As per Airtel refund on money of failed transaction should be credited within 11 days. My son M.Harsh made 2 internet transaction of Rs. 995 for his mobile number [protected] . the transaction are 939543 and 940171. both trasactions failed and airtel has still not credited the money to my account even after 40 days.The matter has been escalated to nodal officer and appelate level. in spite of their assurance and promises the money has still not been credited to my account.

    Call divert not working for my chennai airtel mobile. I tried to call customer care, they are not taking complaint regarding this. Your customer care is unskilled enough to handle customer complaints. WHen I register call divert on mobile using **21* mobile no#, it is successful, but when I call my airtel, IVRS says "Number you are trying to call does not exist".But when I deactivate my call divert service, I start receiving calls on my airtel number. Take this as my complaint and please resolve this issue

[protected] Your Chairman states that Bharti Airtel Ltd. has always practiced and maintained certain core values of ethical behaviour and appropriate conduct, that it lives by strong values of respect for customers, builds and maintains the group’s values and reputation by adhering to the code in letter and spirit; that its principles remain constant and that there is no room for improper conduct or unethical behavior; it has a strong commitment to live by principles. Your guidelines in dealing with Customers state that you are committed to providing high and consistent levels of service to customers, that you subscribe to the philosophy that the customer is the reason you exist, that you treat customers with utmost respect and courtesy; you encourage responsiveness, you wish to represent fair and correct information, you do not exaggerate the quality, features and availability of a product or service; you even go as far as to say that you endeavour to understand the issue from the customer’s perspective and try to provide solutions and would never provide misleading or false assurances or information at any time. So you say (but not practice, not always). Almost each and every assurance and commitment of yours goes for a toss. Please read on: I had applied for an Airtel 4G broadband internet connection on from 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge on 14.01.2013. You insisted that I must pay INR 4800 to be approved for the connection i.e. you made it mandatory that I need to pay the sum to purchase a 4G wifi router from Airtel only. I was advised in clear terms that the 4G service at 11/1 Sunny Park would be perfect and Airtel would offer lightning-fast speeds of communication. I paid vide cheque no. 000524 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank and dated 14/1/13. You provided the 4G router with IMIE [protected], SIM[protected]. As I was in urgent need for a fast connection, I did as you advised, in good faith. However, you/Airtel failed to provide me with a 4G connection at Sunny Park. In this connection, you may refer to my innumerable complaints, made since 2013, both verbal as well as in writing. The complaints of not being provided any 4G service at 11/1 Sunny Park have continued until recently. Upon Airtel not being able to find a solution nor being able to provide a working 4G connection, I have asked you – more than once – that the wifi router be taken back by you and full refund be made to me as it was not working as promised by you. You have refused to do so even though you are guilty of forcing a sale of a telcom product stating that the connection would be provided only if I purchased the router only from Airtel. After sale, you are unable to provide me any 4G connectivity. In fact, I am given to understand that – without my consent, approval, even knowledge, you have tampered with the router and/or connection and converted the original plan from 4G to 3G/4G!!! Therefore, by this letter, sent under registered post, I make my final demand of being compensated for the losses incurred by me owing to an inexcusable service deficiency of non-performance despite promises. I demand refund of: INR 4800 together with interest from date of purchase, until paid being cost of a product which has not worked at 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge; Entire rental for the entire period charged by you together with interest from date of invoicing, until paid being rental charged for no-usage at 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge; I demand that the aforesaid sums be paid to me within 21 days from date of this notice, failing which I shall have no other recourse but to petition Honourable Courts for justice. I also shall be claiming, in due course, compensation for mental harassment, extreme mental harassment, and agony, and other losses caused by your non-working product and Airtel’s failure to offer promised service at all at 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019 Police Station Ballygunge.           Dear Sir, I have Rs.102.00 balance in my number [protected] i.e. Odisha circle Airtel number on last week i have recharged.But airtel making fraud now i have Rs.2.74 in my main balance.When i called to airtel customer care servoce about my money deduction the customer care senior executive told me that i had activated a wap service on internet i.e. Top online doctor service on april 2015 and when my balance will more than 50 rupees on july month 2 times they have deducted Rs.49 i.e. on 24 july 2015 & 31 july 2015 Now my main balance is Rs.2.74 also i have never activated any services.They are making fraud.This is totally disgusting. I can't tolerated any more.I want my Rs.100 rupees back.Please consider my issue.So many times i have facing this same.Previously also they have activated service from there side & when i had complained only they have stopped the service but my money was deducted. This is cheating. I want justice by refund of my money otherwise i will go further to take severe action on this brand.We are recharging money with our earned money & these peoples are deducting it on their choice. This is totally not fair.I want quick action from you.

            I have requested for the transfer of my existing vodafone number to airtel network. Filled up the form by myself in my HSBC office (Bangalore) and also requested for the new number with the bill plan of 199/- that is also filled by the executive. However, when the activation process began it happened for the alternate number which provided in the form for porting and that is not the only mistake also they have changed the plan from 199 to 399 for new connection. I do not understand, how come one can do such mistake if customer has filled the form with all the details and also selected the plan in the form. Need an explanation on this otherwise will escalate to our HR department to restricted th permission of airtel.

                Hello, I was using airtel SIM prepaid card(from hyderabad) since 7 years. I moved USA 6 months back and had the sim working with some balance in it. I tried recharging the SIM with further balance but everytime, the amount used to get debited from my bank account but it never recharged my SIM with any amount, hence i could never successfully recharge it while in roaming. And now all my bank accounts rely on the same mobile number which got deactivated. Updating the number in bank accounts from USA is again a lengthy process, which means till then i cant make any online transactions. Unfortunately, cant send rakhi to my brother this month on time, as the bank account doesnt have updated number. Tried calling customer care to explain how important it is for me to get back or retain the same mobile number but they arent helping anyways. Please suggest as i am stuck up with many pending transactions.

                    Airtel has one of the worst customer care services. Its pathetic. especially the executives at the Airtel gallery in Kalyan West. They ridicule and abuse the customers. Its disgusting that Airtel being such a big corporate has such poor customer service. I was a postpaid customer but I switched to prepaid for one of my mobile number. The procedure was time consuming and despite providing all the documents and clearing all the dues, it took more than 6 days to activate my prepaid no. Worst still, the executive named Kirti Jadhav charged Rs.50/- from all customers for new cards instead of the standard Rs.25/-. And now afer all this mess, I tried to recharge my no. online but I am unable to do so.The customer care executive failed to provide any solution. Its irritating that Bharti Airtel is looting the customers and taking advantage of their ignorance.

                      6th August 2015 T0 WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Dear Sir / Madam, This is in regard to the ASTONISHINGLY POOR and EXTREMELY RUDE customer service I have received from your Airtel store in Sector 27, Chandigarh. The reason for my visit there was to change ownership of three (3) phone numbers that my family members own to my name. I was getting this done in order to consolidate my family bills into one bill and avail your new My Plan for Families. Which my family thought is a great initiative on Airtel's behalf. My agonizing experience with your firms Sector 27, Chandigarh store is detailed below: 1.) First I rang the customer care number (121) and enquired on how to go about getting the change to My Plan for Families made. 2.) Your customer service agent informed me that I need to take No Objections Certificates (NOC's) from each mobile number owner and their ID's along with my ID (address proof), PAN card and three (3) Passport size photographs to any Airtel store and the same will be taken care of within 30 hours of my request being lodged. 3.) I decided to go to your store that was nearest to me, namely SCF 8, Sector 27, Chandigarh. 4.) I went there on the 4th of August at approximately 4pm. Handed over all the required documents. Signed all the required paperwork and was given three (3) SIM cards and told that within 30 hours my current SIM cards will stop working and when this happens I am to insert the new SIM cards and dial 59059 for a verification call and everything will be sorted. So far so good. 5.) Now, come the next day (5th of August) the services on two (2) out of the three (3) phone numbers were disconnected. I thought well and good, I should now insert the new SIM and make that verification phone call and I will be good to go. OH BOY!!! WAS I WRONG!!! 6.) I made numerous attempts to dial that number (59059). However, each time I tried doing this my phone kept saying "no network coverage". I must have dialed that STU**D number at least 100 times over the course of the day and the next day (6th of August) but my services never resumed. And YES!!! I DID SWITH ON AND OFF MY PHONE about 30 times as well. STILL NO NETWORK COVERAGE. 7.) Now it is the evening of the 6th of August, more than 52 hours since I first walked into your Airtel store in Sector 27, Chandigarh and my phone is still not working??? Neither is my old SIM nor the new one working. So I have been without phone services for the entire day today and yesterday evening. In short, my situation is now WORSE than it was before I walked into the store!!! 8.) Due to the situation that I found myself in I was extremely pissed off, therefore I sent a txt message to the Airtel employee I was dealing with at the Sector 27 store. Her name is Roopjeet. The EXACT contents of my message were "What is the status of my ownership change??? It has now been 48 hrs since I put in the request??? Why is it taking so long??? I spoke to Airtel customer care and they said that it should not take so long??? Wtf is going on???" Roopjeet replied to my txt message with "C how rubbish language csts use" 9.) Now, keeping in mind the low level of education that your customer service representatives usually possess, I can understand the rather poor grasp on the English language. However, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what she was trying her best to imply: That now see how your bad language is going to cost you. 10.) At this point, I am ABSOLUTELY FLABBERGASTED with the AUDACITY of the woman. ARE ALL AIRTEL EMPLOYEES TRAINED TO BE SO RUDE AND VINDICTIVE TO CUSTOMERS??? 11.) THAT’S IT!!! NO [censored]ING EXPLANATION… JUST TELL YOUR CUSTOMER THAT BECAUSE HE/SHE USED "rubbish language" THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THEM SUFFER BECAUSE YOU AS AN AIRTEL EMPLOYEE HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR PHONE CONNECTION AND YOU WILL NOT ACTIVATE THEIR PHONE FOR AS LONG AS F"""ING POSSIBLE. What is Airtel trying to portray to the country??? That their employees can be rude and vindictive just because they sit behind a ST***D computer screen that controls your mobile network??? 12.) Upon receiving this txt message I decided to ring her and find out what the problem was and why she was offended when If there is anyone who should be offended / angry it should clearly be me. I spoke to her on the phone and she told me that nothing can be done about my ownership change and that I would have to wait. I asked her how much longer do I have to wait? It has already been two days. To this she replied that she doesn't know and that "unfortunately our head office is sealed today due to which the activation can not be done". To this I protested, saying surely it can be done from another office because it is a systems based task and not a physical location based one. She said "NO" and said I should talk to her superiors. Now I was put onto someone called Mr. Jagpal who is the DU for that store. I am sorry to say, but I went from talking to one mindless person to an even worse one. I made absolutely no headway in the matter with Mr. Jagpal either and by then had had enough of dealing with low intelligence human beings so I said ok thank you and hung up the phone. 13.) Now, can someone with slightly more intelligence explain to me what the F""K is that supposed to mean??? What do you mean by your head office is SEALED??? Why have an office if it is going to be SEALED??? I mean you claim to be an IT and TELECOMMUNICATIONS company. Surely if one of your offices is SEALED (for whatever reasons) you can RING / SMS / MAIL one of your other offices to get the job done. I REFUSE to believe that ALL of Airtel's phone connection activations happen at just this ONE F"""ING office which gets SEALED when an employee with the IQ of less than a donkey is dealing with me. Was she really thinking that I would buy her story that because this office is sealed NOTHING CAN BE DONE!!! I MEAN FOR F""K SAKE!!! Are you guys running India's leading mobile phone service or a F"""ING CIRCUS??? Because it sure seems like your organization is FULL OF CLOWNS. Now, I have LOST ONE FULL DAYS WORTH OF BUSINESS PHONE CALLS BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE'S VINDICTIVENESS. AND ALL THIS JUST BECAUSE MY FAMILY WANTED TO CHANGE THEIR MOBILE PLAN TO A CONSOLIDATED ONE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!!! WHICH, INCIDENTALLY HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE!!! WHY DO YOU GUYS AT AIRTEL MAKE IT SO F"""ING HARD TO DO THE SIMPLEST OF THINGS??? WHY??? Why couldn't I have just walked into the Airtel store and told them "Hey, here are my family's four (4) postpaid mobile phone connections with the SAME ADDRESS, and SAME LAST NAME. Can you please merge them into one so that we can avail your new My Plan for Families". Why do you guys have to make it SOOOOO F"""ING hard to do such simple things. I mean what is the need to change ownership??? Isn't it F"""ING CLEAR the these four people LIVE ON THE SAME PROPERTY AND SHARE THE SAME LAST NAME so it is fairly reasonable to assume that they are part of ONE FAMILY therefore lets just click a few buttons and consolidate their phone bills so they can avail this new plan and continue to be happy customers??? Why do you guys have to make your customers jump through multiple hoops just to get SUCH A F"""ING SIMPLE THING DONE??? WHY??? SURELY THERE MUST BE A SIMPLER WAY TO RUN YOUR ORGANIZATION… SURELY… Please forward a copy of this letter to Mr. Gopal Vittal AND Mr. Sunil B Mittal. They need to know the kind of nincompoops they are employing. I trust this will be done without hesitation AND that my concern will be escalated to the highest authority in your firm.

                        Dear Sir, I am receiving about 600 -700 calls per day from between these 3 phone numbers which are of TELE SHOPPING NETWORK from the last 15 days from: [protected] [protected] [protected] when we checked with people which number they were dialing it was [protected]. That means [protected] is getting diverted to the above 3 numbers and that is further getting diverted to my nos. Despite number or requests to Airtel whose main culprit number is [protected] and to TATA Teleservice and Reliance Communications, none of them are extending their support. Reliance and Tata support team even does not bother to understand the problem. We have already had a Poilice NC done and subbmitted a complain to Airtel by emails, calls as well as personally visiting their Nodal office in Malad - Mumbai but not resolution has been there till date. Can you please suggest how can we fight this further.

                          On July 9th I made two payments of 541 towards the outstanding amount of two numbers that I have through netbanking. Both the payments went through and I got a acknowledgment on the registered mobile number as well that the payment went successful. However just a minute later, I got a message from the Airtel that one of the payments didn't go through. A few days later I observed that there was no reversal of this amount given to me by the HDFC bank. I contacted my bank and provided them all the details. They had further contacted the merchant to check the status of the payment and got a confirmation that both the payments had gone through. I contacted Airtel to inform them of this status and the confirmation that I had received from the bank. The airtel customer care agents haven't agreed to this as yet. I have just received a response from them that the transaction failed as the card I had used for the payment had expired. This is utter rubbish as through netbanking i dont use any card details. I am don't know what to do next.

                            I am having problem with receiving OTP messages for - Online Wallets, Email Logins etc. Banking messages like balance enquiry, ATM withdrawal or Internet banking messages. Also some OTPs are coming very late which is no use. ( Because OTPs are valid for 10 Min) I Complained on Airtel Customer Care ( Dated 07.08.2015 Customer care Executive Name -Ajay Sharma on 1909 ) and they said de register your DND (do not Disturb) application. Since these are not Promotional/advertisements SMS how can airtel stop delivering these sms.
                            From last 3 to 4 years I activated my full Do not Disturb Service and never faced above problem. Now i am facing above problem After porting my mobile no to Airtel from Idea. Because of these i could not login to email accounts/on-line wallets, unable to do on-line money transactions etc.. Also I rechecked with my bank, Online Wallet providers and they re confirmed that my register mobile no is same as was previous and No problem from there side. My Mobile No - [protected]

                                    Before around 15 days. I got a 251 recharge under my offers (*121#) . As per offer i would get 3GB 2G date + unlimited. But i get only 1.5 GB at the same time and rest data did not received till date. I have called to customer care as on 07 Aug 2015 near about 08:00 AM and reviled my prob to the customer care they connected me with senior supervisor, who was asking me for a proof or my offer plan. He was asking and inquiring as I am standing in front of judge. please resolve my issue.
