    Airtel Worst Administration Ever I played for new broadband line at November 26th Rs -3500 for - speed 8mbps 175GB Today 1 month + 19 days still they don't know what happened It is that landline number [protected] Even line box just 7 meter distance. And just 3 lines only used (20 lines capable box)

        This is the very bed experience i have got in this 10days with airtel customer care, i having problam with 3G service, i had loged the complain on 6th of jan, they told me your problam will be done in next 2days, when i called up that day, i spoke with TL Jeckey, he told that, your issue has been resolved, you just switched off then on the handset, but not done, then i called up on 13th jan, they said in your no 3G is not active, i have activated the 3G service, you can enjoy the 3G service in 30min, then again i called up at 7 pm they said i am trainsfering the call to my senier but call has been disconnected in 10 min, now you tell me what to do, there is lots of brand is there. should i take other connection, plz this is the very serious issue..

          I recharged for rs155 2G internet pack on 31st December 2014. This pack is for 1GB and is valid for 30days. This is the recharge I get done every month. On 9th January (within a week) I was unable to make calls or use the internet. It was when I checked my balance I realised that the internet pack was over and subsequently my entire balance of around rs200 was deducted. That very day I called the customer care for an explanation as it is impossible for a 1GB 2G data to get over in a week with the kind of apps that I have been using (mostly whatsapp and facebook. You can forget to download video or even photo with that kind of speed. So basically just messages). I was told I will get a call back within 24hours. As I did not get any call back I had to call them again after which I was given the same response and was told your complaint is open and you will "surely" get a call back after 24hours. Again the same scene and I had to follow up with them again. This time I requested to speak with a supervisor who was of no better help than "We cannot do anything. You should have complained as your balance was deducted. Your data usage is over." Firstly I had complained as soon as I realised my data usage and balance was over. Secondly I had to follow up with them thrice with the long call hold despite them promising a call back . Thirdly it is impossible for 1gb data to get used in a week when all these months I have used the same internet pack and the same apps. Fourthly I just wanted a valid reason and explanation as to why the data usage was exceeded and like other services they should send a reminder of the % internet data usage exceeded prior.

              To whomsoever this may concern, This is to inform you about an ongoing issue with my mother's airtel number (will disclose number if a representative asks). The issue is as follows - Every month an anonymous balance deduction happens all of a sudden without our notice. Initially 69 rupees was deducted in the month of October 2014. The following two months, i.e. November and December 2014, 139 rupess was deducted in each month. In all three occasions I had lodged a complaint with the Airtel customer care about this issue and each time I was guaranteed it wouldn't repeat. The reason for balance deduction on all three occasions was internet usage. And every time the call was escalated to a senior executive who would only give empty promises that the problem would not reoccur. Nevertheless, the amounts were refunded to the number. For the kind information of whoever is reading this, my mother uses Nokia's 100 handset, and all people have the general knowledge that these kinds of handsets have nothing to do with internet. It is not possible to note unknown balance deductions unless one is keeping a keen check on the balance amount after each call. It has gone to an extent that my mother, who is quite aged, has to personally write down balance deductions after each call or SMS to keep a check on anonymous balance deductions. And when such a thing happens she needs to depend on me to make the complaint with the ever-esteemed and so responsible Airtel Customer Care, who give empty promises of the problem to never reoccur. All in vain, as expected, in January 2015 too the same thing has happened. My mother noticed a sudden decrease in her balance. I called the 121 customer care and as usual inquired about balance deductions for the past 2 days, and the executive told me strictly that there were only deductions for calls. Even after I repeatedly asked the executive whether there were any internet usage deductions, she sternly replied negatively and didn't even disclose the last 2 days balance deductions properly, and ended the call. As I wasn't satisfied with this customer 'care' service, I made a call again to 121 to inquire about the same thing. This time another executive answers and gives details of balance deductions including a 69 rupees for internet usage. As I was not surprised, I simply asked her to connect to a senior executive. I repeated the whole story of how this issue has been happening for the past three months, and again I was given the assurance that this would not happen again, which I know are just empty words, with a refund to the number as usual. Now I have come to a conclusion that Airtel is just not trustworthy. And so I have decided to change my mother's service provider from Airtel to any other service in case this happens again, which I am 100% sure will happen. Not only will I change hers but also mine and other relatives' numbers too. As I see no other means to put my problem across I am posting this as a complaint here, of course I know it will not be resolved. Why and how this kind of a lapse can happen from the service of Airtel, is something beyond my comprehension and I simply just don't care. One thing I would like to ask is why people claim to be 'service' providers when their so-called service can't even correct a silly error. From, A super irritated helpless Airtel Customer.

              This is an update for this complaint.

              1. This issue was not resolved.

              2. This complaint was posted here by myself in January, and now it is June. In between these months, there has been unwanted balance deductions on my mother's Airtel number every single month. Upon contacting the customer 'care' in June 2015, as always it wasn't enough speaking to one executive and they transferred my call, hence ended up speaking to four different executives who were giving different reasons for the deduction. All four execs I spoke to didnt give me a clear explanation. And one of them was so rude they don't even what to accept the fact that they don't have their own facts in place.

              3. Since no proper explanation was given, neither was the balance refunded, nor has this issue (8-month old issue) been resolved, I have finally ported my mother's prepaid connection out of Airtel. Her number is now ported to Idea, in hopes of getting rid of this long time issue once and for all.

              To all the so-called customer 'care' execs at Airtel - YOU SUCK, BIG TIME!!! At this rate I can see Airtel losing a lot of its customers who opt for porting out to other service providers, for good.

                My airtel connectivity was very poor and signals are very weak in the night. I asked service provider to check it because we are paying for all channel and utilising a few. During the day time engineer was visited and found the all channel are working. But he start doing something with set top box and cables. Finally set top box stopped working and he said pl pay Rs 500/- and get new one. I said you have damaged so why I should pay. In this regards 2-3 times customer care people called and enforced me to pay Rs 500/- for new set top box. I said I do not going to pay a single Rs. Because this problem is arose by your engineer.                   With regards to my complaint no 52154674, I had applied for a new broadband connection and paid rupees 1100 as the amount. Despite Airtel refusing a connection stating several problems, they are yet to refund my amount. I have complained to all customer care division in Airtel including their Appellate center, but no response. Please help me. It has been 27 days since they refused the connection, still no Refund

My mobile data was off. and also I recharged 3G data of 103 Rs. before 3 days back. I was having Same compaint begore 3 months ago. Airtel is always a worst telecom service provides. Except network, they have nothing. So always they foll people to get corrupted money...Corrupted airtel guys who always do corrupt like that. I kindly request to prime minister to stop Airtel service provider from India.

                      Hi, I took 4G dongle from a Airtel Store on December 25th, 2014. Till now its not activated. No customer care is helping. Customer care people say, they havent received my documents, so i need to contact airtel store. When i ask Airtel store person, they say nothing to do from their side and i need to contact customer care only. I am fed up with Airtel services. When i ask for my money back, airtel store person say my account is already activated. Please help me to solve this issue.

                            Hi Team, I called Airtel today to check the internet usage and to add a Smart Byte of re. 300 for 1 GB of data. When I spoke to your employee he told me I have already exceeded my usage and I have to pay 425 rupees for 138 MB of data. So edu I haven't received a reminder text from Airtel which I usually get from you. I asked him to put through a supervisor as I would go ahead and port of the services from Airtel. He transfered me to Anuj Gupta from retention's. He listened to my query and told he has understood everything and would make up for the mistake. He said he will provide me 300 mins apart from 200 mins I'm getting till month of March. Also I would get 400 MB data extra till I stay with Airtel apart from 1350 MB that I'm getting till month of march. He verified by telling that the 260 MB would remain lifetime instead of 3 months which was previously told to me..I was about to agree and call got disconnected. I called again and got put through the detentions and spoke to Aisha who was useless as she said that there is no such offer and she can give me only 300 mins of calling for 1 month..I wasn't satisfied and asked for her supervisor and she put me through the worst supervisor I have come through my life by name of Praveen..he was just hopeless and was just rude and blunt on a call..Being a supervisor he was talking to me like I m a servant for Airtel and I need to obey what he has to say..Getting rid of him was the best possible way out as he said what Aisha said..I told him your rep Anuj caused all the problem and you need to take ownership for that..but in return I just got shrugged off badly..i[censored] have supervisor like him Airtel will have customers leaving your company everyday..I would need to know will I get a help fron Airtel..or will I get shrugged off just like ur supervisor Praveen did. Its my humble request if I get a strict action against Rep Anuj and A big complaint against Praveen from Retentions team. I'm hoping I get a call from Airtel and this gets resolved on a good note. Their website shows 3 days time-frame for providing a new connection. I have been following up with them for past one month, but they have neither refunded my money nor providing me new connection.                                 Hi, I have two airtel postpaid connections. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. For both the connections I have opted for paper bill (ordinary). The bill period ends by 23rd of every month. No month I am receiving the bill properly. Their records say it is delivered. I feel their courier is not doing the job properly. But airtel is not bothered to know whether the bills are delivered or not. They talk as if it is not their responsibility if the courier does not deliver the bill. Every month I have to wait for 12days (till 5th of next month) and then ask for duplicate bill. After repeated calling the customer care I get the bill by last date of payment or even afer that. I am not getting sufficient time for the payment. Today is the last day for payment, but till now I have not received the bill. They insist me to pay the fine. Is it my problem if I do not get the bill from them? When they give the option of paper bill, it is their responsibility to deliver the the bill ontime. I am fed up of calling airtel and sending emails for the bill every month. The managers are also ineffective in addressing this issue, simply they give false promises saying it will not repeat.                                   We want to port my existing m. No. [protected] from bsnl to airtel around 10 months back. Accordingly your co's agent mr. Pankaj came to me and received rs. 300/- from me against receipt no. 1057. But as informed by your office situated at patrakar puram chauraha, above liberty show room, gomti nagar, lucknow that bsnl is not giving noc for portability. Ultimately we told mr. Pankaj to return my rs. 300/-, which were deposited by me but he always giving me bluff and not returned me the said amount. Later he informed me that i had left the airtel co. So please go to the above office situated at gomti nagar and from there you will get your money back. Ultimately i went to said office and after scruitiny my receipt office bearer told that very soon you will get your money back. After 15 days i again call to your said office and one of your office bearer mrs. Pooja misbehaved me very badly and told me whatever you want to do you can do and we will not refund you money and you collect the money to whom you have paid. Hence you are requested to intervene in the matter and refund my deposited amount immediately and also take the action against you mrs. Pooja otherwise the day is not far when you co. Will go downwards and nobody will beleive on your co.

                                      At the outset, I'm not the airtel customer and I'm living in Bangalore. I'm receiving one of your airtel customer's (He seems living in Chennai & his airtel customer used ID : [protected] / [protected]) broadband notification, bill details, etc.in my e-mail address ([protected]@gmail.com) since four months. Which is nuisance for me and it showing the pathetic customer service of the Airtel company. At any cost you people should not disturb the non airtel customer like me for any reason. In future, I don't want such a kind of nuisance notifications to my emails which is not at all related to me. If still continued further action to be taken.

                                        On 10th January I received a call from airtel customer care. They said me that I get unlimited high speed 3g Internet at 655. I asked will it reduce after 3gb usage. They said I get upto 21mbps even after 3gb usage. After confirming the speed I told the officer to activate the offer. But I did not get more than 10kb/s speed. I call customer care even nodal officer but they did not solved my probelem. My mobile number [protected]
