Hi, I have requested for Number porting from Vodafone to airtel atleast 2 week ago. Submitted all the documents, address verification done, but still I have not received the airtel sim. I was promised by airtel that some one from arttel will come and provide me the sim but no one has come yet. I called Airtel customer care multiple times and they kept on telling I will get the sim soon. Now my Vodafone sim got disconnected and now I am on Blackhole. Please direct me how to go to Customer Court and make them pay for the troubles caused me.

    Also please strictly note that please don't irritate me calling every now and then on my phone rather either contact me through mail or wait till you have final solution before calling because executive keeps on calling with same rubbish questions of issues. Issues are as under : 1. I am trying to activate pocket TV on my mobile but despite of so many trials since last few months it's still not working. 2. When I request for adding any channel from my RTN, request is not processed while earlier it never took more than 5 minutes. So please look in to the matter and provide solution immediately. Again do not irritate calling on mobile rather use mail for communication. I will send copies of this mail to as much as mail id's I get of airtel customer care so as to reach to most senior authorities. Attached : IMAGES OF MESSAGES RECEIVED AS REPLIES OF REQUESTS. Regards Despite of sending above mails they are least lenient to even respond.

      I want to update my Billing address. So as per discussed with your Customer care Center I went to Sec - 22, Noida Airtel Customer care Center. I reached there at 10:00 AM sharply as per your Operating hours. But i found that there the Airtel Store still not Open. Your executive reached there at 10:20 AM (20 minutes late from Scheduled). I request him to update my Address but he instantly replied me to go Sec 25, Noida Airtel Center. He don't want to listen me.After that I went to Sec 25. Same thing happen there they told me to go Sec 18, Noida. only Sec 18, Noida Service Center have authority to update anybody address. On next day i.e 17th January at 10:00 AM I reached Sector 18, Noida. Again your Airtel store not opened. After waiting for 15 mins an executive opens the Center somewhere around 10:15 AM. When I entered inside he rudely said that wait outside. We need 10 mins to open store. I said your are late why I should late. He again replied rudely WAIT OUTSIDE. After 10 mins when i tried to show my Address Proof without seeing anything he replied me "YHAN ADDRESS UPDATE NHI HOTA" Airtel have no policy to update address by visiting to Airtel office. You need to drop an Email for the same with Address Proof Agreement. On 17th Jan evening I raise a request and I got a confirmation email as you can see in trailing email below. Today 21 Jan, when I contacted to your Customer care over phone somewhere around at 05:02 PM your executive telling me you need to visit Airtel Center as you can't update address by email. I told him that your Airtel Center told me that Airtel have policy to update address by email. He declined me. I am not sure the executive name was Rohit. I request you please update my address and take strict action against all of your executives. If you have not taken this strict action I will try from my side to Rollback all of your Airtel Corporate Connections in my Organization and port them into some other Telecom company which have interactive Customer care.           My no is [protected] I Was Recharge Online Through my ICICI Credit Card on 16 th Jan 2015.Recharge amount is Rs.197. 3G IGB 28 Days Scheme.Second Time I Recharge it with the same amount.That also Shows in my Account. This is not Accepted by your Side Ie. First Time Amount, but amount Deducted my card. Immediately I Call Customer Care & Asked Them.They Said With in a week That amount return to your card Account.             I have bought the following package on Jan 13 through online using my credit card. "146 66 ISD mins across 30 countries for 15 days 129.94 16.06 15 Days discounted tariff recharge". I made 3 calls on Jan 15 to US totalling around 50 minutes. Instead of deducting the money from the international package, my regular account was deducted for around 400 Rs for the 3 calls. I talked 5 different representative (4 on 16 Jan, 1 on 19 Jan) and all accepted the mistake and confirmed me that it will be fixed asap. Today (Jan 21) I talked to Priyanka and she surprised me by saying that the package sold through Internet is wrong. As for she is concerned there is no package exists. I think I am being tricked. I have paid Rs 146 for the package and made calls assuming that my regular account won’t be deducted.

              I have paid Property tax amount of Rs.2192.03 for FY 2012-13 and 2013-14 through credit card on 31.03.2014, the amount was deducted from the credit limit but i did not get receipt for the payment. The status is not updated in the ghmc website. As on date, the due for payment is showing as the tax arrears for that two years and current year 2014-15 tax. Please find below the PTIN details: Assessment No : [protected] Owner Name : VITTAL P H Door No : 12-1-1/B/41 Tax Due Details as on Jan 2015 Arrear Tax : 2146 Arrear Tax Interest : 861 Current Tax : 1246 Current Tax Interest : 72 Advance : 0 Bounced Penality : 0 Total : 4325. I request you to consider update the GHMC site and records with the payment made for Rs.2192.03 at the earliest enabling me to make the payment for the current year tax amount.

                Dear sir hope u doing good.i am dinesh chand from bangalore kormangala area. a day i got the call from tata docomo mobile customer care that they r giving offer like 350 rupees per month rental n 9 hour free talk time n unlimited 3g for every month. and i took that offer but latter tata docomo company is saying that is wrong information.and also i hav audio file of proof.they taken 400 rupees security advance also. but now they refusig for that that offer.my contact number is +91-[protected]. i wants to file the case againts tata docomo compay.pls help me how to that.

                  I am airtel user since long period. My number is [protected]. The airtel people given me offer to convert prepaid connection to postpaid connection. I accepted this and submitted all the relevant documents to the airtel executive. They have taken my documents twice and verified number of times on telephone. They had also taken security deposit of Rs200 during document submission. 8 days are gone, the postpaid number still not activated. The person who offered me this offer does not responding my calls. The 121 customer care is also not even registering my complaint. They have given me false information that the number will activated with in 2 days. Now nobody in airtel is helping me to out from such mess. I am regretting now for the acceptance of such offers via telephone. They have wasted my precious time while talking number of times during that period.

                    I am in roaming from last 2 days. from tomorrow 19th January 2015, till today, I have got more than 10 calls from airtel customer care for no reason. I am getting calls from number +91 [protected]. Is it game or airtel want to frustrate their customers. Please sir, have a look for the problem. Can't tolerate that much calls from customer care for no reason. Will change my service provider if it will remain same.

                    I am also ggetting continous calls from this number in roaming. Its shocking to see Airtel getgetting engage in such practices

                          I came to know that airtel has deducted Rs. 125 from my balance just like that for no reason. I was in international roaming and I didnt use for voice or data calls, but huge amount was deducted. I was having balance of Rs. 250+ & I recently recharged for Rs. 250 on 15.01.2015.                             hi all, I have a CUG plan for 299 per month which give 750Mb of 3G mobile data. Whenever a bill comes, I see that if the actual usage showing in mobile is 650MB or whatever. In the bill, it will show with +100Mb or 150Mb extra data for which I either have to pay extra 3rs per MB or I have to stop using Internet for rest of the month to avoid excess usage. I have lodged complaints 3 times under air el 198 customer service cell, but none have worked out. This month, for the month of Jan (21st bill date), they are again telling that I have consumed 200 MB extra after the actual usage i.e. 750MB+200MB, total 950Mb.                               My mobile number number is [protected]. I have been using Airtel Mobile (prepaid) service since more than 20 years. I have recharged with Rs 500/-. However, I am receiving some SMS for which Rs 5 or some time Rs 1 is being deducted. I have not requested for such services.                                     My credit card was misused to pay the AIRTEL bill as mentioned below on 19/01/15 "Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX7007 has been used for a transaction of INR 4, 971.00 at AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK (January 19, 2015; 18:24:28 hrs.). Available credit balance on your card is Rs. 42, 029.00 and total credit limit is Rs. 47, 000.00." Kindly stop the payment made through this transaction and intimate ICICI and me accordingly after charge back.                                         Have contacted airtel customer care for converting my postpaid mobile no [protected] to prepaid mobile no. As instructed I have paid the pending amount and have submitted my documents at santhome Bharathi airtel showroom on 10th Jan 2015. They have informed that the prepaid Sim will be activated in 24 hours. It's been 9 days still the Sim is not yet activated. Also I have called customer care on alternative days to remind about Sim activation. They have mentioned that complaint have been registered and reference no[protected]. Seems like they wouldn't process the request until the next bill is generated. Please take necessary action for prepaid sim activation WITHOUT any further bill payment for this 9 days as its their fault that they haven't processed the request.

                                        Still there is no proper action taken from airtel. This problem is not yet resolved.they do not provide any reference id as when the request is raised for postpaid to prepaid conversion after document submission. Hence we are unable to track this problem even on calling customer care.
                                        Though postpaid to prepaid conversion can be done only at Santhome branch. We get calls frequently from airtel enquiring about the branch where we have submitted the documents post which no actions are taken. It is clear that they are waiting for the next bill to be generated.
                                        Its been 16 days from day I have raised request for post paid to prepaid conversion. And 10 days from the day I have raised complaint to airtel customer care. Reference complaint no. : 5986 025 2
                                        Please close this at the earliest without further bill payment as bill is already paid.
