While today im accessing the internet adult jokes and images, the DisplAy shows wheather ur over 18, the option giveI n In yeS or no, I clicked yes, same time i got msg.from airtel, thanku foR actIvate supErcombo pack.u have charged rs.35, for 7 days.
Sir here i wish to inform u that, I dont know the meaning and uses of this super combo pack, then how should i activate this pack.When i called to ur executive about, dEduction they replied me that we are not able to refund ur amount, but herE i reMind u that im using aIrtel internet, for which i paid amount for accesing internet, not for paying any stupid subscription, i want to ask u that who is resposible for deduction, ???? IS iT airtel oR any other party Through airtel who looted the customer.Indirectly by airtel or directly third party?
Only here i request u tHat for refunding of abOve aMouNt, , and not to do these fake things with customers.

Also under Data Services i can see "activated pack :Rs. 400, 2GB Free, Aft 2.111262GB 100%Free_80kbps, [protected]@3Ps_N2" (Check the attachment)
which contains the clause "Aft 2.111262GB 100%Free_80kbps".
Though this plan is unlimited corporate plan from where this 2.111262GB is coming?
This is wrong in your application. Request you to rectify the issues in your application.
Also customer care executive on 198 does not have any knowledge of corporate plans and they are expert in confusing the consumers.
Also complaint description is not displayed in complaint module and many times complaints status are changed to resolved without actually resolving the complaints.
