These people promise so many things but don't do it.. I received message from airtel stating that the balance will be carried forward if i recharge before validity. I have recharged it yet my balance did not carry forward.. When i talked to Harish at the airtel customer service he says that he can't explain and promises to transfer to supervisor. But disconnects the call. Then i called back and spoke to Pavani who said that there are no supervisors available. Then when I asked her to explain why the balance din't get carried forward, she just abruptly placed me on hold. And then I get connected to Sheik Khadeer who calls himself a supervisor. He was extremely rude and din't intend to help. He said that all he can do is give information and that's what a customer service is for. But he failed to help. So now I do a recharge which is waste of money. Airtel is fraud

    I have Western Railway CUG No. [protected]. I have come to know that my pending bill (unbilled) is more than Rs.50000. No bill has been deducted from my salary during last four months. I want to know satisfactory reason for such huge amount of bills. Thanks.

        I have recharged Rs.44 to [protected] airtel prepaid number.But I am not get any 2g benfit, so I contacted to airtel customer care, the airtel executive transfer my call senior person, his name is amudhan.He agreed your recharge was done at 7.45pm on 31st July and benificary not added. He is not taken any complaints or resolve my problem, he is simply advised to ask third party recharge vendor and repeating same answer. Give the benefit for recharged amount or else I will go consumer court.

            I am using my aitel number([protected]) from 10th April 2015. In the above period. It was Airtel prepaid from 10th April 2015 to 17th May 2015. and Aitel Postpaid from 18th May 2015 till date. Today (31 July 2015), I raised a request for porting this number and Airtel rejected it saying I hae to complete 90 days in Airtel Postpaid. As per the TRAI rules, I have to be under same operator for minimum 90 days(There is no mention about it should prepaid or Postpaid). So As per TRAI rules, I am eligible for this porting as I was under Airtel since 10th April 2015.

              I have been using the Airtel Digital TV connection from a long time with ID: [protected] with a plan of Rs. 240 per month. I recharged with Rs.240 (Monthaly Pack) on 4-July-15 and this should expire on 3-Aug-15 (There was no suspension of account) But I am surprise when I am getting Low balance messages from 26-June-15 and it says Recharge will expire in 5 Days on 31-June-15 (It should be 3rd Aug 15). 'WHERE ARE REMAINING 4 DAYS ????' I never subscribed/Added for New Channel or any paid service and If they says Yes than provide me the proof. It seems like cheating with customers. When Called on Customer Care- [protected] (Time: 5:45) after connecting call i choose option #9 for Talking with Customer Care Executiive but after holding of 5 Min they dissconected the call and i was charged Rs. 5 with no result. Now after 5 days of my complaint they replied we chanrged Rs. 50 for suspension of account but why i will pay Rs. 50 when i was recharged before due dat i am having all the proof of recharge in my mobile and bank statement (Net Banking).

              I want next recharge date to be corrected from Airtel Digital TV consumer support under customer satisfaction. Please correct the next recharge date.

                On the eve of 30th july 2015, the mobile network on my airtel 4g dongle suddenly went off. After trying many things from my end, disconnecting the device and restarting my mac several times, i had to call the customer care. After 1 hour and several tries, i finally managed to speak to a customer care person, he said, there is some issues and he will reset it, and it i will start working within 30 mins. Today on 31st morning also the issue is not yet resolved. I spoke to another customer care agent, and she assured me that I will get a call back from the 4g department in 20 mins, but no one called. Now at 3pm, the customer care people are saying it will be resolved on 4th august. How am I supposed to do my work without internet. This is an intentional scam from airtel side, The customer care number takes forever to connect, with pathetic voice quality. I am going

                      Dear team My no is [protected]. This is Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number I’d recently used national MNP feature to port my number from Karnataka to Delhi circle. But this has proven the blunder to me as I am facing some or the other issue on almost daily basis. Right now, I am facing issues as I am unable to do any outgoing call from my number. Sometimes even incoming call is not being placed. I went sector 18 noida service center to register this grevience. But seems like they are also unable to figure out issue in this. It’s BEEN 10 DAYS since I am unable to make/receive any call. For the records u can check T138 for 23 July and T089 for 24 July today under same branch. I got the email id’s of nodal officer and Appellate Authority of Delhi circle to register the issue faced by me and written mails to them. But I never got the prompt reply saying by this date, we would resolve the issue even after asking them multiple times. I am really confused and frustrated at this point of time and have absolutely no clue where to go except to register this grevience at this forum. I’ve all the mails with me and can be shared with you. My alt no which I am using now is [protected]. On the daily basis I am facing a heavy loss in terms of monetary, personal and professional life.

                        Airtel has sent the extremely high amount of bill for the month of June.

                        I have called customer care from 4th july, 14 July, 23rd and 27 july about the same of my mobile number [protected].

                        The international plan I had activated for voice call of 999 plan and internet plan. As per her, 30 minutes are free incoming and the call after that 19 per minute and 39 per minute out going. So as per this my bill should not cross more than 4, 000.
                        How come the customer care has not activated this plan and my bill amount is coming so high.


                        I have visited Bangkok 3 months back and also activated the same plan and the bill amount was just 3000 plus.


                        this is just the airtel marketing plan to get this high amount 9, 200/- from the customer by easy way.

                          I my self Mr. Aliasgar Tinwala An airtel existing user from last 8 to 10 year with facing a problem o[censored]nknown persons calls from different location & state from last 2 months i have already visited your Airtel Customer care outlet for such a complain but they were helpness. I m Getting calls from different number from same State and they use to tell me that you did miss call on my number thats why we have called you but i Neva called them and when i ask them from which number you get mis call then they use to say my number which i have verified from them so please its a take this complain seriously and get back to me for a positive reply ASAP I am already fed up with this calls came again and again from different number so please help on this issue otherwise i will disconnect my connection from Airtel And you will loose your existing long user customer

                            Yesterday, on 31/07/2015. I got a message from Airtel about 11MB data pack usage which led to deduction of 100Rs. from my prepaid balance. This happened even though mobile data was turned off. Upon enquiry, the hsage was not even listed in last 5 data transactions. After registering the complaint, the customer care executive refused to listen to my side of the case and refused to look into the matter. I have attached the photo proofs below.

                                My internet connection with phone number [protected] is down since 22nd July’15. I raised a complaint on 23rd Jul’15. Today it’s 31st July’15 but my internet connection is not yet to be restored. Every-time a call customer care, I am told that the case has been escalated, there is some problem with the port, it’ll be resolved by today end of the day etc. But seems nobody is actually working on to correct it. Else, how many days it takes to correct any technical issue? Pathetic service from India’s biggest service provider. Complaint number: 57886498

                                    I have been fighting with airtel for two months now when they are billing the blackberry charges twice for the same period. They had reversed the charges for the last month after my consistent fighting over phone and e-mails (period 23 May-22 June) BUT had again billed it twice INR 399 for this period (23 June-22 July). This is unethical business practice clearly with the intentions to cheat customers as most of the customer may not be going into details of the bills. I would like to take this up with them with consumer court and ask for compensation as they had been doing this for long and may be to many consumers.

                                      Dear Sir, I have taken 4 postpaid connections 3 months back on 15/07/2015 I have lost my dual sim mobile. With maximum number of tries I have contacted Airtel Customer Care I have raised a complaint to deactivate the two nos. ([protected] & [protected]) which I have lost & the Customer Care Executive said that she has raised a complaint for deactivation but it was not deactivated & I didn't get any confirmation on my alternative no. nor to my email id for deactivation. The bill was generated for this month & I got billing amount around Rs. 2700/- for both the nos. & I am continuously trying to contact customer care to deactivate the nos. but no response. All my efforts to deactivate were ignored. Please don't threaten me to pay the bill amount as I have raised a complaint to deactivate my lost numbers immediately. Kindly do the needful. Am fed up with the whole issue. I would request you take a swift action against Airtel

                                        We have taken almost 12 corporate connection from airtel since 1.5yrs. Since January 2015 we have been facing a he'll lot of problems with airtel's network and 3G internet connection. Many o[censored]s have been putting up complaints almost every month to airtel customer care and the only reply We get is my network team will get back to you in 48 hrs. Non have taken the courtesy to reply to any of the complaints. Even today as on[protected] we are still facing the same problem and have been paying rentals to airtel for the service which we not been able to use because of its network issue. Guys please avoid porting to airtel. The worst network carrier in and around Mumbai.
