Balance Deducted and not refunded the entire amount

Hi Team, I am a airtel user too, on 14/12/2014 the entire balance was deducted from my account, and when i called to customer care they said it has deducted because of the internet uses when i had internet pack also then they only refunded only Rs 101 instead of 110 and they said the rest amount will be credited shortly. But it did not come, i have called them twice again as because they have given a promise to refund the entire balance...

deduction of rs 20/- mobile no 9928919594

3G SIM NOT ACCTIVATED FROM (10.11.14)

10.11.14 WE TOOK A 3G SIM WITH NUMBER [protected] with the Name P. Sree Jyothi. Actually the sim is microsim, but my mobile is not microsim mobile so i changed with sim with normal but it is not activated till now, Please activate my sim as early as possible, in Kurnool, airtel office they are not responding properly. wrong guidance about rechage.

I am getting service message after each call saying you could have saved some particular amount by rechaging 28 rupees for 28 day i the same rechage i got it done but i did not get any benifits by that rechage and when i called to customer care they said me to send snapshot of the msg pls take matter serious or else i shoud take this to consumer court. i hope you will do the needful reverse my money or give the benifits for all calls....
