I purchased the captioned sim for prepaid connection on 08.07.2015 at 11.00 am from Airtel gallery at Mira Road East, District Thane. The gallery's official Mr. Avinash Chauhan promised me that the captioned sim will be activated by evening of 08.07.2015. But, the number is not activated untill now. I phoned him today but he first did not pick up the call and then after several attempts very rudely answered the call saying that the captioned phone number belongs to Airtel.       The credit limit will get increased automatically without customer permission in Aitel. I have requested many times Airtel customer care to reduce the credit limit .But intentionally they did not do it. Since my credit limit was more than 4000, I got a bill of 4300 for the month of July 2015. This is purely mistake of Airtel. They are asking me to pay Rs4300 for their mistakes. I need help from GOVT of India to take necessary action on Airtel. They are looting customers. Thanks, Raveendra [protected]

        I have faced worst behaviour from Airtel executives appraching home when i am not available asking for money, if not, they wont leave from home. Executive names are Kumar & Sankar, they mis-behaved asking for money in home. I have been customer for airtel almost 10 years, having all broadband, postpaid, DTH, etc. But i never faced this kind of behaviour earlier. I want to dismiss those two empolyees. Since if i am being customer, they need to contact me or come to me for collecting payment.

                Hi, I had taken an Airtel 4G connection at Pune and I have been using it for more than 2 months. Post this I had taken one more connection of 4G and the instrument was handed over to me on 2nd Jul by the DSA Agent and the no is [protected]. I was informed that this will get activated with in 24 Hrs. When I checked the network after 24Hrs, I could only see the 2G/3G net work and not the 4G net work but my old instrument is working fine without any issues at the same location. I had raised a complaint on 3rd Jul and the complaint no is 62971548 @ 11.48 Hrs. When no one had bothered to called me, I had again called the Airtel call centre on 6th Jul and again one more complaint is registered and the complaint no is 63005706 at 10.37 Hrs. When no one again had called me back, I had again lodged a complaint on 07th Jul and the complaint no is 63035501 at 12.19 Hrs. Again when no one from Airtel had called me back to check the issue, I had again called their call centre today i.e. 08th Jul and one more complaint was registered and the complaint no is 63058851 @ 10.49 Hrs. After having a problem for almost 4 to 5 days, I have decided to cancel my connection and move to other service providers. Request Airtel people to improve on their customer service. Srinivas Kumar

                  I have used airtel 4g last 15 days. I am used internet on my all computers. But my wifi is not working in my laptop only show the icon on my network area but when i'm enter password so he can't connect and going invisible.                           I am NRI and visited India during Feb-March of 2015. Around 12th Feb 2015, I took a Postpaid airtel connection ([protected]). I left India on March 16th and never used your service after that. However I forgot to cancel my connection when leaving India. My billing date is on 28th of each month. After receiving the March bill, I realized I need to cancel the connection. On 15-April, I called customer care center to cancel my connection. However the representative offered me 'Safe Custody' plan for which I was needed to make a prorated payment for month of April and also make additional payment ahead of time towards the safe custody. Accordingly, I made two payments on 15th April, while I was on the call with customer service. 1. Payment for March Bill (Transaction ID - 283942 Amount Rs.1932.59) 2. Another payment of Rs1190 (Transaction ID - 287978), which was for: a. Prorated charges till April 15th (My Billing date is 28th) (~Rs870) b. Additional amount of Safe-Custody fees (~Rs300) Unfortunately that customer care representative didn't offer any interaction/reference ID. I didn't ask it either as I never thought that this is really needed for a simple task like this one. The only proof I can show is the payments above. See transaction ID 287978 and anyone with unbiased common sense can tell that that second payment on that day will not be done unless I a customer care representative gave me that amount to settle my account and move it to safe custody. I can't reach airtel customer care number - [protected]. It is a JOKE. All it gives is two options - Loss of SIM card and new connection!! There is no one I can talk to resolve this issue. I left so many emails to Airtel with no meaning response. I think Airtel contractors get to reply and all they care is "GRAB" money from customers. Airtel keeps calling my parents 2-3 times every day and harass them. I can't make a payment for a mistake that airtel did. I my Sincere opinion, I made excess payment and Airtel is just bullying customers like me to make payments that we don't owe. I will never ever use Airtel again.

I have a airtel fixed line connection and my landline no is [protected] account no: [protected] I want a reconnection with broadband for the same fixedline I have been following with customer care for the past one week later I sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 26-June-2015 reference no: LB[protected] I received a reply that there will be a call back within 2 hours. Till that day I have been receiving the calls from that time but till now they didnt provide the service. I have been repeatedly following with them and escalated to higher officials in E-mail to nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com After repeated follow up today(8-July-2015) I received a E-mail that they are unable to establish contact with you through mobile no. and due to technical reason there is no feasibility to provide connection. How can they give this reason after so many days. Kindly provide the connection.

                              I have submit a request and a complaint as well as a telephone call with airtel representative but still my issue not solved. I want to change my bill plan from 399 to 299. It is really embracing me. On the behalf of my 1st request my issue is not solved and airtel representative said that it's not possible to change bill plan.

                                  I brought Airtel 4G internet connection ([protected]) on 19-March-2015. Sales guy scheduled multiple demos for me so as to get satisfied with the speed. They were regularly contacting me and service was quite promt. A CPE (booster) was installed on my apartment's window, which has a SIM card. This was connected to a WiFi router (TP-LINK). It was working fine and speed was quite good. Since 28-June-2015, all of a sudden internet stopped working. I was using internet till 10-11 am on 28-June-2015. I called customer care on 121 and told them about this, however, complaint was not logged. I got new customer care number for logging data card related complaints, which is[protected]. I logged a complaint on 29-June-2015 and got service request no: 62210769. It got closed without resolving this issue and without contacting me. I again logged a complaint on 29-June-2015 with service request no: 62364586, which was also closed without contacting me. On 03-July-2015 I logged another complaint with service request no: 62959173, and this was surprisingly marked RESOLVED within 2-3 days automatically. On 04-July-2015 I logged another complaint with service request no: 62988988. I went to Airtel outlet in my area on 04-July-2015 at 6PM and told them about all this. One of the senior guy asked me to forward the last SMS of service request[protected] to his mobile no and he will look into this on urgent basis and will send someone. I waited till 7:30-45PM and then tried calling him. No one picked my call. 05-July-2015 was a Sunday. On Monday, 06-July-2015, it got resolved without informing and I never received a single call from technical team to visit my place or to resolve this issue. On 06-July-2015 morning I wrote an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and explained them all my details once again and asked to escalate this issue and resolve this as soon as possible. But no reply since evening. I escalated this issue to Level-2 support on nodaloffice.[protected]@in.airtel.com, and surprisingly I received a funny scripted reply with scripted questionnares asking - handset name, signal strength on my mobile, issue is in specific area or all areas, imei no, error message, application name and all. I gave all the required details (dont know why they are required), and what I got was another complaint no: 63037023. On 07-July-2015 I took a leave from my work and angrily went to the same Airtel outlet and that time while sitting with another senior personnel I came to know that they can see only last service request no, and the SLA for resolving the same. And then I got to know why all of my service requests are getting resolved or closed automatically. This is to maintain their SLA (Service Level Agreement) and maintain good track record, and let the customer log another new request if the issue still persists, and let him shout and get frustrated. On 07-July-2015, that senior guy at the Airtel outel sent an email to his technical team to visit my place, and finally on the same day someone visited my place at 4:00PM. They said that the CPE installed on my apartment's window has some issue and need a software update. This is the kind of issue I am facing from Airtel since more than 10 days now. Horrible after sales service. Now, I have a plan for 10GB with monthly rental of Rs. 999. What about the same, when I have not used it for more than 10 days now.

                                  I went to nearest Airtel office and raised my complaint there, which was addressed immediately and technician visit was scheduled. They replaced the CPE device in next few days. And now the issue is resolved.

                                    I got a msg from airtel regarding data plan for recharge of rs 128 u will get 1gb 2G data for 28dyz and 150mb data free .So i recharged through freecharge.in i got recharge only of 150mb that to 2G data so i called customer care and asked them i have got only150mb then they said that the recharge should dine through easy recharge not through online so u did not get recharge.for 128rs they gave only 150mb 2g data how far this is correct mymobilenumber is [protected]

                                      After repeatedly complaining about excess data usage on my Airtel 4G connection I have not got any resolution since more than 2 months. I noticed the excess usage on the first day o[censored]sage itself and complained the very next day. Since then I have contacted customer care multiple times, sent emails, contacted Airtel store, wrote to Nodal officer, Appellate but I have still not got any resolution. They keep asking me to write back when the next bill is generated. Just for normal browsing Airtel4G is showing up GBs of data used up without downloading anything. Airtel sold me this 4G dongle when I applied for broadband connection saying that broadband is not available in my building. I bought the device trusting Airtel. But I am unable to use this even for regular browsing and have to keep it switched off most of the time otherwise the consumption keeps on going up. This is reported by many people on the internet and among my colleagues. I am unable to use if for my official purpose and have resulted in problems in my official work. I want Airtel to acknowledge this problem and pass on waiver for previous months and rectify this issue ASAP. Else they should at least triple the data usage quota provided in the plan I am using. Finally, if nothing is provided, I want them to refund my money and take back their device.

                                      I already complained multiple times to Airtel customer care Store Nodal officer Apellate so looks like no one at Airtel was bothered to resolve this. Request you to provide a resolution ASAP else please refund my money.Monis
                                      I don't see any response or action from Airtel's end yet. Fail to understand what's taking it so much time to fix this issue. Really disappointed.
                                      Still did not get any calls or any communication from Airtel whatsoever! What are you doing? Do you need an year to solve an issue? Pathetic!

                                        The above SIM was purchased on 3rd July 15 and I was promised that the same will be activated by the evening on 4th July. Despite keeping your Mr Ramesh (Mobile No.[protected]) informed of the urgency and importance of activating the above number through your franchise, Sai Venkat Cell Point, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam from whom this SIM was purchased, Mr Ramesh is so insensitive that he now does not take the calls from your franchise nor he has taken any action whatsoever to activate this number. In case Airtel does not want to release any more mobile connections (either prepaid or postpaid), it is only fair that they display this information very clearly on their website and on other advertisements - both electronic and print media instead of harresing the customer this way. Surprisingly, this is very bad, particularly, in Visakhapatnam - perhaps, Mr Ramesh thinks that he is busier than Mr Bharati Mittal, your Chairman. This shows the arrogance of Mr Ramesh who is not certainly doing any good to Airtel. To tell you little about the background - this SIM was purchased for one of my family friend's son who has just joined his graduate studies in engineering at Gitam University a couple of days back. The family is from Jamshedpur. Now this boy is out of contact for his parents or vice-versa. It is unfair to expect the boy to borrow his friend's mobiles to communicate. Apparently, Airtel signal strength is very good in and around the university area and that is the reason for going into Airtel connection. Despite knowing these facts very well and inspite of regular follow up both from your franchise and me, apparently Mr Ramesh feels that he owns Airtel and he can make the customer run around him (like a Govt Babu) but he fails to understand the serious pit he is digging both for Airtel as well as for himself.
