I had remitted Rs 200/- as recharge of my Mob. No [protected] four days back through net banking. The bank sent me SMS that the above amount has been debited in my account immediately. But the Airtel Company did not sent any SMS to me till date. Sorry state of affair. Should look into the matter seriously.

    Hello Team, To begin with let me tell you that I have been a loyal Airtel user for around 8 years now and I am sorry to say that your services are detoriorating day by day. I made a 120 recharge yesterday morning, out of which I used your so called facility "My Pack".I created my pack of Rs 66. Apart from this I also did 25 recharge for 2G. By the end of the day I had zero balance and I did not make any calls. If this was not enough the customer care representative said "Your data is not yet on the system pls call after 4 hours". Are the equipments so dull that morning recharge was not getting reflected by 7 in the evening?? Anyways I tried to talk to a senior memeber who refused to take my call. I am very upset with the services and will soon change my network and recommend others to do so as well.

      I have registered on airtel site for new connection at chennai with my number [protected]. followed by online registration i got a call from airtel chennai and asked me to keep documents ready so that they can come and collect the same. They collected documents and Rs 370 activation charges from me at my place saying that they will issue SIM card by tommorrow. However they dint turn up, i tried to call the same numbers ( [protected], [protected] ) but it is either switched or not answereing .They are cheating me please take action against them

        Hi I was given an offer from Airtel to migrate my current Vodafone number to Airtel for 299 monthly charge which include 3g offer. Since I was pestered by them like anything, I thought of giving a try for both my vodafone numbers. [protected] and [protected]. However when I tried calling the agent ([protected]) They were not readsy to speak in english and was mocking and making fun of me and disconnected my calls more than 5 times. Never had I ever experienced such a horrible behaviour from any reputed organizations. I am also told to pay 299 rs by 23rd as the billing cycle starts from 24th. I did not even use my connection, and before that they want me to make payment and activate a 3g pack by paying extra... I am very satisfied with Vodafone past so many years. I need to rever to my old Vodafone connection ASAP and no bills should be generated as from DAY 1 i am not satisfied with their service. I have already raised a complaint with Airtel Ref15068411. All they say is they regret the inconvenience... I amot going to make any payemnt to Airtel

          Hi, I am facing that my sim functionality is not working properly. I have notified that very frequent kg sim get disconnected on its own and phone start asking for reboot. At times, after reboot sim get enable and I can start using calling and SMS feature. But at times, even after restart it remains disable. I have to restart the phone manually many times and than only by hit and trial method sim start functioning. I have already tried by swapping the sim card on both slots. This does not seem to be slot issue. I have observed that this issue is there since the time you have changed my postpaid plan. I have asked the customer care person not to change my plan but after two days they have changed it. I have a phone recording of every call I have with airtel company. Even I got agree when they have changed my plan because the airtel person told me that they can not revert back to original plan. Now this issue start. Do you want me to register complaint with TRAI. I am not feeling frustrated at times.

                My 299cug plan without mobile Internet as per customer care information but Airedale charging mobile internet again they reverse back the amount in the same billing . This issue I have raised several time through customer care but nobody gives the proper reply. I have opted for international roaming plan 149 for mobile calls but Airtel people without my concern they installed Internet. My mobile always in WiFi mode my mobile data mode always in blocking mode. In the month of March 17th and 18th I am in Cathy Pacific Airline flight travelling from San Francisco to Hyderabad . According Airtel bill Rs 4933/- charged for international roming. This issue I have discussed with customer care supervisor on 23rd April2015 he given assurance by phone that mobile internet our people done wrong billing as per records we have not recd any request we will pursue this matter but still they are showing outstanding I request you to take immediate action Thanking you, Gouri Shankar Chelluri Mob no [protected]

                    My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected].I got Talk Time Recharge of Rs.160/ at 9.48 A.M. on 13/05/15 wide Transaction ID No.[protected].Actually I have not made this Recharge for my mobile number which was wrongly credited in my mobile.That time, my recharge balance was Rs.396/ The actual Mobile Number for this Recharge is [protected]. After discussed with the person belonging to that mobile number on humanitarian consideration, I agreed to make Recharge of Rs.100/ in his mobile number. I made Recharge for him for Rs.100/ with talk time of Rs.86/ wide transaction Id 974647 on 13/05/15. In the mean time, without my consent, talktime of Rs.160/ has been reduced & shown my talk time of Rs.196/ only & I have not got any intimation through Airtel SMS also. This is totally breach of trust and I am very much worried about the safety of my balance talk time & integrity of your company. Finally I also lost my Rs.100/ by spending my money for other's recharge pertaining to mobile no.[protected].. I kindly request you to credit back my talk time recharge of Rs.100/ by reducing balance of Rs.100/ from his mobile no.[protected].                       I requested for conversion of my existing postpaid number to a prepaid number on 4th may, 2015. After being promised that the process should take just a day, which it did not, I had to make multiple inquiries and repeated requests for the same. Finally the conversion happened on 11th may, exactly 1 week after the day I applied. From 11th may I've been struggling to get the number verified and each time I make a call it reroutes me to the verification center. In a mail from Airtel customer care on the night of 13th may I had been asked to call 123 and follow the instructions, which I've so done, however almost 12 hours later I am yet to have the services restored on my number. It has been almost 72 hours since my number has last worked and about 10 days since I first applied for conversion of my number to prepaid. This is my main number and I have provided it for communication to a lot of institutes and organizations, the unavailability of my number may cause severe professional/monetary losses for me. It has been an exhausting and harrowing experience all along for me. I request you to help me with my situation. Thank You. -Rithwik Jallepalli.

                        Hi, I submitted a complaint for pending refund from Airtel on May 4th. My Airtel number is [protected] which I disconnected on 19th Jun 2014, since 1 year I have not got the refund from Airtel and contacting or escalating this issue to customer care, nodal officers or Airtel appellate did not help hence I registered a complaint on this forum. But this has been of no use. I have not heard from anyone till date and my complaint is still unresolved. I want to know how this forum works or is it really useful to file complaints on this forum.                           Dear sir, 1. I am using services of Airtel since last 05 years and found it to be quite trustworthy. 2. Recently, one minor issue has come up and i would like to bring it to your notice. 3. I did a recharge of Rs 350/- on 21 Feb 15 and on 24th Feb 15, my account balance was 18/-(dates may be plus or minus one day) 4. Case was taken up within 60 days only with your customer care executives. 5. I have been speaking to your customer care executives but did not get any satisfactory reply.Even reply from nodal officer is automatic which says that since i have not taken up the case, she cant not do anything about it. 6. I want my deducted money refunded rather then some flimsy excuses by a reputed and trustworthy company like airtel 7. Please look in to the matter and refund my money at the earliest with warm regards, Shivani Prashar

                            My airtel broadband number 40608012its not working from 30th april 2015 but i complained on 3/5/15 and my fault has not been cleared till now. everytime excuse is being given that local area people are not letting work. this is not my lookout why dont the area office complain poluce about it. i am fed up with this airtel internet. i dnt need this connection anymore. and i want my last payment back.

                              I tried to recharge my Airtel Prepaid No [protected] for Rs.1555 on 11.04.2015 . The transaction failed at the final stage. My Axis Bank Account was debited for Rs.1555. The Airtel transaction id corresponding to this transaction is[protected]. I have been regularly contacting airtel customer care for one month. No proper response from them. The transaction Status at airtel website still shows open and pending. I have not received refund till date. this has become a regular thing by Airtel.

                              I have been in touch with your people for the last one month on daily basis through facebook, through customer care., nodal authority, appealleate authority etc. I had mailed to airtel presence also earlier. No satisfactory response so far. I really couldnot understand how faulty your mechanism of online transactions are. I have lost hope.
                              Even after submitting bank statements and regular follow up There is no resolution from Airtel. Is their transaction management system so poor, so that they couldn't track even a single transaction even after notifying them, even after two months have elapsed.Will they remain silent if it is a bill outstanding from a customer? They are so lethargic in resolving customer issues. If on daily basis so much amount is being cheated by Airtel, doesn't it count for financial fraud and black money accumulation. Are you guys waiting so that the customer will fed up and give up so that you guys can swindle my hard earned money.

                                I am using airtel for last 9 Years and average recharge of Rs.600/Month, Am not receiving any special offers from airtel, but my friends who all are using airtel for only incoming calls they are get a excellent offers like, Recharge 9 & Get Local calls @ 35p/Min for 28 days & Recharge 131 & get 1GB 3Gdata for 28 days. I am raising this query to 121 customer care, online customer feedback form, they are not even response fairly, They reply like i[censored] want you also use Airtel only for Incoming calls. Very Worst response i never get in last 9 years from Airtel. Thank you for your service for the last 9 years. Today somany networks are waiting for customers.                                   Hi, This is regarding a new broadband connection(In Bangalore) that i have applied in Airtel website and i got call from customer care and they had assigned an executive on 08-May-2015. With CEF # TBLR 6974713. I have paid 1100 rupees and submitted all the required documents to Sales Executive Mr.Umesh Mobile # [protected] & [protected]. From that date he stopped picking my calls.I am not really sure to whom I have to escalate this issue. Request Airtel to reply with the status of the Connection.

                                    my balance suddenly got deducted and when i call the customer service they dint respond in fact they kept me on hold and disconnected... this happened continuously for 8 calls... thank you for your worst service... i[censored] cant help the customer then its better I port my network

                                      Have been chasing Agent, Nodal officers, Appellate authority to update my address for which supportive documents were already submitted however there have been no response by either of them. All of this started when after my denial of paying extra money to the Agent who came to install Airtel Broadband...Been a customer of Airtel since last 8 years but first time experiencing such an issue. Hope the management of Airtel will wake up and take some actions against such agents and will do the needful.

                                        I am customer of Airtel. I am having post paid connection from Airtel and my number is [protected]. Airtel is sending me worng bill and asking for payments. When i have called customer care they said yes the bill is not correct and registered a complaint but no action has been taken yet. I doubt in case if have not revalidated the bill then i would have paid the same and these guys would take my money and never come back. I doubt that these guys must have same these wrong bills to number of customers and those who did not validated may get trapped in their unnessary and wrong charges.
