[protected] Sir, I mr. B B Koradia, a retired Bank officer settled in Ahmadabad (Gujarat) is a post paid customer of Airtel mobile Co. with a mobile No. [protected] since more than last 2 and half years. I am a regular user and paying Monthly bills regularly without any delay or break. My usual monthly bill was around Rs.150 to Rs.300.All of sudden my Feb-15 bill was raised to Rs.1869.36 & Mar-15 Rs.2018.98 The details provided by Airtel Mob. co. of monthly Bills w e from June-14 to Mar-15 are as under; Sl No.Bill for the Month of Bill Amount Rs.Ps 01 June-2014 255.49 02 July-2014 233.47 03 Aug-2014 248.39 04 Sept-2014 195.49 05 Oct-2014 148.19 06 Nov-2014 286.17 07 Dec-2014 315.25 08 Jan-2015 252.45 09 Feb-2015 1869.36 10 Mar-2015 2018.98 It can be observed from the above details that the maximum monthly bill for Sept-14 was Rs.315.25. When I got a sms intimation of Bill for Feb-15, immediately I rushed to the Airtel Customer Care centre at Maninagar, Ahmedabad. I was shocked to know that out of Rs. 1869.36, SMSs charges was Rs.1628.50 for so called 1878 SMSs. That means the actual Call usage bill was RS.240.86. The Bill is showing that 1878 SMSs were sent by my Airtel mobile No.[protected] to my other Tata Docomo Mobile No.[protected].which is also working in the same mobile instrument. ( i.e HTC Desire-820 dual sim). Now any one can justify that why one should send SMSs from his one mobile no. to other mobile no. which are working in a same mobile instrument. I have tried to convince to the staff of Airtel Mobile Co But it seems that the Airtel Mob.co. has no interest in solving the genuine problem but to collect immediately the bill amount. Moreover, the Airtel mob co. has stop all my services of my Airtel mob. no. [protected]. Sir, I wish to be continued with Airtel, I have already paid Rs. 300/- through Internet bill payment after receiving SMS intimation for Feb-15.The Airtel Mob Co. may acertain from its own sources that the SMSs are sent from one mobile no. to other mobile no. are working in a same mobile instrument since long by its IMEI No. It is also a fact that Immediately after my approaching to the Airtel mobile call centre, so called SMSs were discontinued/stop as per their Bill of Mar-15. Sir, I confirm that I have not sent any of the SMSs shown in the bills of Feb-15 & Mar-15. Hence, it is my humble request & appeal to you and to the Airtel Mob. Co. to reduce the so called SMS charges from both the bills as the SMSs shown as sent by me are realy not sent by me. Please advice me immediately to pay the actual usage remaining bill amount and immediately restore all my services of Airtel Mobile No. [protected] available to me as per the current scheme.     today i have gone for the airtel recharge at tigaon road faridabad airtel outlet opp sai mandir .he abused me without any reason .he told airtel does not need any customer like you and given third class abuses. his name is sourabh kumar .he was also abusing airtel and given me threats that no body can touch him neither manager nor owner .he is showing gundagardi and also not well behaved with ladies customer . I know writing here does not bother you but anyway lets see ow sensitive are you for complaints .

        Dear Sir, We were using airtel network for our CUG but due to some reason we changed the same with portability, For our CUG number [protected] we are getting call regarding outstanding from landline number “[protected]” as per them they are representative of Airtel and asking for payment for same number, we explain them that this number is now not belongs to Airtel also we have cleared our all dues before portability transferred, but they are using bed words and threatening us for payment which is not belongs to us but used by some person from Ahmedabad in past, as per them we have to paid the payment because we are using this number and irritating with frequent call and threatening. Please clear that the above given number is belongs to airtel or any agency hired by airtel or what before we proceed to make complain against the person threatening to us in Police. Awaiting for your prompt reply.

          I made online 3G recharge from airtel site www.airtel.in.. amount Rs 249, site is showing 3 Gb 3G DATA but when I made this payment then I got confirmation massage from airtel showing 2G data of 3GB instead of 3G as shown in site...when I called at customer care they say we will check it... I want my money back they cheated me.. They are showing wrong information on their site to cheat everybody .. online recharge txn ID 52527775 of Rs 249.0

I have already pay the one time charges of Rs. 250 /- but in every month bill the Rs. 250 /- added as One time charges. WHY it is not understandable for me.                 Hi, I ended up loosing my data pack service due to customer care executive's incomplete knowledge of data plans and now customer care executives are not changing the plan so that i can use my data plan. Today i called up at customer care, but after listening to my point, she just cut-off the call without providing the proper solution. I don't understand why customer care executive are there, if they can not help to customer. Its very unfortunate, irresponsible, non co-operative and pathetic behavior, i have seen from Airtel customer care executives. Few month back i ported this number from vodafone to airtel, just hopping to get best service. However this won't take much time to move back to other service provider if this kind of service Airtel provides. Please act on this asap. Number: [protected].                     SIR, I have recharge my mobile no [protected] recently Rs. 170/- of full talk value, but it is showing 0.00 balance without use of above amount.                         On date 24/05/2015 at 12:05 am i have recharged my airtel number [protected] from airtel mobile app. I have applied for unlimited night 3g 1gb at 49 rs. Plan and during payment it displays me to options (1) by debit card (2) by main account so i used debit card But after my successful payment I have got only 150 mb 3g data. After that i call 198 customer care no. But they refused to help they told me that it only has to order by deducting balance from main account. Kindly help me got my money refund from them.

                          Dear Sir, I requested to disconnect my broadband connection( [protected]) with Airtel in April-2015 due to my job transfer. But airtel is going on asking money to pay which I have not used the device for last 2 moths. Even now also they are not responding for my repeated mail for disconnection.                             I have submitted my my complaint 15 days back regarding false billing of Airtel mobile internet charges for Rs 4933.10 . Airtel posted the complaint on 14.05.2015 but so far the complaint not resolved by Airtel. Kindly take immediate action to resove that issue. Thanks & Regards, Gouri Shankar

                              I had been using internet facility on my mobile since last one year. since last 15 days i am facing problem in internet usage at my home. It works well at other places. Had complained earlier also but no resolution from the airtel staff incharge.

                                Dear Officer, I am fed up with airtel service.. my mobile number is [protected].. Last week I did recharge of rs 199 for data service of 1.25GB after checking on *121#→ Data service → 2G → 199 RS 1.25 GB for 28 days.. Balance got deducted from my mobile.. it was 400 rs and after deducting my account balance was 201.. but the data pack was deactivated.. I tried calling customer care and explain them all that happened.. but nothing happened.. everyone got the same answer we will escalate it and it will take 48 hours.. in even spoke to their seniors they to have the same reason.. some of executive even told the plan got acctivated at night and it got finished in the same day, which is illogical.. some execute even told that their is no plan as such, Airtel customer service is so pathetic that it takes 5-7 mins to get connected to executive and many of the time while transferring the call to senior the trainee disconnects the call.. so we need to try again.. for next 7-8 mins.. when I applied for porting airtel executive called and agrees that he will credit 199 in 24 hours.. but now it is 72 hrs and no action is taken.. Retention Executive gave me the tracking number as QRCTSO[protected] its not the matter of 199 rs.. but it hurts when you use same number in airtel for 7-8 yrs and this is the service we get in return.. please do the needful..                                   I took a WiFi internet broadband connection from Airtel on 05/04/15 costing me Rs. 4950/- including tax with the stipulation that i won't have to pay a single rupee till the 5 months period of the entire package is over. Now I've been getting emails and sms from the company demanding Rs. 561.15 as tax. Thus I complained the local authorities and they assured me that the said amount is not to be paid by me as my broadband plan had different conditions. Still I'm getting SMS and emails threatening to discontinue my broadband connection. I demand that the emails and SMS should be stopped immediately.

Last I used my number on 25th of April and Balance was more than Rs.5. My request is please active my number again so that I can use it properly because this number is very important and urgent for my personal as well as professional life. Hope you will do the best.

                                      I have called Airtel since my Mobile data was not working it stopped suddenly. on 18-may 2015. they registered my complain and told that my issue will be resolved in 5 day (this is very long time since i am paying for this service). And on[protected] i got message that my complain number #62005453 was resolved.(There was no confirmation call done by airtel not even mail.). so i restarted my phone but mobile date was not working. so i again mail airtel regarding this and they re opened my ticket and again i was give the Resolution time period as 5 day .. till day i have not received any call.. Today i called Airtel customer care. they said my issue is still open. after 5-10 min executive gave me nodal officer number. i called that number but IVR saying they work till Friday. I think this is how Airtel works. and even now i paying for there services.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have tried by putting sim card of vodafone and my data service was working fine.. The issue is with airtel side... there is no issue with my cell phone .. I have given them multiple calls but there is only one reply.. Your ticket is open and will be solved in next 5 day.

                                        this is to complaint regarding Airtel executive who said dnt use Airtel connection i[censored] can't, Airtel does. Not need such customer, can't you use brain etc when I told her I am hospitalized I will pay bill with over late fee In 4 days once discharged as I m unable to pay online . I kindly request Airtel to take action regarding this I am ready to port out from Airtel if Airtel does not need such customer once action is taken
