    From 16dec14 RAGHU HN #173, SAPTHAGIRI NILAYA, KARTHIK NAGAR DODDANEKUNDI, BANGALORE-37 Sir, I am RAGHU HN resident as mentioned above address my Phone number is [protected] using with vodafone, in the month of november recived a call from airtel [protected], [protected] etc they approached me with Plan Rs 225 of Roaming Loc & Nat SMS @0.80p-KK, 150 Local & 150 Nat SMS free-KK, 21000pulses local(42000 sec) & STD airtel to mobile call free-KK I agreed for this plan PORTed on 22nov14 with PORT no:VX294396 valid till 07dec14 I submitted the document to airtell rep his phone no [protected] he given the airtell sim, after two days he give another airtell sim after some days they called and told me resubmit the document. On 8dec12 PORTed again with PORT no:VX533672 valid till 23dec14 I submitted the document to airtell rep his phone no [protected] he given the airtell Sim No H2 SYS1410 [protected] [protected]. Verification done On 10dec14 airtell rep his phone no [protected] and I recived the updation message. Still today they not changed the connection. And nobody is responding properly as I called all above mentioned phone no. Today i.e. 16.12.2014 in the morning I have received unknown blank call from [protected]. On enquiry I found that the said number belongs to Pakistan. In this connection, I may bring to your notice that I do not have any friends or relatives in Pakistan. Therefore, I request you to BLOCK any calls from PAKISTAN to my mobile number [protected].

          Hi Team, I am a airtel user too, on 14/12/2014 the entire balance was deducted from my account, and when i called to customer care they said it has deducted because of the internet uses when i had internet pack also then they only refunded only Rs 101 instead of 110 and they said the rest amount will be credited shortly. But it did not come, i have called them twice again as because they have given a promise to refund the entire balance they said it cannot be refunded. Its not the matter of only Rs 9 or 10 its only how they are cheating to customers. Hence request you to can this be investigated please. Regard, Samir Mob no- [protected]

          Hi team, can you please provide any update, still haven't received any response. The matter is not only about Rs 9, its a matter of cheating and i want justice.
          This is my first experience as its taking longer time for the small complaint..

            yesterday 20 rs were deducted from my balance stating it was for some mydala which is wrong as Iwas just cheaking my balance and it there comes dail *422# i thought it would some scheme from airtel but you deducted 20 rs for mydala as i live in a remote village and it is use less for me I request you to please refund the amount

              10.11.14 WE TOOK A 3G SIM WITH NUMBER [protected] with the Name P. Sree Jyothi. Actually the sim is microsim, but my mobile is not microsim mobile so i changed with sim with normal but it is not activated till now, Please activate my sim as early as possible, in Kurnool, airtel office they are not responding properly. Please consider my request letter, and take immediate action. Thanking you sir.

                  I am in the Ministry of Defence and have been posted to delhi recently. I had applied for a airtel postpaid number in Delhi from its Satya Niketan outlet on 11 Dec 2014. I get a call on 12 dec from airtel that address verification would be carried out on 12 or 13 dec. No verification was carried out till now (15 dec2014) by anyone from airtel. On contacting the satya niketan, new delhi airtel outlet on 15 dec 2014 i was told that they (airtel office) have punched a wrong address in their system!! And now I will have to resubmit another set of ID documents!!! On my saying that since the mistake has been from airtel side they only should rectify it and why should I be submitting another set of ID n address proof, they said it is company policy!!! Is it company policy to pass on the mistakes and errors of the company to the consumers??? Also, when i tried calling the Airtel consumer care numbers they are either not responding or do not have any option of registering a complaint., and neither is there any option given to speak to their consumer support representative. It is a MOST PATHETIC service I have ever come across!!!

As per communication they asked to recharge of 99 to get full talk time of 99 rs. but i got only 1INR and rest has been adjusted in some other services. Would request kindly have a look into matter as this is not first instance where i am struggling with airtel services. would be really appreciated if you can revert amount

                        Hi, I have raised SR (CWRCH[protected] which is deducted balance o[censored]sage even I have Internet balance pack activated After 2 days they relied and this is happend one of big file clicked which is having more then 50 MB file. Why they have NOT said can not open any big file in internet usage packs. It is too bad how airtel is calculating usage MBPS also. Best Regards, Kishore

                          Due to un availablity of online recharge servers on[protected] can't able to rechage the 45/- 7 days 3G offer. As airtel system are upgrading on[protected], we can't able to recharge through online because of that upgradation we lost 370 MB 3G data. Case like:- If the person is travelling log distance in train. he can manage recharge through online. airtel customer care suggesting even though it's last day to recharge & airtel severs is not working you have to recharge in shops(Easy Recharge) to carry forward your 3G balance Very Poor Customer Care Service!!! Even Though they are not giving proper information to resolve the issue, simply ignoring the request. just giving info i.e can't able to resolve the issue.                             I am getting service message after each call saying you could have saved some particular amount by rechaging 28 rupees for 28 day i the same rechage i got it done but i did not get any benifits by that rechage and when i called to customer care they said me to send snapshot of the msg pls take matter serious or else i shoud take this to consumer court. i hope you will do the needful reverse my money or give the benifits for all calls.

                              I had made an online payment for a new DTH connection with Airtel on 08 Dec2014 after being assured by the call center executive that the connection will be activated within 4 hrs. Even after a lapse of a week the connection has not been established and no one from the company ever bothered to give a status update. Whenever i call up their customer care requesting for cancellation of my application and a refund of my money, their only reply is to make me hold on for another day before which it will be "Resolved On Priority". However, nothing has been done yet. It is very frustrating and i dont see any solution to my problem.

                                I was paid on 13/12/14 my corporate connection all dues of my airtel 10 connections of named account as Ishwari Travels, i got a receipt no. 249092 book no. 9924. As per airtel policy they promised in sms sent by them to me, activation will be done in 4 hours after paying of dues in cash but they are not able to activate my service after 21 hours of paying all dues .

                                  Hi i am koushik my customer id [protected] since i have been to abroad for a year so i told to disconnect my dth, now i would like to start the service but the airtel cc told to recharge for min amount and wait for 48 hrs they took all details about my STB ID, Viewcard No., C-ID, and forwarded a mail to the concerned dept. but almost 1/2 month over still no one ever called me and not yet activated and even registered complaint 63161694 stupid Airtel. now the explanations is mail rejected due to invalid details, precisely i have given correct.

                                      i dont know why airtel has been ruining me by cutting my balance indiscriminately onbthe pretext of laila services without my approval the following are the details of airtel deducting my amount withoutany prior intimation. 1).13-11-14 deducted 15rs at 9.12pm 2).06-11-14 deducted 35rs at 9.14am 3).13-12-14 deducted 15rs at 2.44pm 4) .14-12-14 deducted 35rs at 9.04am. so terribly airtel cutting my balance . i changed from vodafone to airtel.now airtel has taught me nice lesson. iam very much dissapointed over airtel plundering my balance. kindly refund my amount or ill legally proceed. my number [protected]

                                        HI, I would like to complaint about the distributor in Gaziabad, U.P.I have recently shifted to the place vasundhra in delhi ncr as i am a working professional i require bb i thought to contact airtel about the bb connection.they told me that they can send a man out to check about the availability of the bb the man visited my property and he confirmed that yes bb is avialiable and askedfor a 1000 rupee install fee which i have provided to the person in cash.he gave me a copy of that form and went stating that he with in 3 dyas your bb would be installed within 3 days .it has been 7 days no response when i call that person he told me to contact the distributor and when i called the distributor he rudely told me that bb is not available i asked him to be polite as i m the customer and i asked him how can he talk to me like this and he rudely replied we can talk to you like this. when i asked the dealer that i would file a complaint in consumer Forum he said you can for sure do that also he was rude once again . Iwork from home and it is really very annoying why i would face loss becuase of airtel. I would kindly request you to take action . I m harsh it and my number is [protected].
