I had given all documents along with fees Rs 250/- to migrate from Airtel prepaid to postpaid on 28-Jul-2015 to agent from Karshini solutions ([protected]). I got a postpaid sim from agent. But till now it was not converted. My number ported fron Chennai to Delhi airtel on 10-Jul-15, this was also informed to agent whether this can be done or not?     Airtel Call Manager Service does not work

    My mobile number is [protected] . Every month Airtel deducts Rs 30 from my prepaid account for availing this service . Most of the time the service does not work due to network problem . When I dial *323# it says " external application down " . The customer care executive cannot solve the problem . They only tells me to wait till the network problem is solved . How come every two or three days this network problem surfaces on its own ?...

        Have plan of 650 unlimited which mean 3gb data at 4g speed and then the net would work but the speed would reduce. 1st month recd proper bill. 2nd month have been charged 900+, some unneccessary charge of RS. 200 have been applied without my concern. I have raised the complaint for billing about a month ago with airtel on email, calls, etc but no response. There has been no internet service for about more than 25 days and have raised the complaint with but still they have again added new bill of 800+, how can they do this, when there is no service how the bill be generated. Please look into to this

              There is a recent increase of an amount in airtel 3g data pack from rs.127 to rs.198 on April month for 1gb 3g data use... and now again raised the amount rs.198 to rs.255 for 1gb 3g date use how can a middle class person can afford this much can to dont think of it airtel? i have been using this number since 9yrs but unfortunately today im felling like an hell o[censored]sing it. i hate airtel now not only me all our relations, friends and families hate it of increasing of cost in everything we better decided to port our number to another network good luck to u AIRTEL u sucks.

                1. Airtel prepaid, airtel.in don't explain the packs. I recharged with 99 pack in bangalore, website dosen't says that amount will go into special account, which is not visible, just we can identify the balance, by calling some special number. 2. With 0 balance, prepaid customer can not reach to the customer support desk, even though if they are rich in special account balance. 3. The call, will always say you are out of balance, but still i can connect to the my contacts and the call amount will deduct from my special account. 4. If there is any thing called special account where is my Account number. 5. I was postpaid customer, I called to customer support for network issues, the questions i received from there, a) which area you are facing this issue? b) How long you are facing this? c) What time you face this most? ...etc If i have to do the network testing for you, why should i pay bills to you? d) They say issue is due to the SIM, change the SIM and network issues will resolve. If your SIMs can give trouble in 3-4 months, why should one pay for new SIM. You should improve your SIM quality. e) Sir, we don't have enough network issues in bangalore, your SIM might have issue. This statement, goes to every second user. If you have all SIM's not working, and network is so awesome form you, why don't you get new SIM provider. 6. Due to network issue, i wanted to move to Prepaid, i went to their customer store around 10 times, every time they asks to come again after some time, they are out of stock. If you guys are out of stock for SIM's, why don't you shutdown your company. I guess, SIM's are there only for new consumers. Airtel sucks!!! Worst company ever seen. Then your cusotmer support desk manager asks us to show, on website, where there is 99 pack. When i asked them why on your website, it doesn't talk about special account. Also, he asks where they have mention as if it will go to main account. They need English classes, because they are not well educated i guess because website speaks about recharge you mobile(acocunt), which is main account only, untill you inform your user, that there is something called special account as well. Overall, i am feeling cheated/looted by Airtel. Anything done with my money, without informing where it is(hiding information about money), is equal to looted.

                  Dear Sir / Madam Please note I have got the below number from Aircel Limited as corporate connection for company CUG and later our company management have decided to go with Airtel and we have changed this number to Airtel and took some more CUG connection with Airtel. After a year (almost) I have resigned my job the organization and got the approval to take this number with me but due to my marriage I was not able to do the same immediately. After my marriage I have applied and changed my number to my personal name and I have received the bill also but suddenly last 31st number got deactivated and we complained to Airtel and came to Know that they have given the number to Mr. Somasundaram. As this number has been used by me for long time and given to all my customers and especially to my parents who is in my native and who is 70 +. I have tried with Airtel to get this number back and also asked them how they can give this number to someone without my NOC, as I have submitted all the NOC from company and they have verified and then only they have activated the number and we have got the bill in my personal name too. But they are not responding and not helping me to get this done. Please help me to get this number back Mobile Number : +[protected]

                      I received the July 2015 bill of amount 381.65 Rs. It was including 299 Rs which is my postpaid plan. On top of that they charged 46 Rs of roaming charges which was 24.42 Rs as I checked at month end. They included tax 46 Rs which should be 14% of 299=42. So total bill should be 365 Rs. I called them 3-4 times to correct my bill but instead of correcting the bill they barred my number. 2-3 times I got confirmation that they are going to correct my bill. But when I called today they were saying no sir this is the bill which you have to pay to start your services. Their bill calculation is totally wrong because of that they are able to make their customer fool. So somebody is seriously looking the bill and they know what It should be then they can raise their voice as I am raising my voice about that.                         I am suffering a lot due to mismanagement at your Airtel's end. I called the customer care in morning for the activation of my 4G sim numbered SIM[protected]U. She told me steps for the registration. But when I did the same I received below message from 121. "Sorry! This SIM seems to be faulty. Please visit the nearest airtel store to get a new SIM." I called back the customer care and those guys took a new request for new SIM. I received no verification call from customer care. Also. When I tried to call home to known the health status of my little one I saw there was no network in my mobile. How irresponsible you guys could be.. Without delivering and activating new SIM you have deactivated my mobile. I don't know what to do. I am working and have to travel Delhi to Noida.. How risky it could be for a female to travel in night without network connectivity. Hope you can well understand the fact. Since past 6-7 Hours me and my husband is trying and calling. Customer care for the activation of my old SIM But sorry you guys and your management is difficult to deal with. If can understand then please ask them to activate at least my old sim. My new 4G sim is SIM[protected]U Activate either of these.. My old sim or the above given new one

                          They are unnecessarily charging money.
                          They kept my sim card for suspension so, every month bill is generated which they are forcing me to pay.
                          So, kindly help me sir in deactivating the sim card

                            Bumper Offer! RC25 = Rs 75 Talktime + 75MB 3G data & also make Loc & STD calls @ 36p/m (1.2p/2s) for 15 Days (Extra benefit in next 48hrs). Sir/Madam I have received the above message from TD - 612830 on 10 Aug 15 at 06:09 pm on my airtel number. I have recharged the same but only 125 mb were provided. What about the other benefit as mentioned in the above message? Further, I am very unsatisfied from services provided by the toll free customer care (198). I have called three times. Two times call were not received after 5 min conversation. Once call were received but he has cut the call without solving the query. I want justification on the query otherwise I will take this matter to the higher level. Mohan Mob. No- [protected]

                              I recently went to Airtel Relationship center ( Branch Rammurthy Nagar, beside Mega Mart, Bangalore) to convert my prepaid to Postpaid connection. I raised a request on 31st July and waited for 3 days to get the sim activated. I went to their store on 5th August 2015 and they said that it will be done within 2 hours and I waited for a day and on Friday 7th August 2PM I lost my connection. Neither of Postpaid and prepaid sim are activated. I tried calling the Store and they were not responding. Worst thing happened on saturday they made me come to their store for 4 times each time promising me that it will be done within 2 hours. THis is the worst service that I never expected from airtel. The store gave their contact number and one of their representatives number also but no one will respond. My sim is not activated even now. I am still not able to make any calls or not receive any and customer care are telling that it will be done within 4 hours from the past 12 hours. I am fed up with the service and want to migrate to other provider once the number gets activated. Worst Worst service ever and work Airtel relationship service center ever.

                              This is the 6th day since my Number was deactivated and there is no response from any one.

                              When I call customer care, they are saying me to check with Airtel relationship center and when I go to a center, they are asking me to call the customer care and wait for some time.

                              I am not able to make any calls even though I am signal, the verification team has verified my details 5 times without any proper result.

                              I am really fed up with the service and want to change the service.

                                On 31st of July, 2015, internet service was down so on 1st of Aug, 2015 I called 121 and raised a complaint with the complain no. 58174766 and I was told that by 2nd of Aug the issue will be resolved. I got frequent sms alert from Airtel about rescheduling to resolve the issue. With no further response I called up again on 4th Aug, and I was told that their backend team would call me to fix the issue. Again there was no response from them so I called on 5th Aug, they told me the same thing that there is some backend issue and it will be rectified the very next day. I called them again on 6th Aug, now instead of resolving the above complain number, they closed the previous complain and raised a new complain number[protected]. Since then I have been calling them on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of Aug. This is a really pathetic service provided by Airtel. I pay my bills on time but I can't expect the kind of service I need in return. I'm getting rid of this connection in a few days and I'll never recommend anyone to opt the service from Airtel.

                                I have already applied for cancellation on 11/08/2015 with reference number 58503880.
                                I got a call from Airtel retaintion at 9:12am 12/08/2015 regarding fixing the issue before 12pm but I didn't get any further response.
                                Again at 3:07pm I got a call from Airtel retaintion giving me assurance that the problem will be fixed within 7pm and still there is no response. Why should I go for Airtel fixed line service?
                                Very good service from a Multi-Billionaire company called Bharti Airtel.

                                    I have an Airtel connection, No. [protected], relationship no. [protected]. used in Airtel router from 27.07.15 when we on the router it could not connected with this router. last 03.08.15 I have went to airtel care near M.G.Road metro station(Kolkata)they have lodge a complaint, complaint no 63715276.dated:03.08.15.and told me that service engineer will go to my address and solve the problem. but till now no body came to my flat for solve like this problem.
                                    Today when i again went to the airtel care near M.G.Road metro station(Kolkata) repeatedly told me they have again forward this complaint .Asper care for solving this problem I have to change my bill plan.
                                    So, I don't want new bill plan and I want to surrender my airtel connection.

                                      My airtel network is totally down from sunday[protected] morning, when I called for the customer care they have mentioned me that the sim card number was mis-entered as my proposal from prepaid to postpaid migration is in process. As I need my number for banking purposes. I don't have any Airtel Retail Centre near my place as I need to travel long. The customer representative who assisted me asked to visit the nearest ARC as this is the only option for me. The only question is why should go and resolve my problem with Airtel Relationship Centre when I did all my process through online services. Really I did not expect this kind of reluctant reply from the airtel customer service. The representative name is jagadeesh. Please note this is the issue from the airtel end when they try to migrate my prepaid to postpaid proposal they wrongly entered my sim number detail.
