I have a Post Paid Connection. i paid my bill 04/7/2015 but today i revived this Month bill Add Charges with Next Month. i was Four time Visit your Air tel Store (Maa Durga Enterprises, Airtel Express Ashok nagar road no-1, kadru ranchi-02, jharkhand) for Bill Payment Massage. but Stiil my Payment not Punch. i want to Weaver my Traveling Charges .300 RS . i was Mae telly harsh by Your Si stem. very Pathetic & poor Service. I Allays Share My Feedback to Facebook & Twitter.this is Your Best Service? How Can you do this type of Service?

    I had made a request to Airtel under the new national mobile number portability and have submitted the unique porting code and necessary supporting documents (including signed application forms) on July 4, 2015 to the executive who visited my residence. The executive gave me airtel sim cards for the two numbers that I wanted to port ([protected] and [protected]) and informed that the porting will be completed within 7 days. However, thereafter, I have not been able to contact the executives (Sunil - Email: [protected]@gmail.com) and Anu ([protected]). I also tried contacting the Airtel Customer Care, however I did not receive a satisfactory response to my query - I was told that they are unable to retrieve the application status from the system.

    Guess NMNP was newly launched in July 2015, so there could have been some initial hiccups.

      Hi, I recently ported from Vodafone Karnataka to Airtel Karnataka. Post porting, I am able to make outgoing calls from the Airtel number. However, I am unable to receive any calls. Whenever someone tries to call me, they get a message - "Number is invalid". This is really disappointing. Airtel doesn't seem to have any immediate solution.

        I'm Gaurav from Bhopal. On 4th of July i made a request of new broadband connection for my home. Next day an executive name Shubham of airtel came to my place and filled the forms and took my money and said that it would be done in 2-3 days and had said that a confirmation msg would come the same day but nothing had happened yet. No confirmation mag has come yet and the person Shubham is just ignoring me. I called his executive also but they ain't helping me neither any progress has done. Firstly they were saying that your request has gone into rejection so i give him again all the correct documents but therefore also they are not setting up my connection. I'm really frustated and want instant help.

          My name is Jaiprakash, I have raised a complain(Complain#[protected] for shifting the Airtel DP box which in front of my house. I am planning to demolish my old house & re-construct the new house. I have raised a complain in the month of April 2015 and a person named Sanmugam called me & told that the DP box will be shifted with in 10days but nothing has happened till date. Later in May once again I went and raised a complain to Airtel santhome office and they re-assigned the ticket to a person named Magesh. Magesh inspected the place and told that it will be shifted within a month. When I followed up with him after few days he told us that the request has been approved in June and the DP box will be shifted within a week but till today the DP box has not been shifted. Whenever I call the person Magesh he never picks his phone and he tries to cheat us by not picking the phone. Iam not sure what is happening with Airtel. Iam really loosing confidence with Airtel for such a bad customer service. Could you please shift the DP box ASAP as it is affecting my house construction work. I am not sure what is going on with Airtel and such a bad customer service. There is no proper response in spite of complaining many times. Note: I had raised this ticked in April and till now it as not been resolved. You can reach me at +91 [protected]

            Complaint number 62081045, open since 23rd May 2015 Network coverage in our residence is very poor. Airtel provided and installed a repeater after almost a years chasing. Which worked very well for a month or so and broke down due to some faulty equipment. It took airtel 4-6 weeks of chasing for them to come and assess the problem. They were very quick in getting the replacement. However installing that is now 6 weeks on and still not done. I need the install complete asap for us to get on with our lives. Any help in this regard to expedite will be highly appreciated.

              I have recently been trying to make payments for landline/broadband and prepaid mobile recharging online but have been facing problems. 1. on the 2nd July I made tried to recharge my mobile phone [protected] for 550 and 200 respectively. Once the amount was deducted from the bank a message says Transaction cannot be completed. These two amounts were returned to my account the same day. 2. on 6th July I again tried to recharge my mobile phone for Rs. 1100. Again the bank was debited but the same message came and there was no recharge. This time the money was not returned. 3. This morning 14th July, I tried to pay my landline/broadband[protected] and the bank was debited INR 2176 but immediately on processing the payment the message came that the "Access denied". I have never faced any such problem earlier. Kindly look into this matter and refund the amounts asap.

                      For my postpaid phone number [protected], Airtel has put some random amount of 9999 for activating some service. When the bill came, it was a shocker for me since I had not subscribed for any such subscriptions. The bill amount was 11000 and odd. As soon as I saw the bill, immediately I contacted customer care and asked them to stop that nonsense subscription instantly and registered complaint for improper billing. All these happened on June 29th 2015. When the complaint was not addressed with in 2days and airtel barred my outgoing facility, I again contacted airtel and raised complaint. On 3rd July 2015, I got call from airtel representative. The representative told that, the over charging has happened due to some technical glitch. He advised me not to pay the entire amount, but to pay the amount that I had actually used for that billing period. He also said that, once I pay, the issue will be resolved with in 48-72hours. As per his advice, I paid 215rp and waited almost for a week for the issue to get resolved. Then I contacted nodal officers as well, and also raised complaint with them with complaint number being 63120689. I raised this complaint on 10th July. They promised to resolve the issue by 12th July 11AM. But still the issue is not resolved. For more than 1week airtel has barred my outgoing facility. This is incurring huge loss for me though I am being loyal customer. I again called nodal officer on 13th July. The officer promised to unbar the number with in 4hours. Still the issue is not resolved. In this time period, I have talked to so many customer care executives 101 times, still the issue is not resolved. I need some higher authorities to have a look at this.

                        My Airtel Broadband connection ([protected]) has been functioning extremely erratically since the past 2 months. I have made enough number of calls since the past 2 months to look into the issue. I got various answers by the customer care including the fact that there was an issue with the network tower at my end. Finally post further follow-ups I had one of the network engineer visit my house on Friday July 10th (after 2 months! of my original complaint) . He mentioned that there was an issue with my router. He also mentioned that that he would have someone from Airtel Support would visit my house and let me know what the exact issue was. Its been 4 days since then and no one has visited yet. I also received a call on Sunday July 12th morning stating someone would call me soon! Worse when you try to call their customer support I have had many instances when the phone just does not gets answered. Following is the complete summary of the tickets - Reference no. 61909303 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 14-MAY-2015 21:39. The same will be closed in next 4 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121 Reference no. 62822250 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 27-JUN-2015 12:58. The same will be closed in next 4 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121 Reference no. 63003937 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 06-JUL-2015 08:46. The same will be closed in next 2 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121 Reference no. 63158145 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 11-JUL-2015 20:25. The same will be closed in next 4 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121 [protected][protected][protected] Additionally I was also told that if my device is out of warranty I have to bear the cost. This to me is absolutely unacceptable since I have been running behind Airtel for the past 2 months of so and now they are telling me to get the device replaced all by myself.

                          Okay, i Had to recharge with a 3g pack, So i searched in google "Airtel 3g packs", i found Airtel official Website, There I saw 3g packs Here is the Link : http://www.airtel.in/Airtel3G/tariff.html Then i recharged with rs 249, Later i found that it was all 2g packs which was listed under the category of 3g packs! Why the hell 2g Packs are listed under the category of 3g Packs?? Is it my Mistake or Yours because Airtel did not Updated its plans on its official website! What a big mistake! Then I called Customore Care, I told him that wrong information is listed on the website, i even provided them the Web address, But always i got the same reply i.e. There is no error in the website, i have checked... When i ask them what web address you are viewing... They said www.Airtel.in, Do you think we are fool? on the homepage of Airtel you are seeing 3g packs?? I have given you the page of airtel 3g packs http://www.airtel.in/Airtel3G/tariff.html, Still all customer care have no answer! Customer care executives even seniors cant See this error and they say everything is fine, you recharged with 2g pack and you got your 2g pack! Dude i want to recharge with 3g pack and because of wrong information provided on official Airtel website, i recharged with 2g pack, That's not my mistake! Now my question is i recharged by the information i get on your official website, You(Airtel) provided the wrong information on the website and i faced the consequences, I want my refund of rs 249 because its your mistake not mine! I even have recorded the call where customer care executives lies clearly...! Dont lie to customers!!!

Suddenly my signal got lost and my number is not workig? I send mails to Airtel and customer care but No one is responding of my mails or requests sent to Airtel.                               I am having Airtel Prepaid Kerala Sim no: [protected]. Having shifted to Mumbai, I had expressed my interest in N-MNP for Mumbai Post-paid Airtel connection right on the day it was announced, which was a huge mistake. I am sure we are living in a world where Airtel doesnt necessarily is the only service provider and there are better service providers who actually value their service to the customers.
                              My issue is as follows: An executive had called and contacted me regarding the plans and the process by which I gave him the time to collect my documents and activation charges Rs.300 was also charged on me ( for which I have the receipt) . The executive came to my address after several calls and waiting for almost 8 hours without carrying out my work. I was promised the post-paid connection within 7 working days.
                              Now, its post those working days. I have tried to reach out to the executive named: Mayur ( [protected]) who has always been handing over to some other person saying he is outside and mocking at the background presuming that it is not audible to me and not answered my requests. Also, at other times, they say that I have to give my sim number to them for the process to be activated and not the mobile number which was informed to me earlier. It is not everyday that we preserve our sim-card packs which we bought a few years ago. Now, I have spent nearly Rs.200 roaming charges just to contact him. It is clearly useless calling him again and I have contacted the customer care umpteen times who are so ir-responsive and do not have the details of the information at their levels and is such a plain waste. And, on 11/7/2015 I had received a mail saying a special complaint reference( CDMNP[protected] has been created and a team will call me which has not happend and I have a further update requesting me to wait further after several mails to the customer care. I want to know why such claims by service specialist ( Akhil Kurian) like 'rest assured your process will get over by so and so date 'is even mentioned when clearly you don't mean to follow it through. Even my request for cancellation and the refund is not considered!

                              Airtel as a brand has truly lost its value and integrity and today I can understand why service is said to be poor in Mumbai region.

                              Having spoiled enough number days in this debacle, I request you to terminate my activation and refund the charges for which I have already paid. I wish that the receipt of the email is confirmed and that the necessary actions will take place at the earliest.

                                I took Airtel 4G advanced rental plan and initial couple of days it worked fine. Suddenly from last month 4G/3G both services are stopped working...you can't connect to the network during day hours...and at midnight some speed around 0.5 Mps... called customer care around 10 times...no use.. i just paid amount for 4 months already so...no choice of disconnection... so don't simply buy airtel 4G advanced rental plan... stupid airtel network... lost 5000 rupees and so much of irritation.                                   Hi, I bought a Airtel WiFi dongle on 8th July. Dongle was delivered to my office but Guy who delivered it, didn't give me connection number (10 digit sim num). So my concern is that i don't have the account no so that i can make inquiry for my connection and my connection is still not activated, as they said it will be activated from 24 hrs to 72 hrs. I took connection as on my some personal urgent requirement and I am still waiting to be activated. I have also contacted the person 'Jatin' who has provided me the dongle, but every-time response comes like it will be activated today. And now they are not picking up the phone.                                     I am fed up. This is the third time. I am tired of sending mails and calling Airtel to fix it. Last month I called them and They have realized their mistake and corrected the bill in ten days. This is happening again now.                                       I have already raised the complaint number 57440144, about the internet not coming and every day i am getting assurance that some one will come and fix it, I talked to the escalation manager twice and to the customer service may be more then 10 times, and all i get is some one from the techinical team is going to call and resolve it . One day a techinican came and told that some of the cable is loose and some other team will come and fix it in next 2 hours and then no came again I am really fed up, with there lax attitude, all they are doing is reassuring me that it will be done in next two hours and nothng is happening after that . I am really fed up and planning to terminate the connection .. Please dont ask for my number its already there in the complain number,

                                        I'm now in Oman and I still have my airtel no. Alive. Every time I Recharge my balance is reduced for no reason. Are u guys playing the fool with us. Even few days back I recharged. Y the hell is my balance deducted . Do I think that v people have no other work. I want a proper solution else I would take some serious steps.
