Hi,
I ended up loosing my data pack service due to customer care executive's
incomplete knowledge of data plans and now customer care executives are not
changing the plan so that i can use my data plan.
Today i called up at customer care, but after listening to my point, she just
cut-off the call without providing the proper solution.
I don't understand why customer care executive are there, if they can not help
to customer.
Its very unfortunate, irresponsible, non co-operative and pathetic behavior, i
have seen from Airtel customer care executives.
Few month back i ported this number from vodafone to airtel, just hopping to
get best service. However this won't take much time to move back to other
service provider if this kind of service Airtel provides.
Please act on this asap.
