Hi Team, This is regarding a complaint pending with Airtel Customer Care team since July 9, 2014.. My Email ID [protected]@gmail.com has been updated on Airtel Database against Broadband User ID [protected] however the Broadband connection doesn't belong to me. I have tried to connect with the Customer Care Team several times on the issue of removal of my Email address from their database as I continuously keep on receiving quite a number of irrelevant emails from Airtel Team. No resolution was provided to me as yet and even now after a number of escalations made to the team, I am still receiving those emails related to Broadband User ID [protected] on my Email ID. I have been instructed to follow the Escalation Matrix and write emails to several airtel contacts like nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; however none of them could actually help me with a resolution. This is a kind of harassment to public who is not associated as a customer to your broadband services. I am looking for forward to a permanent fix to this issue so that I don't receive any more emails from Airtel related to Broadband User ID [protected]. Kindly make necessary arrangements to fix this issue and let me know at the earliest. It is the worst experience ever for me with Airtel. The team neither co-operated nor tried to re-verify the matter. This kind of negligence to an issue is really very rude and unprofessional. Such a response is absolutely not acceptable. Your inability should not make a customer suffer. I was so much disappointed that I finally lost my trust at your products and services. No customer would appreciate a question on the authenticity of any personal information given out by them. This is not correct and even can be considered illegal. I need a complete explanation to this matter and expect a fair co-operation from your company. I would also like to talk to your Senior Management for a better understanding of your operations. I request you to kindly provide the contact details of the above mentioned officials or else connect me over phone if you have a privacy condition. I hope you can understand the core practicality of the situation and will certainly make your best efforts by taking necessary steps for a resolution. I have attached the supporting documents on this email. I hope to meet your kind consideration and prompt attention at the earliest.

    I have requested for 3G services on 8/4/2015 which has been activated on 10/04/2015 19:40 due to your technical problem. I have been charged Rs.250 for a 4:20 hours o[censored]sage in April Bill And then again charged Rs.250 for usage from 11/04/2015 to 10/05/2015 Indirectly I have been charged Rs.500 for 1 month of 3G Usage. So Airtel has not borne penalty for 2 days of inconvenience caused to me, but I have to pay my bill. How is this justified?

        Hi, I have got bill of 3043.82Rs for apr8 to may 7 period. As per my corporate I have 1GB free 2G usage. However since 2G is slow I activated 3G for 250Rs per month. Last month since 3G limit was over and smart bytes were highly charged I decided to use my default 2G service upto 1GB. 1) Incorrect plan applied -- They activated it for only 512Mb -- I am supposed to get 1GB as per the plan no matter which date I use. Do they reduce rental i[censored] switch off your cell or their poor service sometimes ? 2) No account usage details are provided -- Since in this postpaid service we don't get each and every detail what we use and how its recharged as we go ; I noticed large amount o[censored]nbilled amount getting accumulated in my account after activation of 2G. When I contacted 121 care and asked the reason whats causing this huge amount each day they said they don't have access to such information and I need to contact only after bill generation.. I am bewildered as the support people who are supposed to give your usage statistics just referring to server on request of customer say vague things like they cant do it..Then who can see statistics data if not customer and even customer service agents? As unbilled was growing each day and was reaching credit limit I asked them to at least increase credit limit.They wouldn't do it.. They have policy that once you reach your credit limit you need to pay that amount in advance so that to keep your outgoing services active .. a. They don't want to respond to account balance unbilled related concern from customers b.But they want advance payment even though mistake is at their end. However they increased my credit limit from 1700Rs to 2500Rs 3. Incorrect usage notification from server -- I kept checking my datause by sending specific msg code reserved and also set my data limit so that my usage doesn't cross the limit .They said 512.. Till last day of billing cycle I got msg response mentioning I have consumed only 385Mb of 512Mb of built in data. And my android device doesn't show that I have crossed that limit of 512Mb. Lets say device app is not 100% accurate but its nearly accurate .Its simply impossible that I have used 250Mb more that the set limit. Then also in the bill its mentioned that I have used around 765Mb which is 240Mb approx. more than 512Mb so I have been charged in Thousands and its valid. How its valid I wonder.! I pay for 3G services differently and I should be allowed to use my data limit. Leave that at least inform the customers correctly about their usages as everything gets stored in database and its not rocket science to learn to see that info or security breach as its customer who is asking that information for his sake as you don't have proper automated self service to view that info customer himself. 4. Incomplete information in bill -- Every month I used to get itemized bill mailed to me or I can check it from airtel site. However this month they have removed session wise data usage details which would help customer to argue in disputes. They have directly shown that I have used 934Mb of 3G data(its shocking that they have charged extra for this also saying I used more than the limit. I always learnt in school that 934

            I Called customer care saying my bill amount is 1351 because i exceeded data limit with 200 mb. And my bill increased by 600 because of d same. as usual i apply for smart bytes for d exceed data limit. and i did the same last time also but for my bad luck it was not active and i kept using my Internet. the problem was with the my airtel app.and i was not indicated on the same. Airtel had called me to say i exceed the limit but i told them kindly check i already applied for smart bytes. after all this my bill amount exceeded my credit limit of 1100 also. Unhappy with the respons and attitude of airtel. Poor customer service.

            same here..my case its 2433Rs extra even though i had free pack . i kept checking DATAUSE which shown incorrectly I assume or bill calculation is incorrect.

            Customer care unit had asked me for proof. since i never expected such an issue from airtel i.failed to take screen shots of the same. anyways all the services request has to validate with proof.

              I have taken airtel connection. I never got the connection installed. Due to bad service in the beginning, I opt to close that connection before starting. I have raise a customer call request (Request #[protected] but didn't got any response from them. My request serial number is TNPC099242. I have paid all the money in advance for 5 months i.e. Rs 7500. I am not getting my money back from airtel. After 3 weeks of follow up, this guy Surya from Okkiyam Thuraipakkam airtel office, replying from registered number airtel [protected]. Saying it will take more time. He is also not giving me any information like ticket number to take it further. I asked his manager number: [protected] My Sathish. He is also not picking my phone. This is the worst airtel service ever had.

              When I called the [protected] for the details, the airtel executive gave me below gmail address.

              The gmail address from airtel is again suspicious. Can you please confirm, that after placing new airtel connection request on your website, the executive came was authentic. And the above number given by him, is the airtel office number.

                I changed my postpaid number to prepaid in an turtle showroom a week ago.. Ever since my services got activated, I am not able to make any out going calls. I ve complained so many times to airtel customer care. They said they will check and respond but I received no responses till now.

                  I have taken a pack under my plan for activating 3g services in my phone for Rs. 599/- but till date i am not able to use 3G services in my mobile. For this I have registered 2 complaints but till now no one has tried to contact me or solve my problem. What is the use of 3G pack when net services are running in 2G speed. This is like a fraud that was done to me. Is this what we call customer eccentricity? Is this how we repay our customers? I am totally disappointed in airtel services.

                    My Airtel mobile has been charged for “LAILA" which has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never wanted it nor opted for it. Airtel is indeed cheating the customers with cheap and useless service. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                      Unable to call a particular number from airtel numbers(any) from a particular location (faridabad, Sector -35). I am under airtel CGU and unable to call that particular number from all of the CGU numbers. When I was on roaming it was able to call that number. I am facing this problem from last 20days, instead of repeated complaints no one has take this issue serious. Every time the complaint has been closing with out resolving and with out contacting me.

                          Hi, I switched from Airtel DSL connection to Airtel Fiber based connection as I was told by the sales representative that Fiber based link would provide symmetric Uplink speed. I choose the UL-Fibernet Plus 1499 50GB (8Mbps/512Kbps) COMBO Plan and received downlink and uplink speeds of about 8 mbps. Lately, the uplink speed has been reduced to less than 1 mbps without any intimation to me. On reaching out to the customer service I am told that the max uplink available with my plan is only 768 kbps. This is unacceptable and amounts to cheating the customers as I had chosen Fiber connection only because of higher uplink speed which is required for my work related video calls.                           Despite multiple assurances no one has bothered to resolve this issue. I am surprised by the apathy of the Airtel customer service. I spoke with the Airtel sales person who had sold me the Fiber connection and he confirmed that the uplink and downlink in the FTTH connection is same. I was receiving the same speed till few weeks back and now suddenly the uplink speed has dropped to <700 kbps. Doesn't this amount to cheating? Is anyone from Airtel listening? Please give your formal reply on this forum so that everyone can know how useless is your Fiber connection.

                            I had remitted Rs 200/- as recharge of my Mob. No [protected] four days back through net banking. The bank sent me SMS that the above amount has been debited in my account immediately. But the Airtel Company did not sent any SMS to me till date. Sorry state of affair. Should look into the matter seriously.

                              Hello Team, To begin with let me tell you that I have been a loyal Airtel user for around 8 years now and I am sorry to say that your services are detoriorating day by day. I made a 120 recharge yesterday morning, out of which I used your so called facility "My Pack".I created my pack of Rs 66. Apart from this I also did 25 recharge for 2G. By the end of the day I had zero balance and I did not make any calls. If this was not enough the customer care representative said "Your data is not yet on the system pls call after 4 hours". Are the equipments so dull that morning recharge was not getting reflected by 7 in the evening?? Anyways I tried to talk to a senior memeber who refused to take my call. I am very upset with the services and will soon change my network and recommend others to do so as well.

                                I have registered on airtel site for new connection at chennai with my number [protected]. followed by online registration i got a call from airtel chennai and asked me to keep documents ready so that they can come and collect the same. They collected documents and Rs 370 activation charges from me at my place saying that they will issue SIM card by tommorrow. However they dint turn up, i tried to call the same numbers ( [protected], [protected] ) but it is either switched or not answereing .They are cheating me please take action against them

                                  Hi I was given an offer from Airtel to migrate my current Vodafone number to Airtel for 299 monthly charge which include 3g offer. Since I was pestered by them like anything, I thought of giving a try for both my vodafone numbers. [protected] and [protected]. However when I tried calling the agent ([protected]) They were not readsy to speak in english and was mocking and making fun of me and disconnected my calls more than 5 times. Never had I ever experienced such a horrible behaviour from any reputed organizations. I am also told to pay 299 rs by 23rd as the billing cycle starts from 24th. I did not even use my connection, and before that they want me to make payment and activate a 3g pack by paying extra... I am very satisfied with Vodafone past so many years. I need to rever to my old Vodafone connection ASAP and no bills should be generated as from DAY 1 i am not satisfied with their service. I have already raised a complaint with Airtel Ref15068411. All they say is they regret the inconvenience... I amot going to make any payemnt to Airtel

                                    Hi, I am facing that my sim functionality is not working properly. I have notified that very frequent kg sim get disconnected on its own and phone start asking for reboot. At times, after reboot sim get enable and I can start using calling and SMS feature. But at times, even after restart it remains disable. I have to restart the phone manually many times and than only by hit and trial method sim start functioning. I have already tried by swapping the sim card on both slots. This does not seem to be slot issue. I have observed that this issue is there since the time you have changed my postpaid plan. I have asked the customer care person not to change my plan but after two days they have changed it. I have a phone recording of every call I have with airtel company. Even I got agree when they have changed my plan because the airtel person told me that they can not revert back to original plan. Now this issue start. Do you want me to register complaint with TRAI. I am not feeling frustrated at times.
