I was paid on 13/12/14 my corporate connection all dues of my airtel 10 connections of named account as Ishwari Travels, i got a receipt no. 249092 book no. 9924. As per airtel policy they promised in sms sent by them to me, activation will be done in 4 hours after paying of dues in cash but they are not able to activate my service after 21 hours of paying all dues .

    Hi i am koushik my customer id [protected] since i have been to abroad for a year so i told to disconnect my dth, now i would like to start the service but the airtel cc told to recharge for min amount and wait for 48 hrs they took all details about my STB ID, Viewcard No., C-ID, and forwarded a mail to the concerned dept. but almost 1/2 month over still no one ever called me and not yet activated and even registered complaint 63161694 stupid Airtel. now the explanations is mail rejected due to invalid details, precisely i have given correct.

        i dont know why airtel has been ruining me by cutting my balance indiscriminately onbthe pretext of laila services without my approval the following are the details of airtel deducting my amount withoutany prior intimation. 1).13-11-14 deducted 15rs at 9.12pm 2).06-11-14 deducted 35rs at 9.14am 3).13-12-14 deducted 15rs at 2.44pm 4) .14-12-14 deducted 35rs at 9.04am. so terribly airtel cutting my balance . i changed from vodafone to airtel.now airtel has taught me nice lesson. iam very much dissapointed over airtel plundering my balance. kindly refund my amount or ill legally proceed. my number [protected]

          HI, I would like to complaint about the distributor in Gaziabad, U.P.I have recently shifted to the place vasundhra in delhi ncr as i am a working professional i require bb i thought to contact airtel about the bb connection.they told me that they can send a man out to check about the availability of the bb the man visited my property and he confirmed that yes bb is avialiable and askedfor a 1000 rupee install fee which i have provided to the person in cash.he gave me a copy of that form and went stating that he with in 3 dyas your bb would be installed within 3 days .it has been 7 days no response when i call that person he told me to contact the distributor and when i called the distributor he rudely told me that bb is not available i asked him to be polite as i m the customer and i asked him how can he talk to me like this and he rudely replied we can talk to you like this. when i asked the dealer that i would file a complaint in consumer Forum he said you can for sure do that also he was rude once again . Iwork from home and it is really very annoying why i would face loss becuase of airtel. I would kindly request you to take action . I m harsh it and my number is [protected].

            AIRTEL is a worse network I have ever used till yet, From first day I have issue with Internet, I have registered my complaint number of times but till now they had never respond me and I also visited relationship center and they just simply changed my sim two time but no solution and now I have countered call drop problem . At the end, I would look to say, I just want to throw this network but can't able to change it because according to rule after three months I can port my number .So, please help me out, How can I get this rid of this network .

                  dear sir, i dont know if it is right to share with you, , , but sir the man with above no, of AIRTEL made a call against my complaint in paytm and took details of my card along with my pin too, certainly it was my mistake too .but the locator is from BIHAR, JHARKAND circle sir, , , he withdrew 8000/- rupees from my account too, i beg u to pl try to do needful by locating him and help your faithful customer(we are using also airtel network) on humanitarian ground s 8000 is a big amount for me sir...My name is J.vamsi, CELL.NO.9502024***...i am resi of Hyderabad (A.P)

                      i ajay yadav have a airtel sim card no [protected]..its from up east..now at this time i reside in up west(baraut) near delhi... when i called customer care no they told me just go to nearest airtel sevice centre and make issue a duplicate sim card with your balance nd data ...but here they did not giive such service... now tell me what to do and from where i could get duplicate im card as soon as possible.. regards, ajay yadav [protected]

                          Sir airtel increase my monthly rental from 1299 to 1499 from last 3-4 months.But they provide the same usage of 20gb & 4mbps speed which should be increased to 25gb & 8mbps(According to their plan mentioned on there website) http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband).                             Just about an hour back I made payment for Rs. 200/- full talk time online recharge through your i.e. airtel website on my ICICI Bank account. Error was reported but all the same money deposited to their account and my ICICI bank sent me a message that Rs. 200/-debited from my balance. But no recharge benefits have been given to me. Why? What is the fun in taking Rs. 200/- into their account, but reporting error and not giving recharge benefit? They should immediately give me recharge benefit of Rs. 200/- full talktime together with suitable compensation for their fraud in taking my money into their account, but reporting error and not giving me the recharge benefits. Earlier also they got debited from my account two amounts or Rs. 18/- and Rs. 35/- for their concession plans but did not give me these benefits, and since the amounts were small I did not bother to complaint here. But when I asked an Airtel employee in an office here, he just laughed away sarcastically!

                            It has become a fashion and ugly practice with these mobile service providers to keep their websites faulty and somehow manage to gulp customer's money into their accounts but not give them recharge and other benefits. Even if they refund after 7-10 days as they say so, who is going to pay the interest for that and will not these mobile companies benefit from the deposits and interest for those 7-10 days for nothing? Such frauds have to be nipped in the bud. Contact [protected]@gmail.com
                            even in mine i have complained them several times about this issue. but they never care. i am using SBI account. if i recharge using payairtel.com, Money will gone even before a jiffy time after that no response from airtel. i tried the customer care too but that very annoying. this time, i gonna use PORTABILITY option for sure.

                              Hi, I had taken the broadband online and paid the initial fee of Rs.1000/- Since there it showed the feasibility was present in my area. Later the airtel officials said there was no feasibility i asked for the refund it has been more than a month since i have raised the concern with [protected]@airtel.in. The guy whom i interacted(i have given all the details related to the transaction and he has confirmed that transaction status) promises it will be done in a week but still no one responded on the status. Please let me know how to proceed. Regards.

                                  Issue on Airtel ****************** 1. Request date: Aug 23rd, 2014. 2. Area / Location of the airtel Relationship Centre: Adyar, Chennai, Silverline Network, Near Adyar Bus stand. 3. SIM number:[protected] 4. Alternate contact number: [protected] Kindly review my issue briefly. I changed my postpaid plan of another number [protected] to prepaid on Aug23rd, 2014 @ Siverline Network Airtel Show room, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I infrom them that I am not getting bill details to my email-id, they told to fill the application form to update my email id ([protected]@gmail.com). And after that I paid 460/- balance amt and they provide prepaid SIM card and said that it will activate in 3 days and the postpaid will deactivate in 3 days, this what they said to me and I never get my itemized bill details to my email id as well as my postal address. Few days later they call me again and told me to pay 740/- for the balanced amt, I asked for bill details and I changed that number to prepaid. So, later I paid that amt on Sep-13th, 2014 too. and 10 days before I paid Rs.23/-. So, totally, I paid 460 + 740 + 23= 1, 223/- Still now I didn't get any bill details, I call the customer car 198 and 121 many times, Later All the CARED people told me to meet the Siverline Network airtel showroom and ask the query. So, Again I went there, He checked my bill details and ask me to pay Rs.600/- blindly he is not ready to hear my query and he told "ONCE YOU PAY THEN ONLY IT WILL WORK UNTIL UNLESS WHERE EVER YOU GO NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU". Even yesterday I talk to 121 CUSTOMER CARED people around 30 mins. At last A person called SUPERVISOR talk to me (Promised me) to activate the prepaid card on Monday 13th-Oct, 2014. but still it is not yet happened. I changed the postpaid to prepaid on Aug 23rd, And the billing period is on 25th of every month. I paid 460/- at that time, then how they charged me 740 for September month and not yet send the bill details. I informed to the so many CARED PEOPLE on THE GREAT AIRTEL, but they have not yet updated and I am still receiving the mail to pay the amt. Last week 16th Oct, they told me it is cleared and you can get new preapid sim in the showroom, So, I went there and again they told me to pay 297/-, which is the rental amt, Still same headache, I tried 121 there and now new story they have started. Later I didn't pay the money and I came back from there. At least I have hope on you, Kindly solve my problem. Still I am facing the same issue. Please contact me on [protected].

                                    My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden and a message was displayed as 'SIM Card not registered..Error Code #MM2' on Monday, 8th dec, 2014 . After one day, I was able to talk to customer care executive(as they never pick phone) and they asked me to get a duplicate SIM as the sim card has been corrupted. Same day i.e Tuesday, I got the duplicate SIM from Airtel Store located as Good Earth City Centre. Till Wednesday, it did not worked. Again on talking with the guys at this store, they asked for some more docs. I provided the same. Today, its 4 days and my SIM is still not working and no one at AIRTEL STORE at GOOD EARTH CITY CENTRE, SECTOR-50, GURGAON is picking up phone. I have never faced this much harassment and frustration before. Thanks to awfully bad services from AIRTEL.

But from your side the disconnection was made on 23rd after my mail request. Mail as written below: [protected] Forwarded message[protected] From: BIMAL KUMAR KARAN <[protected]@googlemail.com> Date: Thu, Oct 23, 2014 at 2:08 PM Subject: Reference No[protected] To: "[protected]@in.airtel.com" <[protected]@in.airtel.com> Dear Airtel, I have made a request against the reference no: 50392290 Dt 09/10/2014 (Fixed land line no[protected] for shifting the connection to Crossing republic Ghaziabad. But from your side I have received confirmation that you can't provide the connection in my new location. Then I have told you to disconnect the connection. But still it is working. I am not gong to pay anything from tomorrow. You are requested to disconnect. From tomorrow onwards its the responsibility of airtel if there is any misuse as I have to vacant my flat by tomorrow. On Sunday I have received a call for paying Rs 347/- for broad band connection. Till that date I have not received phone bill. I am ready to pay that but plz let me know first when my final account will be settled with how much amount. In which address you will settle the account. Please confirm my final balance and nest day I will pay the account..
