Airtel 40 days ago disable my wallet. The wallet has enough balance to pay toll on the plaza but due to disabling it, my fastag goes under negative balance. So I decided to recharge it from another wallet like phonepe but interestingly they dont allow me to recharge fastag when I check my fastag status on the official website it showed me your fastag is blacklisted. I called the customer care of airtel but even they dont listen and help regarding the issue and said that you need to mail on [protected]@airtelbank.com, which I do multiple times but they dont listen up and are not removed my fastag from blacklist status. Seriously I have never seen such a delay its almost one month and still, my fastag is blacklisted, my car no is blacklisted and I cannot apply for a new fastag. No government fastag Portal response, in the end, I come up here lets hope if I get help.

    I was complaining since 2 yrs more than this but still my issue in reality doesn't solve. Last year due to lockdown I agreed that there me issue but it should be resolved till today's date.

    Whenever I complain, service person register complaints and give a date for resolution. But without resolving in reality they remove my complain giving the reason it's resolved.

    Many amount I had paid for calling and data. All goes to vain

        Dear sir,
        I have an Airtel postpaid plan,
        And the family plan of 1349 on respective numbers-
        [protected] (primary number)
        [protected]
        [protected] (ISD call charges added)

        1.No outgoing ISD calls were made from our side but it is reflecting in our bill (extra Rs 1291).

        2. On further investigation by ourselves we found that the international numbers are from 9 different
        countries. And all numbers are different, none of the numbers is dialed twice. (pls check attachment)

        3. All the numbers are showing spam on the true caller. And they are of the company because for every
        unique number of a particular country only the last 4 digits are different. (pls check attachment)

        4. Neither we have any small kid to randomly dial the number and speak few minutes with the spam phone
        numbers of the country.

        5. I tried to call one of the international phone numbers[protected]Poland) from the same mobile
        number from which earlier ISD call charges were made ([protected]) but we received a system message -"
        SORRY THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NUMBER PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE", so if the service is
        off then how can one make these ISD calls.

        All the ISD calls reflected in our bill is not justifiable.
        Moreover, we have raised the complaint twice via calling 121. And they suggested writing a mail to
        address my problem

        In the above 5 points, I have given proof for the same. These are not valid charges at all!

          Scam fraud network, last month i request a portability, bcoz of rising the price of basic plan, next day airtel customer care executive called me and they said the tarriff price will be reduced next month, embarassingly they cut SMS from the basic tarriff current month, this is how they scam customers also suck every customers blood. I raised a Complaint agaist them on TRAI portal, how ever i Rocorded a Customer care conversation. let see how they will reply it.

          Note: they cheat every one too while cutoff SMS from basic, bcoz you could not request Portability without sms

            Yesterday, I recharged my Airtel Digital TV and as per the instructions, kept my set top box ON during the process. But the connection is not working since yesterday, I tried Airtel Customer Care, eventually it turned out that I'll have to pay 150 Rs. if I want an engineer to fix it. So, basically if Airtel is giving worst services, I'll have to pay for it. I couldn't even connect to Customer Care Call Center's employee to talk this through. Also, on Airtel thanks app, I couldn't attach my DTH account and giving a "Bad Request" so that can't help too.

              There is a lot of network issue in my area. I am working from home but not able to work properly due to internet issue. There is no proper network and lots of fluctuations in internet speed also. Sometimes internet speed becomes zero for upto 15 to 20 minutes. During that calls got disconnected & conference video calls not able to connect
              I have complaint this to the concerned customer care team and raise complaint on Airtel Thanks App but no use, and no progress
              and also no proper broadband services at my location .
              Please help me reg. this issue ASAP.

                Even MTNL never used such tactics and fool their customer.

                    No email reply received from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com since 2 years.

                    Please waive off late payment fee since August 2020 accumulated to Rs. 795/- despite Timely payment before 14 of month in past 10 years. Please stop further late payment fee Rs 100 over Rs. 795/- till resolution after 14 September 2021.

                    With reference to Mobile Postpaid Connection 1599/- bill plan + 290(18% taxes). = 1889/- Monthly Rental plan.

                    I have been imposed Rs. 100/- Late Payment every month since August 2020 despite of Timely payment (Before 14th of Month) of Monthly Rental of Rs 1889/- per month. Moreover, Late Payment Fee of Rs. 100 charged over Previous Rs. 100 late payment and Continuously Rs. 100 over previous Rs 200/- to Rs 300/- to Rs 400/- to Rs 500 to Rs 600/- late payment fee accumulated till Rs 795/- .

                    I have been Using airtel postpaid corporate connection for Past 10 years since September 2011.

                    I have been paying all postpaid rentals timely past 10years and Never faced such problem of Late payment Fee accumulation in past 10years.

                    Why unnecessary creating issue over Late payment fee despite of Timely payment (before 14 of month) of Rs 1889/- Monthly rental since January 2020 ?

                    It is humble request to waive off all wrongly imposed late payment fee of Rs 795/- till 14 September 2021 to maintain 10year old privilege Corporate Customer and Airtel Relationship.

                      We got a new gigabit broadband connection on 07/08/2021 from Airtel team but the link has not been activated. We have also requested to provide 3 static IP's on the same day but we have not able to get activate even a single static IP from the Airtel team till today.

                        I made a complaint regarding shifting of my boardband (no. [protected])
                        On 16/9/21 but didnot got any response regarding tht n made another complaint on 22/9/21bec my wifi internet was not working tmbut again didnt got any response for tht also n even i hv mailed the company but didnt got a response regarding tht mail also.
                        N when i hv talked on customer care they r just saying tht i will arrange call back for u withing 2hr or 4 hrs but even i have got no call back from airtel side.

                          I am using a connection [protected] however this has happened with me for the second time, first time they accepted their wrongdoing and waived that amount but this month again they have charged Rs. 2589(inclusive taxes) extra for International Calling in multiple countries and the irony is I have no one to call to Internationally and never made these calls to multiple countries. Also even if I had to call someday internationally i would rather use watsapp calling as I am not that naive to make normal calls, same thing when I told to CC executives he was so adamant that you have made the calls told him exact what I have mentioned above but not sure how he was trained to talk to customers in such a tone when I asked to connect to his supervisor his response was there is no Supervisor, Do you think your customers are illiterate to make these mistakes and just to tell Airtel here I myself have worked Vodafone for 3 years and I know these things well so why would I make such a call and to repeat myself I have no one to talk to Internationally now the due date is nearing and you are going to suspend my services but if that happened I'll make sure to PORT out as many numbers as I can out of Airtel and please don't consider this as a threat rather than frustration from a normal middle class member of the society who works day and night to feed his family not to pay you guys for the services never being used

                            Why should I pay for new set top box ?
                            I have already changed it multiple time.
                            These boxes are so vulnerable that every rainy season they stops working.
                            I am tired of this company Airtel.
                            Can I get all my money back ?

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              Telecom operators are not allowing outgoing SMS for Mobile Number Portability on various reasons. Especially for pre-paid customers, they are all not allowing SMS ever when the prepaid balance is available, even validity of prepaid amount exists..

                              Operators telling that customers have to recharge their monthly pack before sending PORT.

                              In view of this, requesting you to give the facility to send SMS to 1900 when the validity period has not expired.

                                I am using Airtel Broadband for past 5 year. Last 1 year I have very slow internet connection and frequent disconnection. I have made many complaints regarding this. But the fix they provide is very temporary. I am facing the same issue again and again. Even I have asked to migrate my plan to fiber. For that request also Airtel Says that they don't have fiber connection in my area(HSR Layout Sector 2). But I see many poster regarding Airtel Fiber plan in my area. I don't know what to do.

                                    I have paid my e-challan amount through e-challan website, from upi and money was deducted from my account to [protected]@hdfc account, And still my challan are pending and traffic police are not allowing me to take my vechicle due to my pending fines and i have paid money but online they are not showing about it, Please refund my money, I am daily earner without my scooter i cant work, Please look into this matter as soon as possible
