For 2 months, I have called AIRTEL 121 Helpline atleast 15 times, and written 7 emails as Below .I am a AIRTEL SUBSRCIBER for 6 years, and I have always paid my bills on time, barring few times ( Late by maybe 10-15 days ) .AIRTEL says I am a Platinum SUbscriber .

1) I sent you a screenshot, which shows the Date on which I recieved it ... I
dont care if you sent the SMS on 28 Oct ...what matters is that I recieved it
on Nov 4 ... Second ... I dont want to check Data is exceeding usage ... I
have a busy life, and a busy phone ... I should get info automatically, and
your system need correction here
