    I would like to inform you that there is an excess amount of Rs.2, 900/= lying with you for the past 7 months in the POST PAID SCHEME. Your Dindigul Branch Officials situated at Sastha communication Sona Tower, Palani Road, Dindigul intimated me, change PRE PAID and they will refund the excess amount. I regret to inform you that I have not yet received the Refund from Your Dindigul Branch for the past 7 months. I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount immediately without further delay.

      We are not getting our bills regularly. We are more than 20 connections under CUG. our nos. are being kept under temporary suspension in spite of bills not sent to us. after mailing this problem to the relationship manager we did not get any positive feedback

        Mobile number requested to Migrate : [protected] I have asked a AIRTEL Team member MR. Raju seated in Begumpet Hyderabad to convert my Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid and the conversion or transfer was done in such a way that the post paid sim was transferred into a prepaid sim but does not get recharged. When asked they say the network has some technical issues However I still wonder if the network still faces the issue while the transfer was done on 12th May 2015 while the current date is 27th May 2015. I had to run back to the service provider twice and the guys have the same reply. The Cherry on the cake comes while the nearest location to deal for me is at Vikrampuri Secunderabad where the company owns some dumb employees who does not even care to answer for the queries and care for the complaint and instead say we are not authorized to do it from here you can contact the Main Branch.           One of the staff from Bharathi Airtel who spoke to me twice reg.. porting, does not have any basic ethics and manners to speak to a customer. I think she needs to be taught how to behave with customers especially when she has called. It was very unpleasant for me to speak to her and the last bit courtesy she has is to bang the phone. my what audacity, is this way airtel treats the customers. I am sorry, but this to shameful for airtel. Her name is Roopashree, that's what she claims.

                I had ported out of Airtel Mumbai to Vodafone for my airtel number [protected] on 6th of May 2015. As my billing cycle is till 22nd of each month, i was told to pay the prorata bill till 19th May 2015. It was airtel 121 who had confirmed the amount. To be on the safe side i paid extra so that there are no issues while porting out. Later my number was ported out on 18th or 19th. However from the same date my online account for the said number was deleated by airtel. I later tried calling airtel for my bill and refund of excess amount, i cud not manage to get to customer care, as my number was no longer valid. Then i wrote mail to airtel for the bill. I was given non-itemised bill (for my 1000 rs monthly rental i always got detailed bill in the past) I protested for the same and also pointed out for the discrepencised as they were showing outstanding of some Rs 350 ( while i had paid the bill in full as i always do).                 I got a call from your representative and i was told that 2 bills have been generated and i will be forwarded copy of both to my email id...till date i have not recd any mail, its been more than 3 days since i was told this.
                Today i got a warning sms from airtel saying that Rs 150 is due and same have been forwarded to vodafone as well.

                so i guess its like putting my head at gun point and saying that i will not provide you bill, i will not give you details but you need to pay as per what we have said...

                    Hi, On March 22nd 2015 i had already requested for disconnection of my airtel 3G dongle [protected] since i had other dongles plus i was relocating to some other place.Customer care had taken down the request for disconnection and told that it'll get processed in 48hrs.I had asked for the final settement and i paid rs 480 during April which was told me the bill for final settlement.I have that bill in my email id.Customer care called twice after that and asked for the reason for disconnection and i told them.My 3G dongle number is [protected]. Now in May I am receiving another bill.And i sent mail to airtel as how it is possible when my number is disconnected.No replies.Called customer care and they told that for some reason the number did not get disconnected.They'll escalate the issue and they told that they can see the disconnection request raised in March and the fault is from their end. Still now i am getting bills and nothing has been done to resolve it.Really disappointed at this kind of behavior. Thanks & Regards, Astha

                    This complain has still not been resolved and am getting payment mails again and again.After I posted this complain airtel sent me an email that i do not have to pay anything and my account will be disconnected. But nothing was done and still am getting payment mails.

                    Now the customer care people are making stories that this account is active because of ownership transfer which i have never applied for.I never even heard anything like that so why will I apply for that.

                    Must say that Airtel customer care service is the most pathetic one.I cannot take this nonsense anymore. I need immediate disconnection and also I am not paying anything as the last payment where I confirmed disconnection twice has been paid in April.I do not owe anything to Airtel.

                    I have the whole chain of mails exchanged so if that is required I can send it to the concerned person.

                      We have our office in a Basement in a residence, while Vodafone and Tata, Reliance have absolutely no problem in their Signal strengths, while AIRTEL has almost NO SIGNAL. The Signal strength is SO POOR that our calls get dropped all the time and we can not hear the other party properly using the AIRTEL GSM connections. We are using AIRTEL corporate plans in our company and have already complained to them. AIRTEL once sent some one to do a site study and that person agreed that the problem of LOW SIGNALS was genuine. After that, nothing happened, there was no action taken. I am using this connection for the last 11 years... I hope Airtel will look in to the matter and do something about it. TRAI should bring the Number portability / number switching facility amongst operators ASAP, or else consumers like me and my colleagues will continue to suffer at the hands of operators like Airtel. My office is in Sushant Lok 1, C Block, Gurgaon Hope some action will be taken on this complaint.

[protected] (Trancation Id[protected] of amount 175/- and we have been recived confirmation from your site, but we have not been recived service, we have been contact to you custmer care (Bijender Kaur) but she have not manner and Sense for dealing the custmer and she said me that she can not help me reagarding this matter.                               Sir, we subscribe my dth tv pacakge for Ala-cart monthly subscription charge Rs-170.00. I have Recharged my dth a/c for Rs-170.00 as on 25/05/2015 & as on to day [27/05/2015] show my balance are only 112.00 as per Company IVR system & all channel are closed from airtel dth, I am shocked . pl solve my problm.

                                Dear sir, My Name is Bijan B Biswal, I am MD of NNB Services Pvt Ltd, My mob no is - [protected], I have 4 landline connections. One of account no is - [protected] IN this i had internet connection. and on 20th April, 2015 i have complained for removing STATIC IP. with complain no[protected]. And same the static IP was discontinued. As I was using Static IP for last one year, and it was expired on 19-April, 2015. And that was SUnday. at the time of connection it was told me that " at the time of renewal, i will receive msg for renewal, and if i permit then only the static IP will continue". But i have not received any type of communication. On 20th April, 2015 when i found the static IP is working, i called 121 and lodged complain.And my static IP also deactivated. and i specifically asked, whether airtel will charge for STATIC IP. they told "NO". And my billing stated on 27th. AND i found you charge RS 5000 for static IP. I talked with 121 again, but they told, they can not do anything. i paid the amount, only the mothly amount that i regularly pay. This is unjustified with me. Today i received one email regarding this and asking for RS 5512/-. may i know when i am not using Static IP, and it was told clearly to me that i will not be charged for static IP, then why you are charging money for static IP? you are requested to look into this seriously and remove the payment for ststic IP.

                                  I got 1400/- as bill for the month of May. How it is possible? I have never downloaded any videos or any pics and I just use this internet for Facebook and what’s up. I don't think those both will not cross more than 1GB. As per the plan I am eligible to use up to 2GB of 2G Data. I have observed from last 4 months there is a lot of variance in monthly Bill's. Why this much difference in this month? There is something wrong is happening I need an explanation for this month bill as it is not bearable. Mine is TCS corporate connection and I am regular bill pay customer without any delay. I need your quick help and verification. Here my wonder is I will not get a proper signal in my home, with that signal there will be no internet service only then how it is possible to get that much amount of bill? If I am keeping my mobile inside the pocket in the next moment signal will go to Emergency calls mode. Inside the home signal strength is single point. Even I have raised many complaints for the signal problems. I guess you can get those details using my number. Below are the complaints that I have registered on Network issues, those are simply closed by saying that it was resolved. I don’t know what the resolution they have made was. Reference No.60077639, 60044596 I am not the only person facing this network coverage issue. All the Airtel customers in my locality (All are corporate Users) are facing the same problem. We are really fed up with the signal. Because mobiles are getting worst with this signal fluctuations. For the same issue I have registered a complaint on My Airtel Complaint Portal (Reference Number : PO[protected] ; Logged date : May 26, 2015 02:00) there is no response from your executives till now. I will be available at any time, Please call me if anything more details are required. Mobile No : [protected] I hope at least this complaint may go forward and I am expecting some minimum response form Airtel because still I believe Airtel is the best Telecom service provider.

                                      Owning prepaid card([protected]). Reactivated the 3G (on 22nd May 2015)by recharging and after few hours lost the internet connectivity but my 3G plan is active. I have called Airtel customer service many times and tried according to thier advice by changing phone settings, etc... also logged complaints(PR[protected], PR[protected] through thier online complaint portel but they had closed the complaint after providing some other settings.but still same issue. Now today(26 May 2015) i recived a message form airtel that they will update me on 28 May 2015. Why? already 4 days validity is gone. wasted nearly Rs.10 by calling customer care and my precious time but still my issue is not resolved. please help me.
