Dear Sir, I am writing this mail with great disappointment Firstly your executive comes to our office and tell us the plan is cug99 and max bill will be around 150, where as I have received bill amount Rs 534/- Rs 1712/- and 335/-, with out the concern of the customer internet is activated and charges are increased I had asked for waive off the charges, as the information given to me is incorrect and charged extra. Please find the attachment contains my payment details, request to cancel the mobile connection and will be reaching the customer court for damages

    I talked with Your nodel officer but she not give proper answer on mail...pls do tha needfull. Hi, My name is Manish Kushwah.My airtel mobile Number is [protected].. and at present my number is [protected]..my number is lost last 10 days..i visited Your this centre.A-35 Lakhani Chambers, Shaktidhara Society, Shyamshikhar Road, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad - 380024, Gujarat ...there is a one man who is vivek he told me Your number is not on your document so you trasfer the number to the pospaid so that your card restart.but already i have go at other centre and he told that your document on your's number..so that i like at that centre the all member doing cheat me and other thing is that i go to the other centre he said that card is start within 2 days but My post paid card is not started yet.after 5 days..and he said me that come at office he already 4 times this thing doing..and all Your compnay employee not give me proper answer on phone or at centre..pls check the details and give me solution.       With reference to my complaint number - DT[protected] lodged with AIRTEL and their reply. Customer ID - [protected] I have deposited Rs 1380/- against DTH recharge on 16/07/2014 through on line payment (Transaction ID[protected]. This charge was for 6 month and 15 days viewing of existing channels without changing any plan. Since last four days I am receiving SMS from AIRTEL that balance amount is Rs. 7.36 left with me and my service will be discontinue if I would not deposit further amount. I am unable to understand how Rs. 1380/- could be exhausted with in 45 - 46 days when I have not changed any plan or increased channels (Program). On contact with AIRTEL they reply me from which I was not satisfied; I requested them to further clarify and let me know actual reason for receiving SMS about discontinuation of services from 07/09/2014 but they have not replied me. Therefore AIRTEL is requested to let me know either let me know under which plan my Rs 1380/- has been consumed or they have to correct thei accounts under confirmation to me.         Dear sir/Ma'am
        I am using airtel for almost 4 years.In these years I had utmost believe in airtel and always recommend airtel, due to excellent service and every problem resolved by airtel customer care service. But now I am feeling little-bit cheated by customer care service. On 2nd sep while surfing internet a link opened by me, but it does not indicate any service related information .And suddenly msg appears that I have chosen some game name GAMES CLUB_30 with a deduction of 99rs . So, I suddenly called customer care service and explained my problem but they were not helpful.I request them constantly about my problem but they were not interested in my problem and customer care operator name JYOTI hang up on me...plz sir/Ma'am plz stop this online service and refund my balance "99" and once again retain my believe in airtel customer care..

          My self kaushik ghosh using airtel prepaid conneconnection since lastlast 7 year. My no is [protected], i am using BlackBerry z10. I want to activate bb service but I cant activate it through my phone with sms because its sending fail. Too many time I have contacted with customers care but they did not solve it. Now I am hopeless and want to port other services.

            Sir, I am Sumanta Samanta, a valuable customer of Airtel. Today at 1:13am I was recharge my mobile no. [protected] from Paytm mobile apps, there is a special offer for my no is that 1GB 3G data for 12days at 51Rupees, but I don't got the offer. I was complain airtel customer care, but the senior customer executives Mr. Soumen Banerjee can't satisfied me but also he harassing me. I was got 1GB 3G data only for today night from 12am to 6am, which is already gone, so I don't use the data also. I would like to solve this problem immediately. The screen shot of the Paytm offer and the recharge receipt are attached with this mail, please check this, and give me reply as soon as possible. It will be thankful if my problem is solved.

              Yesterday we have done number porting from Loop service provider to Airtel . As I was having Rs.110 balance in my existing service provider, but when the number got ported to Airtel my balanced was not updated and the same time I have co-ordinate with the customer care executive he updated that you will received the balanced after 15 to 20 minute's of activation.But, to again I have call to the customer care executive and he update me that your old balanced will get lapse.Also the call was transfer to the Supervisor Mr. Anurag and he was not ready to accept that the wrong information was provide to me, instead of supporting me he was telling me that do u need my email id to raise the complaint.Is this type of service we are getting from Airtel.Alreaday I have connection with Airtel but never face any issue but if such a way to support the customers then I need to switch to some other service provider.                   My airtel India number suddenly stopped working.No incoming call, no outgoing calls.I was kept it alive by top up Rs 100 every 3months and even autoroam also activated.Still its not working now...Please may i know what s the reason for deactivation.

No. 0522 4028569 A/c No. : 16153352 I had taken a Airtel Broadband connection on 24.1.10 with 1 Mbs Plan with 8 gb download limit for Rs. 599/- which was further enhanced to 2 Mbs and 10 gb download limit for an additional Rs. 100/- per month in mid 2011. Have been paying Rs. 787 p.m. till April 2014. Airtel through its advertisements highlighted “ALL its broadband plans have a minimum of 2 mbps connectivity. Have been getting just 512 kbps speed ever since and in June 2014 the company takes cognizance and changes my plan to 2 mbps with 7 gb limit and 649 p.m. charges and on pursuing change my plan to 10 gb data limit with 4 mbps plan and 649 per month payment. Providing me with 2 months of waiver only. But the company is very quiet on the 512 speed supplied since Dec 2010. Airtel says they downgraded my account to 512 kbps and 10 gb data limit without informing me or taking my consent. Even my bills did not exhibit and plan details whatsoever.                           I am customer of Airtel network from 8years and my number is [protected], am fed up of Airtel service now a days, No network in my area (Hosapalya 2nd main, 4th cross. Bommanahalli-560068) i always activate 3G data, and endup with low speed than 2G data and battery drain of my iPhone. I want it to be rectified ASAP. Orelse have to switch to other service provider.

                              I had taken a 4g connection and they promised will get speed get around 8-10MBPS.but it is giving not more then 1-2MBPS and it is costly ...paying 2000+ for 40GB.And when I raised a complaint and have been informerd someone would contact with in 4 days.no one visited my house, and when I called customer care after10days they say the complaint closed they already visited and corrected the problem. Worst customer care...waste of money

                                Dear Sir, I am using Airtel from July 9th bearing mobile number [protected]. I have ported to Airtel from Vodafone with hope of better 3g services. From the day 1 I don't have proper network coverage and I raised complaints multiple times. It's been two months the issue is not yet resolved. I stay in 5th Cross, Chinnapanahalli, Marathalli, Bangalore. I am in such a helpless situation that I even can't port to any other promising service providers. I demand a solutiopn for my problem from airtel.

                                I am staying in chinnapanahalli and also using the airtel, But network is not at all available. Lot many times i have made complaint in customer service outlet and online . But there is no use.am planing to port network
                                i was complaining nearly 10 times. I haven't seen any benefit. But the advertisements are more. when see that advertisement i feel bad and angry.Let me know what that Airtel people done related to network issues in chinnapanahalli bangalore
                                In Overall bangalore in small shops and all bus stands, They are selling milk/curd/ cool drinks and all things more than MRP.

                                  I recharged my prepaid number [protected] with a full talk time plan of 330rs on 24th august making my balance as 332.74 rs. I then recharged my number with a rs 39 2g Internet plan (200mb) of 7 days and also made 4 or 5 small calls. Upto 28th august my balance was more than rs 270. However around midnight of 28th august my balance was 0 WITHOUT ANY USE. My data plan expired 3 days after that on morning of 1st September. On 31st august I recharged again with 100rs and must have received 86 rs. The next day I used airtel *567# service and used 7 rs of my balance to get a 1 day 35 mb data plan, i.e. on 1st September and received its confirmation of activation message on 11:55pm. I started surfing at around an hour after receiving that confirmation message. However when I checked my balance it was just rs. 2.40. I checked my data usage using "last 5 transactions" of airtel *121# serivce but it was just around 4.5mb and I have not made any outgoing calls from before recharging so no balance should have been deducted. Please help me in this matter and refund my UNFAIRLY DEDUCTED balances of BOTH INSTANCES totaling "more than 350/-".

                                      I bought a Samsung Duos S2 phone online from flipkart (WS Retail). In the product display it was written that airtel will give FREE 1 GB 3G data per month for 2 months when a new airtel SIM is installed in this phone. This offer was valid till 30th Sept'14.
                                      I purchased airtel SIM No: [protected] on 1st Sept'14 & activated it. But nothing free has come to my SIM.
                                      Pls let me know how are you going to fulfil your commitment for the Free offer.
                                      Pls give the offer to my above no. SIM urgently.

                                        I have taken this connection two months ago...from first day the problem will arise that even you tube videos doesnot play properly. My connection plan is of 1299 plan and in this upto 15 GB the speed is 4mbps, when comming its same but after some time the buffring will start and no page will be open. sometime this happen when i do transaction my transtion is cancel and money will be deducted...who will be responsible of this . if this happen continious i will cut my connection and raise a coplain again in above department if required because many times my money will be deducted and i face a lot of problem .
