Please note, yesterday (27.5.15) evening at about 5.00 P.M., I have given indian consumer complaint to you, requested you to REFUND an amount of Rs.2, 900/= which is lying with your Dindigul Branch Office for the past 7 months.
After 20 mintes, from the Airtel I have received a Phone Call From[protected] asked me to give my Card Number Details for REFUND purpose. For receiving Refund purpose, I have given all details to them.
After given the details to them, an amount of Rs.3, 000/= was withdrawn by them from my account. I am very shocked for this uncivilised incident. I regret to inform you that I have cheated by somebody elese from[protected].
I finally requested you to kindly look into the matter VERY SERIOUSLY and give me JUSTICE.
Otherwise, I have no other option, other than, to approach Consumer Court in this matter for render Justice.
