fraud, wrong informations and harassment

3G Recharge Failed, Money refund not processed

Huge bill amount.

I have mobile with number [protected].. with 1GB internet pack free and 150 plan. I am not using this mobile for calling or for internet usage but the bill amount given is 500 which is unacceptable. We had raised this query in last bill as well however no action was taken.. Please check and correct the bill immediately....

about sim exchange

sir, i have taken sim in nit, calicut they asked us last 5 digits for allocation of my phone number but after taking sim and for its activation they asked my name & fathers name but now they allocate another number and ask its details to activate it or go to calicut and ask their respective person.it is very difficult for me to go to calicut now .so can i change kerala sim in nearby airtel office? please deal my problem...

reg internet bal n validity

Useless Service

Their digital TV customer service in Chennai is completely useless. Did not attend the complaint and closed the issue without our knowledge. They are giving ridiculous answers and so irresponsible to even fix a MDU dish that has multiple apartments service. When you call them, they attend private customers to collect additional money not focusing on Gold customer service. How do they maintain their brand with such a level of service???...

Pestering calls for reconnection

Six months back I terminated Airtel DTH connection. Since then till date Airtel DTH people are disturbing me by calling me practically every day and asking me to renew my Airtel DTH connection. Recharge amount not created in mobile prepaid account
