Dear sir/madam
I am pre paid customer of airtel mob no [protected]. On 17 jul 2015 at 08.08 am i received the massage that supercombopack has been activated @ rs. 35/- for 7 days and also your service for videeopind service has been renewed on your airtel mobile @ rs. 30/- for 7 days.
2. Both the services activated on my mob no. Without any notice as i had neither applied nor asked for any types of pack on my number.
3. I immediately called your representative but they unable to give me satisfactory reply as why this happen. Why the services has been activated without the knowledge of customer. It is very much embarrassing to the customer to deduct the amount. Kindly look into the matter and the amount deducted without my consent be refunded earliest.

        Hi Hierachy, I have been using Airtel service for last 6 yrs with post paid connection and I'm a platinum customer, I'm facing network problems in around my residence.whenever I get incoming calls the call is getting disconnected with very bad signals and it is much worse when I make outgoing calls. When I contacted customer care they give false commitments about network, they also said they are there to address billing issues and not network related issues, because network management is given to third party and they don't know to whom they have given the contract.I'm giving this complaint for network from past 6 yrs and no one from Airtel or their network team had visited my residence for resolving the issue or to check the signal strength.my minimum bill payment on any given month during this 6yrs is not less than Rs.1300/-, after paying bills on time I get treated like a dog, I'm planning to port my number to other subscriber who gives me better service without any mental tension and more of good service.I'm facing lot many problems because of this also I'm mentally disturbed a lot and it is really testing my patience to the core. I'm writing this complaint with mental agony and lot of pain. I have been sending mails since December 2011 to address the network issue, till now there's no update on this complaint, I'm planning to file defamation suite against Airtel and file a case for mental torture and bringing huge loss to my business form where I lost many calls unanswered because of network problems.

          Please assure the service of mobile connectivity during the peak office hours near calcutta high court. Assembly house and all india radio. Repeated call drop and non availability of service happens'my mobile no. Post paid is [protected].) am a professional by occupation therefore non availability of service hampers my business and harms my reputation and work both. Suddenly i can not change my communicating mobile no.
          Repeated request for regular service makes no difference. Only advice for changing the plan or sim is the answer.

            I have been using 4G LTE WiFi for a long time now. But recently I noticed that the Company has charged "Value Added Services" Rs.274 for the month of July, whereas I had not made any request for activation of any such service. And so far as my knowledge goes, such services cannot be used on 4G LTE WiFi - I think it is for mobiles only. It is highly unethical of a reputed Company like Airtel to have first activated the VAS without the consent of the gullible customer and then quoting the small print that the dispute on charges should be raised within 60 days of the receipt of the statement. On talking to the customer care, they werent helpful and were trying to help me by deactivating the service and asking me to pay for the VAS that has been imposed forcefully on me. I have made a formal request to the Appellate Authority to kindly intervene in the matter and settle my Bills by waiving the amount of Rs.274 charged from me unlawfully, for the month of July.             Respected Sir,
            I am very frustrated client of So called ”Airtel 4G”.
            My Airtel 4G Number is :[protected]
            I have been cheated from 1st day I was visited Airtel Borivali Store, where they show me 1 Airtel 4G wifi Router for which I had paid 2300/- INR. Immediately.
            They inform me to collect Device after 3 days. Surprisingly they give me different kind of Device by telling me that That was demo piece
            and this is the actual device which they have in stock.

            Than what is meaning of Demo piece or what is called demo ??
            To show A Car as a Demo and giving a Bicycle is it you called DEMO ? ? any why they don’t mention it at the time of taking money.
            As I feel like I have been fooled and cheated by such a great people on very 1st day,
            so what they will do in future ??,
            I request to cancel my deal and deduct whatever amount as per company rules and give rest of my money back
            They inform that not a single Rupees can be refund whether I am satisfied or not with the product and the company.
            I have no choice but to continue so I did...
            On my first Bill I have been Charged for Some SMS ??!!!
            Its DATA CARD, if I put in to mobile it can’t be use a as Calling SIM Card or SMS purpose.
            Why I have been charged for some caller tune or some sms I Don’t understand.
            1st Bill is attached, I already Paid by thinking may be some kind of small mistake.

            Now, 2nd bill come with charged like something 450 Rs. For “Laila ….or something” caller tune ???!!

            When I goto complain at Outlet near Borivali West Station, they have not take my complain
            by simply telling that I may have clicked something while surfint the internet so this is that charged
            I request to give atleast complain number but they deny ??

            Why ? even I have no right to do complaint about over chaged ?


            For one or another reason I have done complain 2 time, herewith attached acknowledge/token number,
            no respond from company or any executive to solve the mater.


            I can understand you can not solve my problem and even not inrerested to solve any query as you are already got money
            For 4G wifi router and also getting payment time to time from our side.
            But This is 3rd time I have been charged wrongly, I think now its enough, so please remove/reverse that “sms/value added” chages from bill which I didn’t use and allow me to do
            payment of actual amount for my actual use only.

            Kindly cancel my connection immediately before I may be charged for some other value added without my permission.


            I was given Port request to Convert my number [protected], Aircel to Airtel, Kindly also cancel that.
            We are also using one another Airtel SIM Number : [protected] for our office use, that also I shall surrender soon, as soon as I will arrange some alternet.
            I feel very guilty that I choose Airtel without even ready any online review which shows clear things about company.

            Because you borivali - west outlet/branch not even ready to take complain ???

            whether issue will be solved or not but I think atleast to get complain number / token number is our right
            when we visit your outlet..

            I was not asking money from him, but atleast a good response should be there,
            Just try to visit your outlet as a customer and see how much surprise you will get...!!

            If you really want to know what's going on ask cctv footage of dt: 23/July/2015 time 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM,
            when my person Mr. Mahendra Visited store and even a complaint token was not given ??

            I don't know why your staff behaves with us like we are beggar ????!!!

            Mr Azeem - I have been also cheated exactly same way...
            If you are going to file complaint, Pleas share with me also I also want to file complain for this kind of harassment since last 2 month..

            even when you call they will tell you that you may be visited some website and you may have been done some click that why
            you are charged... !!!

              I had a chat with their online chat officer Soumya and have reqested whether a new broadband connection is feasible at my address. She has verified and confirmed and provided that speeds upto 16mbps line are feasible. Then she has updated me the available plans and as per my confirmation on a plan she has provided me a direct payment link where i have paid 1000 rupees. Upon confirmation it said that i will recieve a message to my phone and an email confirmation but i havent received any. Luckily i have taken the screenshot of the payment reference. after a day i have sent an email to their team requesting for more information and raised a complaint via their site regarding the same. They have updated that i will get information with 3 days and have closed the complaint. On 3rd day i have recieved a call from airtel saying that my address is not feasible and asking whether i need any other service. I am really confused it is their team who has confirmed that the address it feasible and asked to go with payment, then later they are saying it is not feasible. Is it some issue with in their teams or are they trying to fool people. never expected such worst service from a reputed company like airetl. It is really disgusting.

No information have been provided on my mobile no [protected] which I have given as contact no. I have tried to contact bangalore airtel help line but in vain no body is picking up I tried twice. I informed Airtel helpline at Delhi and the same no.is reflected for help line on my internet dongal SIM.                   Hi Team,

                  I have applied for the Airtel broadband connection on[protected]. I have paid
                  the amount of INR 1000 for connection charges. Just last week, they have
                  completed the wiring . Right now they are saying that the request is not in
                  their queue.

                  Please find the serial no Tnpc 314307.

                  Airtel Account :[protected].

                  I have already escalated this issue to the Nodal Team. It seems just for the
                  Namesake they called to my mobile and said the problem will be closed within 48
                  Hrs.

                  I lost my Patience,

                  I have send the email to the nodal officer and other service support all the efforts went in vain .

                    I was deducted approx. Rs. 85 on 13th July 2015 from my airtel number ([protected]) from my service provider (Airtel). As per my inquiry on 16 of July, I was informed that it was due to my internet usage. As per them, My 3G data available because of my last recharge was ~ 19 MB. I made a usage og ~ 27 MB. Since the usage was more than available, entire amount was deducted from my airtel balance account without deducting any from 3G data account. I was not given a complaint number even of request and am also told that no one will be informed of any such rules. This rule is not available in any of their records (as per them). Ideally, they should cut only the overhead usage from my main balance and use my 3G balance till its exhausted. At least I should be given a complaint number of my complaint.

                      We purchased Airtel 4G ([protected]) on 14th July 2015 along with home router with unlimited data plan of Rs.999 which has 10GB high speed post that minimum speed. Today i was unable to connect to internet and the speed was almost dead so called customer service and spoke to Roopa ([protected]) who mentioned due to billing date i received only 4.5GB data high speed hence the internet connection is slow hence suggested to do a top-up based on my requirement and at that time my usage was 5.2GB which was also incorrect as within 2 days i am very sure i have not exceeded 1GB also but still i wanted to continue the connectivity for some critical work hence did the top-up for Rs. 600 which had 5GB high speed data. After couple of hours i received a message that I have used more than 10GB data which shocked my life and called customer service again and spoke to Shashi who also mentioned as per their records i have used it but i asked him to transfer to his supervisor and spoke to Vaishnavi ([protected]) who mentioned there might be some technical issue and data refresh is required after that it should be showing the right data and this process would take 48 hours. But my question is when Airtel is promoting 4G they should also have timely response in place and the customer service is the worst place we can hear in Airtel, recent past all our Government services are far better than these private companies. Look forward to see my complaint to be resolved soon. My alternate contact is [protected].

                      This issue of very slow 4G data if Airtel is coming all over Dwarka and Gurgaon. We have switched to Jio but jio has also become slow due to lot of people are switching from Airtel to Jio. No solution of airtel after a month.

                        I have recharged for airtel whatsapp only Rs. 49/- plan, but it uses the main account for whatsapp and amount is deducted from main account.

                        I had called airtel call centre and they told me to stop all background services.
                        i have stopped all other applications from using internet from background. There is no background sync is active. no background tasks running.

                        whenever i use whatsapp it still deducting amount from main account.

                        Please would like to have refund or help me in resolving this service

                          We had been calling several times to the customer care of AIRTEL but no body is providing any solutions. We are tired of calling again and again but the problem is not getting resolved since a year. Off late the problem has increased so much that we are not able to attend any calls at our residence address:Upkar apartment Mayur Vihar phase 1 extnt. We called customer care on 16 July 2015, we told them our problem being faced that the network problem is there at our residence. The employee only listened to the problem and confirmed me that I will receive call from the escalation team by evening . The interaction no. Is [protected]. Waiting for a day's time specially taking off from office to get the issue resolved as it has become a big problem to us. The network is not there on all the cell phones at our residence. As expected I didn't receive any call from your side. Then I called up again, andi was told that the concerned employee has not raised any complaint. I spoke to Dev rath vide interaction no. [protected] I Insisted him to Make me speak to the manager for at least making him realise that he had wasted someone's full day only because of the careless attitude. But again as expected he did not make me speak to the manager. I asked him to make me speak to the second in charge in case the manager is not there but he didn't make me speak to anybody. He said he will get a call arranged, in 4 hours time. But to no surprise, I didn't receive any call. The next day, somebody called from [protected], he was ready to disclose his designation despite asking him again n again. He called on the cell phone, despite telling that there is a network problem at our home. I could not hear what is he saying, neither he could listen to my problem. He didn't have this professionalism to give a call back in case it was disconnected. When I called back it says it's an incorrect no. I only want that my problem to resolve, after having such a bad experience from executive to seniors. I am not at all satisfied with Airtel.

                                    My name is Ankita Dubey mobile number [protected]. I have purchased a 3G plan from airtel. this plan promises me speeds of 3 Mbps or abover. However the speed i receive is seldom above 1 mbps making the service useless for apps. I can't book a cab if am stuck in rain or use the internet for any other purpose. I have complained and the reason they give is network in my residence is bad. This is strange as am a working person and therefore cannot understand how network at my residence can affect network in my office (my office and residence are 18 km apart).

                                      Mob No. [protected] Last I spoke at the customer care was this morning at 7:20 AM with Heena. since the morning of 15th July, 2015, I have been unable to activate my 3G service. About 20 attempts and 10 calls to the call center later too there is no resolution. A very bad solution given is to go to the retailer which is not possible. Your executives have shown no apathy. In fact, this morning, the Person I spoke to asked me to call after 7 since till the the service would surely get activated. I'm very sure that was the end time for the shift. This is no behaviour to a customer. WE also work in in the IT industry and never met out such a rude behaviour. I have recharged my number with enough balance so that I don't have to visit the retailer as that is not possible all the time. Ms. Heena asked me to wait for another 72 hours which is not acceptable unless an valid explanation is provided. I have an exam in one day an the net is a MUST. Please FIX THIS. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest. I hope an actual person reads this mail unlike the memorization robots I have been speaking to for the past 26 hours. Having network superiority is one thing and maintaining customers is another. Out of all the experiences, this is turning out to be the worst.
