Again I have received incorrect bill with charges on my FnF booster numbers and this is the continuous 4th month I received the same, I can't imagine the brand like AIRTEL giving such a ridiculous service. Don't know what you people are doing sitting there that this issue is repeated every time and I have to call/mail you and sort this out every time when I receive my bill. What you people think that I don't have any other job that each and every time I should call/mail you people and sort this out on my own explaining all the things. And again the biggest thing of your customer service is that I think the senior representatives think themselves as secretaries of prime ministers to be available to talk with customers. The juniors always hold me on call and say I will be redirected to seniors and at the end I get the answer that no senior is available right now. Tell me, do you really have positions called as Senior Representatives?

    Dear Concern,

    This is too ridiculous that Airtel added 5th June, 2014 indicated in international call to India INR 900+180=1080 in current bill.

    First I have neither received nor called any international call.
    and my bill cycle is 8th June, 2014 to 7th July, 2014 then how Airtel added these type manipulated bills in current months.

    Kindly resolve this issue as immediate effect for Bill Payment.

    You can check my previous status, I am from July, 2013 to still in abroad but only keeping this no. I am paying every months bill as postpaid connection.

    Kindly do the needful.

      I am a Railway employee and applied for ra 10 cug 199 plan through your representative Mr. Kanimuthu/Chennai.(MOBILE NO.[protected]) But he put me in corporate ss 199 cug plan and this has resulted in raising bill for more amount on me whereas all my colleagues are regularly paying around Rs.205/- inclusive of all. Kindly be informed that I have been put in some other plan contrary to my request and hence you are requested to kindly change the plan and send me fresh bill as per ra 10 cug 199 plan to enable me to make payment at the earliest. You are also requested to kindly caution your representative suitably to avoid recurrence of such mistakes in future.         I have done mobile no portability from Loop to Airtel and my Mobile No is [protected] . My Loop mobile no is working stopped and Airtel SIM provided me was not activated in your system and some other SIM no is showing activated against this mobile No. From 28/07/2014 I am trying to contact Nikita on Mobile No [protected] more than 200 times but she has no courtesy to pick up and reply, after that on 28/07/2014 at 5.00 P.M. She called me and told me that some person from her office will come today by 11.00 A. M. And again collect documents and my SIM will be activated within 24 hours, but so far no one come to collect the documents even I have SMS her for the same . At the time of they contact me for Number portability, they told us that they are calling from AIRTEL but when I visited your Gallery they told me that they are from some Agency . How you can give right to any agency that are using your name and if you have appointed some agency than you are responsible to give reply to the customer . From last 15 Years I am using LOOP Mobile and my Mobile no is registered with so many Banks and my client, now because of your worst and negligence services I am loosing my business and I am not able to do any Banking activity . This type of poor services you are provided . You are interested in making new customer only but after sales service you are one of the worse . Since yesterday my Mobile is switch off . At the time of giving SIM you people have to check 100 times than give to customer . Why Customer will suffer because of your mistake ? Yesterday a night 9 P.M. Someone call me from mobile no [protected] that they are calling from Frontline a agency appointed by AIRTEL and he told me that If I can give him documents than they can activated my SIM within 48 hours . So far Nikita ( Mobile No [protected] ) has not send any person to collect again my documents . Why Airtel Gallery people are not doing this thing . Agency appointed by AIRTEL only than why there are differences . They will submit the documents to AIRTEL only . I don't understand where is the problem ? Airtel Gallery people are saying that it will take 10 days to activate the SIM and agency appointed by AIRTEL are saying that it will take 48 hours . Regards Ashok Doshi

        So, far my SIM was not activated even after 5 days . And so far I have not recd. Any communication or call from AIRTEL regarding status of my problem. At the time of making mistake there was no procedure but to rectify there own mistake there are procedure and because of there worse services I have to suffer and I am losing my business . Please provide me E MAIL ID of Mr Sunil Mittal - Chairman and MD of Bharti Airtel so that I can put my compliant to him .

          Enquired at Airtel customer care for a broadband & fixed line connection. Agent in the name of Sandeep came to my place, he asked me for an installation and security deposit of Rs. 2000/-. Told me instrument and connection will be installed in 1 day. He didn't turn up for 3 days . After several enquiries came to know that they are not supposed to take any cash from us and the agent gave his name wrong, He was actually Ashish. The connection was installed but no instrument provided. Rs. 2000/- was returned. Also the number I asked for wasn't given to me even after confirmation from agents that it was available. I asked for a plan of Rs. 399/- as my requirement was only of a fixed line, I did not need Internet. But they told me that a minimum plan of Rs.1299/- is only available in my circle. So i got that activated. On further enquiry after 3-4 days, came to know that the Rs. 399 plan is available for my area. After the connection was done, everything working well, they started sending me messages for the updates on the number that I had demanded earlier. And now since the last week they are calling me again and again that I had sent a request for a new connection, even on informing them several times that its installed they are repeatedly calling and giving missed calls.

            Chairman, M/s.Bharti Airtel Ltd. Plot Number 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV Gurgaon, Haryana 122016 Subject : Complaint regarding indoor network coverage-non action despite repeated approaches rather lips sympathy instead cogent efforts.. Sir, The undersigned is availing the services of your leading institution by way of Mobile No. [protected]. For the past considerable period acute problem of indoor network coverage was being faced, hence a complaint was made to DOT vide reference number DOTEL/E/2014/22302 acknowledged on 22th july, 2014. Obviously an inspection has been conducted at my residence 313/85-A, Gali No, 1, Tulsi Nagar, Inderlok, Delhi-110035 but instead of doing any concerted effort avoided the issue cunningly which is not acceptable from such a leading well renowned company. It is further added that after inspection no iota of doubt remains that your good self has accepted your fault & confirmed through your recent mail that there is a difficulty pertaining to the indoor network coverage. Surprisingly on other hand ignored the problem by mentioning that his was the best possible coverage which can be provided by you. Instances are common that the company by way of big hoardings, advertisement & publication etc. attracting the people that you are one of the biggest providers of network in all over india even in remote areas & on contrary already existing bonafide consumers situated even in the heart of capital are being dealt with in such a reprehensible manner. How can it be presumed that a genuine consumer will leave his fundamental rights abundant without to the last competent authority. When the company is charging sufficiently it is also mandatory on its part to provide excellent services by way of all means instead of merely mentioning that you have taken our address as an input for your future planning to improve the network coverage. What mean can be inferred regarded future planning particularly when no specific time has been indicated. I am of the view that it is a case where special attention is required at senior level for immediate remedial steps for which company is committed duty bound. I hope these lines will be taken into account seriously without loosing further moments to avoid further litigation before appropriate competent authorities whatsoever. Meanwhile I expect a line of reply at least for satisfaction of a bonafide consumer as well as action taken in his regard.               If you can solve my problem than solve it otherwise don't waste my time because your customer care said that I have amount due in previous operator tata docomo thats why portability rejected. But my connection is prepaid and in docomo there is no due amount system in prepaid.. So please don't fool . Day after tomorrow I will complain against your service provider and local dealer in trai and consumer court. My number [protected]

                Airtel says that, they don't have feasibility to refund the money back to the bank account of the customer for a failed recharge, even after accepting that money was deducted from my bank account. This shows the fraud they do with customers. Text from Appellate authority for airtel in email - "Being a valuable customer, we understand your concern and we regret to inform, there is no feasibility for us to refund the money back to the bank account and as the transaction happened was for recharge and the benefit was not credited, the transacted amount of Rs.1498 was credited back to your prepaid account to avail the benefit for you." They make fun of customers, by just processing whatever recharge they want after deducting the money from bank account. I have been tracking for refund of amount deducted for two recharges done on airtel website on 30th April, 2014 each for Rs 749 for number [protected]. Even after 3 months, no money refund was provided even after confirmation from Airtel that "Money has been deducted twice by citrus airtel" and no recharge has happened !                       sir, i have taken sim in nit, calicut they asked us last 5 digits for allocation of my phone number but after taking sim and for its activation they asked my name & fathers name but now they allocate another number and ask its details to activate it or go to calicut and ask their respective person.it is very difficult for me to go to calicut now .so can i change kerala sim in nearby airtel office? please deal my problem

                            I had made a recharge of rs 124/- for my mobile no [protected] on 29/7/2014 after checking my airtel data plans. It was mentioned that on a recharge of 124 get bal of 1gb data for 30 days. After the recharge i was surprised to get a bal of 625 mb for 25 days. When i complained on 198 a person named Rahul Rajput told me that it is not valid for recharge with retailer which is a rubbish excuse. Nowhere in the my airtel recharge message it was mentioned reg this. Plz give my 375 mb bal n 5 days validity today itself. Maulik mehta

                              I took Airtel post paid connection on Feb 2014, under corporate plan Rs299/- . Due to some false bill issues my service was totally barred (both incoming and outgoing) for whole April month, but they send me bill including April months charges also, after my obligation one of their customer executive promised me that he will give waver for that April month and asked me to pay the balance due alone. After getting his confirmation message i have paid the amount. but they included April month charges in next month bill with fine charges for April month due. i have filed a complaint in their customer service on that particular month ( May) itself. Instead of taking Action on that they are sending me bill including fine each and every month. Now they stopped my service also. And the worst part is their customer service officials are calling me and bargaining with the bill amount to be paid. They are money oriented and not at all caring about customer service. i am fed up with Airtel poor customer service and their irresponsible and time being executives. i am not going to pay the bill unless they send me the proper justified bill. if they fail to do so I'm gonna back off from their service and switch to some other network providers.                                       Their digital TV customer service in Chennai is completely useless. Did not attend the complaint and closed the issue without our knowledge. They are giving ridiculous answers and so irresponsible to even fix a MDU dish that has multiple apartments service. When you call them, they attend private customers to collect additional money not focusing on Gold customer service. How do they maintain their brand with such a level of service???

                                        I have received a call from Yash Communication ([protected]) Laxmi nagar, New Delhi, regarding above subject, at the time of call I shared all the details with him - that I have shifted from my rented residense Uttam nagar to vishwakarma colony, so it will take time to change the address in my document so they said no problem just submit your official address such as bank statement with your voter ID card.

                                        So his representative mr. Brijesh ([protected]) took my document on the dated 14/7/2014 with amount rs. 250/ as a security token.

                                        And then they sent their verification representative on my old rented home and did the address verification negative.

                                        Now I am calling to them they are not responding on it.
