Dear Sir/Madam I am Yudhisthira Rout s/o- Hari Rout of address: Chattia, Gundichipada, Dist: Dhenkanal, State: Odisha, would like to bring into your notice that i have recently purchased a New airtel connection having mobile Number: [protected] which was successfully activated after verification of Name and address by dialing 59059 after which it worked for 10days very well, suddenly one day when i was busy in Medical case and wanted to make a call from my mobile i found that there is no incoming and no outgoing calls available, when ever i am dialling a number it says your mobile number is temporarily out of service please contact Customer care on 121, but when i am dialing 121 it says the same thing again, then tell me how can i contact customer care, even i dialled the no.198 then also it says the same thing. i have emailed to you regarding this above and in reply i got email asking again documents for reactivation, kindly clarify the where is the documents Gone which i have submitted to u before the sim activation??? I also have the acknowledge receipt as Proof of customer copy that is being given to me as a document receiving confirmation, now if airtel is not reactivating my connection within Next 24Hrs then i will not remain silent like that i will drag u to the court as i am myself an Advocate i dont hav to hire any lawyer for case proceedings, i will directly move to court and file a case of Fraud 420 for cheating and mental harrashment.as im totally fed up with this type of airtel services, such a bad service i have never seen, by keeping a mobile i have to use std booth all the time in this i have already lost Rs1000 near about amount that i will recover from Airetl only dont worry. in my home there is more than 9 connections i will port them out all to other operator immediately. This is my last email after this we shall meet in court if the sim services is not activated within the stipulated time period.     Sir, Your representatives from me have collected Rs. 400/- telling existing CUG customers are being given an opportunity of one more CUG for 6 monthly rental free and 75/- rent after 6moths. Believed on this I have paid RS 400/- but surprisingly your office demanding me to pay rent more than 280/- in two months after connection with other charges i.e more than 350/-. Sir, I submit that this issue is a serious concern from such a group of big organisation. Hence, I request you to kindly resolve the case and also I request you to deduct the amount I am due from my deposit of 400/- and seize the mobile no[protected] from now onwards and pay me balance amount. Sir, I request you to take care of such type of cheaters from your staff and they should be thrown away from your organisation.to safe gaurd the organisation. Regards, Bhima Shankar

Today I went to Airtel customercare Outlet at City centre, Sector-4, Bokaro steel City, Jharkhand complaining about my changing of my postpaid tariff plan. At the time of getting Postpaid connection I opt for Rs299 monthly plan But when i checked my Dec.2014 bill I noticed It is changed to 399 plan without any information, without any written application.on that behalf I ask about my bill tariff One of your customer care Executive Name Avijeet Kumar( Mob no. [protected]) talked me very rudely, misbehaving, used very rough language and scolding me like anything. I am very disappointing with your customer care executive.That fellow told me " Go and complain against me KOI MERA KUCH NAHI BIGAR SAKTA HAI." I have three more airtel connection in my family one more postpaid airtel no [protected](post-paid), [protected], [protected]. For this worst services from your staff member or Executive. please disconnect my all the four number or otherwise that fellow (Avijit kumar) say sorry in written and try to teach your staff that they never do such type of bad behavior with any customer . which affect your reputation in the market. This is not my mistake than why should i pay for 399 in place of 299 plan. change my plan from 399 to 299.

Mere Uncle ne mere mobile me date 10/01/15 250/- balance ka karvaya tha, Aaj dopahar tak mera balnce 180/- aisa tha, Aur jab mene apna balnce 4.30pm ko chek kiya to 45/-Rs bata raha he. Isliye mene custmer care ko call kiya to o muze ye bata rahe he ki aapka balace aapke Reteliar ne vapas le liya he . mene pucha bhai aisa kyu? to bol te he ki galti se aapka recharge kiya gaya hoga isliye aapke retelier ne aapke BALNCE se paise kat liye he. Jab bhi mere mobile me jyada yani 150/- balance hota he to hamesha AIRTEL walo ka yahi natak rahata he. so pls aap mere paise muze vapas dilva de. AIRTEL walo ko to thikane pe lana hi he.

                i, TAPAN KUMAR DUTTA regular user of Airtel 4G connection (no. [protected]) was approached by one Airtel agent (ARB GLOBAL VENTURES, P-162 CIT SCHEME, KOL-54) to help me increase speed & stop frequent interruptions of my connection. In turn he convinced me to go for a new SIM & promised to give me trouble-free new connection. hence i agreed & applied for new connection 14.01.15. He informed that it will be activated in next 48hrs. He also told me to send mail to Airtel for disconnection of my existing no. [protected] which i did. after that i received call from Airtel service & wanted to know why i am disconnecting. i explained about my problem & informed above mentioned actions by Airtel agent. The service man told me not to disconnect existing connection & instructed me over phone how to reset my connection to get problems solved. i followed & found problems are eliminated. hence i wanted to follow his advises. he confirmed me that my connection ([protected]) will not be disconnected & my new request for connection (i got sms that new connection no [protected]) will be de-activated. once that is done, i started getting repeated calls from Airtel representatives (always thru phones whom i cannot trace). all the calls are for re-conneting of [protected]. i refused to do that. then i sent mails to Airtel '[protected]@in.airtel.com' & explained my entire problem. also requested to help me out. my only request is i have 1 dongol. i want to keep 1 connection i.e [protected]. i am still getting phones for reconnection of [protected]. i dont know who can help me. MY REQUEST TO AIRTEL IS PLEASE REFRAIN YOUR AGENTS FROM MISGUIDING GENUINE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME. LET US GET CORRECT ADVISE FROM THEM. I AM HAPPY WITH MY EXISTING CONNECTION [protected]. PLEASE KEEP IT. PLEASE DISCONNECT [protected], IF BY CHANCE CONNECTED. I SHALL NOT PAY FOR 2 CONNECTIONS AGAINST SINGLE DONGOL. REGARDS TAPAN KUMAR DUTTA ([protected])

Transaction number provided to me by the icici bank is '241131'. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.

                    Two mobile phones bearing no [protected] and [protected] covered under prepaid service also in roaming mode from West Bengal to Gujrat are not allowed to make out going calls since yesterday morning i.e from 18.01 2015, though sufficient balance is available & roaming charges has also been opted. this has made inconvenience to keep contact with any of concern person. kindly make immediate solution.                       Hello All, Please see the chain email below. I am using Airtel Broadband and Landline connection and every 3 months I face similar kind of issue of no internet either during 5~6 hours or complete blackouts. The following emails have been sent since I had no internet and telephone services for complete 5 days. And everytime such things happen it takes months to recognize and to get the bills waived off for no service. However, this time its a completely different story I have asked them some questions which they are not acknowledging and answering despite the fact I have sent out the emails in english and hindi. I am collating all the data at the moment i.e. all the email exchanges happened in past 3 years wherein Airtel has promised time and again for the non occurrence of issue but it keeps on repeating every 3~4 months. Need your help in getting my answers. Here are a couple of question I hope you will be able to answer within next 48 hours and NO CALLS WRITTEN RESPONSES ONLY - 1) Why the customer care was giving a standard response? 2) It took 5 days to rectify the issue with my landline and internet down why? 3) Why their is never a notification on such issues through SMS or email however, in case of billings we start receiving the notifications prior to 3 days of due date? 4) I was supposed to send out 10, 000 emailers during christmas to the leads which I have with me and was not able to do so leading to potential loss of business in the month of January? Who is going to compensate for that? 5) Why Nodal officer did not provided with the updates? 6) Why the charges have been raised for no services I have lost on potential revenue because of the blackout you must also bear the brunt for the same? 7) Why I havent received any response till date on my last email? You have 48 hours to respond and a plan to compensate me in lieu of the potential clients which I have lost. I have had enough and cannot accept any such thing in future. My friend has called me and I have not responded to the call. Then, I HAVE GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT - From my friends mobile # [protected] ""can't talk now, Call me later?"" Then I went personally to my friend and asked him -Have you sent message like this- He was surprised and stated that he will never make such type of FILLTHY LANGUAGE. Will you stop such unwanted and un-warranted messages without our authorization ??????????? If you continue with this type of messages _ We will take legal actions against your AIRTEL.

                              Dear Team. I am Lakshminarayana Yuvraj, I am writing this to inform that I have a very very poor and pathetic service from airtel as well as your customer care representatives, Here is my short and unfair story. I am using the above number since 2012 September that is [protected], with individual plan, then on January 13th 2015 I decided to change to corporate plan, I work for Infosys since September 2013 and now I thought just to change apart from this my wife also use airtel prepaid and I wanted to opt for corporate plan, I submitted all the documents on 13th at airtel office in Infosys, some one came to verify at my office around 4pm on14 th which was all fine and the network collapsed on 15 the Thursday, I called airtel and they asked me to confirm my present address and it is. 17/1 Anjaneya temple street cubbonpet Bangalore- 56002. Later on Friday my friend called and informed some one called to verify my address and shred the number who called he had very strong kannada accent, which I am sure he was fit for nothing but absolute crap and dumb. The above address is my in-law's address where I am living at the moment, and later a lady called me from [protected] and trust me she has a very strong accent and spoke to me in HITLERS tone, which I understood that was her cheap standard but felt pit how Airtel like a company hire people like that? She informed that they were not able to find my place, and asked me to stay in home and will send some one I informed that I was at a work and I will not be able to make it during day time and she disconnected, if I was airtel I would slap that lady and kick her out of the company, that is not customer service and that is absolute bull . Now the actual problem started my wife line did not got connected when I called airtel they informed that it will take seven working days? Every one gives me different dates as they wish. On Friday 16 th night Round 11:40 pm I got TXT to say that my outgoing will be disconnected that was crook, well I called support people on Saturday early morning at 5am and the guy informed me to ignore the sms and will have some one call me, no one called I called again at 8 am and spoke to Noor she gave some ref no and informed that she will have some manager will call me within 4 hours and again no one called, this morning Sunday I try to call my line and was gone Please explain who is responsible for this???? I called again with no hopes to your support group and spoke to bunches of dumb people give me all false promise for call back and no one is ready to take action against to resolve the issue. At last I called with full frustration and spoke with advisor to put it through manager and spoke to some one from North Indian, he informed that he will take care and again same 4 hours false promise, Basically my fone is cut, I can immediately switch over but it's Sunday again and I am travelling from Mysore to Bangalore and busy with my audit work, please tell me who should I come and slap for first, weather, how, how much, will u as a company the whole will compensate my time, values frustration, High BP, I can't request any more, all I want some one to slap on my behalf to all of them who involved in not getting my issue resolved and have some genuine persons call me and get things sorted, I will definitely not leave it here, will also have my solicitor involved.                                 I wanted to do an online 3G internet recharge of Rs.249 on [protected](airtel), but by mistake I entered wrong number and the recharge was done on [protected]. I have the reciept mail. Details are as follows: Transaction ID - 830011 Amount (Rs.) - 249.0 Recharge date and time: 16th Jan '15, 8:20pm. I called the Airtel Prepaid customer care, the agent said, they cannot help me in this situation and I should call the person and request him to recharge back for me. I called the person on number [protected], he said, he don't use internet and he doesn't even have a smart phone so that he can use it.. Please do the needful and resolve the issue ASAP.                                 Right now I received a call from an Airtel agent named Rajiv. He's asking me my debit card number(the number which is written on the debit card) and then he asked me for the CVV number( the 3digit number written at the back of the card).
                                As I am not suppose to share my CVV number with anyone so, I refused to give it. Then, the guy told me it won't be possible without it.
                                I told him to take my account number and send the amount. When my husband spoke to him and asked how to trust that he was calling from Airtel. Then he dare us to get the refund amount.

                                Is this how Airtel threat the customer .WOW! I have 3 post paid, 2 prepaid and 2 TV connection . Looks like i need to take advantage of portability .I am posting this to social media and consumer form, 250 Rs is not a big amount, but how can you threat your customer?Need clarification !

                                    This is the second time I am writing this and 5th time I am going to explain all over together. It has been now 6 days that I have recharged my blackberry with 401 INR but I am still without the Internet services. I have got a message that Airtel will get back to me in 2 days but I have not heard anything. I had to explain this thrice over the phone at Airtel no 7070 where I got to speak with manager name Megha who cold transfer me to another department. Now I have no doubt that you guys don't communicate with each other. What a pathetic customer service has delivered by Airtel . And I am failed to understand that what in this world will take to start the bloody internet service on my blackberry handset. I have sent several messages as well to 121 to get the services activated but again no response. On the top of my blackberry headset I still see a message that 'Activation is required'. This is ridicules, totally disgraceful. I will take it further now if I don't hear anything by day end tomorrow. [protected] Vineet Kashyap

                                      Hello, My mob. no is [protected], I recently submitted application to convert prepaid to postpaid on 6th-Jan. By 13th-Jan I did successful verification of address and card should have been up and running with postpaid service thereafter, but instead of that Airtel blocked my prepaid and postpaid service altogether. In-fact i am not able to receive any signal on my cellphone. I did couple of restarts sim inserts/removals but nothing helped. After talking to ARC I came to know that this is a technical issue ! on Airtel side, seriously ?. and on top of that I got response from ARC that since system is down the technical issue can not be resolved. Nothing could be pathetic than this, a major service provider in India cries for system-down. I know its a lame excuse to hide inefficiency of system but almost week of blocked service totally puts big question mark on customer-care service and technical reliability of Airtel network. One thing I am thinking of doing is port my number to better service provider. If Airtel feels like its worth to retain customer who has been on same network for past 6 years, do respond immediately. Thanks.

                                        dear sir, my number is [protected] on 09.1.15 i was recharged my number through online recharge amount is 30 . this amount was taken from my account, but the recharge process was not done my account number is [protected] standard chartered bank coimbatore branch take the immidiate action for solve this problem
