I could not even call anyone. I went to their relationship center where they mentioned they had suspended the service on my request(which i didn't even do). I could not even imagine how low these services could stoop to. Today i got the bill for Airtel 4g which dates till September 25th(I was promised bill till 24th and then waivered till 21st). I called up customer care and as usual those people are clueless about anything. The person told me currently, 4g number, [protected] is suspended and disconnection date is supposed to be, October 7th and i will have to pay the bill until then. I have no idea whether this is going to ever disconnect or not and i will have to keep paying the bill over and over again. My advice to people considering any of Airtel's offerings is to stay away else bear the brunt of their pathetic service. Regards, Pradeesh

                            I am using *121*114# to get 2G data balance and I checked On 25th Sep, the usages were showing 496MB, But When I got the bill details and I have calculated the data usages upto 24th Sep, the usages balance is near 535MB it should be near 496 because when I check balance on 25th sep it was 496Mb.So These two should be matched.

                              Name - Santosh Ladkat Number - [protected] This is to bring into notice to Airtel to stop sending sms / mails / calls for the service which Airtel has not even started from the date of receiving my sim. I don't know if you people are out of your brains to keep on billing me for thing which you never provided and that too even after continuous complains. I even gave up complaining as it really was getting useless and unsolved. Infact I want to demand back my deposit amount paid of Rs. 1000 by check and Cost of Hot-spot as you guys failed to start my net service giving all type of different reasons every time I call.                                 Writing this mail after total disappointment from your services and repeated escalation at your call center regarding my number [protected] . Being a part of Reliance which is one of large account for Airtel, surprise and shocked to see the services Airtel offering. • I am having server data connectivity issue for which SRs have been raised vide no . 65044846 dated 21 Sep’15, 65138626 dated 25 Sep’15 closed without giving me resolution. • SLAs seems to be a real joke with customers – 5 days … Don’t know why it need 5 days to address the issue? • Got the SMS that case is closed since Airtel has not been able to contact me. After inquiring at call center the number from which I was called – Have never received call from number told ? Seems that SR is closed with fake remarks just to close the complaint within TAT. • Do Airtel has any mechanism to inform the customer and ask to call back in case customer is not contactable and team really want to close loop the customer complaint? • Again I called today at 121 from my number [protected] at 12:03, call center agent was not having information about my previous issue as no history available. My issue was of Data and agent told me that I was having issue of voice. Funny when I asked to check the detailed agent put me on hold for about 4 minutes and disconnected the call. Requesting to please get the same checked, if required I do have call recording please let me know will share. As a customer I believe I have right to raise my issue on social media against the campaign run of 4G which seems to be just fooling around people where even basics are not even at place.

                                  There is no coverage for AIRTEL in our area. There is a tower for BSNL near by my house (ULLANOOR FOR BSNL (Tiruvalla) kerala state) Ground Based interior Tower and last week IDEA AND RELIANCE has shared with BSNL Tower and Installed).


                                  I like to take a connection from AIRTEL and there is no coverage. I came to know that you have tie up agreement with sharing of towers with BSNL and if you can utilize this tower for AIRTEL also then coverage for AIRTEL also we will get...

                                  My relatives and friends from town area comming for vacation for the visit or stay in my house they are not getting coverage for Airtel

They are switching on my number for 7 days and again taking off the network/incoming/outgoing calls and mentally harassing me saying come to store and re - submit the documents. But at this time the latest sim handover by your Mundra office on dt. 22.09.15 is still awaiting to function till 29.09.15 11.50 AM. For further details I am also enclosing earlier mail for your ready reference.                                         Hello Everybody

                                        After exercising an tremendous amount of patience and effort from my end to clear the issue - I have no other way but to write to you people.

                                        Here is what i have experienced since February 14 / 2015

                                        I made a call to your call centre for a change in plan on Feb 14- Doc no[protected] / feb 14. i requested to change my plan from existing Rs 1100 to Rs 575 (i guess). My request was taken and i was told that the plan has been changed. The same month i received a bill where it did not reflect change. Following month also it was not changed. I expressed my disappointment about the same.
                                        I called the call centre three times to talk with as many supervisors. I specifically requested to speak with supervisors. All of them - each one of them told me that the issue will be escalated and sorted within 24 hours and that i would receive a call from the supervisor themselves. Till date i have not received any calls.

                                        My data card connection was disconnected. I started getting calls from the Bill collection representatives. I need to say that each one of them is poke with - either didnt know how to communicate or they were outright rude. It was quite shocking.

                                        I received a call from the Airtel Legal team (ph no - [protected]) I explained the situation. I was told that the legal team will revert it back to the administration. (actually nice of him)

                                        On the 10th of the august (if i am right) - I was in an emergency situation at hospital. I received a call from[protected] telling me that a complaint has been filed at the Chamrajpet police station, claiming that it was the sub-inspector speaking to me. he referred me a case number PLC 198062/2015. I was told that i will need to get a bail from the court.
                                        When i called Airtel / and after speaking to my lawyers I realised this was hoax call from Airtel collections department. I called the Airtel legal team and they put me onto Mr Hanumanthappa (ph no- [protected]). Mr Hanumanthappa heard me out and told me that he would call me before 4 hours. i wanted to report this call to the police station.

                                        I called the call centre and i was transferred to the Escalation department who heard me out and all i got was - pls pay up the bill and that the issue will be closed. I remind you the problem is from your side - not mine.

                                        I received a call from Mr Hanumanthappa team - One Mr Raghu ( ph no [protected]) - from the Relationship team. I was told that the issue will be sorted and i would receive an apology mail from the collections department the next day. This was on 10th of August / 2015. I was also told that most people with pending bills are cheats and therefore collection team uses such techniques.

                                        I have not received any communication from any of the numbers post that. Looks like it is conveniently forgotten. Two days ago i received a call from airtel from the escalation team asking me if the issue is sorted.

                                        Pls let me know how to sort this out. I would like to visit the Chamrajpet police station to file a complaint on the number from which i received a call claiming that it was SI of the Police Station to start with.

                                        I look forward to hear from you. Its a pity that a company like Airtel is so inefficient and irresponsible.
