Just about an hour back I made payment for Rs. 200/- full talk time online recharge through your i.e. airtel website on my ICICI Bank account. Error was reported but all the same money deposited to their account and my ICICI bank sent me a message that Rs. 200/-debited from my balance. But no recharge benefits have been given to me. Why? What is the fun in taking Rs. 200/- into their account, but reporting error and not giving recharge benefit? They should immediately give me recharge benefit of Rs. 200/- full talktime together with suitable compensation for their fraud in taking my money into their account, but reporting error and not giving me the recharge benefits. Earlier also they got debited from my account two amounts or Rs. 18/- and Rs. 35/- for their concession plans but did not give me these benefits, and since the amounts were small I did not bother to complaint here. But when I asked an Airtel employee in an office here, he just laughed away sarcastically!

It has become a fashion and ugly practice with these mobile service providers to keep their websites faulty and somehow manage to gulp customer's money into their accounts but not give them recharge and other benefits. Even if they refund after 7-10 days as they say so, who is going to pay the interest for that and will not these mobile companies benefit from the deposits and interest for those 7-10 days for nothing? Such frauds have to be nipped in the bud. Contact [protected]@gmail.com

even in mine i have complained them several times about this issue. but they never care. i am using SBI account. if i recharge using payairtel.com, Money will gone even before a jiffy time after that no response from airtel. i tried the customer care too but that very annoying. this time, i gonna use PORTABILITY option for sure.

    Hi, I had taken the broadband online and paid the initial fee of Rs.1000/- Since there it showed the feasibility was present in my area. Later the airtel officials said there was no feasibility i asked for the refund it has been more than a month since i have raised the concern with [protected]@airtel.in. The guy whom i interacted(i have given all the details related to the transaction and he has confirmed that transaction status) promises it will be done in a week but still no one responded on the status. Please let me know how to proceed. Regards.

      ON TUESDAY AT 7..P.M. I HAD RECHARGED MY 3G PLAN THROUGH NET BANKING OF RS. 249.00 BUT SORRY TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOT DONE.TOMORROW I HAD ENQUIRED BY CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE WHAT IS THE MATTER, SHE TOLD ME THAT YOUR IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR PLAN. KINDLY ACTIVATE MY PLAN OR ELSE REVERT MY AMOUNT.

        Issue on Airtel ****************** 1. Request date: Aug 23rd, 2014. 2. Area / Location of the airtel Relationship Centre: Adyar, Chennai, Silverline Network, Near Adyar Bus stand. 3. SIM number:[protected] 4. Alternate contact number: [protected] Kindly review my issue briefly. I changed my postpaid plan of another number [protected] to prepaid on Aug23rd, 2014 @ Siverline Network Airtel Show room, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I infrom them that I am not getting bill details to my email-id, they told to fill the application form to update my email id ([protected]@gmail.com). And after that I paid 460/- balance amt and they provide prepaid SIM card and said that it will activate in 3 days and the postpaid will deactivate in 3 days, this what they said to me and I never get my itemized bill details to my email id as well as my postal address. Few days later they call me again and told me to pay 740/- for the balanced amt, I asked for bill details and I changed that number to prepaid. So, later I paid that amt on Sep-13th, 2014 too. and 10 days before I paid Rs.23/-. So, totally, I paid 460 + 740 + 23= 1, 223/- Still now I didn't get any bill details, I call the customer car 198 and 121 many times, Later All the CARED people told me to meet the Siverline Network airtel showroom and ask the query. So, Again I went there, He checked my bill details and ask me to pay Rs.600/- blindly he is not ready to hear my query and he told "ONCE YOU PAY THEN ONLY IT WILL WORK UNTIL UNLESS WHERE EVER YOU GO NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU". Even yesterday I talk to 121 CUSTOMER CARED people around 30 mins. At last A person called SUPERVISOR talk to me (Promised me) to activate the prepaid card on Monday 13th-Oct, 2014. but still it is not yet happened. I changed the postpaid to prepaid on Aug 23rd, And the billing period is on 25th of every month. I paid 460/- at that time, then how they charged me 740 for September month and not yet send the bill details. I informed to the so many CARED PEOPLE on THE GREAT AIRTEL, but they have not yet updated and I am still receiving the mail to pay the amt. Last week 16th Oct, they told me it is cleared and you can get new preapid sim in the showroom, So, I went there and again they told me to pay 297/-, which is the rental amt, Still same headache, I tried 121 there and now new story they have started. Later I didn't pay the money and I came back from there. At least I have hope on you, Kindly solve my problem. Still I am facing the same issue. Please contact me on [protected].

          My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden and a message was displayed as 'SIM Card not registered..Error Code #MM2' on Monday, 8th dec, 2014 . After one day, I was able to talk to customer care executive(as they never pick phone) and they asked me to get a duplicate SIM as the sim card has been corrupted. Same day i.e Tuesday, I got the duplicate SIM from Airtel Store located as Good Earth City Centre. Till Wednesday, it did not worked. Again on talking with the guys at this store, they asked for some more docs. I provided the same. Today, its 4 days and my SIM is still not working and no one at AIRTEL STORE at GOOD EARTH CITY CENTRE, SECTOR-50, GURGAON is picking up phone. I have never faced this much harassment and frustration before. Thanks to awfully bad services from AIRTEL.

                  Dear, we using postpaid connection of airtel Mo [protected] since last 4 years.Before 8 days ago we convert it in prepaid at same mo No.but till date it is not activated from your site. so many time we call to customer care but than can not given proper reply. During the convert the prepaid your customer officer said on any charges given for new SIM card but Your Naroda (Ahmedabad)Mini store officer taken 50 Rs/- charges for new card. So we request to you please conclude such matter and activate by card as soon as possible.

                    I purchased a moto g2 phone and the airtel promised me the following offer. ""1 GB 3G/2G data per month for 2 months in 3G/2G circles for Airtel prepaid and Bill discounts of INR 250 and INR 155 per month for 2 months on subscription of 3G and 2G data boosters of 1 GB and above in 3G and 2G circles respectively Airtel postpaid."" but it is not been activated and also the customer care people are saying that they cant provide the offer they promised.

                        I have applied for migration from postpaid to prepaid connection on 2nd dec2014. I have been told it will be done within 5 days. Now, its been more than 5 days and still migration didnt happened. For this i went to airtel store and asked the reason for this, they are saying you are having more than 5 connections and as per trai rule we cannot migrate since u are having more than 5 connections. I asked them to show where this thing is mentioned and they are unanswerable. Also, just 6 month back i applied for migration from prepaid to postpaid (for the same number) and i didnt faced any issue, it means my document is misused to give 5 connections to someone else. Because all the migration related application are done in the same airtel store and if this is the case then i have to file FIR against this. And also show me where this is mentioned that if i am having five connections, migration will not happen and if this is the case the how come prepaid was migrated to postpaid.                           I had a Balance of Rs. 160 - Rs. 180 (Talktime) on 8/12/2014. My Internet service of 1GB 3G ends on 8/12/2014, and even after end usage the remaining i had was about 25 MB to 15 MB. But on 10/12/2014 afternoon i found my balance is only Rs 36.92 ( talktime). I called the Airtel Customer Care and explained all the incident about my deduction from my balance. They explained that i have used my net even after the available MB were finished and that's the reason for the deduction. I argued with the Customer care that i had not over used the net and had a remaining net of 23 MBs at the end of the day ( 08/12/2014 ). I request you to check and refund the Amount Deducted from my balance.

I can not speak to the caller. I can also not call back on the number. Hence please provide the personal mobile number that is used by Sri. subrahmanya Bharathi for replying to him about my opinion regarding ring tone. If the number can not be provided to me, please give the reasons. What the hell is this. If you cannot provide the given offers to customers then why are u giving messeges to customers. I want my money refund or I will go to higher authoritites. I need an explanation Pls.

                                      The prepaid mobile number [protected] is in my name G S Shashidhara and the connection is existing for about 10 years. On 06/12/2014, all of a sudden the connection went off and the mobile showed 'sim card registration failed'. To check what the problem is I dialled the number [protected] from another mobile. To my surprise the call was received by a gentleman. Upon enquiry, he told that he is residing in Bangalore and has taken the mobile number in the name of his mother. He applied on 4th Dec 2014 and got activated on 6th Dec 2014. I called customer care Airtel and explained the problem. They checked the name of the person and address which belonged to mobile number [protected] and confirmed that it is in my name only. When I explained the scenario which has happened, they told that they have not transferred my mobile number to any person. Notably they did not record any complaint saying that the records are fine. I even explained that this is unlawful activity on part of airtel to allot a number belonging to one person to another person when it is still a running number. If the person who at present using my number involves in any unlawful activities, all the blame comes on my head. But airtel customer care did not initiate any action. I am hereby pleading with you to take action against airtel for doing such unlawful activity which amounts to punishment and provide compensation for whatever the mental agony I am going through and also restore my connection.

                                        I had taken two post paid no of airtel and mailed you for connected converted into CUG of my company and provided document as per you and after submission of document they told me that my number is connected into CUG before 5th dec but still it was not connected and when i called your customer care they always told me that it will take 24 hr bt it was 9th dec but still it was pending. pls look in this matter else i surrendered my no.
