I have rechrged my aitel 3G internet on 14/07/2015 at about 8PM from a nearby recharge shop as per R services shown to your Airtel pack on my number [protected] Registered at Bangalore Karnataka . In rs. 348/- I am supposed to get 2.5 GB but I get only 1GB. Please credit the remaining. Please contact on mobile no.[protected] for query.

    My name is Ankita Dubey mobile number [protected]. I have purchased a 3G plan from airtel. this plan promises me speeds of 3 Mbps or abover. However the speed i receive is seldom above 1 mbps making the service useless for apps. I can't book a cab if am stuck in rain or use the internet for any other purpose. I have complained and the reason they give is network in my residence is bad. This is strange as am a working person and therefore cannot understand how network at my residence can affect network in my office (my office and residence are 18 km apart).

      Mob No. [protected] Last I spoke at the customer care was this morning at 7:20 AM with Heena. since the morning of 15th July, 2015, I have been unable to activate my 3G service. About 20 attempts and 10 calls to the call center later too there is no resolution. A very bad solution given is to go to the retailer which is not possible. Your executives have shown no apathy. In fact, this morning, the Person I spoke to asked me to call after 7 since till the the service would surely get activated. I'm very sure that was the end time for the shift. This is no behaviour to a customer. WE also work in in the IT industry and never met out such a rude behaviour. I have recharged my number with enough balance so that I don't have to visit the retailer as that is not possible all the time. Ms. Heena asked me to wait for another 72 hours which is not acceptable unless an valid explanation is provided. I have an exam in one day an the net is a MUST. Please FIX THIS. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest. I hope an actual person reads this mail unlike the memorization robots I have been speaking to for the past 26 hours. Having network superiority is one thing and maintaining customers is another. Out of all the experiences, this is turning out to be the worst.

          I surrendered my Airtel broadband connection 3 years back. The connection number was[protected]. Now after 3 years, Airtel has charged Rs. 585 for Jan 2015 and 1180 for 3 months thereafter. I registered a complaint with Airtel 3 months back and still, they have done nothing. The complaint numbers given from bangalore office[protected]; from Chennai office[protected]. I registered with nodal officer and they again gave me a reference # 57615008. And still, they have not returned my money back or even gave me a proper answer. Has Airtel declined to this level of customer service? I want my money of Rs. 4200 unnecessarily charged plus the deposit amount of 1000 back.

            Hi, I had applied for national portability from Airtel Delhi to Airtel Karnataka. I gave the necessary documents and my sim was ported on 11th july at 8:00 PM. At that time both karnataka and delhi sim cards were not working and i such i missed a lot of important calls as part of my job.My friend also received the verification call & he verified me. From last 3 days, my number is not working and yesterday i visited ARC but their response is that is it backend issue. 121 executive told to visit ARC centre. Noone is resolving the issue. I didnt expect this type of service from Airtel. Mobile number :[protected]

                    My prepaid delhi NCR number got deactivated from 9-jul-15. I am in USA on long term with my family so there is no one from my family who can visit airtel office. I have my old friend who can go with my required documents to get the new SIM with same number.. I have been calling airtel customer service and being communicating through my registered emails but they are always saying one thing.. family member needed.. how can i send family member where my all family members are with me in USA? i need to retain this number as my all bank accounts are linked to this number this is very crucial for me to get Please help me to get it resolved ASAP Thanks Tausif Khanooni my number [protected]

                      I, the undersigned hereby inform you that I have kept two post paid connections of Airtel, one is [protected] (Delhi) & other is [protected] (UP East). On dated-27.06.2015 a customer care executive called me at my UP east mobile no. [protected] and told me about airtel plan of Rs. 999/- subsequently I have allowed to your CCE for taking the new plan as above instead of old plain. After taking new plan from your CCE, your services was good for few days but from 30.06.2015 to still, I am suffering from a lot of problems like as call drop, network & internet problems from your side and in this regard I have already registered several complaints on dated-13.07.2015, (Service Reference no.[protected], 15.07.2015 (Reference no. 63232135,[protected] also discussed with your Company representatives such as Mr. Vinay, Ms. Ramya etc. but they have only registered the complaint(s) and assured me that within 24 or 48 hours the problems would be resolved. That on dated 13.07.2015 one of the executive Mr. Vinay told & assured me that due to high congestion in the network, connectivity problems still going on and we are trying to resolve your issues within 48 hours. But neither I have not got any kind of relief nor extricate above problems from you company/executives side and continuously harassed and aggrieved from your poorest services. Also on dated-15.07.2015 I have again called on no. 121 and discussed with one of the lady executive & senior supervisor Ms. Ramya for the same but she have again registered only complaint & falsely expressed their intensions that within 24 hours the network/internet problem etc. would be resolved. That last two weeks I am suffering from your poorest services but your company neither initiate any prompt steps or action nor given waiver for the same so that I hereby instruct to all the directors & executives of your company to resolve the above mentioned problems within one day and given Rs. 1500/- as waiver for poorest services as provided at my UP east mobile no. failing which definitely I will concentrate to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your company, directors & executives in the competent court of Law or authorities.                         I am using airtel broadband serives since last 4 years. My Airtel Account No is 16550933. On 10th of July I placed a request to change billing plan from triple play to COMBO of Broadband + IPTV + Calling. I was given time of 48 hrs to resume IPTV services once it is get disconnected. But its already been 3 days and still my IPTV services are not resumed. On calling 121 care I got reply that more 24 hrs will require to start my services. So, why I was informed 24 hrs at the time of placing request. I could have chose another time frame (may be when I go out station) if I was informed actual required time before taking my request. I like to request you to confirm me the status of my IPTV request and resume my services asap.

                            Dear Sir, I was having the post paid connection in airtel for mobile number [protected] with account number [protected]. I have converted the number to prepaid i have visited the airtel shop and did this.they have asked me to pay the outstanding ammount of 450 i did the payment and they have successfully converted to prepaid. after using 6 months i wanted to have postpaid connection hence again converted to postpaid they have given the connection with the account number [protected]. after one month i have received 136.16 Rupees i paid it there is no pending bill. all of sudden they have blocked all my outgoing SMS and Calls for my number [protected]. i called airtel they said you have 1600rs of pending amount in previous account number. when i convert the number i have cleared the amount then only they converted it. here airtel is faking the bills and demanding the customer to pay it. they are demanding me to enable the services. and here airtel is not send me that fake bill, and they demanding me to pay the previous bill which is not made by me.

                            I have not got the reponce from airtel more over i have lost the number because of airtel they blocked my number.
                            airtel cheated me by sending the fake bills.

                            i am unable to see the justice from consumercomplaints.in i may have to approach from layer need one who can take up my complaint.

                              I was used my air tel mobile no. [protected] last year month of September. I was Transferred Delhi to Aurangabad for some official work. I was not used last few month this Mobile No. But I had received a phone call from air tel customer care Executive Regarding bill payment after Discussion and negotiation 50% Deduction with. I had pay Rs. 2000/- June last. But your Executive activated for only one day This is really Cheating and Fraud Dune by air tel Customer care. I request you to Please activate my air tel Mobile No. with out any Balance Payment. Please Activate My Air tel No. Thanks & Regards

                                We at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. have over 300 mobile SIM's and have been regular in payments. However, we suffer from deficient service from Airtel Bangalore (Bharti Airtel Limited, No: 55, Divyasree Tower, Bannerghatta Road, Banglore:560 029). Even after payments of bills regularly, many of our mobile numbers get barred from outgoing calls. This affects our business and many of our Marketing and Field staff are NOT able to call customers and conclude business transactions, affecting our revenue, employment, our name, etc. Customer relationship manager Mr Sandeep Sardana who is handling our account has been informed about various barred numbers and has been given details of all payments we made to ensure we are NOT a defaulting party. We would like them to provide 100% service, and keep us happy, besides paying us compensation for lost business, business interruptions, causing nuisance, etc.

                                  Hi, I had applied for national portability from Airtel kerala to Airtel Karnataka. I gave the necessary documents and my sim was ported on 14th july at 6:00 PM. At that time both karnataka and kerala sim cards were not working and i such i missed a lot of important calls as part of my job. After an hour or so, karnataka sim started working but i dont have incoming calls or outgoing SMS. So whoever who calls me gets an IVR saying 'Number doesnot exist". I personally am a huge fan of airtel for their service, but this kind of service is simply not acceptable. They should have activated the porting only once all the issues have been sorted.                                     1gb pack of rupees 252, means 0. 24 rupees per mb, but it's charged about 4.03 rupees per mb, means it's 170 times more than the pack which is I activated. If I had active 1gb pack then they should have to stop excess usages, or charged excess usages as per pack, but they charged 170 time more charges. Which is not guenon.

                                      I want to convert postpaid to prepaid. I visited nearly 5 times airtel offices (Tumkur and Bangalore) in one week. every time they tell server is down we can't do it. when I asked when it ll be get corrected, they tell we don't know may be in 10 minutes or one day or one week or may not be corrected. I asked their shop phone number so that I can call and get to know whether server is up. But they told they don't have any number, you have come and check. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I am wasting my money and time by simply visiting to airtel office. I don't know, how such a big company not taking any action against this server down.

                                        I have been on international roaming and using my airtel number [protected]. I opted for IR plan of 999 on 31.07.2015. Customer care executive confirmed over phone with INR 999 pack I will avail :Incoming call: 15 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 30 Rs/min; Incoming SMS: free; Outgoing SMS: 15 Rs ; Special feature: Either 100MB Data or 100 mins incoming free call. So out of last option I choose 100MB data. The bill I got was with standard rate Incoming call: 90 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 180& 200Rs/min. I am in regular follow up with airtel but they are insisting that this amount is correct and I need to pay and I got only 100MB data for that 999 Rs (the call rates remains standard). In my last bill too they made similar mistake, but reverted the charges after going through the call record (with me on 31.07.2015). This time they are adamant and not providing the call recorded (conversation with me dated 31.07.2015) kind of hiding the miss selling on airtel part. My calls are barred on this number.
