deduction of money without any real cause

Sir this is to inform u that my brother staying in uk and whenever i give miss call to them the airtel compeny deduct rs12, for this when i call to airtel customer service in kolkata branch they reply me that miss call is chargable and its a rule by airtel, i did't understand how it possible this type of deduction they deduct money 8 times during this month, sir airtel customer service supervisor name is sudip nandi and babita roy on dated...

Hope you received my previous complaint. I didn't receive any reply as you notified. Kindly arrange to stop AL-AIRSEP/AL-NZARLV services. Also arrange to add the deducted amount (Rs.75/=) to my talk account, I will forefit Rs.99/= which I am eleigible to get refunded. Again inform you it is illegal to deduct any amount from customer talk account for any other services without the consent of the customer. Your immediate action is expected.     My airtel fixed l8ne number is [protected].this connection is more than 6 months old but yet there is no outgoing active on this number and i have been charged month after month for this service when contacted at airtel services they give reasons everyday but outgoing not started yet i have never been able to make a single call as it says outgoing is gsm locked call airtel services .the call centre of airtel is worst call centre in the world the company should check by itself what their telecallers talk and serve to customers...my cell number is [protected]

      My mobile no is [protected] with data connection, We had 5 airtel mobiles with 3 data connections and we are trying to get boardband connection which we were having earlier which was your company unable to reconnect. By mistake or may be by the person who used my phone for short period, AL-NZARLV model video club was activated some 2 months ago. Last month they messaged for renewal and I requested for deactivation, even then it was renewed and charged Rs.99/= This month I kept my balance below Rs.80/= I received a message that it is due for renewal within 3 days, as stipulated in the same message I sent SMS to 155223 "STOP" to deactivate the service. But on to-day morning I am shocked to see message it is renewed for Rs.75/= and I am unable to make any call as there is no enough balance. All ready I had requested for stop receving any messages other than airtel services. I feel it rediculous to experience these kind of customer services from a reputed Organisation. Deducting any amount without the consent of the customer is illegal, Here one who was having Rs.80 as blalance was troubled not to make any phones because of no fault of his. I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the deducted amount to my mobile talk account immediately. Hope you take a positive action in favour of your customer and prevent me from taking any action, especially changing all connections to any other companies.         sir, i m from assam dist- golaghat. barpathar . vill -kordoiguri. Here airtel network is very poor means i m not able to call and not get any call also. the tower is very near to our home not more than 200 metre. The network shows full tower but not connected. i call the customer care service so many time but they all time say that they will provided the complaint to technical stuff but yet it is not re solve. Now we decided if the network provider(airtel) company not able to resolve our complaint we together 30-40 house member give application to unmounted the tower from our location.

          I was called Airtel Employee for 399 plan: 1000minutes+1GB 3G data and call rate 30p/minute local &40p/minute STD. I asked again and again but she said the plan to me. While after document and security amount deposite, she bargaining me for change plan and after 7days airtel provided me just 600local mints+225Std mints with call rate 50p/m & 60p/m. I'm not only angry but completely unsatisfy with airtel. I'm shocked with this type of behave from airtel that can't be reliable to me. Pls take action with my call recording till the plan activation. Employee name was Vandna. I'm most shocked with that. And just I'll port my 6years old no to other network after within month.

            I requested for MNP from vodafone to airtel on 4th Sept 2014 which had a expiration date as 20th Sept with the number VX and I submitted all my documents on the same day to airtel retailer but the processing started on 17th Sept and they raised a request to Vodafone for porting and which was cancelled on 20th since the Porting number VX got expired on 20th Sept. Pretty Reasonable explanation for me !! Ok fine with that thinking there might have some problem from my side or with the some documents as the address verification and all was done by 5th Sept only. However, I raised one more request for porting with the number VX595876 on 22nd Sept 2014 with the expiration date of 7th October. Everything went properly this time and on 25th Sept 2014 the porting was approved by vodafone and they stopped connection on 26th Sept and the problem have started now. Airtel asked me address proof and photos on 26th Sept and gave me new SIM for that they took 100 Rs as well. Fine with me. The Real problem starts here now. Since 26th September night till so far no connection on my SIM and I am completely out of connection from my family and friends. I have called 10 times this customer care(121) from my friends airtel number and explaining all these things(Mind you my Jaws are still in pain explaining and asking them to resolve it ASAP) and only thing i hear "Sir, Please Wait for one hour/half an hour, you will get a signal on your mobile for that SIM and then Call 59059 and verify it" Whole day on 27th Sept i have looked in my mobile for the signal( For me it is stupid thing but what to do only thing i can do). Atleast i can get the explanation saying that exact reason why this is taking a long time. I am also an IT engineer and know such technical stuffs by myself. Guys, Please help me here otherwise i know how i can go beyond this level. I still have 90 days of time from backing out and going back to vodafone. I thought airtel are best in services but the way they have handled, i am scared now. I will write this mail to TRAI pulling Vodafone and Airtel, both of them.

              I am debashish mallik from balasore, orissa.I am compitative student, i depend 50% on internet for my study, like online test, news paper reading, online registration etc..
              Recently i migrated from bsnl wll internet to airtel becose of slow internet speed(9kb/s).I did so becose i think airtel would give me atleast expected speed(Expecting 40kb/s).But am disappoined.After recharged with rs 198 for 28 day, i came to know from airtel cust. Cere exacutive that it will give me 80kb/s, then after its speed will be reduced to 40kb/s, then i thought i can manage as per my work on internet.But on the 1st day after recharge i noticed only for opening google page it takes 2-3 minuts, i checked my internet speed it saw 2-3kb/s, some time it shows decimale.Now i am hopeless, i think i am coursed to be born on land like india, where countries like russia, usa people enjoying 100mb/s in semi urban area, in our country its a dream and reumore for us, so what i am living in small city i just want atleast.I wasted 20 minuts by typing this complain, and i know i will not get any soluation.

                Hi, I am a resident of Dange chowk, the auto rickshae walals in this area charge rs 40 to -100 for only 1- 1.5 Km, This is preprosterous!! when i told that i will come by meter only, nobody was ready to come.All of them were fighting and said that this is the way here take it or leave it.I think their permit should be cancelled.!!!

                  With ref. To the above sub. I had received message from airtel dated -
                  22.06.2014 regarding bill amount, the amount showing rs.989.21.

                  My regular bill is not going more than rs.200/- per month, i am not using
                  Internet, gprs, whatsapp. Data connection. Face book etc. On this mobile no.

                  Why this time charged me wrongly. (Rs.800/-)

                  Just now recently i had change my mobile set (Taken old mobile set from my brother) but i am not using internet.

                  So requesting you pl. Look into this metter and deduct my bill amount.

                  I can't suffer to pay this big amount.

                      Very often at any hours of day & night we face this problem .
                      A standard reply always received is ----set switched off, user out of range, user busy with other call/calls etc BUT IN REALITY NONE OF THESE REASONS HOLD GOOD.

                        I have purchased a 3G SIM from City Media at city centre in Bokaro steel city and registered in network on 24.09.2014 after 15 minutes, it was started and i received Rs.50 as balance but i Did not receive 1GB data as promised by Seller. As per his suggestion i have also talked to customer care and your support shop at City Centre but they could not provide any help. So I request you kindly look into the case and provide me 1GB data.                           Dear Sir, My name is Nishant Phad. I am staying in Panvel (Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra). I am using Airtel prepaid sim (No. +91-[protected]) since last 5-6 years. Every month, in addition to my main account recharge, I recharge seperately for internet usage pack. Generally, when my internet recharge validity is about to end, SMS used to come from Airtel that I have to recharge for internet pack within 3 days. So, after message I used to recharge the internet pack. Now, since last month, Airtel has stopped sending reminder message for recharging internet pack. They simply send the message after expiry that your internet pack validity is over & now charges will be deducted from main account and immediately after the message my all balance in main account is deducted to ZERO. This has happened 3 times with me since last one month. In last incident (03 days back), message came that my maximum internet usage is crossed & now deduction will be from main account (without any Inet pack expiry message). After that, I recharged my internet pack (R98, 500 MB, Validity - 14 days) & also my main account with Rs.120. After only 02 days (yesterday), suddenly same message came that my maximum internet usage is crossed (500 MB in 02 days?) & now charges will be deducted from main account. Immediately after that my main account balance is made ZERO. Everytime I enquired customer care about the reason, they said that I have used the internet more than limit. I told them that I use only 'Whatsapp' nothing other than that, so how my limit is crossed. They just say that I have used internet for downloading & they don't have details of the same. When I enquired about expiry message, they informed now they have stopped sending the expiry message in advance & charges will be directly deducted with only 'Flash message' which last only for 1 seconds. 03 times in similar way, my balance has been deducted with no advance information as well as proof o[censored]sage. I again & again told the customer representative as well as Sr. Supervisor (Ms. Pooja Sawant) that I use only Whatsapp that too with 2G speed (where I am not able to download even 1 MB video). But, she did not listen & continued to say that I have used Internet so charges are deducted. She was not able provide me details of internet usage / downloads by me. This is very worst experience I am having wherein my charges are deducted without intimation to me & nobody is giving any explanation for the same. I am now fed up of this & thinking to change the mobile service. But, I think the charges cut by Airtel are unexplained so either Airtel should give me the details o[censored]sage or refund biased charges deducted by them. Also Airtel should explain why they have stopped advance intimation message to remind the expiry time & usage. Is it to make money from customer????? The attitude of customer care representatives especially Ms. Pooja Sawant (Sr. Supervisor?) is also very bad who does not listen to customer complaint properly & continue to argue with customer.                               Dear Sir,
                              This is to inform you that, as per your offer in AIrtel Digital TV I recharged sum of Rs.2200/- for one year on 04.01.2014 in Abhinash coomunication at sastrinagar, unit-4, Bhubaneswar for Airtel Digital TV . My package valid upto 04.01.2015 .My service was suspended by Airtel TV after 8.5 months with out nay information nor any up gradation in my package. Neither i upgrade my package nor intimated for the same . I was completely dark from any upgrading my package from concern company . If it is not activated up to 04.01.2015, i will drag you to consumer court for the same . I was repeated calling to customer care but no positive out come received from you . I was really fed up. It is ridiculous to know that after 8.5 month past my a/c balance is Rs.2.32 paisa due to choose the wrong package . I donot know how it is upgraded and when it is upgraded, it is best known to company only . It is here by requested please look after the matter and resove the issue as earliest possible and also request to continue my service upto 04.01.2015 .

                                I have a Airtel number which is running from last 5 years (Approx). I use to have a corporate plan, which later on I discontinued and took a plan which is Rs.2099 rental which covers 12000min Local +national+Roaming, 2000 Local + National SMS and 10GB data usage.. Now after a year I suddenly called the customer care and tried to check the why I am charged a higher Bill though I have not exhausted my limit.. They say that your local and national calls are free but You will be charged on CUG (Local) numbers... and I am being charged for the same for the whole year now.. Can any one make me understand now what kind of Rubbish services are this... and I called customer care (Which is so called Platinum customer care).. A guy name shanawaz answered my call and disconnected after putting me on hold for 6 minutes when I asked him to transfer my call to Supervisor... next time I called I somehow got a supervisor (Nitesh) after waiting for 6 minutes now this supervisor is not ready to take the responsibility of miss selling.. this guy is practically very rude... And I asked for a TL or A manager to speak to but he did not transfer the call and he simply refused by saying that they all are busy on other calls.. I waited for completely an hour but no body came to attend me.. I do have the complete recording saved with me... After paying a Monthly Bill of Rs 3000 this is what I am getting a kind of pathetic services I am getting. My Number is [protected] email Id tilak.[protected]@gmail.com

But well it's been a few days Don evthen and no news ...can airtel explain the reasons behind the delay n more importantly I am using this number since more than 4 yrs now so can they jus imagine the inconvenience ...and if the number is not activated I am NOT paying the rental until the issue is resolved ...                                       I recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs. 249 i.e 1GB browsing at 3G speeds and they are not even providing 2G speeds. When I complained it to customer care executive they started cutting my call and the fifth time they took my call and started misbehaving. This number is under Bihar & Jharkhand telecom circle.
