We at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. have over 300 mobile SIM's and have been regular in payments. However, we suffer from deficient service from Airtel Bangalore (Bharti Airtel Limited, No: 55, Divyasree Tower, Bannerghatta Road, Banglore:560 029). Even after payments of bills regularly, many of our mobile numbers get barred from outgoing calls. This affects our business and many of our Marketing and Field staff are NOT able to call customers and conclude business transactions, affecting our revenue, employment, our name, etc. Customer relationship manager Mr Sandeep Sardana who is handling our account has been informed about various barred numbers and has been given details of all payments we made to ensure we are NOT a defaulting party. We would like them to provide 100% service, and keep us happy, besides paying us compensation for lost business, business interruptions, causing nuisance, etc.

    Hi, I had applied for national portability from Airtel kerala to Airtel Karnataka. I gave the necessary documents and my sim was ported on 14th july at 6:00 PM. At that time both karnataka and kerala sim cards were not working and i such i missed a lot of important calls as part of my job. After an hour or so, karnataka sim started working but i dont have incoming calls or outgoing SMS. So whoever who calls me gets an IVR saying 'Number doesnot exist". I personally am a huge fan of airtel for their service, but this kind of service is simply not acceptable. They should have activated the porting only once all the issues have been sorted.       1gb pack of rupees 252, means 0. 24 rupees per mb, but it's charged about 4.03 rupees per mb, means it's 170 times more than the pack which is I activated. If I had active 1gb pack then they should have to stop excess usages, or charged excess usages as per pack, but they charged 170 time more charges. Which is not guenon.

        I want to convert postpaid to prepaid. I visited nearly 5 times airtel offices (Tumkur and Bangalore) in one week. every time they tell server is down we can't do it. when I asked when it ll be get corrected, they tell we don't know may be in 10 minutes or one day or one week or may not be corrected. I asked their shop phone number so that I can call and get to know whether server is up. But they told they don't have any number, you have come and check. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I am wasting my money and time by simply visiting to airtel office. I don't know, how such a big company not taking any action against this server down.

          I have been on international roaming and using my airtel number [protected]. I opted for IR plan of 999 on 31.07.2015. Customer care executive confirmed over phone with INR 999 pack I will avail :Incoming call: 15 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 30 Rs/min; Incoming SMS: free; Outgoing SMS: 15 Rs ; Special feature: Either 100MB Data or 100 mins incoming free call. So out of last option I choose 100MB data. The bill I got was with standard rate Incoming call: 90 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 180& 200Rs/min. I am in regular follow up with airtel but they are insisting that this amount is correct and I need to pay and I got only 100MB data for that 999 Rs (the call rates remains standard). In my last bill too they made similar mistake, but reverted the charges after going through the call record (with me on 31.07.2015). This time they are adamant and not providing the call recorded (conversation with me dated 31.07.2015) kind of hiding the miss selling on airtel part. My calls are barred on this number.

              Actually I am using [protected] from last 10+ years in Andhra Pradesh. Customer care people telling that, there are no details on this number. How this will happens, without having details in Airtel, how I am using from last 10+ years. Due to this I am unable to port my number to another state. Recently I moved to Bangalore (Karnataka). I applied for porting from Andhra Pradesh to Karanataka. Then I come to know that Airtel people have no details on this number. How they will continue connections from these many long years if they don't have details. Then where is customer security. If any one misuses this, who will responsible. Please help me.

              As I applied for porting, this number is deactivated on 11th Jul 2015 at 11.30 PM. And new sim is not activated due to above issue.

              As I am using this number from last 10+ years, I am using this number for all my transactions. As this is deactivated, all my transactions stuck up.

              If you want me to submit documents, I am ready to submit documents in Bangalore. Otherwise I will send documents through online, if you have any such facilities.

              As I have struck up with all transactions, I am requesting you to kindly resolve this issue on priority.

                Hi, This is Sachin Shukla. I have applied for billing address change for my postpaid number. I have sent my documents, address proof after scanning to [protected]@in.airtel.com, however they are not replying and replied only once when my docs were not right. After that I have sent multiple emails on same I'd, but they are saying that they can't see my email and if they can see my email, then they can't see the attached address proof. Just stupid replyreply I am getting every time. They try to make fool every time. After that since last 6 days I have submitted to Airtel gallery and still my address is not changed. Please address the issue immediately else I will disconnect using ur services and also make others aware about all this happening.

                  Hi Guys, I had requested for an airtel broadband connect on 29th of april. I had paid the money on the same day. Airtel have promise me a connection and assured me that connection can be provided to my house. My Airtel Fixed line number is [protected]. After a month they told that connection is not possible in my place and told that they will refund the amount of 1000/-. I submitted the retails required for the refund like a scared copy of a cancelled cheque, the bill and my back statements. Till day i have not received the refund. I have summited the details for the refund 5 times. On a latest note i received a call from airtel staying that till will take another 10 working days for me to get the money. The reference number is 57457388 for the incidents i have raised. Please look in to this and help me out on this matter.

                    Dear Team, It is very shameful to happen with such a prestigious organization. Data usage you are showing are as bellow time data usage 8:22pm- 81.5mb 9:31pm- 100MB 10:44pm- 71MB 11:53pm - 91MB 12 to1am - 31mmnb 5:13am -71MB 6:26am -36MB 6:45am -12MB 6:53am -1.15MB 6:54am -1.15MB 6:55am -1.15MB 6:56am -8.4MB 6:57am -11.4MB 0 balance 6:56am 117 rs deducted The above data usage you have provided me when I asked for details. As I am using my connection since long and there were very limited use I do with internet and the timings you have shown here are completely irrelevant from my data usage period, you deducted my data on that timings. You have completely wrong information about data usage and as your system shows the usage and with that reference you can not claim you are true and we are wrong, because in my cell phone it is visible that how much data I have consumed from which time. I need clarification and my refund immediately in this case. Also your executive didn't took my complaint and disconnected my call immediately. I want clarification in this matter also. Why you don't take our complaints? don't we have right to file complaint against your wrong activities? I want answers of all these things. Contact me immediately and resolve my issue ASAP.

                      Airtel broadband connection in Sushant lok 1 Gurgaon haryana. I took connection of airtel on saturday. On sunday they installed wifi router. And from monday my connection has been cut. I called several people and several times on their customer care. All they say is that my connection will be fixed shortly. But no one came to fix it. I generated a Complaint through web and they closed that complaint without even coming to my house to fix it. And their customer care says that I should generate a new complaint which will be fixed in 24 hr. This is harassment. I hope they will hear something here and try to improve.

                        I had repeatedly received miscalls from your New Delhi office bearer on my BSNL mobile phones [protected] & [protected] particularly on 12.07.2015.                           On Sunday I went to change my sim to 4G at Airtel store sec 9 Rohini delhi . My token no was 29. Waited for more then half an hour but staff did not help. They are very rude . Said complaint kar do kuch nahi hota . Earlier also I complained about poor network at my home but I understand that in Airtel nobody bothers for loyal customer. I was not using my airtel sim for the last couple of months and now my number got deactivated. I badely need that number back and have to keep it activated.                               I had received a phone call from airtel customer care number[protected], Your excecutive offered me scheme of caller tune with my name @Rs.23/- Per month. I accepted the same and Rs.280/- was debited to me which was not told to me anytime in the call. How come you peaple can deduct the annual charges without my consent. Listen to the entire conversation Ms.Sonam has has discussed only monthly charges. Your excecutive has done a fraud and i want the charges to be credited to my account and stop the service or else i will shift to some other service provider along with 70 corporate connections we are using.

                                This is to inform you that i am unable to use my data service since 06.07.2015, at that time i spoke to customer care and they told due to data upgration you are not use data service after so many call to customer care still i am not use data service and without using service data deducted from my pack.


                                I have complaint to airtel customer care vide customer complaint id 63104906 dated 09.07.2015. But yet to be resolved the problem. New complain no. 63179975 dated 13.07.2015


                                I was talking with customer care on 10.07.2015 they told to your service has be started succefully but i have not recd. Any call or sms unless and untill i am using 4g service in mumbai but there is no use of data.


                                I have all recoding with me if you require i will send you.

                                As per guidance by airtel galary i was change sim card on dated 13/07/2015 but yet to be solved.

                                Request you to please treat as a urgent basis and resolve my problem.

                                    Hi, I am Sahil Sharma from Delhi. We are Website Designing and Development Company. I required a new broadband connection for my office in Okhla Phase 1. One of Airtel executive (G.C. Tripathi #+91-[protected]) followed up with me. On 7th of July i applied and submitted all my documents with 1000/- amount. He commits me to activate my connection in next 24 HRS. But, the all his commitments and talks is only a sales tricks. He is totally fraud, Just pick my documents to complete his targets. Now its 14th July, Even no executive is visited my office for wiring and other installation. When i called his Manager Amit (+91-[protected]) regarding the status of my connection. He also gave me some time, but NO RESULT. From today morning no one pick my calls. When, I tried to another number they gave me a new Story. There is no place to give you connection you need to wait some time. I already disconnected my old MTNL connection because of G.C. Tripathi's Commitments. As an IT company Internet is an important part of my business and from last 7 days all of employees on leave because of no internet. Now I don't know how the Airtel Company handled my complaint and what action they will take. And who gave me the cost of my Last 7 days business.

                                        I bought a new sim from Airtel representative, a sim was given qouting it is fresh and unused number. I used that number for a month and got to know that earlier sim was beign used by someone else and i was getting calls on his/her behalf. When I asked for change another sim was given to me. For the new sim all the bills have been cleared but outgoing facility has been barreed because they want me to clear the bill amount pending for first sim (one month bill). The question is why am i being asked to clear off the bills for another number when it was defaul from Airtel.
