Subject : Complaint regarding indoor network coverage-non action despite repeated approaches
rather lips sympathy instead cogent efforts
Sir,

The undersigned is availing the services of your leading institution by way of Mobile No. [protected]. For the past considerable period acute problem of indoor network coverage was being faced, hence a complaint was made to DOT vide reference number DOTEL/E/2014/20946 acknowledged on 14th july, 2014. Obviously an inspection has been conducted at my residence 313/85-A, Gali No, 1, Tulsi Nagar, Inderlok, Delhi-110035 but instead of doing any concerted effort avoided the issue cunningly which is not acceptable from such a leading well renowned company.

It is further added that after inspection no iota of doubt remains that your good self has accepted your fault & confirmed through your recent mail that there is a difficulty pertaining to the indoor network coverage. Surprisingly on other hand ignored the problem by mentioning that his was the best possible coverage which can be provided by you. Instances are common that the company by way of big hoardings, advertisement & publication etc. attracting the people that you are one of the biggest providers of network in all over india even in remote areas & on contrary already existing bonafide consumers situated even in the heart of capital are being dealt with in such a reprehensible manner. How can it be presumed that a genuine consumer will leave his fundamental rights abundant without to the last competent authority. When the company is charging sufficiently it is also mandatory on its part to provide excellent services by way of all means instead of merely mentioning that you have taken our address as an input for your future planning to improve the network coverage. What mean can be inferred regarded future planning particularly when no specific time has been indicated.

I am of the view that it is a case where special attention is required at senior level for immediate remedial steps for which company is committed duty bound. I hope these lines will be taken into account seriously without loosing further moments to avoid further litigation before appropriate competent authorities whatsoever. Meanwhile I expect a line of reply at least for satisfaction of a bonafide consumer as well as action taken in his regard.

    mr airtal manager, hallow, i am from dubai.last 18/july/2014 i had request for a dongle online for my wife who is living alone in delhi with her 10 month new born baby. it is my mistake that i believe on airtal company because your filed boys and all educative person are ling to her when she going to contact them for connection . the matter is that she got the dongle within 24 hrs of apply but till not complete the verification, dongle is useless. i am very upset that i trust your company and purchase the dongle. it is not matter of RS 1600.00 it is matter of trust . issue of dongle on name : Ram kumari place : naraina bihar, new delhi contact no: [protected]/[protected] mail id :[protected]@yahoo.com

      Hi, My name is Akhtar Ali and my mobile number is [protected]i was looking at the airtel website and found Rs 64 recharge voucher very good as it was fetching 120 Local min (see below link). with transaction id :[protected] So i went ahead and recharged my phone with that. See link below http://www.airtel.in/mobile/prepaid/recharge-online?CIRCLE=16&CIRCLENAME=Wes... The recharge was successful and i got something else which was not mentioned on the website.I called airtel customer care and spoke to someone who explain that i come under kolkata region and not westbengal region so i did incorrect recharge, though i reside in Howrah and i choose westbengal option and that was wrong so i asked my money to be refunded back or i can pay extra to get some other package opton but the agent said that nothing can happen now.I demanded to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Saran Nag who is the stupiest agent i have ever came across. He explained that he cannot do anything for this which was so arrogant and stupid. i asked for his manager email and he said he is not allowed to share his personal details, I later asked for 121 email which he said there is nuthing as such.He did not listen to me rather argueed and when i demanded to speak to his senior he disconnected the call.Is this how airtel treats his customer?This is such a intoward behaviour and i demand to raise a complaint against airtel and that supervisor.I want my money credited back to me though which i will recharge watever i feel is best for me.I want someone who is responsible and takes his job more seriously to respond to my email and handle the matter further.AT this point i am teriified, cheated and dissapointed with the way airtel customer service has dealt me..

        Sir I am using airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) for one year recently. I have load the amount (4500 Rupess) in airtel money on 21/7/2014, but after loading the amount i know that my connection disconnected by airtel company without any information. After that i am calling to customer care center. But No body given any serious response and not refund my money. I am very disappointed from airtel company behaviour. I have attached few document.             sir i am using aitel postpaid for one year recently i coming to pune for my higher studies, , , , i have activate international message pack 99 for msg.when iam at tamilnadu but when i came to pune i asked your customer service about my message booster on 06.06.2014 but people give me wrong information so i used to message asusal but when bill generate i had charged for message totaly 20301 rupees something.. then i contact customer care and make a complaint but people till now they not clarify my problem... 23.07.14, t i had disconnected my all calls .. without any information.. so now i am decide to take a legal formalities against airtel company, you airtel company did not even consider my point of view .. i decide to reach court for wasting my time, my money and at all.thanking you

              My name is S. Lalitha and my mob. no. is [protected], from Hyderabad, and it is postpaid. I have taken 299/- pack with one booster by paying 99/- extra on phone no [protected] and made it free. But unfortunately am unable to call the said no ([protected]) beyond Mehdipatnam towards Rethi bowli, Hyderguda Attapur etc., ( PVNR flyover) When I try to call there is a continuous error message which says " Please check the no you have dialed". Would also like to mention that there is no problem in sending messages and incoming calls from the said no. I personally feel that you may have some with your towers in that particular area because as I come out of that area it starts functioning.

              This is Twinkle Saraogi from Bangur Avenue. We have been using the airtel network maybe from the past 10 years and have never faced any problem as such. Recently there has be en A building constructed infront of our building and there after we have started facing so much network problem. even if we go and talk near the verandah still the problem ain't getting solved and it is becoming really annoying.               I live at Balajinagar, near Katraj. I am facing some network problems for 2-3 days. Calls are connecting properly, I sender could listen to receiver's voices but, receiver could not listen anything. Internet connection is also very poor...

              As I am living in Balajinagar (hill sided area) we are having only one network working properly in my home which is Airtel, and since we are having this problems, it is really hard for us to communicate outside.

                We got a new landline connection last month and there has been a problem since the first day. There is a lot of disturbance and the internet keeps getting cut often. I placed a complaint and the technicians said it's fixed and closed the complaint. I called them the next day saying it's not fix and placed another complaint on 9th of July.                       For the purpose of broadband connection, we were asked to submit our documents, wherein we furnished our pan card id and passbook cover page. later when the connection was getting delayed we saw our form having a rent agreement which is forged. my husband's signature is forged and that document is also notarised. these people were could have asked me for the rent agreement which i had instead of forging one. the contact person was also asking us for our six month bank statement which we though is no where required for getting the connection. AIRTEL officers are telling us that it is franchise operation and franchise is respossible, but as per law franchisor is equally responsible for the same. we are not sure for what purpose the papers we are submitting are being used.

                        I got net pack of Rs. 98/ done in my mobile number [protected], recently. Airtel has fraudulently deducted balance, due to which, I am not able to use this net pack. Such kind o[censored]nethical and unfair trade practice is going on in Airtel on wider scale. Customer Care Executives of Airtel are stupid . They lack understanding ability.
                        Without understanding the problem, how would they resolve problem ?

                        I think name of AIRTEL should be changed to FRAUD AIRTEL or LIARTALE ( Tale by liars) .

                          Hello, I want to inform you that today(23/07/14) my airtel postpaid connection has been activated and the shocking new on the very first day of my services that I have been betrayed by the sales agent. The girl who called me from +[protected] number offered me a plan entails 100 local mobile minutes, 500 STD mobile minutes, 400 local national sms and 1GB 3G data for a monthly rental of Rs. 299. But when I today called the activation team to activate my number the agent from the activation team told me that my plan entails 100 local mobile minutes, 450 STD mobile minutes, 200 local national sms and 2GB 2G data for a monthly rental of Rs.299. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS AIRTEL??????????? Is this the way of doing business?????? Collecting customers from fake promises!!! Listen, whoever is reading this complaint on the behalf of airtel, if i won't get the plan that was promised to me, I will shue your company.

                              Hello All, This is the second time in a month that I have to write another e-mail regarding distortion in Data services, that are being provided by India's no.1 operator 'Airtel'. After all the falsify promises made by airtel executives that I will face no further problem regarding data services, but the promise didn't even lasted for a month. Again, I am recieving edge services in the name of WCDMA, that are pathetic and obnoxious from airtel part. Moreover, I had been assured by airtel executive that I will not have to pay for the last month's(June) bill as I haven't used any services(since the great airtel services weren't working), yet I have recieved a bill of Rs 850(approx). I would request airtel and partners to please provide the total full and final settlement billing amount, so that I can close this whole tormenting scenario completely and get relieved from Airtel.                                       I am in roaming since 7 months and will continue to be, till now I was getting a bill of approx.[protected]/per month with a plan name MP FTV 499 plan. A month back Airtel Guy called and suggested me to change to My Plan(rental Rs.1599.00 per/Month) in which I am entitled for some free Roaming Talktime, free Roaming SMS(confirmed twice by him) which I guessed decreases my bill amount. Instead of decreasing my bill it reached shocking Rs. 3700 because my SMS are charged. Justice needed Consumer K Chaithanya Krishna Mob: [protected] Email: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                      They Refunded the total amount charged for the SMSs sent through the plan in my next bill, Happy that I got response from Bharti Airtel.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
