My name is D sivakumar, on of the airtel user my mobile no is [protected], five rupees hasbeen deducted from my account on[protected] thats why i made a call to customercare some lady received my call, i asked for my money back.She told it is immpossible to back the money and she transfored the call to his fioor leader his name is venkatesh, When i was asked for loss of money he used the impolite and rude language.Here how much many is not important, this is the mtter of transperncy and howmuch quality of service they are providing.I request u sir to take proper action upon them
