Wrong deduction from prepaid recharge.

Got prepaid recharge of AIRTEL amounting Rs.200 on 8th July. Today we found that there is no balance. I checked the usages and found that I used approx. 36 minutes and right now on 19th it showing nil balance. How they deducted it not understandable . This is the easiest way to create wealth these service provider....

Billed for Unwanted Services

Airtel Service provider has no option/Facility to block the internet packages/games etc .Even if you use internet in cyber cafe they charge maximum Rs 15 /per hour in the above one hour you can down load /play internet game they don't charge extra amount beyond Rs 15/per hour but to get commission from the javagames Airtel charging Rs 49.00 to Rs 50.00 per even 1 second.
