I need to change my Airtel prepaid number to post-paid. Airtel agent collected all required document on 20th July 2014(PAN Card, DL, Photo and my prepaid SIM number). Agent asked for 200rs also for processing fee. i have not heard any response from the agent till now 01 August 2014(its 12 days now). This is too ridiculous that Airtel added 5th June, 2014 indicated in international call to India INR 900+180=1080 in current bill.

First I have neither received nor called any international call.
and my bill cycle is 8th June, 2014 to 7th July, 2014 then how Airtel added these type manipulated bills in current months.
