Hi there,
This escalation comes to you with a mixed emotion of your services.. i bought a new wingle last month, it worked superbly well till i exhausted my data limit..i.e.6 GB.. post which i realized i need more data, so i took smart byte of 1 GB.
Ever since i exhausted my data, the internet speed dropped down drastically, even after buying smart bytes, the speed never came to usual speed before data exhaustion. Today i have started my new billing cycle and even the speed is pathetically slow..
When i called up the customer care no, the executive seemed rather lost about the product and has been giving absurd reasons/justifications for low speed. eventually after wasting my 10 mins, she transferred me to the technical dept quoting this is technical query. The technical guy has simple answer, your data has been exhausted, and dont know why smart bytes aint working.
I was given no of some Nilesh Gandhi based out of Mulund, Mumbai for my rescue.. but poor guy had one line to say, come to store or else we cant help...how courteous is that!
Apparently after the entire dilemma m still suffering from bad internet.. now the WIFI blue light on my dongle doesn't even work.. it shows only 3G light blinking.. WIFI hardly works.. when connected like a data card it gives you a minuscule speed to operate. i can't connect my phone or any other devices like the first month wherein i was very happy with the services.
please help me sort this issue. thanks
