Recharge amount not refunded

Hi, I had made a online recharge for Rs. 200/- on 4th Sept 2014. But the transaction was not processed & got a message saying amount will be refunded within 4 days. Now its more than 4 days still no refund been made. When checked with customer care executive they have no answer except transaction done per system. Now I need my money or recharge for the amount. Kindly do the needful immediately....

I had a very bad expereince today with AIRTEL... I have recharged with 197 3G pack valid for 28days... I tried to watch a 40min video in youtube and suddenly I got a notice saying that 90% of data out of 1 GB got finished. I was shocked to see this. I tried calling calling customer care and 6ruppes of mine got wasted and they were not interested in helping the customer at alll...they were talking saying you downloaded...
