Activate internet pack after providing wrong information

On 23/06/15 I got a call from airtel. Their represtative tell that u can use 3G service in ur area after selecting vodafone or Idea network. I agree for the pack but after pack activation I search the network there is no 3G network of vodafone but idea is there but idea didn't register i call 198 they that tie up with IDEA is withdrawn. Laila Service Amount deduction

In my mobile number Laila service is automatically activated and 35 ruppes is deducted from my account. While approaching Airtel customer care they are responding that no refund will be given. Calculating approximately if they deducted amount of 30 ruppes in average for 1 lakh customer per day they will get profit of 30 lakhs per day...What a stuipid thing doing for airtel customers by airtel network. We have applied for an Airtel connection on 9th June and paid 1000 Rs. It is really unfortunate that despite many calls nothing has been done till today. Done recharge of RC 97 on Airtel no. [protected] thinking of data pack, later realised that in AP, TG services RC 97 doesn't have any valid recharge, 97 have been deducted from my account. But did get any recharge. RC done on 25 June 2015 at 21.45....

Rude and inappropriate behaviour by Mr Srinivasa , Address verification official

Kindly be informed that Mr. Srinivasa, from Airtel Mob no [protected], gave me a call at about 1730h and said he is coming for address verification checks. This was for the 4G post paid data card that I had applied for. He came and asked my name. I said my name is Jasmini Chandran. He asked my job which I said. No of years of service. Then he asked me to sign on a form. The form had rows where it was mentioned that dongle provided etc....

Airtel Cheating customer on the name of Corporate users
