Dear sir/madam, I have made attempting loading cash to my airtel money account through net banking. It as been unfortunate that i have been debited from my net banking but it as not been credited to my airtel money cash. Also i have experienced failed attempts many time loading cash to my number [protected]. PLEASE resolve my problem, and credit my sum back to my net banking as soon as possible.     On[protected], my balance got deducted by Rs.47. I haven't activated any plan or services. When I called customer care they said the balance was deducted due to use of Internet after Internet balance got finished, but my Internet plan still has validity till Jan 4 2015 with 1.5 Mb remaining. Please help me get my money!!!. Thanks in anticipation.

    Got the balance credited, no intimation from Airtel befor or after crediting. I came to know about it when i checked my balance once.

      i have received a computerised voice message call from the number [protected], the voice message told me press 1 for atm registration, i pressed 1 immediately the voice message told me thanks for registration, then i cut the number.the problems i really dont know who called me, so i am confussed verymuch is it a scam. so please take necessory action.

        Hi, This is Sanjeev Singla from Panchkula, Haryana. I have an airtel postpaid connection with 2G pack activated for 6 months. I called airtel customer care on Oct 14, 2014 to enquire about 3G pack in Panchkula and they told me its available there so I asked them to discontinue my 2G pack and activate 3G pack. They did it. But from then I have never been able to access 3G on my phone, it always show 2G connection. But in the bill, they have charged me for both 2G and 3G. When I called them again they said 3G is not available in Panchkula. I felt cheated and annoyed. They only sms me complaint numbers rather than solving my issue.           1.. Nov 4, 2014: I think I have the worst experience with any service provider like this after reliance communications. Your company sucks and complete staff. You have greedy and highly clever staff. When I applied for Airtel TV, Ms Soumya - the online chat executive wrongly promised me that my airtel tv will be installed in 4-6 hours though i repetitively asked her about same. She was just after transaction Id to en-cash incentives. Later, I came to know, it takes 24-48 hours. She ran away with transaction Id and I am arguing and fighting on phone with customer care executives and local dealers for almost hours on the chargeable customer care number, and all are shameless fellows with repeated false promises and my installation is still pending. I have been waiting and taking early off from office to get Airtel DTH installed. I already have Tata Sky at hometown (pretty happy with that), but just wanted to experience Airtel services and yes I can very confidently say, worst Company to buy products, and I also agree to the fact that I made a big mistake by doing advance payment online. I feel I am begging for the services just because I already made payment rather availing paid services. 2. Dec 14, 2014: I am again facing this stupid thing now. I cannot bear this crap anymore. As per my online chat with Ms Soumya (customer executive with Airtel), before buying Airtel Digital TV, I was told by her that I can take subscription of non-HD channels on a HD set top box and hence she asked me to buy HD set top box and I can buy Rs 370 Mega Pack later. Today (Dec 14, 2014), while interacting with another customer executive Mr. Hitesh, I was told that my Mega Pack is now costing Rs 420 and I compulsorily have to take 2 HD channels because my set top box is HD. Its not even 1 month since I have bought Airtel Digital TV, and so many "wordings" have been changed by this company and its executives. I am seriously very irritated, frustrated and annoyed with the crap I am hearing from your company second time. Its my second complaint within 2 months of buying DTH connection from your fraud company. Added to that, the call centre numbers are chargeable, hence I have wasted almost Rs 100 on calling the call centre. I never ever came across such situation with Tata Sky at my parents place, but i definitely feel I made a mistake my choosing Airtel for first time. 3. Dec 20, 2014: Mr. Ammar Ibn Khurshid - customer executive from Airtel assures me telephonically that I will have to pay only Rs 390 and and the 2 HD channels will not be added to my Mega Pack, but still my Mega Pack is activated with Rs 420. Complete company. All my relatives and friends know about this Airtel company and advised me to withdraw their services permanently.

            My Mobile no is [protected], From last one week i am unable to use Internet. I am in roaming at Rajasthan state Barmer location. From last 4 days I am contacting your customer care people but of no use the al last today have booked complaint with CGPSC [protected] and after half hour i received SMS that your problem solved switch off and on. I did same thing. But my problem remains same. I checked with local sim it is working fine. With my own sim i am unable to do any Internet use, web browsing, download nothing from any sites. Without using pop ups are coming you have consumed this much MB. Please tell me whether my problem can be resolved or not. I am using this same your service with same no from 2005onwards. You can check my records. As per my profession i have to be 21 days in roaming and 21days in home place. If my problem can’t be resolved i am ready to quit your services. Let me know.

            I am also facing the same problems from last a month until its not solved...
            So I changed the connection..
            Very Costly and Very cheaper in providing the services...!!!

              I am using airtel prepaid mobile No [protected]. The connection has no sms facility since six months. In spite of numerous complaints, the company has failed to solve the problem. So much so after 3 days of constant checking up, the helpline tells me to log the complaint again. I cannot even seek MNP since SMS facility is not there. It's tough to change number so frequently. Hope airtel does something about it.

                Hi, This is Divya Gopalakrishnan using your service via mobile no- [protected]. I have recently ported my number to Airtel looking forward for a better service as heard from other people. But, I am very upset with your services especially internet. I was promised while porting by your executive that I will be getting 3 months of free 3G internet. Later I came to know that its not activated unless I call your customer care. On 14th Dec 2014, I called your customer care to activate the service for 3G & raised the request no – [protected] by your customer care executive Mr Rakesh. He confirmed me that the service will be activated after 72 hrs with a sms of activation. After waiting for 72 hrs, I again approached your customer care where Mr Siraj spoke to me confirmed that I will have to wait further 24 hrs more. But, nothing happened post that. Now, the worst part was on 18th Dec 2014 got a call from Ms Pratiksha who was asking me if my request is fulfilled ! on which I confirmed her that activation is still pending and she must check properly & revert me. I am still waiting for her response. Apart from that she was telling me to talk to customer care again & tell them to give a ETA or leave Airtel service. Today 20th Dec 2014, again I called your customer care and spoke to Mr Aman who promised me that my number will sent to his seniors for immediate activation of 3G internet and I can enjoy the service in next 45 minutes. So, its almost 2 hrs and no action till now from your side. Now, as a rational customer in a metro city, I got a very bad experience with Airtel on above issues. It’s the age of high competition and Airtel is taking the customer so lightly and treating them like a beggar. I heard lot from people and switched but after seeing the response from your people, now I am very much upset and going to spread this in my whole contacts maximum. If, you really want a customer to be with Airtel then improve your promises given by your customer care. Please note that because of all above issues and false promises made by your customer care, I am not interested to be with Airtel & might be switching to some other mobile service provider immediately without paying your any bill. Its all what I can suggest that be honest and try to fulfill the commitments what you promise to customers or one day Airtel will also be crash. Good luck..

                  I had balance of Rs 135 and suddenly when i see it is only rs70, when i called customer care they tell me that you have used internet, I had internet pack with me for 4 days, he is saying it got over yesterday itself and we have sent you message that your pack is over, i did not receive any kind of message and he is talking rubbish.

                      good day sir i am sumit kumar using airtel no [protected]. i have recharge my no. with Rs. 300 and Rs. 200 online on 19/12/2014 and after recharge i checked my balance and found Rs.192 only. i called airtel customer care 121 and asked about the deduction but they rudely told me that they cant do anything and cant tell me about my balance deduction and told me to transfer call to their senior and after 2 min they cut the line and they are doing this repeatedly.i am using airtel service from last 10 years and am very much disappointed with the customer care service provided by airtel, i am fed up now and want you to please look into the matter and do the needful. thanks

                          Dear Sir, I have bought a 3g dongle of your co. But for last couple of months the connection is terminated automatically after a 30 min or 1hr session. I contact 121 and 198. There a customer care executive (!) takes my call and after hearing my problem he/she transfers the call to his senior, there one more time I have to brief my problem. After hearing he says that as he cannot do anything in this regard he is transferring the call to technical helpline. Here the fun begins. The phone rings and rings and rings. No one there to attend my call. Only a digital voice says that my call is very important to them and I have to wait. This game continues from last 30 days. I contact them again and again. The same happens time to time. I am a customer of airtel from 2008 (my earlier no. is [protected] where u can check my recharge amount) and till I use airtel dongle and I recharge plenty.                             I called your customer care executive on 17th December 2014 and asked about the 3g Internet offer on my mobile- [protected] to which he gave the wrong information about Rs. 149 recharge stating that at the current moment i will get 500 Mb 3g data and 500 mb 3g Data as an offer. When i spoke to Imrog he just sounded like an uneducated team Leader who just go on telling one line continuously and then I also spoke to Gaurav who just disconnected the call when i asked him to let me know the name of the CSR who gave me the wrong information. These team leader really sucks. Its not the matter of Rs.149 but now if i need to an help its very difficult for me to call any CSR. Thanks, Suraj, Mob;- [protected]

                                Hi Sir, I have used the airtel post paid connection last one year, Due to urgent situation I have moved to USA(out of country). My father requested to cancel my connection in airtel relationship center(Dindigul Branch in Tamil Nadu) on couple of months and also we are ready to pay our bill amount immediately.But branch manager is not accepting because my card region is Chennai. Could you please advise to all branch manager to accept close the connections request. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this.I will not be able to use the sim card nor talk to the customer care, I kindly request you to cancel my airtel post paid connection immediately.                                   Mail to: [protected]@in.airtel.com Dear Sir / Madam Airtel Digital TV account number and Registered account number are mentioned in the subject. I recharged my account with Rs. 3850 yesterday (18/12/2014) @ 6.35pm. Please note the problems and unevenities in the same, which are frustrating and time + money wasting. Please resolve my issue based on the same. My recharge was done successfully as per net banking at 6.35pm, 18/12/2014. A confirmation SMS and Call from HSBC came immediately. However problem started when for about 45 minutes, my account was still suspended. Attachment1: Call_List_1.png & Call _List_2.png > I had to call 5 times, that too on a Toll number (paid) for about 35.25 MINUTES to get the problem resolved. The Executives who attended were absolutely rude and had no manners how to keep their voice tone and resolve. Most irritating customer service Toll Number I have ever witnessed. Attachment2: Recharge_Transaction_ID.png> Got a SMS from Airtle DTH immediately after recharge giving me Transaction ID. While the Digital TV started after about 1 hour of panic, I had again to call back the customer service for Base Pack Updation for LONG DURATION!! Yuks, there is no such option of Value Prime with 12DTH on website for 12 months. The second problem started then. Attachment3: Set1_Long_Duration_Pack_and_Recharge.png > You can see, A series of SMS after updating my long duration pack on call started at 7.42pm. First Confirming the recharge, Then confirming the long duration base pack, then failure o[censored]pdation of long duration pack, and then again failure o[censored]pdation of long duration pack. Further to my pain, in your Recharge Transaction ID sms, you asked me to SMS HR to 54325. Attachment4: SET2_SMS_at_54325.png > I messaged the same to 54325 from my registered mobile number [protected]. Please see the results of the sms. The reply from AIRTEL came that the MOBILE NUMBER IS NOT REGISTED. I pardon, this was the same mobile on which till now I was receiving other SMS and was entertained on phone calls. Finally, today morning, my portal still shows my balance as Rs 5.75, SURPRISINGLY with a validity till 12/12/2015. I wonder if Rs. 5.75 are sufficient to run my connection till 12/12/2015. I hope you get the unevenities, and provide me a resolution before I approach any ombudsman. Please confirm my Long Duration pack updation, recharge and Long duration date.                                   A guy further called today at 9.59am from [protected]. Right after I picked the call, he abruptly said without a hello, "Apki complaint kya hai jiske liye abhi humare executive ne phone kiya tha".. Gorgeous way to start a conversation. Further he said, that "U need to recharge again as the payment of 3850 has been rejected"!! Then i told him that my account was suspended earlier, and after recharge, it is revived now. Then he realized that it was something else. And chekced again and said, the account is recharged, and your Long Duration pack is activated. And instantly CUT THE CALL.. I guess, airtel guys dont have manners at all how to start and end a call. And further, if the account was activated, why did he first ask to recharge again without checking. RIP Airtel, if the call is not spurious.

                                    I was into 1599 solitare plan, without information they have changed my plan 1250 data, and 399 my plan.. i have compliant on 6th of this month till now I have not got any response.. please put me into same plan bcz my usage is more, and I don't want to pay double... for same usage not happy with ur service.. I had also request to way of the amount but no, response.. and disconnected my out going past from 10yrs I was using idea.. without any compliant rectify my problem r I vill port my number to Idea... thanjs
