hello, my contacts are getting calls from a number that is exactly same as mine jus has +10 in the starting. they get calls at odd hours and then call me back asking the reason of calling them so late. my phone is locked so there is np chance of accident calling or someone using my phone. this is very confusing. please help. surprisingly even i am getting calls with the code +1 and +10 and then my friend's no

    I have not requested for s mono service on my mob no [protected]. With any request simply renewing the s mono service and deducting Rs 1/- for each sms. Please stop it forever immediately.

    The matter is urgent and serious. Pl stop the S .MONO service on my mobile forever and immediately.

        My name is Jayashree. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 27-Sep-2014 at 23:05:33 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. I was been told that within an one day the connection will get activated. Now its all most 16 days steel the connection is not been activated.             My account no [protected] have one no set up box since the air tel start the set up box and second one for secod tv was purchase on the company assurance hd set up box one year ago and pay annual rent 80% of main box. Now i have received the differenet message tfor renew the annual rent @ rs.180/- on 7.9.14, than 9.9.14,. On 10.9.14 messegae recd for renewal rs 220/- now on 27.9.14 rs 250/-. I have enquired from you toll free centre they are not in a position to guide why the rates vary from sms to sms.
            Now kindly let me know when 2nd ty set up box charges is 80% of the ist one which is already paying from last year. How the iind box charges is more than original ist set up box where i am not taking and hd channel.
            Kinldy clary fy so that the renewal can be done on annual basis

              AIRTEL is reaching its worst low i think. every month i need to be aware of my bill because everytime airtel sends a high bill out of the plan. my usual bill is aroung Rs.500 and this time it is Rs.1267 and last time it was Rs.1400 and on complaining Rs.750 was waived off !! the worst part is this, everytime you call the customer care they will reply with charges which even they are not able to explain! and this time they told me some Rs.138 GOVT TAX! i asked them where did this appear from never have they charged this and i asked about the previous bills and they dont have a explanation ! and the EBILL sent is always sent with a same password everytime. and when you send a password request also the same password is sent and further this password doesnt open the bill ! riduculously this time the customer care told me of Rs.5080 data charge in the bill and the funny part they told airtel has given 100 % discount on this . WHO, HOW, WHAT AND WHEN ?gave a blank reply airtel tricks you by confusing you, when taking plan they talk of MB and GB and the later charge is 4P per KB !! is this 4 paise?? why is it not described in MB? and there s another funny thing in my bill ---they have charged Rs.201 for my data plan of Rs.250 for 1 GB and i have used more than 1 GB so logically they should charge Rs.250 instead of Rs.201 and the customer care dont have a answer for that also. FELLOW CUSTOMERS PLS BEWARE OF THE AMBIGUOUS BILLS AND CHARGES! GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW MANY OF INNOCENT CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN CHARGED EXCESS!! AM SORRY TO SAY BUT I FEEL WE ALL ARE BEING CHEATED AND CANT IMAGINE THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROBLEM I AM NOT JUST SATISFIED WITH MY BILL BEING CLEARED, I WANT ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO PROTECT ALL THE CUSTOMERS FROM FRAUDULENT CHARGES

                  Hi, I vishwajeet and the mobile No. is [protected] is complaining in this matter every time i would like to recharge with Rs. 200/- because i know that the amount is full talk time. but, when i recharged with Rs. 200/- i get only Rs.175/- last time i was talking with lokendra at 11:20 pm to solve this prob. but, he suddenly cut the conversation. before lokendra i was talking with two more person i just forget their name they were also cut the phone calls one of them is narendra. is this the service you are providing? i just want to know what is the procedure to get online recharge. but, these guise are making me fool by saying that transferring the call to senior. but, suddenly phone was cutting down. i'm still awaiting for a call from the customer care or i will go for further action.

                    I already cleared up the amount and requested for disconnection of the broadband line 2 week ago still i am able to see that is quite active.                       Hi Sir/Madam, I have been customer for the service provider since January 2013, not actually confirmed if I am your valuable customer. The scenario will take you through the mental harassment journey that I have been from last one year. No one in the dept. ever bothered to take care of these. 1. Almost one year back when I was offered 15 days rental discount /month on 999 plan with lifetime validity with a condition that I have to continue this plan without ever changing the plan or this discount will be waived off. 2. Issues started from the very next month when I had to call customer regarding the exceeded bill and they were very GENEROUS to give me discount as PROMISED. 3. This scenario continued till previous month. 4. Now a days i am getting the problems with very worst network issues. Even for this case also i have given a no. of times complain to your 121 and 198. But they are unable to short out except unsatisfactory dialogs. 5. So, from both( Billing issues & Network issues) of the cases, i got mentally harassed. 6. So my request to you guys that you have to go through my call conversation with your 121, 198, and SPECIALLY 1ST CONVERSION BETWEEN ME AND YOUR BACK END TEAM DEPARTMENT. 7.So what i got the experience with airtel that inspite for getting a good service, I GOT MENTALLY HARASSED, the way you guys are handling your business is the CASE OF FORGERY. 8. So, please give me your response sir/ madam. 9.Please help me out sir/madam.

Also arrange to add the deducted amount (Rs.75/=) to my talk account, I will forefit Rs.99/= which I am eleigible to get refunded. Again inform you it is illegal to deduct any amount from customer talk account for any other services without the consent of the customer. Your immediate action is expected.                             My airtel fixed l8ne number is [protected].this connection is more than 6 months old but yet there is no outgoing active on this number and i have been charged month after month for this service when contacted at airtel services they give reasons everyday but outgoing not started yet i have never been able to make a single call as it says outgoing is gsm locked call airtel services .the call centre of airtel is worst call centre in the world the company should check by itself what their telecallers talk and serve to customers...my cell number is [protected]

                              My mobile no is [protected] with data connection, We had 5 airtel mobiles with 3 data connections and we are trying to get boardband connection which we were having earlier which was your company unable to reconnect. By mistake or may be by the person who used my phone for short period, AL-NZARLV model video club was activated some 2 months ago. Last month they messaged for renewal and I requested for deactivation, even then it was renewed and charged Rs.99/= This month I kept my balance below Rs.80/= I received a message that it is due for renewal within 3 days, as stipulated in the same message I sent SMS to 155223 "STOP" to deactivate the service. But on to-day morning I am shocked to see message it is renewed for Rs.75/= and I am unable to make any call as there is no enough balance. All ready I had requested for stop receving any messages other than airtel services. I feel it rediculous to experience these kind of customer services from a reputed Organisation. Deducting any amount without the consent of the customer is illegal, Here one who was having Rs.80 as blalance was troubled not to make any phones because of no fault of his. I request you to look into the matter urgently and refund the deducted amount to my mobile talk account immediately. Hope you take a positive action in favour of your customer and prevent me from taking any action, especially changing all connections to any other companies.                                 sir, i m from assam dist- golaghat. barpathar . vill -kordoiguri. Here airtel network is very poor means i m not able to call and not get any call also. the tower is very near to our home not more than 200 metre. The network shows full tower but not connected. i call the customer care service so many time but they all time say that they will provided the complaint to technical stuff but yet it is not re solve. Now we decided if the network provider(airtel) company not able to resolve our complaint we together 30-40 house member give application to unmounted the tower from our location.

                                  I was called Airtel Employee for 399 plan: 1000minutes+1GB 3G data and call rate 30p/minute local &40p/minute STD. I asked again and again but she said the plan to me. While after document and security amount deposite, she bargaining me for change plan and after 7days airtel provided me just 600local mints+225Std mints with call rate 50p/m & 60p/m. I'm not only angry but completely unsatisfy with airtel. I'm shocked with this type of behave from airtel that can't be reliable to me. Pls take action with my call recording till the plan activation. Employee name was Vandna. I'm most shocked with that. And just I'll port my 6years old no to other network after within month.

                                    I requested for MNP from vodafone to airtel on 4th Sept 2014 which had a expiration date as 20th Sept with the number VX and I submitted all my documents on the same day to airtel retailer but the processing started on 17th Sept and they raised a request to Vodafone for porting and which was cancelled on 20th since the Porting number VX got expired on 20th Sept. Pretty Reasonable explanation for me !! Ok fine with that thinking there might have some problem from my side or with the some documents as the address verification and all was done by 5th Sept only. However, I raised one more request for porting with the number VX595876 on 22nd Sept 2014 with the expiration date of 7th October. Everything went properly this time and on 25th Sept 2014 the porting was approved by vodafone and they stopped connection on 26th Sept and the problem have started now. Airtel asked me address proof and photos on 26th Sept and gave me new SIM for that they took 100 Rs as well. Fine with me. The Real problem starts here now. Since 26th September night till so far no connection on my SIM and I am completely out of connection from my family and friends. I have called 10 times this customer care(121) from my friends airtel number and explaining all these things(Mind you my Jaws are still in pain explaining and asking them to resolve it ASAP) and only thing i hear "Sir, Please Wait for one hour/half an hour, you will get a signal on your mobile for that SIM and then Call 59059 and verify it" Whole day on 27th Sept i have looked in my mobile for the signal( For me it is stupid thing but what to do only thing i can do). Atleast i can get the explanation saying that exact reason why this is taking a long time. I am also an IT engineer and know such technical stuffs by myself. Guys, Please help me here otherwise i know how i can go beyond this level. I still have 90 days of time from backing out and going back to vodafone. I thought airtel are best in services but the way they have handled, i am scared now. I will write this mail to TRAI pulling Vodafone and Airtel, both of them.

                                      I am debashish mallik from balasore, orissa.I am compitative student, i depend 50% on internet for my study, like online test, news paper reading, online registration etc..
                                      Recently i migrated from bsnl wll internet to airtel becose of slow internet speed(9kb/s).I did so becose i think airtel would give me atleast expected speed(Expecting 40kb/s).But am disappoined.After recharged with rs 198 for 28 day, i came to know from airtel cust. Cere exacutive that it will give me 80kb/s, then after its speed will be reduced to 40kb/s, then i thought i can manage as per my work on internet.But on the 1st day after recharge i noticed only for opening google page it takes 2-3 minuts, i checked my internet speed it saw 2-3kb/s, some time it shows decimale.Now i am hopeless, i think i am coursed to be born on land like india, where countries like russia, usa people enjoying 100mb/s in semi urban area, in our country its a dream and reumore for us, so what i am living in small city i just want atleast.I wasted 20 minuts by typing this complain, and i know i will not get any soluation.
