I would like to bring to Airtel's attention that their new 'Manage Services' page on their 'My Airtel' site is utterly ridiculous. In the 'Last 5 transactions', subscribers can longer see the numbers they dialled. The service is of not much use now... Bill Overcharge

My post paid Airtel bill has been overcharged for data usage. Inspite of repeated appeals to Airtel they have not explained the charges. My monthly bill should be around Rs 500 which includes Rs 200 as rental and Rs 250 for 1GB Data. The overcharge is for the data where Airtel insists I have used over 1GB but my phone data usage shows 877MB. Airtel is not explaining how they are over changing for my data usage....
