I have a airtel dth connection No.[protected]-001, I request many time on phone and email to disconnect that connection, but nothing has been done so far. Now I am again request to refund my security and remove the box and dish from my house.

    I have been facing problem in sending text message to any number since 15 days. Called many times to 121 customer care number but my problem was never resolved. we have been using airtel since 8 years but this time it was heights of tolerance. Inspite of telling them my issues, i have experienced customer care executive filing a wrong complain which has again delayed my problem. My contact number is [protected]. Its post paid connection and am able to call receive messages but the biggest problem is that am not able to send any messages.

      Am using 3g network paying 197 for 28 months even though the cost is high. But the network is not working properly and the airtel range is very low am attaching the screenshot. Because of this range searching my phone charge is not withstanding. I complainef on airtel but there is no response. Buying a number with no proper range it always disturbs me. Take some action

        sir, I have recharged with 22 rupees online from airtel website he show the plan 150mb facebook+50mb data for 15 days. but I got only 150mb facebool +5mb data only.i want to contact 3 times with customer care (198) but he disconnect my phone without my satisfaction

          My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am In-charge of Registration Section o[censored].P. Information Commission, Lucknow, and live at Kanpur. I recharge my mobile a/c on 16.05.2015 for Rs. 200.00 after one day my a/c balance about Rs. 100.00. I could not understand how it is happen. After two days again deduct Rs. 35.00 on dated 22.05.2015. Then I called to customer care for this money then area manager said that three value added services provided in your mobile. I asked him how it is while I could not said for this services. How it is possible without my permission. So Please return my money for this value added services.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Very Good network service of Bharti Airtel Ltd. But very bad experience of recharges value of deduction without any concept or without permission. When I change my Mobile No. in Airtel then I think to Airtel company is not a buggling company, See the Reliance Telecom Services one time was the whole India moble no. is relince No. but today is very low in Number. Why, Only cause of flop the deduction of money. So Please see it and no further services provided without any person permission.

            Hello Sir, I am Vethamanickam.R from Erode, Tamil Nadu. From yesterday I am trying to contact your customer care executive by dialling 121, 198,[protected] but cant able to talk to the customer care executive. There is no option to contact the customer care executives in the above numbers. I have doubts regarding Add On Pack. If airtel dont connect the calls to the customer care executive then how will we clear our doubts. This is totally unsatisfactory. I need details of Add On Packs in Airtel in Tamil Nadu. Kindly send me the Add On Pack details. Kindly look into the problem. Give me the customer care executive number where we can talk to them. No one is attending the call in airtel and send me the Add On Pack details.Waiting for your reply. Thank You.

                Sir I had done a recharge of rs 97 on my airtel mob no-[protected] online by my freecharge app on 26/05/15 at about 1130 hrs its shown on my freecharge app recharge done and my order id on freecharge-FCVA[protected] & Operator transaction ID-[protected]. Sir please solve my problem either refund my money or recharge 97 on my airtel mob no-[protected].

                    I received a 4G sim as part of a promotional offer for purchasing a mobile. I followed the instructions to activate the sim, but it failed. Later, contacted the helpline number provided and then customer care as per their directions and then the nearest showroom in person as per the directions from customer care. In the showroom, they mentioned that it might be a problem with the SIM and they wanted me to apply for a new one. Since it is a replacement for the SIM that did not work / get activated, I expected it to be free of cost. But then they wanted me to submit all the proofs, photo and pay for the SIM as well whihc is totally waste of time. Inspite of that except for payment, I repeated the same process requesting them to waive off the SIM charges as this is replacement SIM. Finally, they mentioned that the SIM would be activated in 4 Hours. I waited for the whole day and nothing happened. The next day, I repeated the same process of calling the complaint number / customer care / airtel showroom. I was totally disappointed in the service provided by Airtel and nothing helped in getting the SIM activated. Its real waste of time as they were simply asking to repeat the same process again and again but in vein. It has not been activated till now and when I called the customer care and requested them to escalate the issue, I kept talking to several people in the hierarchy and none of them could help. But then, I finally was able to catch someone who commited that it will be closed by 8PM today. Its not 8.30 and no luck again. Not sure how to further deal with it. Can anyone please help in getting this closed at the earliest. I can provide the mobile number and other details on request.

                        Dear sir i recharge 3G internet pack, but they not provide us. I call to customer care, but they not take complent seriously, they every day extend to time to resolve the problem, but at the end of problem day they extended the date. Please resolve my internet 3G connectivity problem, instantly please, it be very neccessary for me. I think you understand my problem.

                          Dear Sir, I have been requesting for paper bills to airtel for last one year, but unfortunately the company has failed to deliver on our request and have been harassing us by disconnecting the services.                             I did an online recharge of Rs195 for punjab prepaid mobile number [protected]. This is the second time in 2 months that the 3g data was not credited for this. The conversations with the airtel customer care 121 and [protected](punjab customer care) have been in vain as these guys kept transferring the call to one another. Please help in resolving this issue.

                                I applied for fixed line connection on 22 March 2015. I got sms stating that fixedline installation order no. 33286345 will be processed in 3 day. For which I paid Rs. 1000 (Rs One Thousand) as processing charges etc. through cheque. Few days later I got a call from airtel executive that due to some problem activation is not possible and your money will be refunded within 21 days. After 21 day when I called to the executive regarding the refund, he told me that we are rectifying the fault and the connection can be done. Later on 17 April 2015, I got a message that your new airtel fixedline no.[protected] could not be activated and activation fee of Rs. 1000 will be refunded via online transfer in your bank account by 17.04.2015. After waiting for another 20 days after 17 April2015, I emailed a request regarding the refund. On 5 may 2015 I got a mail that that few documents are required i.e. 1. Scanned copy of cancelled cheque 2. Bank account number 3. IFSC code 4. Branch, which I provided on the 7 may 2015. Further I received a mail (reference number is[protected] assuring me that the amount will be credited to my bank account by 06 days. After 10 days of waiting I dropped a mail on 17 may 2015 regarding the non compliance of the words. On 19 may 2015 I received a mail stating that my request has been registered, reference no. 55891258 and once again assured me that the same would be resolved by 11 June 2015. I don’t understand what is the issue which is to be “RESOLVED”. It is simply a cheating with the customer. I am sorry to say that the services of airtel is very poor, they will be giving you assurance and not doing any thing. Ashok Sharma Mob. No. [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Mobile number requested to Migrate : [protected] I have asked a AIRTEL Team member MR. Raju seated in Begumpet Hyderabad to convert my Airtel Postpaid to Prepaid and the conversion or transfer was done in such a way that the post paid sim was transferred into a prepaid sim but does not get recharged. When asked they say the network has some technical issues However I still wonder if the network still faces the issue while the transfer was done on 12th May 2015 while the current date is 27th May 2015. I had to run back to the service provider twice and the guys have the same reply. The Cherry on the cake comes while the nearest location to deal for me is at Vikrampuri Secunderabad where the company owns some dumb employees who does not even care to answer for the queries and care for the complaint and instead say we are not authorized to do it from here you can contact the Main Branch.
