This is the very bed experience i have got in this 10days with airtel customer care, i having problam with 3G service, i had loged the complain on 6th of jan, they told me your problam will be done in next 2days, when i called up that day, i spoke with TL Jeckey, he told that, your issue has been resolved, you just switched off then on the handset, but not done, then i called up on 13th jan, they said in your no 3G is not active, i have activated the 3G service, you can enjoy the 3G service in 30min, then again i called up at 7 pm they said i am trainsfering the call to my senier but call has been disconnected in 10 min, now you tell me what to do, there is lots of brand is there. should i take other connection, plz this is the very serious issue..
