I am ayyappan I am the customer of Airtel I have given request to covert my postpaid to prepaid on 12th May till I have not yet got activated on yesterday my postpaid signal got disconnected At 2pm till now not got my prepaid sim activated and I given request in barkit road t nagar branch. Executive Mr Bhasheer gave poor response, immediately my problem should get solved because of dis am loosing my businesses.     I have lodge a complaint bearing No PR[protected] regarding excessive deduction for data usage Stating " On date 19.05.2015 my mobile had the talk time balance of Rs 121.-- . In the evening, it was showing the balance as Rs 31.-- .Data usage as per mobile is 5.23 mb on 19.05.2015.As per your rate of 4p/10 kb the charges should be Rs 21.50 but deduction is Rs 90.--.Please check and do the justified." But I am very sorry to say that the complaint was closed without making any communication with me. It seems that the company is making profit with such fraudulent/unethical practices.To deduct Rs 90/- approx 22.5 MB data usage is required .My data usage is only 5.33 Mb on 19.05.2015. It is true there may be some difference between measurement of their server and my mobile but it can not be 5 times by any means.It is requested to them once again to check the matter and make a justified reply with corrective action in this regard.It is also very essential to mention here that on my another no. [protected] the data charges in some paise are being deducted regularly even after deactivating the GPRS through their call center.

      My Airtel mobile no. is [protected]. I am using a BlackBerry handset in which it is not possible for the internet to run without taking a special BlackBerry internet plan or otherwise you may use WiFi and I have been using WiFi for internet but since Saturday, Airtel has been deducting money from my prepaid account in the name of DATA USAGE and approximately Rs. 50 to 60 have been deducted in the name. I contacted the customer care day before yesterday. The person who received the call, said that the deduction was because of surfing on the internet using their connection. But when I protested stating the above facts, he transferred the call to some so called Senior who said the deductions were correct. So, I requested for a Port so that I can get a call from their side and thereby get a solution for the same but when they called and I told them about my issue, they kept me on hold for a long time and I disconnected. Thereafter they called me up many times and each time I picked up their call, they disconnected immediately. I am attaching a photo proof of one of the many call summaries of only 1 second after which they disconnected. I stopped receiving their calls after that as they were only harassing me. God knows what were they trying to prove by immediately disconnecting the call. I have been an Airtel user for a long time and this behavior has been common but this time, the cheating has crossed all limits. I hereby demand my deducted amount of Rs. 60 and separate compensation for harassment and cheating by Airtel which I have been facing since 4 days as they are going on deducting my balance whenever I switch on my WiFi which actually has nothing to do with the connection I am using whosoever be it. Immediate action solicited.

          Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 27 April 2015 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel. They have disconnected my line for non payment of bill money.           I paid Rs.400 and HDFC bank has taken the money out but airtel is impossible to contact. They are threatening to cancel my cable service. My phone is 9003120290
          Even i had the same issue and it almost 10 days, amount deducted from my HDFC account against Airtel online recharge [protected]-CITRUSAIRTEL Reference # [protected], What the hell Airtel people are doing it a big scam and we have to take this issue seriously..
          The sum of Rs. 500 from deducted from my HDFC account against airtel online recharge [protected]- CITRUS AIRTEL reference#[protected], but airtel says the transaction is failed.

          I made a transaction in the above website on 27/04/2017 to pay the airtel mobile bill for [protected].
          First time the payment was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my credit card.
          Then I made another transaction to pay the bill. Still that unsuccessful transaction amount didn't credit to my credit card.

          Today (02/05/2017) I tried to pay bill for my 4G LTE [protected]. As usual, the first transaction shows unsuccessful but still the amount is debited from my credit card.

          Please do the needful. Let me know when I will get my amount back for unsuccessful transactions.

          I made a online recharge for Rs 349 via airtel app for number [protected] with my debit card, my transaction failed. The amount got deducted from my debit card but its not yet refunded. I did the transaction on 13/05/2017 & the bank transaction id is PRCR/[protected]/[protected]. Please check.
          Immediately the next day i made a trasaction for Rs 349 via HDFC credit card, that also transaction failed but money has got deducted & no refund yet.

              My cell number- [protected]; Complaint number- [protected] Am I done the big mistake to transfer my mobile network connection from other network provider to Airtel??? I feel that, Yes I have done the big mistake; below are the details about my first experience with airtel customer care 59059 for activation of my sim. My old Vodafone connection ported to airtel and its activated on 16th May 00:00:00. Firstly I need to call 59059 for verification and activation. I called on that number on 16th may and concern customer care executive used very abuse and low level language during conversation. Then I called to 121 and registered my complaint officially against that guy on 16th may morning. Still there is no response from airtel till 20th may. Then I again called on 20th may and then customer care executive told me that there is no complaint registered for this. He just told me that there is one email sent to concern authority to check and take appropriate action against that guy. He transferd that call to senior person and he informed me that ; guy who used abuse language has been terminated. I asked him more details that how I can trust you I need more details in term of proof. Even I am not satisfied with his termination action now and I have decided to go for consumer court to address this issue as well as to make FIR against Airtel because I have not received any official communication from airtel.                 The above mobile number was purchased by my son Yashodharma Bhat Parthaje who is currently an NRI, who keeps visiting India quite frequently. A formal request was made to keep the number under Safe Custody on October 22, 2014, with Service Request number[protected]. All the dues were paid at the time of this request, and the matter was personally discussed by me at the, then newly started Airtel Office at Vidyanagar, Hubli. The name of the official who handled the case is Sri Virupaksha. Telephonic contact was made with a higher officer, Ms. Padma. However, though the service request was made as early as October 22, 2014, with all dues cleared, placing the mobile number in Safe Custody was not implemented until Dec 25, 2014. When the customer (my son) arrived to use the telephone on May 02, 2015, the mobile was activated, but within a day, the “outgoing-call” facility was suspended; and the mobile started receiving messages from Airtel to the effect that the dues to the tune of Rs. 830/- is pending. When Customer care was contacted, we were told about the “dues pending”. The Customer Care also informed us that some Manager of Airtel would contact and interact with us to “explain the matter” ; but this has not taken place at all ! We feel that this approach of the Airtel Management towards customers, is irresponsible and callous, to say the least. The attitude of shifting the blame and penalize the customer for an error caused by its own inefficiency is not acceptable at all. Therefore, I request you address this grievance in manner that is judicious ( that does not penalize the customer for the error and inefficiency of the Service Provider). Failing which we have no alternative but to escalate this complaint to appropriate authorities. Complaint filed by Smt. Veena S.                   dear sir/madam my mobile no is [protected] & I live in east of kailash, delhi. I am using this postpaid no of airtel since 2013 & since that day I am facing network issue. I don't have connectivity at my home.it always shows 'emergency calls only' instead of signals. I miss out important calls due to no network coverage. everytime I have to make a call I have to go out of my house. I have complaint regarding the same issue several times at customer care but have failed to get a solution instead get a reply that the area is under no coverage zone. if the company is not able to provide the services in that area why do they issue the nos as the postpaid users have to pay the minimum rental whether they get services or not. I am fed up of airtel as they are unable to provide any solution to my problem & the answer that I get is very weird. pls help me in getting any solution

                  dear sir/madam my mobile no is xxxxxx7575 & I live in east of kailash, delhi. I am using this postpaid no of airtel since 2013 & since that day I am facing network issue. I don't have connectivity at my home.it always shows 'emergency calls only' instead of signals. I miss out important calls due to no network coverage. everytime I have to make a call I have to go out of my house. I have complaint regarding the same issue several times at customer care but have failed to get a solution instead get a reply that the area is under no coverage zone. if the company is not able to provide the services in that area why do they issue the nos as the postpaid users have to pay the minimum rental whether they get services or not. I am fed up of airtel as they are unable to provide any solution to my problem & the answer that I get is very weird. pls help me in getting any solution

                    My name is Raghugan Sharma.my no. is [protected] .I received a sms from airtel for recharge with rs79 for 1 GB data.when I recharged with rs79 I have got only50 mb of data. When I called to customer care they did not solve my problem.why they send fraud sms.I lost my 79 rupees.they are not giving me any benefits neither data nor balance.they refused to give me anything.It is fully exploiting the client.They says to check offers before recharge.but why they tell this with offer sms.they are dishonest with customers.

                      I am using airtel since 2005 and being an honest person I should say that airtel is very customer centric company but for the last 1 year I am facing lot of problems in using internet service and call rates . I have called customer care many a times to resolve the issue but still no resolution . Secondly I want to ask 1 thing that being such a old customer there are no such schemes to reduce call rates . Please look into it and resolve the issue .

                            I am using Airtel postpaid number [protected] from last 2 years. As per my billing cycle I have paid my bill on 6th May 2015, due date is 24.05.2015. Every time I have paid bill before due date. But suddenly from 18.05.2015 my outgoing calls has been de-activated. I have call customer care they check the status and advised me to go to the airtel gallery and ask them to check onto system what exactly happened. So on 19.05.2015 I have go to the Airtel Gallery - Thane West and ask them why outgoing calls has been de-active, executive checked the system and replied that due to "Precutionary Basis" my number's outgoing has been deactivate and advised me to submit the photo id and address proof. I ask them why should i submit these document i am not the new customer. Then I went from the gallery and again call to Customer Care that time i have given one shocking reason that due to Fraud applicant your service has been deactivate. I am using Airtel Number from last 2 years and suddenly airtel customer care said that due to fraud applicant, even though I have already submitted the all document. Also note that there is no intimate from your side.

                            Hi all,

                            I have send my complaint on 19/05/2015 regarding my Airtel postpaid number [protected] outgoing calls has been deactivated. But still there is no reply from Airtel company. And now today my Sim Card has been deactivated by Airtel company.

                            Now I can not received any Incoming calls also.

                            So advise is it okey to go to police station and complaint the same.

I suppose to pay 1 month bill but this airtel people asking 4 month’s bills. I didn’t use [protected] 4 months. after 1 month only gave request in outlet but they said to Call 121 or Toll free no [protected]. I called and gave request but airtel people telling they didn’t get any request. They can see also I didn’t use [protected] after 1 month. Now they are asking to pay 4 months.

                                14-may-15 : 1st complaint stating internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved within 3 HOURS. 15-May-15 : 2nd complaint stating internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved by midnight. 16-May-15 : 3rd complaint regarding internet not working Airtel Executive : Issue will be resolved by 4:30 PM (16-May-15). In all the mails your (Airtel) officials, instead of trying to understand my problem they themselves reply that as per my postpaid plan my data usage has got over and speed limit has been revised, my issue is not with the speed but with CONNECTIVITY, MY MOBILE INTERNET is not working. Your Nodal Team and Appellate Authority call customer only for Ticket closure and for the sake of protocols, not with the intention of resolving customer concerns.

                                  i have convert myn airtel plan plan from prepaid to postpaid. as regularly i have to make a recharge of rs. 600 per month but now on activating to postpaid it comes 4700/-. when gone through the bill the actual usage of myn would be 1200/- only all taxes including. when i gone through dealer the mistake was of the dealers employee as he has not activated myn international plan which cost me rs. 6/- per min. as on activating the plan the sum cost becomes 1.99/- per min. the dealer convinced me that he ll settle down. he told me to pay 1000/- less & pay the bill i had paid. the bill amount. coming to next month again the bill raised to 2546/- as the same think happened international plan not activated which cost me this much. as i also confirmed earlier that is the international plan has to be regularly activated after every monthly bill he told me no. as once activated the cost for activation will be regularly included in the bill amount. unless and untill we stop the services. so, the dealer for the next time told me too wait. and he ll check down the system. but no confirmation from the dealer for 15 days. as i had remind him regularly.as on 19/05/2015 from baroda airtel office i receive the call made by mr. ali & miss. dimple. they both pressurized me to pay the bill and spoke very bad language. as i try to convey that please talk to ajay the dealer of airtel. but they both made a bad language for me. so, please guide me what to do and were to go. myn contact no - [protected], [protected] name - pratik patel

                                    Hi, I have been using Airtel SIM more than 8 Years. But now i came to mindset as airtel is worst customer care members who are all sitting in airtel outlet offices. Since more than 1 month, trying to change service from postpaid to prepaid.I couldn't change that. Whenever i am going, there is a readymade answer like no SIMs availble at now or telling facing technical issue.So couldn't happen conversion now.I have been visited more than 3 outlets. But answer is the same. I have raised MNP request to your members regarding this already. But the person asked me to request one more time at outlet office. Yes. this time also answer is same ie, Techinical issue going on, couldn't happen conversion. Un necessairly i am paying postpaid minimum amount to your company. You need my money without service but you dont care about my issues and struggles. is this the way to treat your customers. When i was changed to postpaid connection initially one person came to my company reception and taken my documents directly. But now i want to change prepaid, you are asking to go outlet office. Your Procedure is very cheap.Always you are treating customer in money perspective. This is not the right way to treat customer. I dont know this mail also will go to trash in your mail. But my opinion about your service gone to dustbin.Again i given to MNP request. Before that validity period i will be wait for your response. Thanks Commonman

                                        I recharged yesterday 17 May 2015 the amount of 145 Recharge for 1 GB 3G Data from airtel official website. On that web site they clearly mentioned you will get 500 MB on the spot & Remaining 500 MB Will get Next 1 Hour on same day. I been Waited Full 1 day for remaining data but still not received.Then i called Airtel customer care number for the same, the airtel representative told me you have already received full 1 GB data & you can check by dialing this number *129*08# Then i hanged up the phone with thank you! I dial *129*08# This number from my same airtel number but it is still showing 400 MB (100 MB i used). please help me out for this problem Thank You in advanced.
