I had taken a 4g connection and they promised will get speed get around 8-10MBPS.but it is giving not more then 1-2MBPS and it is costly ...paying 2000+ for 40GB.And when I raised a complaint and have been informerd someone would contact with in 4 days.no one visited my house, and when I called customer care after10days they say the complaint closed they already visited and corrected the problem. Dear Sir, I am using Airtel from July 9th bearing mobile number [protected]. I have ported to Airtel from Vodafone with hope of better 3g services. From the day 1 I don't have proper network coverage and I raised complaints multiple times. It's been two months the issue is not yet resolved. I have taken this connection two months ago...from first day the problem will arise that even you tube videos doesnot play properly. TheAirtel service provider deducted my balance without any reason, and during conversation with first customer care he just say it happens in mistake and during the conversation with second one he replied that the charges are rightly deducted.
