I was in Cochin and I retired from my service on 28.2.15. I was staying in
rented house and as I have retired from my job, I have to vacate the house and
accordingly on 26.3.2015 as detailed in the email; [see in the trailing mail

all the tele companies including BSNL are returning the security deposit at the time of surrendering and why not itr is applicable to your AIRRR TELL?

How you can demand payment for the delay caused from your end from customers. Is it justifiable. Pl note that I can not pay the amount for fault of your staff.

Hey Mr. why you are bluffing and telling utter lie. You can very well see the email I have sent to the billing department and requesting to cancel the services on 26.3.2015. Before that I have informed you that I have talked to your customer care executives also to terminate the service and the same was noted as informed over phone also and over & above to confirm the same I have send / reminded by sending mail on 26.3.15 .
As such your contention that you are not in receipt of request regarding cancellation of services before 08-MAY-2015 for the above mentioned airtel fixedline number is baseless remark .
you are advised to refund me the security deposit immediately.

Any customer makes any requests / representation to any of your department, it is the responsibility of your people to share with/ or inform the concerned department bymutual co-ordination. It is purely your internal maTTER for which customers can not be blamed.
I know very well that so many people / friends have the opinion about the very poor cheating service of AIR TEL earlier they have experienced in the case of post paid mobile service also. Innocent people will fall in your trap . This is not the way to make profit Mr.

DESPITE OF MY REPEATED REQUESTS BY MAIL AND CALL, I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK FROM YOUR END.
As per your terms & conditions mentioned in the bill under Head - " OTHER INFORMATION " which reads as follows::
In case of permanent disconnection, security deposit amount will be refunded within 60 days of disconnection. Else interest @ 10 % will be paid.
YOU ARE ONCE AGAIN ADVISED TO REFUND ME THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT NECESSIATING ANY FURTHER REMINDERS.
As I have already requested for permanent disconnection and discontinuation of the service during the month of March 2015 by various telephonic request to the customer service Executive through your toll free No and also through your land No [protected] AND confirmed / informed you on 26.3.2015 by e mail also, There is no question of payment of bill amount for the unused period during which I was not in station also. [ I have vaccated my house at Ernakulam on 26.3.2015 itself permanenetly].
