    i filled an online form for new postpaid connection and after which i received the call from airtel then they told me that on other day they are going to send their exicutive for form filling and security deposit the other day the exicutive came and i filled the form and submitted the security amount i.e. 250rs after this he told me that verification will take place and gave me a blank sim so as to choose the no from given list he gonna provide me later.After that on action took place i tried calling him many times but his mobile no is off then i called on the reference no he gave then i talked with him and he told he is from airtel and all after that he also didnt even pickup my calls.I tried calling customer care then they told me that sir it might be fake or something then just let me know one thing how did they now that i want an postpaid connection when i filled the form online on airtel official website.please answer it their contact no are anil-[protected] rahul-[protected]

    Hi,

    Same case here.

    I have requested to convert my prepaid mobile no ([protected]) to post-paid.

    One of document collecting staff Mr. Jeet mobile no ([protected]) came to my home and collect all required document along with 250/- Account pay cheque No (000003) on 30th may 2015.

    Still my no is not converted to post-paid, but amount is deducted from my account.

    Document collecting agent now not pick up my phone to provide me status.
    Nearest Airtel store or customer care also not providing me any status of my request.

    How can I get my mobile convert to post-paid ?
    If not possible then please revert back my amount to my account.

    Bellow are some detail :-

    Request date :- 30th may 2015

    New SIM number : Already prepaid Airtel no. So no sim was provided.

    Amount paid as deposit and start fee :- 250/- As Cheque no. 000003

    Name :- Radheshyam Gupta Bank HDFC Bank)

    receipt :- Form No :- DLPG 052445

      This is in regards to the bill of my mobile number: [protected] for the period – 17th April – 16th May, 2015. I have received a bill of amount INR 1460.54, when I checked my bill I see that there are Internet charges of INR 900 (4784.10 – 3884.10) levied. During this period I have received a message about the Internet usage closing my available limit, After this I have send a message to ‘51619 – ACTIVE Data 250’ (Received from Airtel) to activate additional 1GB of data also I have received a confirmation from Airtel about the activation. When I have already subscribed a 250 IGB data plan how can I be charged for additional usage. This kind of service is not being expected from Airtel I also need an explanation for the message that you sent to the customers, if there is a difference in the Getting Internet services activated and smart bytes why was it not communicated in the alerts that you sent to the customer, by this at least customer will be aware about the action that they have to take. Be very clear with the communication that you sent to the customers your mistakes are leading a loss to the customers and goodwill of the company.

        I have call[protected] for new broad band connection at my home but all ime y call is diverted to bhopal customer saff & one of them was ellin me o switch to BSNL. so i want to know hat is this comment is under uidance of Airtel or else.

          On March 2015, I have applied for an Airtel Broadband connection(16 Mbps VDSL) for my home and full payment including the installation cost was paid. Before the installation i was informed by the airtel customer executive that the above mentions plan(16 Mbps VDSL) is available in my area and hence i have opted for the same. At the time of installation the technician have informed me that the above plan is not available in my area and provided me the 8 Mbps plan. When the bill is generated for the 2nd month it states that the installation charge is not paid and it is pending my side. A complaint has been raised(#[protected] with airtel for the same. Even after raising the complaint i haven't got any response from airtel and also the installation amount which was initially paid has not been refunded. Today i got a sms from citi bank that a payment of Rs. 4990/- has been done for payment of Airtel through internet. when I contacted Citi Bank . They told me that it is a fraud and since this transaction was not claimed by airtel. we need to apprach airtel and payment reference no. 536916. Please cancel this transaction

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i Kulwinder Singh Resident of Amritsar wanted to tell you that yesterday i got my SIM Card exchange from one of your outlets at MM Malviya Road Amritsar and gave them money. While i was returning back i received a hearing that i havent paid my money of Rs 100. I went back and told them to look at the CCTV cameras but the reply was the OUR CCTV CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING. Then they told to pay half the money. Which i aslo denied but later on i paid money. But this is to Inform you that the talk is not of Rs 100 but the feeling of Betrayed by your company. I would never recommend anybody for airtel now and also planning to change the company. I really feel because if this has happened to me this could happen to anybody and everyday i think so from your outlet. I also talked to your Executive at 121 and i think my call has been recorded you can check it. You can check my number of airtel [protected] i am your very old customer. What a way to make Extra Money

When we were in Train on 28-29.04.2015, then I have checked my mobile and found SIM got expired. After reaching Mumbai, we contacted to Airtel showroom at Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, they told us that this SIM of the same no. will be issued from Delhi.                       On 15th May at about 10-00 AM I made a complaint in your Airtel office that I have paid Rs 200/- as prepaid recharhe of my Mob No [protected] through netbanking five days back i.e on 10th May, 2015. But no SMS message has been received. The official of Airtel contacted me saying that the amount has not been received and that he will get the amount refunded through ATM. I presuming that the person is from Airtel told him my ATM no. But surprisingly he withdrew Rs 31000/- through my ATM. Pl send me the names and addresses of the officials who were on duty from 10-00 AM to 1-00 noon on 15th May, 2015 as the fraught has been committed with the help of Airtel official

                        I am ayyappan I am the customer of Airtel I have given request to covert my postpaid to prepaid on 12th May till I have not yet got activated on yesterday my postpaid signal got disconnected At 2pm till now not got my prepaid sim activated and I given request in barkit road t nagar branch. Executive Mr Bhasheer gave poor response, immediately my problem should get solved because of dis am loosing my businesses.                           I have lodge a complaint bearing No PR[protected] regarding excessive deduction for data usage Stating " On date 19.05.2015 my mobile had the talk time balance of Rs 121.-- . In the evening, it was showing the balance as Rs 31.-- .Data usage as per mobile is 5.23 mb on 19.05.2015.As per your rate of 4p/10 kb the charges should be Rs 21.50 but deduction is Rs 90.--.Please check and do the justified." But I am very sorry to say that the complaint was closed without making any communication with me. It seems that the company is making profit with such fraudulent/unethical practices.To deduct Rs 90/- approx 22.5 MB data usage is required .My data usage is only 5.33 Mb on 19.05.2015. It is true there may be some difference between measurement of their server and my mobile but it can not be 5 times by any means.It is requested to them once again to check the matter and make a justified reply with corrective action in this regard.It is also very essential to mention here that on my another no. [protected] the data charges in some paise are being deducted regularly even after deactivating the GPRS through their call center.

I am using a BlackBerry handset in which it is not possible for the internet to run without taking a special BlackBerry internet plan or otherwise you may use WiFi and I have been using WiFi for internet but since Saturday, Airtel has been deducting money from my prepaid account in the name of DATA USAGE and approximately Rs. 50 to 60 have been deducted in the name. I contacted the customer care day before yesterday. The person who received the call, said that the deduction was because of surfing on the internet using their connection. But when I protested stating the above facts, he transferred the call to some so called Senior who said the deductions were correct. So, I requested for a Port so that I can get a call from their side and thereby get a solution for the same but when they called and I told them about my issue, they kept me on hold for a long time and I disconnected. Thereafter they called me up many times and each time I picked up their call, they disconnected immediately. I am attaching a photo proof of one of the many call summaries of only 1 second after which they disconnected. I stopped receiving their calls after that as they were only harassing me. God knows what were they trying to prove by immediately disconnecting the call. I have been an Airtel user for a long time and this behavior has been common but this time, the cheating has crossed all limits. I hereby demand my deducted amount of Rs. 60 and separate compensation for harassment and cheating by Airtel which I have been facing since 4 days as they are going on deducting my balance whenever I switch on my WiFi which actually has nothing to do with the connection I am using whosoever be it. Immediate action solicited.

Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 27 April 2015 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel.                                 I made a transaction in the above website on 27/04/2017 to pay the airtel mobile bill for [protected].
                                First time the payment was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my credit card.
                                Then I made another transaction to pay the bill. Still that unsuccessful transaction amount didn't credit to my credit card.

                                Today (02/05/2017) I tried to pay bill for my 4G LTE [protected]. As usual, the first transaction shows unsuccessful but still the amount is debited from my credit card.

                                Please do the needful. Let me know when I will get my amount back for unsuccessful transactions.

                                    My cell number- [protected]; Complaint number- [protected] Am I done the big mistake to transfer my mobile network connection from other network provider to Airtel??? I feel that, Yes I have done the big mistake; below are the details about my first experience with airtel customer care 59059 for activation of my sim. My old Vodafone connection ported to airtel and its activated on 16th May 00:00:00. Firstly I need to call 59059 for verification and activation. I called on that number on 16th may and concern customer care executive used very abuse and low level language during conversation. Then I called to 121 and registered my complaint officially against that guy on 16th may morning. Still there is no response from airtel till 20th may. Then I again called on 20th may and then customer care executive told me that there is no complaint registered for this. He just told me that there is one email sent to concern authority to check and take appropriate action against that guy. He transferd that call to senior person and he informed me that ; guy who used abuse language has been terminated. I asked him more details that how I can trust you I need more details in term of proof. Even I am not satisfied with his termination action now and I have decided to go for consumer court to address this issue as well as to make FIR against Airtel because I have not received any official communication from airtel.                                       The above mobile number was purchased by my son Yashodharma Bhat Parthaje who is currently an NRI, who keeps visiting India quite frequently. A formal request was made to keep the number under Safe Custody on October 22, 2014, with Service Request number[protected]. All the dues were paid at the time of this request, and the matter was personally discussed by me at the, then newly started Airtel Office at Vidyanagar, Hubli. The name of the official who handled the case is Sri Virupaksha. Telephonic contact was made with a higher officer, Ms. Padma. However, though the service request was made as early as October 22, 2014, with all dues cleared, placing the mobile number in Safe Custody was not implemented until Dec 25, 2014. When the customer (my son) arrived to use the telephone on May 02, 2015, the mobile was activated, but within a day, the “outgoing-call” facility was suspended; and the mobile started receiving messages from Airtel to the effect that the dues to the tune of Rs. 830/- is pending. When Customer care was contacted, we were told about the “dues pending”. The Customer Care also informed us that some Manager of Airtel would contact and interact with us to “explain the matter” ; but this has not taken place at all ! We feel that this approach of the Airtel Management towards customers, is irresponsible and callous, to say the least. The attitude of shifting the blame and penalize the customer for an error caused by its own inefficiency is not acceptable at all. Therefore, I request you address this grievance in manner that is judicious ( that does not penalize the customer for the error and inefficiency of the Service Provider). Failing which we have no alternative but to escalate this complaint to appropriate authorities. Complaint filed by Smt. Veena S. I am using this postpaid no of airtel since 2013 & since that day I am facing network issue. I don't have connectivity at my home.it always shows 'emergency calls only' instead of signals. I miss out important calls due to no network coverage. everytime I have to make a call I have to go out of my house. I have complaint regarding the same issue several times at customer care but have failed to get a solution instead get a reply that the area is under no coverage zone. if the company is not able to provide the services in that area why do they issue the nos as the postpaid users have to pay the minimum rental whether they get services or not. I am fed up of airtel as they are unable to provide any solution to my problem & the answer that I get is very weird. pls help me in getting any solution
