Hi Airtel, This is Srikanth Tiwari, from Bangalore ( Karnataka ).
I have a Airtel number [protected] of Hyderabad. I took this number one
year before. Every month i am recharging it with Rs255/- ( 1GB 3G
recharge ) and using it in dongle. You can check the records in your
system.
But from past two days i am not getting signal in the dongle.
Please let me know the reason and take a complaint why service has been
stopped for my number without notifying me.. I had 400MB of data in the
number, who is going to give me that data if you stop the services for
this number. I lost 400MB of data because of service stopped.
ASAP start the service for my number.
Note : I am in Bangalore (Karnataka), not in AP or Telangana so you can tell
me to go nearest Airtel showroom and meet them. Please don't tell me
excuses, instead do your work by starting the services for my number.
You can call on my number to give me update, [protected] ( Docomo - Bangalore ).

What a good service that such a big company is taking so much time to resolve my small issue and in the Era where customer first is the main punch line...
Dear Team,
I have [protected] number running with you from last three years. i have 2 more no. [protected], [protected]. But from Feb 2014 I was wrongly charged Rs 500, Rs 200, Rs 125 by you total rs 825 for a month (825*6=4950) . I had not submitted my bill from last three months and my number got disconnected with due of Rs 2743. Then i called your customer care a lot of times but every time i was asked that seniors will contact your within 4 hours. i got no call this is realy irritating. Then on 30/06/2014 i got a call from your settlement desk that we had waived 1600 Rs . Kindly Pay Rs 1000 and your number will be started and as per commitment my number got activated on 02/07/2014 But after 24 hours it got suspended again . I called your customer care again but got same response . Today 06/07/2014 I called but Your executive Mr Navjot singh gave me very good answer that we cannot lodge any request or any complaint regarding this . This is really ridiculous. Please provide me the solution if you can.
