Airtel wrongly deducting balance from main account

This is Anupam from Kolkata. Today I opted for WhatsApp only pack for Rs. 41 which was deducted from my account. There after my main balance dropped to Rs.148/-, that was fine. Auto renewal of packs

Hello.. I use AIRTEL service. I have requested a 2G pack on my mobile and the with no auto renewal option. Later, after the pack has expired I opted for a 3G pack.. They now renewed my 2G pack again saying I have chosen a auto renewal which in real I did not. They keep deducting money for such auto renewals though it is not chosen....
