Dear concerned, I am a very disappointed customer. Your Customer care people dont care as to how they talk to your customers. They just shout and dont listen to what we are trying to tell . As a civilised citizen im an putting across this issue to the concerned department, if no action is initiated against the person who spoke to me, I will take this to the next level and complain to the consumer forum, as your representative threatened with dire consequences without knowing the actual picture. When I was sold the dongle I was told that the tariff plan would be my monthly bill. But I received bills with about Rs 200 excess every month stating it was the needed service tax. I asked the connection to be terminated long back since I have been receiving bills without using Internet. I have not made the payment owing to the fact that I have received the bill without using Internet and every time I call the customer care, I am bounced from one department to another in order to talk to the concerned personnel but at last they hang up on me telling me to call the customer care back again. This has happened several times. At last I received a call today where a lady who dint even bother to introduce herself threatened me to cut my Vodafone[wondering how you guys have hold over other service provider functionality] mobile connection if the bill is not paid immediately.The call came from the number: +91 [protected]. I am a senior official with one of the leading IT infrastructure service provider. Having said that, I know how important customer service and satisfaction is. At this mediocre level of service I assure you that you will be losing a lot of loyal customers, atleast from my end. Hoping to listen back from you guys. Bindu N V [protected]

I have activated 3G internet pack in my mobile number [protected]. And while checking data balance, it shows still 110 MB balance is there and I had 29 rupees in my main balance. So I have started using internet and suddenly I got a flash message saying your 3G balance is 45 MB and Main balance is 0.03 Rs. Stilk 45 MB data is there but I dont know why the hell they have dudected the amount from main balance. The main issue is, when I call customer care, it is a worst ever response I have got from airtel. She told, there is no mistake from us. Then I asked her to connect to higher officials but she was silent for 45 seconds and am keep on saying hello hello to her. Then she was repating the same thing 'there is no mistake from our end and please cut thr call'. Who the hell is she to ask me to cut the call without any resolution. Are we mad people who calls you regarding the issue? Am using airtel for 6 years, this is the WORST RESPONSE EVER given by airtel. I have sent request for portability. All my family members and friends were with airtel and I should start suggesting them to move out of airtel. Wont suggest airtel for anyone in future!!!

[protected] connection name-shah nawaj khan address-69, charniyo ka bas near old bus stand pali i recharged my no. with 255rupees for 3G internet pack and you can see in screenshot what i am getting even 2G speed not that is why i want to change my network into vodafone or reliance because this problem i am facing from last 1week sometimes it works fine with 3G high speed but mostly it doesn't work whenever i see E sign at the top of my screen which you can see in my screenshot so please solve my internet problem otherwise i will have to leave this airtel network as soon as

i am a airtel mobile customer..my self Mohit Shah and my Mobile number is [protected] today date of 28 Jan 2015 in morning i had received a message from TATA DOCOMO mobile service provider.. ( Hi! Your request for MNP registered successfully[protected] we'll now problem is that i have never been registered any request for MNP service its means Airtel have been misuse my number and they will give my UPC Code to some other customer.. when i call in Airtel customer Care and TATA DOCOMO customer care they both are not ready to answer on this now i ma really worried about this if my number has been a portout then who is gonna to be a responsible ?? i am using this my number from last 7 to 8 years and this is as much as important to my business.. Airtel & TATA DOCOMO both have to pay for this becouse this is a rediculas..how can some company give UPC Code when real owner has not apply for any services how's?? Dear Sir, I, Saundaryya Prasad Dutta had purchased an Airtel prepaid mobile connection number [protected] when I was posted in the state of Jharkhand. Address recorded as Topa Colliery., Ramgarh, Hazaribagh. Now that I have been transfered to Assam, I was no longer using the SIM. But on 27.01.2015, I discovered that the above SIM No:[protected] is missing from my possession. I have lodged an FIR in this regard in Margherita Police Station of District Tinsukia Assam. Hi, Airtel website shows, T News channel is included in Telugu Top up (For Rs.15). But when I contacted Airtel Digital customer care, they keep on telling this channel is not included. I have provide screen shots in the mail as well. But still not resolved. Airtel digital is really cheating all the digital tv customers. Mobile no. [protected]. I was using this number from last 5-6 years Firstly it was postpaid then I converted this in prepaid. Due to medical profession i shifted to dehradun and stopped using the number because of high roaming charges . I had recharged this number 2 months ago. Now i came to know that this number has been deleted from airtel. When I spoke to customer care and asked for help, their representive said that they cannot help and started giving example of medical profession in this matter. As it is a 000 number the company will sell this number at higher price later on. Kindly help me in this matter

Sir, As par detail mentioned in after call massage about Recharge with 39, I would get away 10 paisa / minute for 30days... I got benifit for only 10 days I decided for port, as a result they call back and give me a scheme of recharge with 146 and free a2a free call for 28 days And I got only 500 a2a minutes Such a cheater...

i had recharged my no [protected] by amount 103 from net on 25 Jan, which was a net pack of 300mb for 21 days but service was not activated till now. all the time main balance are deducted for internet charges . either activate service or provide the 103 in main balance

To more massage's [protected] this no daily 1000 above massage's arrive so lot off disturbance already complaint once no action so please stop the massages. Regards Madhu

Hi, I did online recharge for mobile no [protected] of Rs 252 (1GB 3G recharge) on 22 Jan 2015. My transaction id is 606230. But recharge was unsuccessful due to some problem.Amount of Rs. 252 is deducted from my back account and yet not refunded. Please refund the debited amount Rs. 252 as early as possible. I Mahaveer verma, my post paid mobile no- [protected](CUG- DMRC/JP). My residence at H, -155, Padamavati colony-B, near Mansrovar metro station, Jaipur, on this place mobile network not available in room & outer area of home. I complaint many times on your customer care but no any result found. many times i want urgent calls, but not carried out call due to not availability network, also i taken mobile data plan. above said in area airtel network range is very low and every time mobile network manually to select. Please my problem to soled out as soon as possible. I advise to airtel, network range set up high, if already high then new tower to install for mobile network to decrease.

My Airtel Prepaid No. is [protected]. I have recharged for data uses on[protected] for Rs. 103 for 3G data uses for a vailidty of 21 days with data uses up to 300 MB. It is sorry to say that no data service is available from today while none of the above, validity and data uses have been used fully. Kindly look into the matter and resume my services. I had small talk with Airtel customer care executive, as per converation with him he is not able to stop this service. He said that there is no service active on your airtel no. Still I am getting messages(Jokes). Anyone know how to stop this? Thanks in advance

Hello, I have been in Airtel for the past 3-4 years . I went to the Airtel showroom which is located in Okkiampet. Which is the worst Airtel showroom ever. They dont have any politeness towards the customers which is not expected from an reputed telecom service. Take it as a feedback. Kindly teach them what has to be done in an Airtel showroom. I asked them what are the documents needed for getting a new VIP postpaid connection. They say it is not available and they dont know anything about the documents needed and stuff. I felt there was no use of me going to the Airtel showroom and came out and called the customer care at 121. They also didnt know anything about the documents needed for it and asking me to go to other airtel showroom just for a normal information. At last I had to mail to 121. This is so annoying. I have traveled almost 60kms just for this in the hot climate. I request you to let me know the documents needed for the VIP number. I shall quit airtel if this is how you going to treat your customers. This is not the first time I have been to that showroom. Thanks Elias TIME IS MONEY. TREAT EVERYONE AS EQUAL IS WHAT INDIA HAS TAUGHT ME.

Airtel had provided me two special offers one is 120=120TT and promo of Rs 13 = 1.2ps/2s fo 60days. But when I Recharged for those services They give 103.81 for Rs 120 and promo for only 3days for Rs.13. When I mailed them, they told these services are unavailable. They are doing these types of cheating business.
