On dated 19/12/2014 I have by mistake recharge on no. [protected] of Rs. 140.00 and after in 10 minute i have send request to debit same amount Rs. 140.00 and that amount is debit in number. Same rupees have to transfer to other Airtel no. [protected] but that amount is not credit to the number i have call customer care many many time but all time they gives technical reason and any of our executive will call but I don't received any call from the company. I am small retailer and making recharges and zerox in my shop. I request you please do needful as early as possible.

    actually i bought an airtel sim card on 24th dec 2014 and he said it will be activated by 24th night itself... but according to the proof problems that age is not sufficient it was rejected..thats OK.. and again on 25th dec i gave proofs.adn every thing is ok... and it should be activated by 26th...and again on 26th my sim was rejected again...??? i want my sim to be activated before 30th whatever problem it was so please show me a solution to get my sim activated please thanking you AIRTEL...

      I am B.Sudhakar, having an mobile number [protected] with airtel connection. I have paid an amount of Rs. 440/- asking for a package. I have received the same by airtel on 23/12/14 online. it shows that the amount is dedicated balance, I could not understand what it is. Again to see that my sms for 210 messages to be activated, I have asked for the same and same is deducted from my balance of to the tune of Rs. 20/-, still the same is shown as not actived. I understand airtel is fraud I am planning to move away from the airtel, if my issue is not resolved with immediate effect

        Hi Team, I am the customer since 7 years an whenever i complain they resolve the issue and again after sometimes problem started.This is the reason i switch backed from postpaid to prepaid because i had to face the poor customer service when i called the customer care desk. Yesterday i called around 5 pm and spoke to a Sr.. Customer Executive regarding my complain and he was unable to resolve the case and not even escalated the call and left me distress and i now decided to share this instance to the Consumer Forum Court. Issue:( i checked in Airtel website where it was mentioned the RC79 is for one month roaming free and it was not working after the successful recharge also hence i called the cc and Anupam told that he cant help me and i have to do RC38 inorder to get the priviledge of free incoming calls when i am out of station. I asked for refund also he denied so not alternate options provided aswell .I wanted to share this instance before i highlight to consumer court.Revert back to my mail asap. email ( sharique.[protected]@gmail.com) Mob:- [protected]

          Hi. i am bernise. my number is [protected] & [protected]. Yesterday i made a call to 121 and given a complaint that the messages are not going from my mobile numbers. Mr.Sravan might be a supervisor, asked me to check the message centre number. and i did the same. i told him that i sent 35 messages yesterday morning to my friends but no one received. he said the other person receiving is not the concern thing to them. he says that their system is showing 35 messages sent. i told him pl check with message sent person. he said that it is not his duty. than i asked him if someone is recieveing the messages than what is the use if iam paying amount to the messages. he said that concen is not to him. again i asked him to reactify the problem. he said that he is not concern if some one is receiveing or not. he is only concern on his system what displays. like that he dragan the matter up to 22 minutes. and cut the call. still now the messages are not going . i have a recorded evedience to prove this.

              Dear Sir, This is too Inform you that I'm Gaurav Dutta Customer of Airtel Post paid Service having no. [protected]. This number is Using by me from Past 3 Months and Past 2 Bills was cleared by me But On Nov Month I got bill No.[protected] Amount of Rs 1707 and this bill is not justify for me and that time I logged disconnection request 59198576 on 3rd of December and that time someone retention agent commited me waiver of Rs 1500 But from that date to till now nobody post this waiver and continuously collection team called me for payment clear. And they also confirmed me about that waiver but nobody post this waiver. I'm very very fed up with airtel bill and harass. And now i got bill from Airtel of Rs 663 But At the time of Retention Call I told that please stop my 3g Internet service and my actual bill is 299 my Plan and 25 Sms Pack and so why Airtel Add other charges in my bill... I'm your Gold Customer and look at the kind of service I am getting from you… Its’ been one month that I am trying to get my query resolved but till date nobody seems to bother !! I have talked to each of you but none of you is bothering to resolve my case…You guys tell me that you will call but you don’t call…U don’t even write back… My Mobile Number : [protected] Alternate Number: [protected] PLEASE LOOK INTO IT VERY VERY URGENTLY !!                   As they say you are the best network in signal compatibility due to that and your brand name the network is demanding so much high prices which people are forced to go due to the requirement. due to this they are losing their customer base and its fame. your service good but the cost paid by us is too heavy. and they are saying that we want to recharge data pack separate and want to recharge for wats app this is unbearble by the customers to afford and the validity is only 28 days less mb has been given.please make the customer satisfied and affordable then try to get money this is filed on behalf of all airtel customers. thank you

                      I filled a service request to Airtel DTH to look after my DTH and resolve the issue. @6PM They filed a complaint immediately and said it would cost RS.150 for a visit .Even if it is two minutes work on DTH. I said ok & gave a timing before 10AM on any day! The next day morning [ 7 Calls ] 10:15AM a guy called and asked Shall i come now ? I said i started to office. 10:25AM Airtel customer care call 10:45 AM Service Engineer called. Same story 11:02 AM Another service engineer ( I was about to enter into a meeting ) 11:20 AM Another Service Engineer ( I Got angry ) 11:50 AM Again a service engineer. ( I said i don't want any service ) 12:02 PM Airtel customer care and Service Engineer on a Conference Call ( The Call center girl ( Doesn't Know Tamil ) asked me What is the issue and the service engineer started shouting, We will call 1000 times until we finish our work and you have to answer ! By the time call center girl is laughing. # A kind advice to Airtel, When you outsource your work validate the background of Service Engineering Agency. # A Quick up time and compelling the customer is not a good CUSTOMER SERVICE. GUYS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE AIRTEL DTH.

                        On my mobile #[protected], I had asked for PORT on 12/23/2014 and they called me saying to offer 25 paise per minute Local and National all over India calls and 100 SMS free with 3 SMS rental at 50 paise, and he asked me to recharge for Rs 19 to avail this offer. After recharging the same, I didnt get any offer. When I called the call center back, they said we didnt give any such offer to this number. I would request Airtel to not cheat customers by employing fraud executives and offering cheating information. It is our hard-earned money and didnt beg them any offer. I would request to take action on that executive on 12/23/2014 who spoke and cheated me and refund Rs 19. Thanks

                          I am Jitendra jain using post paid CUG Airtel number. My number is [protected] and alternet number is [protected]. The problem is I am not receiving my paper bill at right timetime. Every month I call customer care for this issue and they reply that we have sent your bill at your adress then i asked for duplicate bill copy, i will receive duplicate bill after 3, 4 days than i also receive original bill. Than how they said we have sent original bill at your adress. I am in goverment job so i have to submit hard copy of bill at office so i neet it. And 2nd problem is i am facing network problem on my both number from last 3, 4 days. Not able to make or receive any call customer care advisor says that here is no network problem and it will solve after 4 hrs. Plz sir do the needfull for solving my both problems.thank you.

                            My name is Mukesh kumar. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 25 Dec, 2014 at 09.57pm that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 30/- rupees has been deducted for 6 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                              Dear All Two days back I have done recharge for my friend's mobile No. [protected] amounting to Rs. 102/- (Internet Pack) and Rs. 200/- (Normal Talk time.) But the same had not been done. I have made the payment by using my credit card for Rs. 102 and Rs. 200. I had a telecon with your representative on 24.12.2014, but i was confirmed that my money will be credited within 7 working days. Please confirm.

                                Earlier I was with Vodafone really had a good experience on 3G connectivity also when I was in Roaming but because of a Stupid sales person from Airtel sales I switched my network to Airtel, that was my last day I lost my 3G network on the very second day itself started to face issue on network whenever I connect my Laptop using my mobile for downloading 5mb file also I have to wait for 20minutes not even able to use Whatsapp, and other Apps on my mobile even my voice calls also really poor even though I do have 2GB data each and every month but no use on that whenever I call customer care they use to change Sim or give some settings which no use on the second itself they said to change the new sim card cause its a simcard issue that's why network coverage is not good but I have used a Vodafone sim card on the same mobile for maximum of 6years... my kind request pls do not take Airtel if you're already on that network pls switch to some other

                                    I did recharged on 16th of December 2014 for Rs 252/- and activated my 1GB 3G data now your customer support says no pack has been activated. Below is the e-receipt I received on my email: Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel prepaid mobile [protected]. Transaction ID - [protected] Amount (Rs.) - 252.0 Sent an email to Customer Support and Nodal officer Mumbai but they never replied.

                                    December after not receiving any response from your end. I spoke with
                                    Customer Care they transferred my call to some Chief Engineer however
                                    call got disconnected.Then within few minutes I received a
                                    call from[protected] and the person on other end addressed saying he
                                    is calling from Airtel. He accepted that my Netbanking transaction was
                                    sucessful but due to some error on your end my rechage failed.Now he asked me to provide my Debit card number its validity and also CVV to manually refund my amount.My
                                    question is why does he needs my debit card CVV as to transfer amount
                                    to an account CVV is never needed. I never gave him my CVV number. Asked
                                    him to send an official email if it is needed. He simply hung-up before
                                    I could ask further questions.Please reply to my chain of
                                    emails as this is a pathetic experience and I am loosing my cool. Its
                                    not a warning I will for sure approach to Consumer Forum with all these
                                    details and you guys will have to face legal action as well as
                                    compensation claim made by my attornie.

                                      Call reference number :[protected] On 24th December 2014 I had a main account balance of RS 150 and a 3G balance of more than 100MB . During the internet session I did not recieve a notification indicating 100% data usage completion but post the internet session I was left with RS .03 on my main account and 35MB of data was still left on my 3G account. The airtel customer representative explained that post 90% consumption airtel checks wether multiple applications are using the internet data beyond the data balance and deducts from main balance without notification . How is it fair that I am charged from my main balance when I still have data balance left on my account? The senior airtel representative was very rude while explaining the same as if I was availing some free service from the reputed carrier.
