Hello, I want to inform you that today(23/07/14) my airtel postpaid connection has been activated and the shocking new on the very first day of my services that I have been betrayed by the sales agent. The girl who called me from +[protected] number offered me a plan entails 100 local mobile minutes, 500 STD mobile minutes, 400 local national sms and 1GB 3G data for a monthly rental of Rs. 299. But when I today called the activation team to activate my number the agent from the activation team told me that my plan entails 100 local mobile minutes, 450 STD mobile minutes, 200 local national sms and 2GB 2G data for a monthly rental of Rs.299. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS AIRTEL??????????? Is this the way of doing business?????? Collecting customers from fake promises!!! Listen, whoever is reading this complaint on the behalf of airtel, if i won't get the plan that was promised to me, I will shue your company.

Another good news...Today I got to know that the data offered to me is not 2GB 2G data..It's only 1GB 2G data.

    Am using thus number since 2008, but am sorry to inform you that till now there is no perfect network connection in our locality.Thtas why several airtel customers have already changed their company/service provider. also i've already f given so many complain to ur authority. but there is no such result ii got.Its a very serious matter and request you pls kindly give me the justice ASAP.

      Hello All, This is the second time in a month that I have to write another e-mail regarding distortion in Data services, that are being provided by India's no.1 operator 'Airtel'. After all the falsify promises made by airtel executives that I will face no further problem regarding data services, but the promise didn't even lasted for a month. Again, I am recieving edge services in the name of WCDMA, that are pathetic and obnoxious from airtel part. Moreover, I had been assured by airtel executive that I will not have to pay for the last month's(June) bill as I haven't used any services(since the great airtel services weren't working), yet I have recieved a bill of Rs 850(approx). I would request airtel and partners to please provide the total full and final settlement billing amount, so that I can close this whole tormenting scenario completely and get relieved from Airtel.         dear sir, i dont know if it is right to share with you, , , but i am a normal teacher sir and the man with above no, of AIRTEL made a call against my complaint in akosha and took details of my card along with my pin too, certainly it was my mistake too .but the locator is from BIHAR, JHARKAND circle sir, , , he withdrew 2500+2500 rupees twice from my account too, i beg u to pl try to do needful by locating him and help a teacher on humanitarian ground s 5000 is a big amount for me sir...VENU GOPAL SHARMA, CELL.NO.[protected]...pl.do not think that i am a voda customer ..ill b greatful i[censored] help me out in any way sir.i am resi of VIJAYAWADA (A.P)

          I am Suresh Kumaar J. My mobile number is [protected]. Sometimes when I call, a recorded message says " You are not allowed to call this number". This issue has been there for more than one year. This happens when I want to make some important calls, a message like this just makes me a little furious. I have to switch off and then on my radio every time this problem occurs. Please sort it out as soon as possible....

              I am in roaming since 7 months and will continue to be, till now I was getting a bill of approx.[protected]/per month with a plan name MP FTV 499 plan. A month back Airtel Guy called and suggested me to change to My Plan(rental Rs.1599.00 per/Month) in which I am entitled for some free Roaming Talktime, free Roaming SMS(confirmed twice by him) which I guessed decreases my bill amount.                 A person used to call my number which is used by my wife at mid night .Yesterday on dated 22.07.2014 i complained against this number([protected]) to airtel but problem not resolved by airtel and they closed it . again that person cal from that number then put that number in reject list then he used another number.as no solution was provded by airtel .there response is very poor. and today 23.07.2014 they did in their software that me unable to request complaint or can fill feedback.                   Hi, I have opted and paid for Airteancel International Roaming Package ( Rs 1749 ) on 9th July 2014. Prepaid Mobile number is [protected] in the name of Sujatha devi. This service is not yet enabled and also the customer service centre is not providing any help. I wanted the International roaming facility in Germany, France and Switzerland I have registered a complaint with PR[protected] but no response yet . I have been cheated by airtel

                      I have subscribed to two prepaid connections(Nos [protected] &[protected]) recently.The connection were activated on around !3.07.14. But since then there has been several instances when there was no network in both the connections. After repeated calls to the airtel vendor (Amlan [protected]) the network connections were enabled. But since 19.07.14 there is no network in my [protected] connection.Repeated calls to the aforesaid vendor has proved futile.

                      Please terminate my connections forthwith because this sort of deficiency of services cannot be tolerated.This may be treated as my notice for termination of the aforesaid connections.Any outstandings will be settled within due date.

                        I will apply for mnp for my docomo number [protected] to airtel postpaid number, I got TB128748 and request number[protected]. But today after a week i went to airtel office they told me my mnp request is rejected by tata docono, than I go to tata docomo office they told me that they accept my request but airtel is not accepting my request. Again than I go to airtel office, the airtel officer misbehave with me and told go to trai I will help u I will not responsible. And I ask for my security deposit money of rs 500 .than he told me that it will refundable when every thing will clear otherwise not refundable. Soo please help me and accept my Mnp request I don't want more than that.

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am facing so much of issues with my broadband connection from last more than one month. Net connection is going off frequently on definite intervals like 5-10 each for long time.And even it's not working at all from last week. I have raised this concern with Airtel support team and their Technician/Engineer tried to look into this but they not able to figure out the issue yet and nothing is working as of now. I have sent so many communications to the team but nothing done as of now.                               Dear Sir, I am an Individual living in Moosapet, Hyderabad, Telangana state, I have been using Airtel post paid connection since 1year 6 months, bearing the relationship number [protected] and the mobile number [protected] .Was been paying a bill amount of 800 to 900 rupees per month consecutively, first time for my surprise I received a Bill of 12000, I was been unable to understand this bill error which I hope your team might able to investigate and assist me with solution . With out my knowledge service has been disconnected and no communication on disconnectivity .Tired by speaking with customer care executives by phone and in person visited their Airtel customer care centers, all has got their own way of empathising for my issue and could not gain a confidence that I would able to get a solution and the phone can be activated by correcting the bill error by their finance department .                               Even after reaching your 2 to 3 stores issues was not yet resolved after that i visited Head office at Begumpet and spoke to Floor Manager after 24hours my services got activated, due to this my revenue loss to my company is 20, 000/- who is suppose to answer.

                              Now my services was active but my bill amount pending is 1200/- but still i am receiving a calls from call center to pay 12911/- urgently.

                              In a day i am getting almost 2 to 3 calls. I am clearly informing that this month bill need waver for July 2014.

                                  Attention Airtel Service Representative: Many o[censored]s in our Apartment complex (Prestige Langleigh, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bangalore 560066) have been suffering for the last 9+ months, with little to no Airtel wireless coverage (2G/3G). I and my wife, as well as at least 7 others have lodged complaint individually, with no outcomes. Adding details of myself and my wife, Sreerupa (living in 102 Phase-1) a) Shibashis Sen - personal[protected] postpaid) & corporate[protected] postpaid) b) Sreerupa Sen - personal[protected] postpaid) ... she is apparently a "platinum grade customer" however this did not make things any better c) other: Mamata Biswas[protected] postpaid) If you cannot do something about it, thats fine - please say so. The last thing that you can respond back is saying "We are actively looking into the matter" - because you know, as well as I do, that your words are a big lie. -Shibashis Sen (Dissatisfied Airtel customer for the last 9 months, happy customer prior to that, since 2005).

                                    Im using Airtel services from a long time. However recently found out that Airtel is looting its Prepaid subscribers through some recharge plans. I have recharged a pack of Rs.198 = 33500 loc + std per month. When I recharged on 26/06/2014 my balnce was Rs.26. As I made a call after recharge first my balance of Rs.26 got deducted to Rs.0 after that my 33500 loc+std offer started & For Gods sake there is no way you can find out how many seconds are remaining in your 33500 loc+std offer. Whenever you make a call first operator will say "Your balance is too low to make a call, Kindly recharge on time" so you have to disconnect the call & have to dial again to get connected. When I wanted to inquire about this with the customer care representative, I'm unabel to connect as my blalance was showing Rs.0. Over that my offer was over by 22/7/2014 which is 4 days prior to the month. This is a kind of cheating a well reputed company is doing in this country & stealing its subscribers money. Airtel is working on a concept that it will steal few Ruppes & Paise from every customer & customer will not bargain & sue company for few paisas or rupees. But people should understand that Airtel has more than 200 million customers in India alone. If they steal One Rupee from one customer per day they will make "200million Rupee's" per day. I felt Airtel is not just cheat me but Raped me & Its every Customer!!!

                                    I had a very bad experience with Airel, when I recharged my mom's prepaid phone on 17th Oct 2014 with Rs 41 "WhatsApp plan" (175 MB whatsapp+25 MB 2G data for 30 days), immediately after recharging when my mom started using the whats app, her balance started reducing. When I called the Pre-Paid customer care in Himachal ( it's too pathetic customer care, they don't bother to take your calls, if bichance they take call will disconnect soon), One of the executive girl told me that you can only chat but no upload and download, so my mom just messaged and balance reduced. Then she told me that this plan is just to be able to use whats app, however balance will still be deducted and eventually so was confirmed by her so called lead. That was not satisfying considering Airtel's claimed plan (175 MB whatsapp+25 MB 2G data for 30 days) which means that we can do any thing up to the limit of 175 MB on whats App. My mom donsn't use internet any ways. I do rememer that during the month of Sept 2014, when I recharged same plan, no amount was deducted.

                                    Today on 20th Oct, again I received a call from my mom that when she clicked a pic on whats app, 53 Rs got deducted immediately. Airtel is unecessarily deducting money from prepaid users to fool them as we can generate any records of this. Can they provide all details of prepaid number.
                                    Today I tried to reach them from my post paid mobile by calling to their said prepaid helpline [protected] I called them around four time to get to the customer care line and spend about 40 mnts of talktime in order to convey my message then they transferred me to Pre paid service saying that this number ([protected]) is not prepaid service number, and at last when I conveyed my concern, the so called platinum service associate confirmed to me about above plan that no balance should be deducted, he asked me to wait online in order to check the records, however to my surprise again the lines got disconnected.
                                    Is airtel doing this cheating because of it's monopoly and never bother to care about customers Or want me to take an action in consumers court.
                                    Can any Airtel senior executive respond on this
