Dear Sir, The "My accounts" login in the Airtel website www.airtel.in does not work even after several feedbacks provided by me to Airtel through their E-mail IDs: [protected]@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com. Reason for complaint: I would like to have a look at my Airtel bill through the login before actually paying the bill. I have read in the blogs that this is a common problem and Airtel is not fixing it. I have been complaining regularly to Airtel form the past 6 months. Thanks & Regards, Arjun [protected]

    I tired to complain about my prepaid connection that I can not unsubscribe from "special 5" service but what I found in their complain page "http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp" that It even does not accept complains. every time I put valid information and the "validation code"(captcha) it says "please enter proper validation code. I dont know what to do next.

      I am using mob. no. [protected] in the name of my father Sh. Yogender Singh R/o D 206, Ganga Vihar, Delhi for a long time. On 09.08.2014 I deposited my documents and security amount at Vodafone Centre, Nirman Vihar, Delhi to port the above mob. no. from Airtel to Vodafone and took vodafone sim at that time. After this, I made call to Airtel customer care to know the status of my porting no and in reply to customer care executive told me that this porting facility has not been activated by Vodafone. After this, I made call to Vodafone customer care to activate the port service but in reply customer care executive told clearance for port has not been granted from airtel. Now I want to ask that who is responsible for this service. I am facing inconvenience day by day due to this bad service.

        I’m writing with regards to my Airtel number [protected] . Since 18th August 2014 I have been trying to reactivate my 3G services on my prepaid number but have not been able to do so. If you check my call records to your call center, there have been many. Every time I have been assured that it would be done but its not been done. Every time I try to activate it myself by sending the 3G msg to 121, after selecting the plan I want which is the 347 plan, I get a sms saying that the 3G services will be activated in 30 mins and I would be receiving a msg to inform me that it has been activated but it doesn’t get activated. I have also got your supervisors to activate it for me from your center but I get the same msg from them that it will be activated in 30mins but it has not been done. I also have been told that I still have the validity of my earlier 3G plan active on my number but I don’t the internet balance on the number. So I was told to call *121*11# and deactivate the services of 3G and then reactivate it back. However the same doesn’t work as I get the option only to reactivate the 3G services. When I called your center up, the supervisor said he would deactivate the 3G from your base but that also has not been done. Im really sick and fed up off your service. I have been part of the Airtel Family for over 10years now. However I feel the time is finally come to change to a different network if my services for 3G are not activated today and also the amount that was promised to be refunded to me on Tuesday 19th Aug 2014 refunded back into my account. I’m also putting a complain to the consumer complains as im really fed up of the service and the way I have been treated by Airtel.

          My Name is Ramakrishna Peram. I I got multiple calls from airtel customercare for bill payment of 4G Modem with number "[protected]". I have told them those many times that I don't hold any 4G Modem and in fact any Internet Modems. Today an airtel person came to my address and was asking for the same 4G Modem bill payment with airtel number "[protected]". I was shocked because I NEVER USED any internet modems till now in my life. And it is even more shocking that all other details like Name, Address & alternate mobile number are all mine.

          So, it's clearly understood that someone has misused my personal details & documents. If I recall, I remember that I have given my documents to two airtel representatives "ANJAN" & "DILLIP" for Airtel Broadband & postpaid mobile connections. But, they were cancelled because there was not airtel broadband service in my area & postpaid mobile SIMs never reached me.

          NOW, coming to the frustrating part, HOW CAN AIRTEL ISSUE ANY CONNECTIONS (4G MODEM IN THIS CASE) TO ANYONE CHECKING THE PROPER DETAILS? I KNOW THEY WILL DO SEVERAL VERIFICATIONS. BUT, I NEITHER GOT ANY VERIFICATIONS CALLS NOR VISITS FOR ISSUING & ACTIVATING THIS NUMBER "[protected]", WHICH BEAR MY DETAILS.

          AIRTEL HAS LOST ALL MY TRUST WITH THIS ACTION. I Want Airtel to trace this number and catch that person immediately and end all this.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been facing a lot of problems with my Airtel DTH connection lately with no resolution. I have one id viz-[protected] on which I got another HD STB connection in Feb'2014. I placed a request to split the id into two separate connections as I needed to relocate with the second connection viz-[protected] in May' 2014. I called up the Airtel DTH customer service, which sent the concerned staff to install the new ID viz-[protected] at the new location(Pune), however I was never told about whether I need to get it activated or it is already activated by Airtel's end.Now, every time I call the customer care I am being given a new information for e.g English channels stopped since the pack is deactivated or expired, then, my new id is being separated from the original one, hence the pack charges would be levied/deducted and so on and so forth.On 18 August 2014, I recharged with Rs.480 and the amount didn't reflect in my a/c via sms query.On calling up the customer care(ref. no.[protected], I came to know that the second id is yet not activated(after 2.5 months o[censored]sage) and hence the complaint has been taken for the same with the resolution promised within 48hrs.However my TV starting displaying the Error-6 stating low balance as the reason on 19August 2014. On calling the customer care(Ref. no.[protected], I came to know that the balance is actually Rs.900 and it will take another 24hrs for the service to resume, also that I would be contacted by Airtel team for the resolution.It's been 3 days that the services are suspended and as per the customer care(Ref. no.[protected]. it would take further 24-72 hrs for the resolution.Sir/Ma'am, it's been a very unpleasant and inconvenient experience all through and my loyalty towards Airtel as a company has been challenged time and again. I am not able to receive the services for which I am paying in advance. On top of which I have to bear this harassment without any resolution. kindly look into the matter and oblige by suggesting a resolution.               Dear Sir / Madam,

              My number is [protected], I had activated 999/- plan by receiving a call from your side by Mr. Durgesh Rajput on[protected] ID [[protected]]. As i discussed & got details regarding this pack by Mr.Durgesh Rajput that Incoming roaming free & 50 Hrs outgoing free either in state or in roaming with 3 GB, 3 G data but i received monthly bills from last two months with addition of roaming charges, what is it ?.Kindly look into matter on urgent basis & deduct the roaming charges of last two month bills. So I will deposit my rest off bill as soon as possible. My alternate number is [protected].

              I had conversation several times with your customer care executives but my
              problem do not resolved by any one, i think airtel employees play with Airtel company brand name.

              Kindly take action as soon as possible because i am very mentally harassed by this matter.

                    Dear Sir, i was using one airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] got the bill of Rs 7000 including last 3 months unused bill. Payment assistant assured me for compensation of Rs.2000 when i pay the rest amount of 5000. i agreed for the same but due to heavy work load i was not able to pay during last 3-4 days i asked for some more time. But the payment assistant with number [protected] is now threatening me, my family, friends and colleagues. And he is sharing my personal numbers to others. For example he called my one of friend(girl) and asked who are you she told i am her girl friend then he given her my another friend's number and told if you are his girl friend then why he is talking to another girl with so and so number. And when i asked that person why you are doing so he is saying this is my work and i'll do it again.Please take quick action against him.

                        I am Airtel customer since Jan. 2013 and on 17th Aug. 2014 my connection was suddenly disconnected without any notice. On calling up Airtel Customer care I was told that the connection has been permanently disconnected and “they cannot do anything about it”. In July Airtel had notified me of disconnection through SMS and later they apologized for their behavior. My account is password protected and despite this they have disconnected. I believe that this is a mischief being played by Airtel as they are the only ones – besides me - who have access to my password and personal information. My efforts to appeal to AirTel Customer Service Team over telephone have all been in vain and have only served to waste my time in the hands of insensitive and wholly uncooperative staff members. I don’t see any reason for me to run from pillar to post as the uncalled for and unexpected misery has been brought about entirely by the service provider viz. AirTel in the first place. I am a legal professional and I use this mobile connection extensively for professional purposes. If my SIM is not activated today i.e. Aug 20, 2014 I will go to the consumer court for this arbitrary action and mischievous harassment.

                          I got a call from the number[protected] today morning (August 20th 2014, 7:43 AM), The caller was telling something about 25 lac lottery that the number I am using (mentioned below) has won. Figuring out that the call was a fraud call, I hang up the call. On further checking these complaints on internet, got to know that a lot of people have been facing similar issues. Some info was there on the Airtel Alerts Page as well. Airtel team, this is a very serious concern, people on the complaint forums were indicating that these numbers (starting with 92) are from Pakistan, which explains the seriousness of the matter itself. It looks like the Airtel numbers are becoming the target very often, even the call I received today was asking whether its a Airtel Number or not (he was claiming that he's calling from Airtel Main Office in Mumbai) Considering the seriousness of this matter, Can you please act upon this. It is very disturbing to get these fraud calls, becomes worse if you come to know the call was from Pakistan. Let me know the actions you are taking, otherwise I'll change the operator as it seems Airtel customers are an easy target.

                                I have 2 Airtel 4G LTE connections at Kolkata with 5GB limits each - One is a dongle and another is a Wifi Router. Since the past couple of months I have noticed that with simple usage like email/facebook and general browsing the data crosses 80% within 10 days of the billing cycle date and I get an sms from Airtel. I somehow manage to use the connection for 15-20 days and have to dicontinue the usgae for some time or use it at the basic speed which is below the speed of an old telephone modem. I am not sure how Airtel calculates the data usage or if at all the calculation is fair!

                                Even. I too have the same problem. Today I was downloading 3 GB file. But just after downloading 50% I observed that my data is drained more than 15 GB. Not able to understand how is this possible ? .. I am quite sure airtel is cheating the people like anything

                                      My number is [protected] and I have been receiving messages from AD-BLALRT, even though I have not subscribed for it. There is no provision to un-subsrcibe also! Airtel should also credit the balance they have deducted for a service that was not requested for!

                                        I had given a disconnection request for [protected] number on 2nd aug, 2014.

                                        I received an official mail from airtel that my sr no is 57437128 and my request will be processed by 13th aug, 2014 and that i will have to pay bill generated on 09/08/2014.

                                        When i paid the bill and mailed it to airtel, i received another mail that my previous request couldnt be processed due to technical isuue and my new request number is 57633510 and new bill will be generated.

                                        I tried to contact to raise complaint but no outcome.


                                        If there was some technical issues before how come i received the mail from your end on 5th august that my disconnection request has been registered. And only after i paid the bill so call technical issue occured.
