Hi I am shiv kumar Choudhary, I am using airtel mobile service last 8-10 months and my mobile number is [protected]. Actually by airtel activate internet pack (1.5GB) on apr 2014 without inform me. So I have paid (internet pack) charges. Two day ago I have seen this service enable for me so I have complained to customer care. Customer care person blame me you have activated this pack but I told him if I activated then why I have not used this service then no reply from his side. Now I want airtel should return my money which I paying last 8 months or adjust with my pending bill amount. If airtel is not agreed with me then I want to take legal action against him.     I Have been using airtel prepaid with number [protected] since 7 years.Two months back i have received a call from airtel customer care excutive named pallvi her number [protected] and another call from mr.arjun his number [protected] and they asked me to migrate to post paid of Rs.299/-Plan and they said that first 500 local mintus will be free and after that the call charges will be 40paisa per minute.but they have charged 50 paisa per minute after completion of free minutes, 10 days back i have given a complaint to airtel customer care and i have also called the 4 times ref complaint No:471614 but without rectifying my problem they have closed the complaint.Kindly do need full.

      I had request to change my broadband no [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 13-dec-2014 at borivali s.v.road gallary. I had given all my require document and paid balance bill amount also and he had given me a new sim. Aftef one week I again visit the gallary because my changing process was not on process.He had told me it wii change with in two day but it was not done. On 3rd Jan I again visit the gallary. he had given me a no [protected] told call me tomorrow It will be done. On the next day I call him he said ok ijust check and call you with in two min. Then after he didn't call me and if I call he didn't pick up my phone even I massage him also but he didn't reply. One momth is almost complete but my postpaid no is not change in to prepaid.my service change order no.[protected] for airtel mobile [protected].

          My mobile No is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile on 1GB 3G net package on 15.12.2014 for 28 days and expired on 11.01.2015. I recharged my talk time on 30.12.2014 for Rs.180/- for 28 days validity. Yesterday i have noticed that my net balance is become 0.00. Therefore i have recharged 1GB 3G net package for Rs.197/- at 10.29 p.m. Today morning i call my friend for a urgent issue, your network informed that there is no balance to make a call. I am very shocked to hear this msg. Why my main balance cut with out any prior msg. If my net pack expires due to reach of limit, the company should also be automatically cut my net usage like main balance.Here no persons are allowed after their main balance is become Rs.0. The net package are also be treated like the talk time account is correct and reasonable. I contact today to the customer care service and asked this issue.The service persons are simply asked my problem and just replied with their terms & conditions. This is ridiculous and stupid procedure followed with the customer service. Whenever a customer contact with their complaint, the company should consider their problem or any other issues and any of the valid points are being stated are to be rectified. THEREFORE I REQUEST TO REVERSE THE DEDUCTION MADE FROM ME IMMEDIATELY.

            Dear sir, i have purchase a airtel sim card number [protected] (5month) before but my mobile is missing i am get in to micro sim from srivilliputtur ajmal agency. next 1month used this sim card next some days barred my number i call customer care her said sumbitted my prove i sumbitted my proof to srivilliputtur ajmal agency but they does not release my number, i am again and again calling customer care and go seeing show room no any response...

            Despite requesting for service in English, I keep getting connected to reps who only speak English. If you do not have English speaking, do not offer the service. Airtel offers the option of getting service reps in English and then give you a Hindi or Marathi speaking representative. When you ask for this from the reps, you have to wait for 10 minutes on hold until some responds. The Airtel service is really not up to mark

              I have my airtel post paid no [protected] and at month nov-2014 I was used service roaming 75/m I paid it in my dec bill I got that it is continuously added in Jan-2015 and when I asked to stop then Care replied me to that will also added in your next bill feb-2015 when I told to care to revert my charges except nov-2014 they told me not possible but they never informed me for the plan will continuously added to bill I think that roaming plan is only for month plan so that they never informed me and when I going to stop I there are three month of roaming charges added to my account.
              What is this company never given me information for such continuous plan and from the care such a bad peoples sit there taking badly only replying no not possible but airtel need to inform me the plan and continuation time need to confirm

                No intimation recieved for discontinue of Advance rental plan and now charged monthly rental

When tried to Speak from my Airtel alternative MOBILE NO [protected] the customer care have talk arrogantly & MY CALL IS BLOCK to TALK NOW CUSTOMER CARE for Further more call cannot be done to register my COMPLAIN for the Matter of Service related to PORTED NO [protected] /, This is what I felt very sad & felt I have made Blunder mistake to have port to AIREL. I am just writing this mail to bring your kind notice how is the SERVICE is been given my your CUSTOMER CARE EX that even I CANT SPEAK or Make Register my further complain to 121 or 198 from my MOBILE NO [protected].                   Hi All, Airtel is harassing me and not resolving the Network issue. My Airtel Telephone[protected] and Broadband Network is totally down today and it was not working properly since so many months. Despite so many complaints to Airtel Customer Care no resolution till date. Today Airtel Customer Care was threatening me, highly unprofessional behavior and still not resolving Network problem at Airtel end. My work is suffering badly due to the Airtel Network issues and Server problem. Airtel is just interested in harassing and looting its Customers and is least interested in addressing their genuine concerns. Airtel does not believe in following the regulations. I will be forced to file a legal case against Bharti Airtel for all these malpractices and mental harassment and would demand suitable financial compensation. Please help Regards, Ajay Kumar

                      Ihave been charged Rs. 1/- daily from 01 january 2015. I have requested vide ref. Ref11234583, Ref11285486, . for deactivation of the service for which my preepaid mobile is being charged rs. 1/- per day. instead of deactivating the this service for which i was charged as above i have been informed that this is being chaged for MNP Plan. on 05.01.2015. i have again submitted web request ref no. Ref no. PR[protected] now there is no response from airtel. I have clearly requested for deactivation of service for which i am being charged rs. 1/- per day. why airtel is now elaborating me the features of this service instead of stoping the service. Airtel customer care is suggesting that MNP PLAN cannot be deactivated. for avoiding daily debits i have to recharge with any reduce call rate offers and avoid the daily rental towards MNP plan. i have allready purchased reduced call rate pack on 04.01.2015 then why airtel is charging for MNP daily rental. it seems either Airtel People are not reading the customer request carefully or i am so poor that i have chosen the airtel services. KINDLY STOP THE MNP PLAN IMMEDIATELY AND REVERSE BACK ALL CHARGES DEBITED TO MY MOBILE AS I HAVE NOT REQUESTED THE PLAN. REGARDS RAJ KUMAR PANDEY rajkumar.[protected]@gmail.com

                        Hi Airtel Manager, This is to notify you that one of our employee has extracted my Phone records on no-basis and have shared with unknown people. I want to know what privacy is maintained with Airtel for my phone records and messages details, unless you receive a FIR against my number, and in that case I should be getting a call first and then confirmed and then my records should be shared. I want a strict action against this or else I will have to register a FIR against AIRTEL. I am using Airtel service since 6-7 years and this is what I get service from AIRTEL against my privacy.

                          Iam feeling cheated by the company which has got big name . i had taken new connection post paid, all verifcation was done and i was conveyed that the number will be activated in 2 hours . all of a sudden a call is received by me where in the person customer care said that we are sorry that this number has been given to some one else . i had asked to refund my money but still company is not refunding . its a purely cheating with me and hope all the senior officers of this company are sleeping being a customer i will never recommand any one for airtel .and iam going to approach consumer forum . rgds AJINKYA RANADE [protected]

                            I had made conference calls with two participant's. I have been told by airtel customer care that on making conference calls amount would be deducted for one call upto 5 total participants. But when I saw the bill, amount was deducted twice. Please clarify.

                                Sir, Sir, I got shocked by getting SMS as under "mobile inter net usage on your airtel mobile [protected] till 12/11/2014:Rs.2233. Charges are Rs.10.24/MB". as I have never applied for internet connection on this number how can u start to inter net services accordingly I talk to call center he does not listen the complaint on the matter.Then I have mailed to Nodal Officer of Company Shubham Sharma, Nodal Officer replied me kindly write us back with the post bill generation so that we can validate our records and provide you the appropriate resolution and on generation of my bill for the period 05.12.2014 to 04.01.2015 in which company charge Rs.2268.30/- plus taxes for the services which I have never applied and used knowingly/intentionally. Again I have mailed to company but he regret the request with remark unable to reverse the charges as the charges are valid. How it can be valid even though it for the service which has never applied for activate and he told that when you shift your SIM card to any smart phone service will automatically activated and charge will be 10paisa per kb which is very very higher side than any plan of the company or any other service provider. Now, Therefore, I am making request to wave off the above bill of inter net usage charge with tax as I feel cheated by Bharti Airtel by charging at such higher rate for the service which I have neither applied nor I have used it knowingly/intentionally.                                   I recharged my mobile number [protected] online on airtel website. The transaction id is 065641 and the amount is Rs.350. This amount was deducted from my account but the recharge failed. Airtel claimed to return the money within 14 days and today its more than 40 days and still no refund.
