But, there is no network of AIRTEL with my there is at least 1000 of Customers of AIRTEL who is facing Communication problem in our Daily Life. I visited to the INDUS TOWER Noida Office Regarding this But, i can't able to find out the rgt person. Village- Nagla Hukum Singh, P.O- Karoli Bangar, Tehsil- Jewar, Distt- Gautam Budh Nagar, Police Stn- Rabupura, State- UP(West) 203209 I request u to pls install Airtel Tower Nearest to our village as soon as possible.     Dear Sir/Madam, I write this mail to you after a lot of anguish over poor service support from Airtel.I had applied for Airtel's Broadband service on 21st-August-2014.All required documents were provided on the same day alongwith payment of Rs.3, 650/-.At that time Airtel had committed to start the services within 3 working days.Now more than 15 days have passed & there is no response from Airtel.Even they are not picking up my phone calls.My details are as follows : Name : M.V Pradhan Address : H-375, Gautam Nagar Bhopal-23 Airtel's installation order no. : 26312291 Airtel's CEF No. : 40001156 My mobile no. : 0-[protected] Please help in either installing the Broadband or get my money refunded.(Even after chasing them, Airtel is not ready to refund the money).       I have a mobile [protected] with Airtel as service provider. I am on a regular monthly internet package of Rs.98 for 21 days. I was on roaming from 29th aug to 4thSept. I think my renewal came up on 2nd sep. But I was unaware that Airtel had not renewed it. I was under the impression that i was on Rs.98...21 day package...bit recharged for DRs.300 on 2nd and recharged on 3rd for Rs.300 and only on recharging on 4th ...on contacting Airtel I was told that all these money had gone down the drain because Airtel had not renewed my Rs.98 package for 21 days. BUT on 4th sep...they send me an SMS that my package is over and asking me to recharge for my Internet package. This is sheer negligence and very poor and indifferent customer service and therefore I want Airtel to pay me or recharge for the Rs.600..I have lost...

        Recharged for Rs155 I got around 700+MB of data with 20 days validity. Their plan promised 1GB data for 30 days. I have Airtel Money which can be used for recharging at my convenience. When I called them up and asked for reason, they said you shouldn't have used airtel money for recharge. This is clear case of misleading the customers. Also even though I had enough balance in the prepaid pack their customer grievances cell did not allowed my call saying "I don't have a sufficient balance". I believe this is at the cost of customer, the services provider is trying to give explanation for their mistake. They should not charge for Grievances redressal.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I had applied and paid Rs. 500/- for Airtel's SIM online on 26/08/2014. After 3 days i.e. on 30.08.2014 Airtel representative visited my home to handover SIM and collect my documents. Since then there is no word from Airtel. I had made several complaints to Customer Care, nodal office and so called Appellate Authority but they have no clue as to why SIM is still not activated.               I had seen the offer at *121*11# on Airtel, Offer was that If we recharge 124 RS, we will receive 1 GB 2G data with 30 days validity.hence I had recharged on 3 numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]). But I received only 625 MB 2G data with 18 days validity. So I called to costumer care and they replied me that I have to recharge with my mobile then I get above offer If I recharge by retailer then I do not get that offer. I am shocked because It were not mentioned any where that I have to recharge with my mobile So this is the way to cheat customer, I hope that Airtel will be punished.

Amongst following nos. onlys 4 nos. are converted to Vodafone but when we discussed with Vodafone about the portability from Airtel to Vodafone, they told that porting requesting is cancelled by Airtel.                   Dear Airtel Team, I have to state that I am Mr. Sumit Gupta from Faridabad. I want to be converted my Airtel prepaid to airtel post paid. Regarding this, my conversation was with Ms. Deepika, Ms. Nidhi, Ms. Aarti (+91-[protected],[protected] & +91-[protected]) & many of others. They have guide me for the 299/- plan. I want to choose the 299/- plan. After the conversation Airtel Executive has come to meet me & i have submit all the related documents with fee Rs. 200/- to Mr. Amit ([protected], Airtel / Address: Broadwin, Plot No. 10, Paschim Enclave, Pirahadi, New Delhi). Now i have found that the executive & all they have put the wrong guidance to me. Also whenever i want to talk on above number (+91-[protected]) then no one is taking the calls; if anybody take the call then they told me it is wrong number. Also please note that as per discuss with Mr. Rajeev Bhagwan (+91-[protected],[protected]/ Address: Broadwin, Plot No. 10, Paschim Enclave, Piraghadi, New Delhi); he has no information about all this happening. He is saying that i will receive the calls from Mr. Vivek (Airtel, +91-[protected]). After half an hour i called that number but no reply. Please give me any solution about all this ASAP.                     Hi I am Koushik Samanta my mobile no is [protected]. I recharged my mobile through freerecharge.in of 249/- rupees to get 3G balance. The price was deducted from my bank account. I got an sms from airtel. Just look on below quoted text. ... "Recharge successful for Rs 249.00 .Talktime Credited: Rs 1.00, Processing Fee: Rs 220.61, Service Tax: Rs 27.39. Current Balance: Rs 169.43.Validity :04-Jun-30" At the moment I dialed *123*11# to check the balance. I wonder, the balance was not updated to my 3G account. All this happened on 3rd Sept, 2014 3.44pm.One of your customer service guy told me that the amount was added to dedicated account and its validity is til 30 Sept 2014. I never want this. Either you add the 3g balance to my mobile no or just refund the amount. Or you can add the dedicated account balance to my airtel money.Please look on this matter urgently.                         Dear Sir I have paid my july month bill payment Rs.2360 by credit card on date 31aug2014 but this payment not reflecte in my account.then i visited airtel outlet store laxmi nagar and they said to me plz send your credit card statement that the payment is credited or not from your account so this is the credit card statement u can see the attachment then u will understand what is the matter. I also did a call to customer care they gave me a reference number by msg.57876181.                           There is no 3G network service available in my area ( FC Road) by airtel even if I am registered user by the service provider for 3G. When contacted to the Airtel relationship center, the center told me to manually select the Idea or Vodafone options of the network operator on my phone settings by keeping Roaming option on. That thing really worked, but the charges deducted are based on as per roaming data charge. Also the signal loss issue is there and I manually have to select the other service provider frequently during the day. I contacted the service center by call, but they just took my complaint and nothing was done from their side. My reference no- CMOSW[protected] 21 August 2104, time-13:13. If selected the Airtel network operator, only 2G signal is seen, that also sometimes.

                            Dear Sir, I am writing this mail with great disappointment Firstly your executive comes to our office and tell us the plan is cug99 and max bill will be around 150, where as I have received bill amount Rs 534/- Rs 1712/- and 335/-, with out the concern of the customer internet is activated and charges are increased I had asked for waive off the charges, as the information given to me is incorrect and charged extra. Please find the attachment contains my payment details, request to cancel the mobile connection and will be reaching the customer court for damages

Hi, My name is Manish Kushwah.My airtel mobile Number is [protected].. and at present my number is [protected]..my number is lost last 10 days..i visited Your this centre.A-35 Lakhani Chambers, Shaktidhara Society, Shyamshikhar Road, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad - 380024, Gujarat ...there is a one man who is vivek he told me Your number is not on your document so you trasfer the number to the pospaid so that your card restart.but already i have go at other centre and he told that your document on your's number..so that i like at that centre the all member doing cheat me and other thing is that i go to the other centre he said that card is start within 2 days but My post paid card is not started yet.after 5 days..and he said me that come at office he already 4 times this thing doing..and all Your compnay employee not give me proper answer on phone or at centre..pls check the details and give me solution.                                 With reference to my complaint number - DT[protected] lodged with AIRTEL and their reply. Customer ID - [protected] I have deposited Rs 1380/- against DTH recharge on 16/07/2014 through on line payment (Transaction ID[protected]. This charge was for 6 month and 15 days viewing of existing channels without changing any plan. Since last four days I am receiving SMS from AIRTEL that balance amount is Rs. 7.36 left with me and my service will be discontinue if I would not deposit further amount. I am unable to understand how Rs. 1380/- could be exhausted with in 45 - 46 days when I have not changed any plan or increased channels (Program). On contact with AIRTEL they reply me from which I was not satisfied; I requested them to further clarify and let me know actual reason for receiving SMS about discontinuation of services from 07/09/2014 but they have not replied me. Therefore AIRTEL is requested to let me know either let me know under which plan my Rs 1380/- has been consumed or they have to correct thei accounts under confirmation to me.                                   I am using airtel for almost 4 years.In these years I had utmost believe in airtel and always recommend airtel, due to excellent service and every problem resolved by airtel customer care service. But now I am feeling little-bit cheated by customer care service. On 2nd sep while surfing internet a link opened by me, but it does not indicate any service related information .And suddenly msg appears that I have chosen some game name GAMES CLUB_30 with a deduction of 99rs . So, I suddenly called customer care service and explained my problem but they were not helpful.I request them constantly about my problem but they were not interested in my problem and customer care operator name JYOTI hang up on me...plz sir/Ma'am plz stop this online service and refund my balance "99" and once again retain my believe in airtel customer care..

                                    My self kaushik ghosh using airtel prepaid conneconnection since lastlast 7 year. My no is [protected], i am using BlackBerry z10. I want to activate bb service but I cant activate it through my phone with sms because its sending fail. Too many time I have contacted with customers care but they did not solve it. Now I am hopeless and want to port other services.

                                      Sir, I am Sumanta Samanta, a valuable customer of Airtel. Today at 1:13am I was recharge my mobile no. [protected] from Paytm mobile apps, there is a special offer for my no is that 1GB 3G data for 12days at 51Rupees, but I don't got the offer. I was complain airtel customer care, but the senior customer executives Mr. Soumen Banerjee can't satisfied me but also he harassing me. I was got 1GB 3G data only for today night from 12am to 6am, which is already gone, so I don't use the data also. I would like to solve this problem immediately.                                         Yesterday we have done number porting from Loop service provider to Airtel . As I was having Rs.110 balance in my existing service provider, but when the number got ported to Airtel my balanced was not updated and the same time I have co-ordinate with the customer care executive he updated that you will received the balanced after 15 to 20 minute's of activation.But, to again I have call to the customer care executive and he update me that your old balanced will get lapse.Also the call was transfer to the Supervisor Mr. Anurag and he was not ready to accept that the wrong information was provide to me, instead of supporting me he was telling me that do u need my email id to raise the complaint.Is this type of service we are getting from Airtel.Alreaday I have connection with Airtel but never face any issue but if such a way to support the customers then I need to switch to some other service provider.
