Hi, Phone Number : [protected] Name : Rekha Singh Alternate Number : [protected] Reference Name : Sunil Kumar I have postpaid number "[protected]" (Telangana). Booster of Rs3555/- has been activated without my notice. I called Airtel customer care on 7th Nov 2014. Airtel agreed and said that they will weaver the whole amount in the next month. I have paid the bill which I used for the month of Nov i.e Rs403/- on 15th Nov 2014, but still they have added late fee charges Rs100/- & added Rs355/- booster for 3 days i.e from 5th Nov 2014 to 7th Nov 2014. I have already paid this month (5th Nov 2014 to 4th Dec 2014) bill of Rs224/- (as per Sunil Kumar) on time. I have been calling Airtel since 8th Nov 2014 daily till date, but no action has has been taken till now. I have given many complaints & I have been calling customer service since 8th Nov 2014 till date. After being tortured like this, still this issue is not resolved. I have mail proofs & voice call proofs in my mobile. These people have tested my patience since 45 days. No more calls from now onwards, I request you to take disciplinary action against AIRTEL. I'm frustrated with this AIRTEL connection. I want to cancel this connection, if this issue is not resolved. Total amount of Rs1510 has to be given as a waiver but still I can see Rs450 in my account. Thanks and Regards, Rekha Singh [protected]

          This is the first time that I writing to you as I am reallyfrustrated the kind of response I have received from you. I have recharged mymobile with 86 Rupees on 19th Dec 2014 with transaction ID[protected] at 3:23PM. On 21st Dec 2014, I realized that the amount was not credited to my accountwhile I tried making an Outgoing call. Instantly I took your loan service forRs. 10 and called on your 121 service. I updated your CSR about this and hetold me that the Amount was used towards 40 paisa per minute call. I wassurprised and asked him that I didn't ask for this service and ask him to makethe changes as I am good with my previous services. He told me to go to thevendor for this and use slang tone saying "KYA APNE MUJH SE POOCH KARRECHARGE KARYA THA". There was too much noise from the background and Iwas not able to hear him properly. I said him if he can speak loun but he said"AGAR AAPKO AWAZ NAHIN A RAHI HAI TO MAIN PHONE KAAT DETA HOON. And hedisconnected the call. There after I tried 3 to 4 times to connect with yourcustomer care but couldn't make it. I have spent around Rs. 2.5 to Rs 3.00 forusing your service resulting no solution. It is really frustrating to get such irresponsibleanswer from a representative who is sitting out there and answering on behalfor Airtel. I would request you 1. To restoremy previous services which was per second call rate 2. Credit 86 Rs. to my account so that I can useyour services 3.             I opted to port my vodafone no.[protected] with airtel. All documents submitted, verification done and sim was delivered to me. I inserted the sim in my phone as guided by the caller (I do not know from where). My existing no. (vodaphone) went dead and new sim did not activate. On follow up with the caller, I was informed that the new sim delivered to me was wrongly supplied and the correct sim will be dellivered to me soon. This has not been done and my phone is lying dead, which is my business no. because of which I am suffering financial loss also. I do not ;know what to do and whom to contact.

              Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel prepaid mobile [protected]. Transaction ID - 245538 Amount (Rs.) - 200.0 The Amount was debited from account . but the recharged amount was not credited to the above Mobile number. so reverse the same amount, or recharge the same amount once again.

                  About a month ago I recharged my Airtel number [protected] using free charge. I received a confirmation for the same from Airtel, but the recharge is yet to complete. And when I try calling Airtel the simply hear the problem and then hang up.

                    Dear concerned, I am Rahul Chitale. I want to port from Airtel to Tata Docomo for number [protected]. I submitted MNP form and all required documents at Tata Docomo outlet on 15th December 2014. On 16th December I got call from Airtel CC asking to cancel MNP and avail offers. But I confirmed that I am not interested in any offers and still want to port out. Now after 8 days there is no update on MNP. When I contacted Tata Docomo CC over chat, I got very irritating answer that they never received any MNP request for my number. So I contacted the Docomo office where I submitted my documents and MNP form and they said they have forwarded my request from their side and problem should be from Airtel side. I contacted Airtel CC and asked about this and got reply that there is no problem from their side. I again contacted Tata Docomo CC this time on MNP helpline [protected] the first time a lady told that my MNP request is accepted but they didn't got any confirmation from Airtel. Now again whenever I contact Airtel they keep telling there is no problem from there side and Tata Docomo CC says they never got my MNP request. In this chaos I really very frustrated and don't know what to do. Last time also my MNP request for Airtel to Tata Docomo was failed for consecutive 4 times. In this I only wasted lot of money and time but never got desired results. I request TRAI and DOT to take strong action against Airtel for MNP issues.

                    I had to again apply for MNP with fresh UPC. Now again my new MNP request is in process and there seems to be new issue this time. I am getting regular updates about my MNP process this time from both donor and recipient operators.

                      I have raised a complaint with Airtel customer service that the network connection is very bad and I would like to disconnect it. Even after repeated requests, I was told to visit a branch and fill some form.. I already tolf them I would not be able to do that and told an representative to collect it from my place... But no response from them... Now its been 3 months and I am getting bills, though I have not used and being asked to pay the bill... I am asking why should I pay when I am not happy and stopped using it. Is it not their responsibility to work on the request in the first place. Airtel treats the customer only until they get a new connection, but if we want to disconnect, they want to pull as much money as possible.. bloody traits...

                        I had bought Airedale sim from my office. Plan of 275 as 1500 minutes (25 hours) i can call local and std with some sms also free. i called for 221 hours and i got a bill of 475 and when i checked with the dealer who gave me the card he saying me that he is not responsible its all Airedale do . they have 30 bill cycle . He also inform that they only charged me half of the rent not 275 and i can use only half of the minutes, . This they do without prior notice.. Clear cheating of customer.

                          Sir, We are using a prepaid number [protected]. There was a deduction of Rs. 405 in five minutes from our account. On asking the customer support they said that it ie because of Internet usage although we already had Internet plan with balance MB even after deduction of Rupee balance. The customer support executive was very rude and she had no courtesy even to listen to what we wanted to say. She just said one thing repeatedly and then disconnected the call even without resolving the problem. Please look into the matter as it is harassment on the face and airtel customer support should be penalised for this and our balance should refunded immediately.

Airtel deducted Rs.21 and Rs.25 from my balance respectively in two days. I want to get back my amount immediately. Airtel have software to deduct the above mentioned amount by their way and I want to get return my amount. Please do it from your end. Do not deduct our balances from our account.                                 Hi, I have a corporate plan in Airtel. Every month they charged for calling my CUG numbers and activate a 3G packs without my notification. Every month they charged about 450 instead of my 125 rupee plan. every time i called them they are giving some wavier about of 150 rs and cheating me. this is the third month they are doing the same. Anyone please suggest, how to raise a legal complaint for this?

                                  I purchased airtel postpaid data card connection from rajnagar ghaziabad. i told them i need an unlimited plans so they can show me airtel brochures if they got any unlimited schemes, I wanted unlimited data card pack . but there was no more than 8 GB unlimited plans available at that time. so i asked them if they got anything more than that for unlimited plans . they told me sir presently airtel had launced 10 gb unlimited plan for 1500 rs per month but we are providing that connection to only postpaid costumers. I told them ok i will get that postpaid connection, They didnot charged me any price for sim or connection . Fot the first month the bill was around 450 rs I paid that bill next month it was 2012 rs i paid that too but for the another next month bill was 5500 +. now when i complaint about the bill they told me sir you have to pay that bill or we will go to court. I do not know what to do now i told them i will pay 1500 + taxes or late fees whatever and terminate this connection. but they are not terminating my connection nor they are reducing my bill. Kindly guide me further as i am thinking to file an FIR against Airtel and that airtel customer service shop at RDC ghaziabad. I am not a fraud but i wont pay the bill thats so unfair.                                   as per the complaint the airtel representative followed it.
                                  but they are not agreeing to the said unfair bill
                                  however on other hand i accounted and had a conversation with airtel authorized dealer from where i have purchased
                                  the connection they are agreeing on the unlimited plan purchased by me for 1500 rs and they are even agreeing on
                                  the fault from airtel .
                                  i still got no response from them and now they have sent me another bill for rs 6k+
                                  I have the recording of the conversation that i had with airtel store representative at Rajnagar district center, which i can produce on demand.
                                  and they are still irritating me by asking me to pay the said hyped bill amount.

                                  Any further assistance will be highly appretiated !

The connection has no sms facility from past three days.In spite of numerous complaints, the company has failed to solve the problem. So much so after 3 days of constant checking up, the helpline tells me to log the complaint again. Hope air el does something about it...

Now while i took the sim for postpaid, i have submitted them Rs 250/- cash, on the same which summet told it will get adjusted in the first bill. But now it been 3 month over, every time i call this Atul kulkarni and Summet, they assure me to pay within the day. Now its been 3 month, these guys are neglecting my calls and messages. I am disclosing their numbers to you.
