Hi Team, There was fake transaction on my ICICI Credit card at Airtel bill desk. Raised complaint with bank regarding it. Kindly check from your end and do the needful. My transaction details: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX7000 has been used for a transaction of INR 4, 950.00 at AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK (October 06, 2014; 16:01:23 hrs.)

This is the information provided by ICICI bank for the fake transaction :

Further, the IP address used for the transaction is 106.223.95.245,
we request you to take up the issue with the merchant and take
assistance of police for further verification and recovery of the
disputed amount.

My Account for Rs 20000 by Bharati Airtel pvt ltd. They said it is for sim updation .They asked me all the account details to me I think it is somewhat fishy but I think Airtel will never do this kind of act. So I give my number to them look what happen they deduct my Rs 20000. I am attaching the details.

    Dear Sir / Madam My son Dr. Rajdip Dey using an AIRTEL prepaid connection being number +91 [protected]. On 05.10.2014 he checked his mobile balance, which was around Rs. 88.00, But on 06.10.2014 he surprisingly checked that the balance is Rs. 1.00 only. When he contact with the customer care the foolish person told him that the balance was deducted due to the International roaming !!! (Docket id 95165). But I can assure you that he was in INDIA from his birth !!! Please do the needful within 24 hours and reimburse the deducted money failing which I shall compel to take appropriate legal steps against AIRTEL before the appropriate court of law.       Hi Team, I have to raise two issues regarding 3 G data services - 1) My 3 G data pack was valid till 27-Sep-14, however I didn't get any message that the data services have been discontinued and there was a deduction of around Rs 26 (exactly don't remember). It was on 27th Sep 2014 morning. As per the previous messages my data should have continued on that day. 2) I have re-charged today (06-Oct-14) for Rs 43 pack for whatsup only. After getting a message that re-charge has been successful while I am trying to surf on whatsup my main balance is getting deducted. I have called on the customer care helpline number and had a word with Sanjay who has provided the complaint reference no. as CBDMO[protected] and also mentioned it was the balance shouldn't have been deducted like this. Request you to look in to both the issues. I cant afford to get my balance sacrificed on any cost. Please let me know by when I can expect a response on this issue and also about steps taken to look in to this issue and when will my balance be refunded. In case no action taken I can even raise this to higher levels within Airtel, right now trying to follow the correct channels of escalation. And even can leave Airtel operator itself.                   i got my phone recharged with rs 80(topup) on 01.10.2014.Balance on that day was rs79.I use airtel number for local calls.Now today my account shows balance only rs 37.1.My taxn id was 35783.Would you kindly let me know how the balance has reduced from 79 to 37.1.During the period extending from 1st oct to 6th october i have used the phone sparingly.If i dont get the satisfactory answer i would prefer to throw this airtel sim in garbage.

                      I had called Airtel customer support in July 2014 to request a change of my postpaid bill plan from myplan_299 to myplan_199 on my number [protected]. The service executive took my request and said that the next bill will be based on my new plan. However the latest bill generated (aug-sep) still has myplan_299 on it.

                        I have paid average of 1000 rs. from last four months. With feeling o[censored]nsatisfactorily i end up with convert my no from postpaid to prepaid. During my last bill they gave me Rs.187 usage of 20th Sept. 2014 to 24th Sept. 2014 which is unjustified as per me. When i inquire same on air tel customer care center they didn't respond well & ended it is company policy. which is not acceptable to me. Even after payment of my last bill when i asked for NOC for my no. so that i should have proof that i have no outstanding for postpaid number they again said about their policy. I didn't understand what kind of policy airtel have. which is against the customers. I am very much disappointed by air tel service this time. Regards, Bhanu jain

                                I am facing problem with my digital, signal are not coming properly. It never worked actually and its expensive also. I called customer care and the response is very irritating. They are not even listening to me and not talking properly. And after some time they start saying voice is not coming, while I can here them properly. I am using Airtel post paid also, if they are not able to here me, its the problem with your network also.

                                  I have requested for shifting of connection on Sept 1st. Today is Oct 4th Still now they didnt give the connection everytime, engineers are coming they are 8th standard passed out guys. They dont know what is happening. They only know connect the wires. But Airtel is calling them engineers. They dont know how to move also. Everyday they will tell you that today they will close the deal something like that. But nothing will happened everyday. Please dont go with them they are big cheaters.. Customer care representatives are very poor. They don't know reginal language or English Please dont go with them . You will sturggle a lot.

                                      I've been an customer of Airtel for about 6 years now. I recently booked Xiaomi Redmi 1s from Flipkart and since this phone has 3g connectivity i was in need of a new sim card which can handle 3g frequencies. I got myself a 1gb 3g internet pack and guess what i get 5-10kbps speed. I go to their local Airtel store and they blame my brand new phone saying "its faulty". I was a fool to believe them inspite other Sim cards worked perfectly fine, i asked Flipkart for a replacement of the product as they've 30 day return policy. After i received the new phone i insert the sim card with a ray of hope that internet will work properly, this time its even worse, it won't even connect to the Internet. I go to their Main office in Bangalore, Talk to them and they've only one option "Change Sim Cards" I pay 50rs again for a new sim card hoping the issue will be resolved. To add up to my disappointment the story repeats. Their customer service people are rude. All i told them was" I used Docomo for 3g and it worked perfectly fine but Airtel isn't, what might be the problem?" I don't understand how this is comparing the two service providers. And i clearly told them i Use Mi Redmi 1s and i receive the settings for Mi3. I'm not sure if they've the same settings. I've the scrrenshots of every message i've recevied and all the sim cards. In the picture i've attached you can see that internet is not connected even though Data connection is enabled. I'm hoping this issue can be resolved ASAP.

                                        To the Manager, I was having an internet package in my mobile with validity till 8th oct.2 days before I loaded my prepaid mobile for call with 200Rs.I didn't make any major call.Today when I was trying to make call getting information no enough balance.I am sure that my internet usage during last 2-3 days were no or very less.Not sure on waht basis the big amount is getting deducted in airtel.It looks like irrespective of validity internet package stops from 1st of the month.Why?
