I am a regular user of 3G internet on my phone and based in the chennai circle. I am currently working out of Delhi and the 3G internet pack that I have availed has been rendered useless. No website loads and no other app features work on my phone. It is a waste of my 250 Rupees. I complained through their customer care but they have been ingnoring my complaints, as usual . This is so unprofessional and unethical of such a big firm. Please look into it that the issue is resolved. Contact details : sriram.[protected]@gmail.com

    Hi, I am Airtel customer and till now have been paying the bills regularly without any delays. I had gone to Canada on 24-Sep-2014. I called up Airtel call center and requested for International Roaming. I was tole d that the international roaming is for 199/Month. So i requested them to activate International Roaming. They asked me if any value added IR packs are required which will cost 3500/-. I categorically told them that i donot require it. I deactivated by Internation roaming on 19-Oct or 20-Oernatict(I donot remember the date exactly) However i was billed for 3500/- pack in the Sept-Oct bill. I paid the same. I was again billed for 3500 in Oct-Nov billing cycle. I called them up and requested them to look in to it, i was told that only internation roaming was deactivated and not IR pack. I am surprised with the below: 1) Even after asking them not to activate IR pack they activated the same. 2) After that on deactivating the International roaming they still are charging me for the IR pack. I am not sure what will i do with I pack if international roaming is deactivated. Thanks, Sachin

      I had applied to convert postpaid number into prepaid on 12th December, 2014. My postpaid sim has stopped working since then whereas the prepaid sim is not yet activated. Moreover, I had visited Airtel office in Sector 11, Panchkula several times, where Mr. Sammi's behaviour was extremly rude. His gestures of extreme disrespect are not befitting with the moral code of conduct with a female customer. Kindly take necessary actions so that such haressment of female customers is not continued.

But i am constrained to point out that even after 18 days, i have not been advised by any responsible officer and neither connection has been provided. Can any body from Airtel, tell me the reason for such a long delay ? I therefore once again request to provide connection immediately. Immediate reply from responsible officer is solicited.         I have registered a broad band connection of AIRTEL on 13.12.2014 and gave a cheque leaf of rs 1000/- named BHARATHI AIRTEL LTD on the same day. The executive who visited me said that the cheque will be deposited on next working day ( i.e., 15.12.2014) but he didn't deposit and without my intimation he deposited the same on 18.12.2014. but the cheque dishonored on 18.12.2014 (12.21 pm) due to insufficient funds. but with in 20min (12.40pm) i have deposited the funds to my A/C. and had intimated the executive who picked my call on the number [protected]. But to day when i made call to the customer services on airtel I have come to know that no services are available in our Area. now the executive is not picking my call.

        Will you Please clarify me 1. weather A Cheque can be deposited with out the holders intimation?

        2.Is there any right to collect funds before providing services ?

          Now this is how it starts, At first an employee named Mr. Santosh Dubey (mobile- [protected]/ [protected]), commits me of getting the lease line done within 7 days. Then came his senior from Mahape named Mr. Manoj Rai (mobile- [protected]), rectifying his junior's mistake and said it takes around 12 days to get lease line activated. It was 17th of Nov 2014, we spoke and gave all the documents along with the Cheque to these gentlemen. We confirmed about the activation within 12 days and they said it will be done. We also checked with them as to when the cheque will be deposited, they assured us that after installation when the testing is done, only then they will deposit the cheque. Things were great till 3rd Dec'2014, when we tried to contact both these men to check as to what happened to the lease line and to our surprise both were unable to respond. We kept calling and still no response. Furiously, We had to drop the idea of getting Airtel Lease Line because we were getting this connection for a project which we were expecting at that point of time. We never got that [project and thanks to your associates, as the project was huge and it was all dependent on the Lease Line Connection (as it one of the terms & condition from the respective company). A week back, we luckily got to speak to Mr. Santosh Dubey, whom we asked to return our documents & cheque, respectively. He assured us that the cheque will not be deposited as the installation is not done (statement from him). Now the biggest shock came today when we noticed the cheque was deposited and the money was deducted (Rs. 33710.0/-) from my account. When we called Mr. Manoj Rai, (this time he answered) and asked him to refund the amount as this whole thing is a Scam and we never approved of this, he said, "Do whatever you want, go ahead and file a case against the company if you want your money back, I cant help you. I sit at Mahape office, do whatever you want." Then we tried to speak to Mr. Manoj Rai's Senior Mr.Santosh Satpute (Shree Enterprises Mahape (DSA) / mobile- [protected]) who then confirmed the refund within 45 days, he is only person who told us that cheque gets deposited at the time of processing, not after installation. He was suppose to get back to me with the proper update within 15 minutes which was in the morning, yet no response. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.

            Reference: Postpaid numbers: [protected] & [protected] Account numbers:[protected] &[protected] With reference to my above email dated on 20th day of October 2014 which is not sorted yet. When i dropped the cheque in one of your drop box located in Express Avenue, Royapettah, Chennai Here is the cheque detail Date:[protected] Cheque Number: 149223 Amount: 5, 514/- Bank: Indian Bank, Peters Road Branch I got a sms saying the cheque is not valid as the "Break-up of amount is not mentioned" (till date no one in Airtel Could explain what that means) . So, I went to the santhome Main Branch and paid the Cash for Rs.5, 514/- & when i asked for that rejected cheque the representative there told me that they will send it by post but till date i have not got that cheque back. And the next month bill came for Rs.2, 960/- for which I again dropped a cheque in the same drop box location Here is the cheque detail Date:[protected] Cheque Number: 149226 Amount: 2, 960/- Bank: Indian Bank, Peters Road Branch (Please see attached bank statement copy) I again got a sms stating the same reason and by this time i started getting calls from the Airtel appointed collection agents, who clearly has no information about my payment details and also absolutely zero knowledge about the drop box location. One person form the collection agency asked me to check with my Bank to see if the cheques have been realised, So, I went to my Bank and was extremely surprised & shocked to see that both the above mentioned cheques have realised on the 05th day of December 2014 and the amount's been deducted from my account(Please see attached Bank Statement Copy). I have already made cash payment for the first cheque but still the cheque was presented in the bank and amount is taken by Airtel.This it is a world class fraud & to Add oil to burning fire today my number got disconnected for non-payment where you guys have my advance payment of Rs. 5, 514. I immediately called the customer care to check what is the issue & the representative gave the usual lame answer that the server is down & it will take 4 (FOUR) hours to be rectified. This is load of crap, I mean why should I make the payment twice and still my account is not getting updated?? What kind of crappy systems & servers you people have got?? I'm not making this month's payment till my previous issues are sorted out, in fact i dont have to make any payments because there is deposit of Rs. 5, 514/- is there in my account.I will wait untill tomorrow if I don't get a proper reply from you guys, I'm filing a legal suit against Airtel with all the evidence that I've got. I've been a loyal customer to Airtel for more than a decade now and I dont deserve such a treatment and i assure that i will use number portability and go to some other "least worst" service provider if this problem is not resolved by today.

              I am having 2 connections of Airtel digital TV. In respect of one of them I am facing a continuous recurring problem where 75% of the channels are not available for viewing after 7-8pm till morning (peak TV viewing time). This problem occurred each month and every month we raised a complaint with Airtel customer care (CC). In response, they sent their person who gave us temporary resolutions and recovered Rs 150 as charges. We requested for a one time solution but they failed to provide the same as they did not intend to resolve it completely. When we tried to personally examine the issue (we have a centralised dish for our entire building), we observed that each member from our building raised similar complaints and they disconnected someone else's connection to resolve other customer's complaint and so the problem kept recurring each month for more than 2 years now. Frustrated with Airtel service, I decided to discontinue the services of one of my connections and so lodged a request with customer care by providing the related set top box no and VC no. This request was processed wrongly by CC and they disconnected the other connection which I wished to keep alive. I brought this mistake to CC team's notice (on Sunday, 14 Dec) to which they spoke arrogantly and tried to defend their action and told me that i need to raise another ticket to correct their mistake if I wanted to get regain the service. Accordingly since I had no option I lodged another complaint for rectifying their mistake. Another blunder is that the message displayed on the TV mentions that my account is suspended due to low balance whereas when I spoke to CC they informed me that it is suspended bcoz of my cancelation request. At that moment my account balance was over 4500. I am totally apprehensive/doubtful as to whether Airtel was speaking the truth or just covering up for their mistake. At the time of raising the complaint, they conveyed that it will take 48 hours to resolve. However when I raised a issue as to why should I suffer bcoz of their mistake, they mentioned that they would try to resolve this as early as possible. Since then I have been following up atleast 3-4 times in a day on my request and each time I call they raise a fresh ticket and start counting 48 hours from that moment. When questioned on this, the CC confirmed that this was their policy and so my 48 hours are not over as yet. Now its been 5 days and my complaint is unattended and whenever i asked for refund/resolution, they kept my call on hold or said that all sr. execs are busy or we will call you back in 4 hours. I never received any call back. I have merely lost my money and time in making calls to Airtel all day. This has extremely harassing as no one in Airtel CC is even bothered to speak to customers, and when it is connected they keep the call on hold on the pretext that they are checking for the same. I request your help in getting my balance refund and raisng this issue to the top level so that they know what kind of harassment customers are facing even though we pay money for the services but get no service at all.

                    I booked airtel digital TV through onlne and the same was installed by airtel on 15th November, 2014. Airtel assured me to provide free one month subscription from the date of activation. The activation for the services happened on 15th December, 2015 after i made a call to the service center. The assured free one month services were not provided by airtel and the signals stopped working after the activation. It worked for few hours on 15 th December, 2014. When i tried to contact the call center executives, they keep on making me wait for more than 4-5 hours by putting my call on hold and searching for the data with no concrete answer anytime. I talked to Vishal -Operations Manager, Ajay - Senior Executive, Astha, Ravi, and few more. I have not yet received the activation SMS. I can provide all the interaction ids if required. I would like to seek a resolution that when they have assured me one month free subscription from the date of activation why is airtel executive not providing what they have promised. Could you please help me provide my free subscription and a speedy resolution as airtel is not responding to my queries.

                      Sir, I had buyed a mobile Motorola XT1068 (2nd gen) in that there is a offer 1GB 3G data per month for 2 month i had been activated it on 14/11/2014 on Mob no.[protected] & IMEI no. [protected] i got 1st 1GB data for 1 month and next 1 month they said i got in 48hrs when i called in airtel custmer care. But 3 days ago, now they are saying that my offer is rejected and reson i have not got till. Sir Its My Humble Request to you that please update my 1GB data on my phone on Mob no.[protected]

                        My net connection no [protected] in the name of Rampada Ghosh. I have sent a mail on 04.10.2014 as follows: ""why "Check 4G Usage" could not be checked at any time?? Why this is not working?? Rectify it immediately."" But till date neither it has been rectified nor replied. Again request you to rectify the same so that I can check 4G Usages at any time. Please also change my 4G plan to 3GB unlimited with monthly rent of Rs.650/- immediately Otherwise I shall not make payments from next month.

                          Dear Sir, I did a recharge of 102 Rs of 300 MB 3G data having 30 days of validity (As mentioned in the recharge description in Airtel''s website and in the message i received after the recharge). But when i cross verified the validity credited to my AC, i found it to be only 28 days. I registered a complaint to Airtel customer care but dint get any resolution. I also registered the complaint with Nodal officer and appellate authority also. But instead of resolving the problem and correcting the information on their website they are offering me some free recharge options. Please help me regarding this issue as Airtel is clearly misleading the consumers providing incorrect information about the recharge options Available.                             I recently ported from Vodafone to Airtel, In the airtel shop i was told that the Call rates would be 30ps for all customers for 3 months. After porting the customer service people are telling its 48ps not 30ps .And from Yesterday 16th Dec 2014 airtel have changed the call rates again, now it is 1 rs per cal .

                              Hi Sir/Madam, My number is [protected], i am using this number since 2008. I have 3G net balance of 100 MB in my account, sir today(17.12.2014 @9am) i connected my mobile to laptop to surf net at that time i didn't get any message regarding low of net balance in my account and without sending any message to me they deducted amount of rs. 65 from my main account. Later at 10 pm they sent a message like your account is low.

                                I received Airtel 3g offer 1gb per month for 2months.I received 1gb for month.its validity is over yesterday.I didnt receive another 1gb for this month.I contacted the customer care regarding this.they asked me to send screenshot of offer which received through SMS.since I deleted SMS tell me how to retrieve the offer.

                                  Dear sir, i am here with bringing you notice that i have ported from VODAFONE post paid to AIRTEL post paid coneection through ascon sales & service indiranagar where i have already ported from vodafone on 10/12/2014 my no is deactivatedfrom vodafone on 14/12/2014 my mobile no is [protected] 7 iam using this no from past 7 years, now it is coming out of service after that i have contacted voda service centre they said it has been port to airtel network but if i ask airtel service centre the have inform me that it was activated another sim you please contact ascon sales and service in indiranagar office i have visited to this office on 15/12/2014 but this people is told me we will activate by16/12/2014 aftrnoon but till now 10-30 am 17/12/2014 they have not taken any action i have got a very bad experience through this people by selecting airtel network through this people irresponsibility and negligency Thanking you sir Regards Kempashanaiah T.S LAGGERE BANGALORE.

                                    My Datacard #[protected] is not working for more than 3 months. Raised complaints so many time.When I say I am going to cancel data card they will request me to not to cancel and data card will work only for 1 or 2 days after that datacard wont work. But I am getting bill for every month. Please raise this as complaint for data card [protected] Thanks Ramesh

Alternative Contact No: [protected]. My Duplicate SIM Collected nearly 10 days back is not working. Incoming Calls not active to receive calls. I am keep on Complaining to Customer Service, but there is proper response from them. I am not finding other option to resolve the problem.                                         customer id: [protected] i purchased airtel dth connection online today after confirming with airtel sales dept. that my area is serviceable. However after few hours of purchase i got a call that my dth can not be installed at my location. Whereas there is already a airtel dth connection at my home on my landlords name. when i called up customer care they just hung up the phone. Why are you misleading people...if you can not provide service then say upfront...kindly don't make people suffer...now immediately issue my refund if you can not provide installation...

                                        After 24 hrs airtel guy came for installation. Now when i called up customer care to activate my account they are asking me to contact local dealer. local dealer says am busy call me later. what's the heck goining on. cursing myself for buying online.
