    Since 7 to 8 years i am using mobile no - +91- [protected] Airtel, Karnataka, It got Disconnected in last few days. I need it to get activated as soon as possible. Kindly activate it because its my business and WhatsApp number. Privileged customers should not get such problems. Its very inconvenient. We dont buy numbers every month for new offers. Airtel should understand. hope it will be activated at the earliest

    I am waiting patiently after many requests but Unfortunately, I have not received any information or solution against my problem/ complaint.
    I hope Airtel is working lot on this tiny issue and I will get solution by activating my sim and number soon.

    Thank you for your acknowledgement.
    How much time it will take to activate the sim?
    I hope it dont take long.
    There is no such huge problem. The number belongs to me and i am only asking to activate it.
    Hope it will get activate soon as possible.

    If required of any police verification, do let me know. because i need it to get activated earliest.

    Unfortunately, I have not received any information or solution against my problem/ complaint.
    I am afraid the number will be to be issued again for commercial deeds which will create problem for both customer and Airtel in future.

      Hi, I am using the Airtel Postpaid Number [protected]. On this number I have 149 plan in which there are 600 minutes(Local+STD), and free SMS. My Bill date is 4 of every month and I pay my bill on its due date every month. As per my last bill my plan benefits renew on 4 May 2015, but when I checked my extra usage till 14 May 2015 it was showing approx 40 rupees extra and it is keep growing continuously and till 16 may it is around 100 rupees. I have call many times to the customer care to clarify that, why I have charged, they are saying that I have crossed the 600 minute limits, but how it is possible to cross the 600 minute limits in just 10 days, they are also not giving me proper detail of my call, I have 15 more days of my months to complete but I am not able to call. just because of extra call charges.         we are faceing toomuch problem our area, due to poor network in three village ramnagar, bairampur and umar pur, in this area most of the people staying arab country for work purpose. they cant contact properly with this people bkz of poor network, when everwhere india are going to digital but we still don't have good 2g net work in our village. please setup a new tower this area. area postal address is given below, vill- bairampur/umarpur/ramnagar po- kumari ramnagar ps - hanskhali dist -nadia west bengal pin-741502

          Dear Concern, I was one of your customer of airtel mobile post paid connection. I am no longer using your service due to bad feedback from your customer service. I was using [protected] since 2010, I had some issues over network connectivity and data usage. I made a compalint to your customer service several times but did not got any proper response. Unfortunately it forced me to disconnect the service without any intimation. Now, I am receiving calls from [protected] for payment recovery and they are literally using abusive language. If this is your way to treat your cusomers then I am really amazed and will surely give you the blasting surprise for same. The CSE girl_Pooja Raut: I know is a fake name, don't have any manners how to talk with customers, I think you need to provide proper training to employees of how to talk with costomers. The girl was so rude and mannersless, I may be surprised if she even knows what she was talking. I never seen such kind of mannersless girl in my whole life. I am shocked that India's number 1 telicom company recrurits such a dump employees. I am going to complaint the isssue with ICCF and hoping for better improvement from India's number 1 telicom company. Unfortunately, Airtel Customer, ADITYA..

            This is regarding change of broadband plan on my landline number[protected] from INR 1249 to INR 999 plan. I called Airtel helpline twice to change my plan. 1) 11th May - First time I was told that it will be done and I will get an email and sms confirmation. 2) 12th May - I called up the next day to check on the change of plan and I was told that it hadn't been done. I asked the support person to please change my plan and I was assured that it will be done and I will get an email and sms confirmation. I was also promised that the support person will call me the next day to confirm whether I have received the confirmation mail and sms.
            Complaint marked as Resolved 
            Airtel nodal appellate office called me and confirmed me that my plan has been changed and they also confirmed to me in writing the same. The email was sent by [email protected] address.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            After posting my complaint in this forum, Airtel sprung into action and has resolved the issue.

                Hi All, I have submitted my request for porting my Vodafone postpaid number([protected]) to Airtel postpaid on 07, May 2015 and I placed this request through airtel.in web portal. Next day Airtel team sent an executive from there end which gave me a Airtel postpaid SIM No.[protected] and collected all related documents along with an amount of rupees 250/-. But unfortunately on 15, May 2015 I got a SMS from Airtel that your address verification failed, after receiving this SMS I went to Airtel Relationship Center to check the details and after reaching over their I came to know that Airtel sent a fraud executive. So, they told me that they have sent an email regarding this but I don't know how much it's true because I don't have anything to prove that they have acted on my complaint. So, this is request to all my friends who ever is planning to port their numbers from Other service providers to Airtel.                   I Dolly Naqvi and Shadab Naqvi wanted to change our vodafone network to airtel network by porting. I got info stating that this agent person would do the needful. He came to my office charged us Rs 1600 porting charges for two connections 800 each and promised us that it would be done within 10 days. After submitting all documents from our end, constantly following up with them no results, nw they dont take our calls and hve put the blame game. I shall give u all the people associated with this and their numbers.                     Hi, My phone number is [protected]. I did a recharge of Rs.90 on[protected]. In Airtel App it showed that for recharge of Rs.90 i would get Rs.90, but i got only 77 Rs. credited. I called the customer care they mentioned that the value for recharge of 90 is 77 only and it is effective from today so it was not updated in the App. But due to their mistake why should i suffer a loss. If its not updated in App then the new changes shouldn't be applied till then. I have attached the screen shot of the App, saying clearly that Rs.90 recharge credits Rs.90. Please help me get my money back. Thanks in advance

                        My brother was using the airtel number [protected] from many years. From last few months he did not use it and now the number is deactivated with out any prior information.When I called customer care, they said that [protected] is a free number now.My brother wants to get the number back.I contacted airtel customer care but I did not get any useful information. I posted the messages on the airtel FB page as well. I got the replies saying that I will be contacted soon but it never happened.

                          company has cheated me.they have received the money for 3g plan and providing me 2g plan. so i have contacted there customer care and tell him regarding the issue on 17/05/2015 at 7.55 PM.One customer executive, who had received my call told me that he is going to transferred my call to senior officer and put me hold.i was exactly 40 minutes on hold and no body has entertain me.still my problem is same, where i have to complain for that.

                            On the 15th of this month, i had tried to recharge my number [protected] twice via airtel recharge online with transaction id's[protected] and[protected] with Rs 200 and Rs 330 respectively from my Vijaya Bank account. The amount was deducted but I did not receive the amount recharged. Please resolve the issue that i am having as soon as possible.

                              Hello, As per the latest bill for period 08-Apr-2015 to 07-May-2015 my bill for account number [protected] is generated to be whopping 3034.32₹. For the usage I have done this is at least 5-6 times more. As per my bill plan T67 CUG 199 plan, 1GB 2G internet is free. As per the bill I have consumed 93194 units i.e. approx. 931Mb which is less than 1GB, but only 5538.40₹ discount has been applied. I exhausted the consumption of 1GB – 3G usage by 23-Apr-2015 so I connected with customer care for deactivation of 3G so that I can continue default 2G usage. 1) But they said it would be prorate basis as its being activated in the middle of month. So I would get only 512MB data to be used. As per the plan I have to be given what I am offered. 2) On other note I noticed there was almost 100-150₹ being crediting into Unbilled usage. I wrote to customer care asking for the reason but customer said they can’t see customer’s usage and I was asked to write them after bill generation so that I connect with them only after whopping bill is generated. Its unbearable excuse that they can’t look into customer account on his request and provide required information which is necessary for controlled consumption. 3) Even though data usable under 2G was 1GB I keep using it carefully everyday checking DATAUSE from 121. Till end of the billing cycle it showed that I have consumed only 385out of 512MB. Also I had set the android data limit setting (we can assume its 95% accurate). In the bill it shown that I have used 931 MB data of 2G data. So automated server notification mislead me for usage over than 512MB (even though it’s not over usage as per the plan) and gave me wrong information. So as per the information provided I haven’t crossed usage of prorate data limit too. 4) They said that 2G was activated only after 23-Apr-2015, and I couldn’t have used 2G and 3G both. But the bill shows that they have charged me for 2G since 8th April, start of the billing cycle. How is that possible? So prorate basis calculation shouldn’t apply here as customer was using default service start of the cycle. So no charge should be levied for both 2G and 3G usage. Monthly charges would be 199+250 = 449 instead of 324 ₹. So waiver to be applied of 2128.44(for 2G) + 207.69 (for 3G) = 2336.13 ₹. I have written countless mails explaining the same but I get same reply saying charges are valid. I am really frustrated as this has happened with internet usage calculation many times.                                     Dear Sir/Mam; I have online recharged my above mentioned mobile for Rs. 123/- vide transaction ID 719119 on 19.4.2015 at 4.36 PM but I received nil balance and got a SMS of failed transaction due to technical reason. I tried to contact at customer care many times but almost time I failed to contact due to busy lines or putting calls on hold for long time. Fortunately, I got successfully to contact the concerned person in this regard and I was assured that My balance of Rs. 123/- will be deposited in my bank account of which I have used debit card for online recharge. But with regret, you are intimated that I was given false assurance vide Ref no. CSELC[protected] registered on (2/2/ 27.5.2015 at 7.26 PM and Request No. CONRC[protected] on 8.5.2015 at 6.48 PM. Thus you are humbly requested to resolve my complaint which is very clear that Air Tel has received my balance of Rs. 123/- but neither charged my mobile nor given me refund of Rs. 123/- It is not a matter of amount but it is a serious negligence at may levels in company.                                       I am a student of Narula institute of technology at electrical engg.last month when i came out from college they said me if i interrested to take corporate connections on airtel postpaid sims.and also mention that this offer is only valid for Jis group college students.On that time i have no i cards due to some errors of our college so i gave them a student id of Jis kalyani's student they said its ok..and also said that to attach his voter id scan and photo to whatsapp no.after 7days verification will start and then my connections will start.i have taken 3sims from them.noy only that they have also take 70 rupees from me..after that i tried them many mire times on phone they said that the connections will start shortly.it is more about 40 days or more but they are not complete the verification process still now.so i will appeal a complaint against Shubhrajyoti Mukherjee the airtel sales executive who are cheated with the students.Sir we are awaiting for your positive steps.

                                        I have free one number of airtel friends, which charges is 0.50 rs per day and airtel to airtel call on registered mobile numbder is 20 paisa per minute, but sometime call charges are deducted per 20 paisa and some time according to 1 paisa per second . Custmer care 121 and 198 does not gave any response when i call
