sim network problem and no service

i ajay yadav have a airtel sim card no [protected]..its from up east..now at this time i reside in up west(baraut) near delhi... when i called customer care no they told me just go to nearest airtel sevice centre and make issue a duplicate sim card with your balance nd data ...but here they did not giive such service... now tell me what to do and from where i could get duplicate im card as soon as possible.. regards, ajay yadav [protected]...

Increased Rental But usage doen't increased

Fraud in debiting my money into Airtel accoutn but not giving me recharge benefits

Just about an hour back I made payment for Rs. 200/- full talk time online recharge through your i.e. airtel website on my ICICI Bank account. Error was reported but all the same money deposited to their account and my ICICI bank sent me a message that Rs. 200/-debited from my balance. But no recharge benefits have been given to me. Why? What is the fun in taking Rs. 200/- into their account, but reporting error and not giving recharge benefit?...

Very frustrating and bad service

My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden and a message was displayed as 'SIM Card not registered..Error Code #MM2' on Monday, 8th dec, 2014 . After one day, I was able to talk to customer care executive(as they never pick phone) and they asked me to get a duplicate SIM as the sim card has been corrupted. Same day i.e Tuesday, I got the duplicate SIM from Airtel Store located as Good Earth City Centre. Till Wednesday, it did not worked....

I had a Balance of Rs. 160 - Rs. 180 (Talktime) on 8/12/2014. My Internet service of 1GB 3G ends on 8/12/2014, and even after end usage the remaining i had was about 25 MB to 15 MB. But on 10/12/2014 afternoon i found my balance is only Rs 36.92 ( talktime). I called the Airtel Customer Care and explained all the incident about my deduction from my balance.
