i was used MNP service from aircel to airtel in may 6th, 2015.In that airtel sim incoming properly worked, but out going calls not working .i called 15 times airtel customer care even they are saying sorry for the convenience but not give the solution till now .this is the worst service from airtel.today may 26 till now i didn't get the solution.i spoke with anith nagercoil team leader, he said it will work on may 26th. i need solution for this you team need to take responsibility for this .i submitted proof in 2 times. my number is [protected] NAME: N.ARUN KUMAR with regards

    Today I have recharge my wife's mobile no [protected] with 125 Rs for 2G after getting the information from internate. But after recharge it is showing for call rate reduction. I have the print out of that offer. Now customer care also denying for the same. Either I have to go to consumer court or I want the specific offer.

      We have been told that if you take Airtel my plan worth Rs. 399 + 99 (for add-on connection) You will get 540 minutes for both the numbers + 1 GB 3G data for both the numbers & 200 Extra minutes would be free for 1st number i.e [protected]. we have also been told that inter calling (1000 min.) would be free the numbers which fall under my family plan i.e [protected] & [protected]. We had also been given a mobile no. of referencee who was going to recheck what i have been offered from executive. Numbers are [protected] (nikita) & [protected]. Nikita contacted me & confirm with me the exact plan which i have been offered by the executive over phone, We have confirmed the plan & then we go ahead for Portability of both my numbers. But now today i got to know that my actual plan is 540 local minutes + 1 GB 3G data + 200 local minutes free for [protected], which i would be sharing with [protected]. I have been misinformed by Airtel & their executives. i am writing this mail Just hoping that you people will help me out with solution. awaiting you prompt revert.

        I have using Airtel Network since last 5 months company has offered free internet initially 3 months after that got call from Airtel Customer Care regarding continuous of internet services i have clearly denied and requested for discontinue the same in month of march however i came to know that airtel are still charging the same for 2 months Rs. 250/pm and 65/pm extra charges. the total extra charges Rs. 250+250+65*4=760. i want back it or adjust against bill amount.

          I recharged online and didn't get the said offer..when called customer care...first they kept me on hold for 8 min...then they start reading out a single sentence for every question I ask...the executive supervisor name is parvez...such a idiotic fellow..first bad experience from Airtel.. Thought I would complain about it for continued good customer care support from Airtel..as I being a Longterm customer of airtel

            airtel customer care sent me a message about a month ago according to which if i recharge for 92 rs then i get 1gb 2g data for 28 days. so today when i tried to activate this, airtel charged me full 92 rs but provided me with only 200mb data which is valid til 6th june. why did you people scam me? IF YOU DONT REFUND MY 92 rs WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS I WILL BE BOUND TO DRAG THIS MATTER TO THE CONSUMER COURT. MY NUMBER IS [protected]. refund my money!

                Hi there, This escalation comes to you with a mixed emotion of your services.. i bought a new wingle last month, it worked superbly well till i exhausted my data limit..i.e.6 GB.. post which i realized i need more data, so i took smart byte of 1 GB. Ever since i exhausted my data, the internet speed dropped down drastically, even after buying smart bytes, the speed never came to usual speed before data exhaustion. Today i have started my new billing cycle and even the speed is pathetically slow.. When i called up the customer care no, the executive seemed rather lost about the product and has been giving absurd reasons/justifications for low speed. eventually after wasting my 10 mins, she transferred me to the technical dept quoting this is technical query. The technical guy has simple answer, your data has been exhausted, and dont know why smart bytes aint working. I was given no of some Nilesh Gandhi based out of Mulund, Mumbai for my rescue.. but poor guy had one line to say, come to store or else we cant help...how courteous is that! Apparently after the entire dilemma m still suffering from bad internet.. now the WIFI blue light on my dongle doesn't even work.. it shows only 3G light blinking.. WIFI hardly works.. when connected like a data card it gives you a minuscule speed to operate. i can't connect my phone or any other devices like the first month wherein i was very happy with the services. please help me sort this issue. thanks Ravi Mehta [protected]

Par pichle mahine (11th march to 10th april)bill may airtel walo ne bill bana k veja hay ki mera 1755+500 mb vi cross kar liya hay maine . Balki may to uss mahine airtel walo ko bar bar sms or phon ke jariye contact karke mera data status puch karke use kiya hay but fir vi wo log bata raha hay ki mera total data limit cross ho gaya hay.or ab may company walo ko bol raha hu ki maine to aplogogoko batake limit me hee use kiya tha par ab wo log bat ghuma raha hay or bol raha hay ki app ne cross karliya hay par maine bohotbar airtel walo ke confermation lake hi use kiya tha.mera post paid no hay-[protected] Please help me on this matter as erly as possible.

                        Dear Sir, I(Rakesh Kumar) have done a recharge of Rs. 449 (2.5 GB plan for 3 G) for Mob-:[protected] through My Airtel Account by Credit Card on Sat-16.05.15 at 17:35 & my transaction ID 553654. I have called 4 times to customer care but no body gave any solution.One of your senior supervisor Md. Gulam told me that there is no any this type of Recharge available for Kolkata.Another senior supervisor madam told me that she will co-ordinate a call for my number but still I am awaiting for call. Kindly do some needful .Either make arrangement for returning money or recharge of 3G with new validity. Require your urgent attention regarding this. Regards

                          Sir, in My colony, two illigal mobile tower are made only 300 mtr distence, without permission of SDA, it all people are now know about tower radiation is harmful for everyone live in area. We are stop that work by SDA but they couldn't removed the tower fitting from the tares. My humble request pls removed these tower materials from my locality.                               Hello Team, It’s a shame to have the Airtel services because there is no security on our own call history. My postpaid number is [protected], this number was been disconnected due to non-payment of the services and my call history is been “Hacked” by the customer care team and they have called many people from my call history asking for the payment which is an Integrity issue for a Customer. You guys know that if you disconnect the number there wouldn’t been a contact for the customer to ask for payment, if you guys have disconnected the number come home to ask for the payment then calling the contact list from my directory asking for payments which is totally not accepted. This proves that the customer data is not protected and the numbers are circulated amongst the stranger and anyone can call any one number from the customer directory. “ This is a total shame on a reputed company like Airtel” I need an apology from everyone who has called the other numbers asking for me and the payment. If I don’t receive a response on this email and an apology call to the people “Who was called by the customer care asking for me about the payment” within 2 days. I am going to take this Integrity issue and a Breach of contacts to the whole new level. I have all my connection through Airtel which is Airtel Postpaid/Airtel DTH/Airtel Data card. You guys should have find the alternate number and called me and not the others from my contact list. I need a callback from the customer care relationship manager and need an action on the people who has hacked my contact details. Thanks & Regards, Srinivas Raju

B B Koradia, a retired Bank officer settled in Ahmadabad (Gujarat) is a post paid customer of Airtel mobile Co. with a mobile No. [protected] since more than last 2 and half years. I am a regular user and paying Monthly bills regularly without any delay or break. My usual monthly bill was around Rs.150 to Rs.300.All of sudden my Feb-15 bill was raised to Rs.1869.36 & Mar-15 Rs.2018.98 The details provided by Airtel Mob. co. of monthly Bills w e from June-14 to Mar-15 are as under; Sl No.Bill for the Month of Bill Amount Rs.Ps 01 June-2014 255.49 02 July-2014 233.47 03 Aug-2014 248.39 04 Sept-2014 195.49 05 Oct-2014 148.19 06 Nov-2014 286.17 07 Dec-2014 315.25 08 Jan-2015 252.45 09 Feb-2015 1869.36 10 Mar-2015 2018.98 It can be observed from the above details that the maximum monthly bill for Sept-14 was Rs.315.25. When I got a sms intimation of Bill for Feb-15, immediately I rushed to the Airtel Customer Care centre at Maninagar, Ahmedabad. I was shocked to know that out of Rs. 1869.36, SMSs charges was Rs.1628.50 for so called 1878 SMSs. That means the actual Call usage bill was RS.240.86. The Bill is showing that 1878 SMSs were sent by my Airtel mobile No.[protected] to my other Tata Docomo Mobile No.[protected].which is also working in the same mobile instrument. ( i.e HTC Desire-820 dual sim). Now any one can justify that why one should send SMSs from his one mobile no. to other mobile no. which are working in a same mobile instrument. I have tried to convince to the staff of Airtel Mobile Co But it seems that the Airtel Mob.co. has no interest in solving the genuine problem but to collect immediately the bill amount. Moreover, the Airtel mob co. has stop all my services of my Airtel mob. no. [protected]. Sir, I wish to be continued with Airtel, I have already paid Rs. 300/- through Internet bill payment after receiving SMS intimation for Feb-15.The Airtel Mob Co. may acertain from its own sources that the SMSs are sent from one mobile no. to other mobile no. are working in a same mobile instrument since long by its IMEI No. It is also a fact that Immediately after my approaching to the Airtel mobile call centre, so called SMSs were discontinued/stop as per their Bill of Mar-15. Sir, I confirm that I have not sent any of the SMSs shown in the bills of Feb-15 & Mar-15. Hence, it is my humble request & appeal to you and to the Airtel Mob. Co. to reduce the so called SMS charges from both the bills as the SMSs shown as sent by me are realy not sent by me. Please advice me immediately to pay the actual usage remaining bill amount and immediately restore all my services of Airtel Mobile No. [protected] available to me as per the current scheme.                                   today i have gone for the airtel recharge at tigaon road faridabad airtel outlet opp sai mandir .he abused me without any reason .he told airtel does not need any customer like you and given third class abuses. his name is sourabh kumar .he was also abusing airtel and given me threats that no body can touch him neither manager nor owner .he is showing gundagardi and also not well behaved with ladies customer . I know writing here does not bother you but anyway lets see ow sensitive are you for complaints .

                                      Dear Sir, We were using airtel network for our CUG but due to some reason we changed the same with portability, For our CUG number [protected] we are getting call regarding outstanding from landline number “[protected]” as per them they are representative of Airtel and asking for payment for same number, we explain them that this number is now not belongs to Airtel also we have cleared our all dues before portability transferred, but they are using bed words and threatening us for payment which is not belongs to us but used by some person from Ahmedabad in past, as per them we have to paid the payment because we are using this number and irritating with frequent call and threatening. Please clear that the above given number is belongs to airtel or any agency hired by airtel or what before we proceed to make complain against the person threatening to us in Police. Awaiting for your prompt reply.
