    Dear Airtel Team, This is to inform you that I own a airtel number [protected], to convert [protected] from post paid to prepaid, I have been walking for your showroom since 5 days and no positive revert yet. And i have been wrongly highly charged for some consecutive months and they said they will waive off rs 250 in my rental for next 3 months bills and they will send a revised invoice but for 6 months none of the Airtel team gave me a feedback and i paid ending the penalty of Rs 300. And when i enquired about the feedback Mr.Purushoth from your Nungambakkam branch, has told me it will get converted in next 4 hours and the four houys didnt get from 30th December till 2 jan 2015 and when i asked why was this issue, he stated you need to ask Airtel head office and shouted as if i am a layman, a very very poor customer service i have experienced in my life time. The Bouncers in the bar is 1000 times polite than your so called customer service executives. Please let me know either you could convert that into prepaid or should i change to any other network.       I am Dr Dhirendra singh and using services of airtel for more than 10 years. My mobile no is [protected] and I stay in Ghaziabad. I used to get my bill on my address but to save paper i got registered for E bill facility. I also got myself registered for 3 G/2G plan of airtel in INR 100 with 500mb of 3g and 500mb of 2g. Since I am a doctor with busy schedule and never cared to see my monthly bill, I thought if bill amount is less than INR1000 then it is routine and kept on paying. Suddenly my last month bill was more than INR1800 and I got suspicious and checked the E Bill, which cleared my apprehension that i was being charged for 3G services without getting any SMS for last one year as I was exceeding 500mb quota of 3 G . I have an I phone 5 which does not have facility of 2G so my plan of 500 mb free 2G is going waste for last one year. I get unwanted phone calls and sms for bill and many more services from Airtel but DID NOT GET A SINGLE SMS/PHONE CALL THAT YOUR FREE QOUTA OF 3 G IS OVER, , I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE and the politely noted my complaint, they politely said we can discount your bill with INR400. Failing to convince I asked for portability. To me this is fraudulent mean and I will pursue this matter with consumer protection till i get the solution. I also know Dr Ashok K Gupta resident of Ghaziabad mob no, [protected], who has similar complaint with Vodaphone I got this email id from TRAI and will follow it to the end.         For 2 months, I have called AIRTEL 121 Helpline atleast 15 times, and written 7 emails as Below .I am a AIRTEL SUBSRCIBER for 6 years, and I have always paid my bills on time, barring few times ( Late by maybe 10-15 days ) .AIRTEL says I am a Platinum SUbscriber . Have a look at the mail below, to see the level of CUSTOMER SUpport by a BIG, CASH - RICH, CUSTOMER frendly Business Conglomerate "Dear AIRTEL Team My Connection has been disconnected, and I have been getting calls and EMAILS, ONLY regarding Payment of Bills, BUT Nothing has been done regarding Resolving the OVERCHARGING Issues.           It has been a more than a month since I have been chasing for this now and I do not understand what will be the best way to articulate my problem so that you put an end to my agony. I have been using this ADSL line from you since last year and moved bases from one society to another. As a part of the society practice, I required an intercom facility on my line as well. I ardently followed your instruction and did as required. Now, after having done this, I have been waiting since last one month for you to get the landline and intercom facility to become available. I have made a change of plan as instructed by your agent (causing higher tariff with lower broadband speed) and also paid a cheque of Rs. 500 for the same, again as instructed by your agent. Though this cheque got encashed immediately, no work has been done so far despite numerous follow ups. What should have been a 5 minutes job, is creating so many hassles.               I had a balance of 90 or 100 in no. [protected]. And i didnt used my no. For approx 3 months. But when l checked balance it was only 20. i want my balance back. I am trying to call customer care no. Bt my call is not getting connected. worst customer service. Refund my balance immediately.

                My company name is: Manoj P Kanuga & Assosicates I am the manager of this company. We had applied for a Airtel Corporate plan for 2 Numbers on 29th November 2014: Number 1: [protected] Number 2: [protected] Through the Airtel Agent (Name: Vivek). His Contact Number is [protected] in Baroda, Gujarat. First of all they had given us the plan of Rs. 299 in which we will get the following benefits: 1500 Local & National Minutes 1GB 2G Internet 250 Local & National SMS But actully it is not the given plan. As I can see in my bill that there is 399 Hero Rental plan is activated and also confirmed with Airtel customer care executive. They said there is no 299 plan is available in Airte. So We have been fraud by a wrong plan. Now, On 01st January 2015, we received our bill. And we saw that there is 5 extra numbers are also added in our account. We have only registered 2 numbers i.e. [protected] & [protected]. The following numbers are not of our company. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] We have not applied as well as we have not received those SIM Cards of above given numbers. So how & why this number is added into our company's name?. And most importantly if someone from them did a criminal activities from that numbers who will be the responsible?. And Who is liable to pay their bills?. We need proper resolution on this matter. I am continuously trying to call the Airtel Agent Vivek (Through whom we have registered on Airtel) since 20 days. But his number is out of reach ([protected]). I have also sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com regarding this matter, But still not found any reply from them. Please co-operate on this, and give us the proper resolution.

My account balance 64.37 on that day but your company was deducted Rs.54 with out any information. I have complain in your help line but no body was refund my deducted balance do not respond any thing else me satisfied. So i have change my phone no. to other network and tell to my friend and family also to change their phone no. other network. Thanks

                        I have a broadband connection with the relationship no of [protected]. I filed a complaint on 24/12/2014, complain no: 52329738, due to frequent disconnections of internet, engineers came and fixed the problem and closed it. I faced the similar problem (frequent disconnection of internet) from 31/12/2014 and again filed a complaint, no. 52487772, on 01/01/2015. A person came, checked and told that the problem is in modem, so I would have to buy a new modem, and closed the complaint. There was no problem in modem a week back and suddenly it appeared, so funny!!! The problem is on and I checked that there is no problem in modem, so how the engineer said so? ..                             Hello sir, This is ameer from madurai. I recharge rs 50 in today evening. I operate my internet to my mobile phone. Suddenly one vedio account was acctivated. They charge full of my recharge amt. I deactivate those account also. It was deactivated also. But my amount was not repay. Kindly take the action to repay my amount immediately as early as possible.                                 The speed is slowest in my area. Customer Care people just fool around and extend the dates. They keep case open for some days and when customers stop complaining they close the case without doing anything. There will be no response from them until you poke them.

                                  I joined as a new employee in my company and was approached by the Airtel representatives present there to sell us a new postpaid sim under there corporate plan. I was told about the plan and the schemes by the sales people and was told that the process would be hassle free and we have tom submit a photocopy of an identity proof which I did along with my passport size photograph. After some days I received a call from a representative saying that they want to verify my address, as I told them while buying that I wont be posted at my home location I asked them to go at my home and verify whatever they wanted to. a sales representative came to my house and was showed an ID proof of the whole family, mine, my fathers my mothers along with the proof of address. after that the representative asked for a photocopy of an ID proof to which my mother again agreed but after cutting and writing on it the purpose for which it was submitted. he then asked to take a photo of my ID, my mothers ID, and my fathers ID to which my mother denied because it can be misused in several ways and in past years we have heard about so many different cases where IDs of people were used for obtaining SIM cards Credit cards which were further used for doing unlawful things onus of which eventually fell on owner of the ID. he refused to take the physical proof and left. I brought the Sim on 19th dec 14 and it was 30th dec 14 and the Airtel representative left without activating my SIM. in the evening I received a call from a representative saying that your mom is not co operating and showing your ID proof. ( Which was not so as she did offer to show her the ID proof and also provide with a photocopy) Next day which is 31st of December I received a call from a representative saying that they will send a representative for verification as according to them my mother did not cooperate with them earlier, I agreed and clarified that my mother did agree to show but can not allow them to take and store a picture of and ID proof in there mobile phone as it can be misused sometimes and its better to be safe. after this his tone tenor changed completely and he started saying that he has 100 of customers I am not special and he will cancel my sim registration and disconnected the call. After thirteen days of waiting the company the sales man who himself approached for the sim behaves in a unruly, uncivilised and rude manner which just not acceptable and is neither expected out of an employee of such a big and reputed matter also the process was not as 'Hassle free' as portrayed and at the end I was not given any connection and was rather misbehaved with.

                                    Dear sir Please note, we have done the online ercharge but money has been deducted from our account but Payment not credited for your airtel prepaid mobile [protected], Txn ID 478668. Earlier also in our last transaction we have deducted Rs.500/- from our account but Payment not credited for your airtel prepaid mobile [protected], Txn ID 528237 dt:26/11/14.                                       I am G.Adinarayana Reddy from KADAPA from ANDHRA PRADESH. I have taken a sim card from a shop at the name of G.ADINARAYANA REDDY in 2006. When i went to AIRTEL office, they told me that my sim card is in the name of K.ANAND MOHAN. How can i know whether the card is in the name of mine or else?

                                        Hello Airtel Technical Support Team, My name is Sridhar Pongaluru from Bangalore, I have taken Airtel 4G with dongle. I have taken it on Dec 20-Dec and started using it from DEC 20, from the day i started using it i am getting an error NO SIM CARD even though SIM is valid and working in mobile phone. From 3 days i am facing the same problem, i have called couple of times to customer care and raised a ticket (number :[protected] but this ticket is not resolved till today (i.e. 27th Dec i have raised this ticket). Every day i use to call customer care they say the same thing that we are prioritizing the ticket it will get resolved in 24 hours, but nothing happened. I am facing the issue daily, please look into this. Issue i am facing daily after starting the Dongle is " No SIM CARD" 10 Digit DONGLE Number is : [protected] AS you technical team promised to solve the issue within time, but it has been crossed and called to couple of time to technical engineer mobile numbers, those people are really worst they put the calls on divert mode. Is this your airtel customer support behavior. When we missed one day payment you people keep on bugging us to pay the amount with late charges. In that what should be your support to customer, it’s a ridicules job doing by Airtel If my issue did not solve shortly, then i am going to file a case on Airtel and will meet in consumer court, do not see the patience of customer.
