Subscribed to airtel broadband connection (799rs per month) package on august 13, 2021 and paid rs 2122 the same day. The airtel thanks app is not showing an option to download month-wise invoices and the website is broken and not send login otp. Please send me monthly invoices to my registered email.

      3 days before I recharged my airtel number but it was not reflecting to my account i tried contacting airtel past two days no response only i am hearing Robo voice and call get disconnected and some how i register my complaint i got message from airtel stating that i will get update after 10 days, so till now what can i do this totally irritating, " airtel dont give free net for 1 day" but i need to wait for 10 days after paying amount from my pocket ????

        Good Afternoon,

        This is regarding complaint number[protected] lodged on September 4, 2021. It is going to be almost 2 days and I have called 121 multiple times but no resolution has been provided yet.
        As per the technician, someone from their team has put new connection and cut my wire as there is limited space in the box. I have been a Airtel customer for a long time. I am not sure why Airtel technicians has adopted this kind of practice and harassing the customers.

        Kindly look in to this matter and provide me the resolution ASAP.

          In June 2021, the store officer at Airtel agreed with me on a plan of Rs.999 + tax for 5 connections - 4 were voice + data and 1 connection was data only.
          Accordingly I followed all instructions from the store office Mr. Sameer.
          When I received my 1st month bill which was incorrect and which I got it corrected by visiting the store & paying the agreed amount. I was promised that the next billing will be correct, however the next month billing was again wrong. I visited the store again last month and was assured of reversals and correction in the billing. Given these assurances, I paid the agreed amount.
          Again this month the bill is incorrect and on contacting the company on phone and through personal visit, I am now told that the correction is not possible.
          Mobile services, in the current situation is part of essential services, however the company is clearly taking advantage of the situation and fleecing customers by making wrong promises and breaching the trust.
          Would appreciate if appropriate action is being taken and my issue resolved.

              I have been charged for 70rs for a toll plaza at Satara however my car was in Pune. After raising the complaint I was told to wait for 15 business days. Even after waiting for 15 business days when I called them they told the ticket was closed and a new ticket was opened after 7 days and they asked me to wait for another 15 business days.

              The airtel reps provide false information and are not at all customer centric. They are useless for their service. Pathetic. Regretting to buy airtel fast tag now.

                  Hi,

                  I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from 2011 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.

                  Today, when I was checking the Bill amount in My artel app. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount stated by the CCE was very much high for me. After the inquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ISD calls .

                  But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. And, my credit limit was fixed by the Airtel was Rs.2000 /- but as per the CCE of the Airtel bill amount was shown as around RS 2999.

                  It was shown to me false itself as per the fixation of Credit limit ., whenever the bill cross the Credit limit the Message and call from the CCE started to make the interim payment and I have not received any single call from the CCE o f Airtel .

                  I am working with Bharti airtel data center since 2010, my bill amount never crossed the Credit Limit . I never activated the ISD facility on my post paid connection . I never made any ISD call from my Number .

                  Also let me highlight one more thing today i have call up at CC so what response received that due to Amazon subscription your bill is increased what is this.

                            I am very very sad to tell that I am facing bad Service from your team.

                            On 03/09/2021 at Evening my Airtel sim was suddenly got disconnected (No Sim Detection)
                            For resolve this issue I had visited the Nearest Airtel Service Center (Located at Surathkal, Mangalore).
                            & they issued a New Sim for the same number @ 12.45Pm. (04/09/2021)

                            As per their instructions Sim will activated within 4 Hours, but sim was not activated,
                            At 8Pm I contacted your Customer Service person, he suggested to Remove the Sim and wait to 11Pm, then Re - Insert

                            But the issue continuous, I fed up and removed the sim till today morning 9Am,

                            Today also No result,
                            Again I connected your team, one of your person told me Don't insert the Sim, Within 1min. I will do the Activation from our side and I will take the feedback also,

                            Waited for 30min. No feedback call neither Activated,

                            My job continued to contact you,

                            At 10. To 10.15 I connected with Your person
                            She is suggesting me to visit the Airtel Service Center again for the issue..

                            Now tell me from yesterday onwards you peoples are wasting my time,
                            If your answer is same (To visit Service center again)
                            Why from yesterday onwards you peoples are playing with me..??

                            I have Important Online transactions through this Sim Number,
                            Otherwise I have to pay the penalty,

                            For the mistakes of you, why I have to suffer,

                            Yesterday also I had paid 50Rs for Re issuing the Sim,

                            And the service center is 10K.M far from my House.

                            Who will pay for this..??

                            I am using This Airtel Sim From 16Years, and my family members Sim also Airtel,
                            I never had bad experience Or bad Service from your side.

                              I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

                              I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

                              They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet.

                              Please resolve this issue asap.

                                From last month, when I first received my broadband connection ebill till then I'm complaining that wrong salutation is mention. I have submit the self attested id proof. Customer support told me that changes will reflect from next bill. But today I received my ebill again with wrong salutation. I have sent multiples mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response. I'm not married and in my ebill it is mention 'Mrs' .

                                        I have applied for new airtel braodband connection at my residence in varanasi and company promised me for the installation of the connection within 72 hours. But I have waited till 15 days and called to airtel costumer care many times approx. 10 times. They promised me for the same day on every call but connection is not installed yet.

                                        In 15 days I have wasted my more than 3 hours to connect with them and talk to then.

                                        Please look into the matter and set an example to them who is not working properly and issue my refund amount i.e. 2829.00 which I have already paid to airtel with Interest.
