    I took the number [protected] as post paid connection in end of May 2014. I requested to cancel this in June 2014 but i got a call from the csr of airtel and changed the post paid to prepaid with the settlement of the outstanding payment on this number in OMR airtel show room (Land mark near CTS-Okkiyam) in chennai. From last 4 days (04/07/2014) i contacted for activating the number for more than 15 times but till date the issue was not resolved. I lost few important business calls as i trusted on airtel Customer service. It was psychologically effecting my other works and leading to financial loss. For any clarifications please take the automated voice recorded call from Airtel center chennai and bangalore where the associates were lift the verification call from my end to activate the number. Please take this as priority case on Airtel.

      Sir; Despite my repeated complaints to your customer care support regarding non - receipt of paper bill of my Broadband connection, I am constrained to write to you. I have Broadband connection with the number [protected], and for past several months I am not getting any of the paper bills. If early action in this regard is not taken then I shall be left with no other option but to get the Airtel connection disconnected.

        My mobile phone no. is [protected]. I se this number only for making and receiving calls.I have not subscribed to any service offered by Airtel . My number is also registered in NDNC. Since the last few day I find that a sum of Rs.0.02 is deducted from my pre-paid account several times a day, though I have not availed any service offered by Airtel other than making and receiving calls. Please take up the matter with Aitel and ensure that not only such deductions be stopped immediately but also refund unknown amounts deducted so far.. I also find that customer service dept. of Airtel is extremely difficult to reach and E mail messages sent to nodal officer in Tamilnadu is returned as undelivered due to technical fault

          I am mailing on behalf of my father who took a prepaid number of Airtel from a local dealer. It was his second number,
          The number was [protected]. After 3 days of activation and recharging for 200 rupees, the number was suddenly disconnected without any information from the company.

          We went to Airtel hub in Salt lake CC1, Kolkata to ask the reason, we were told that my father has 9 connections in his name and thats why his number was deleted from the system and his money seized. It was told that it is the rule of the company that the number would be never activated and money never returned to customer.

          We were not only angry but also surprised as my father just hold 2 numbers.

          After requesting to them they found that my father had these connections in his name without his knowledge.

          It was a fraud case where someone had photocopied his id proof and and made multiple photographs by his single photo and took so many numbers in his name.

          We gave the application for deletion of those numbers. It was told that these numbers would be deleted from the system within 3 working days. but to my surprise the numbers are still active and they are switched off and not deleted.

          Moreover on numerous requests and written emails and written hardcopy letters, my dad's original number was never activated and it was rudely told that it is companys right to seize the money.

          ISNT THE WHOLE INCIDENT A RIDICULOUS GAME??

          what is the criteria a giant telecom like Airtel uses in issuing and activating the numbers. Why should a innocent person's money be seized and number not activated without his any mistake in the whole matter.

          Why do Airtel dont take verification from the residential address without which it doesnt give connection also?

          Why do people fake the docs and have the courage to issue numbers in someones name?

          The numbers that were fraudently taken are as follows:

            HI, I have airtel DTH. My Customer ID is [protected]. Some of my prime channels like colors & star plus are not going smoothly. They hang up many times due to my cell near set top box with GPRS ON or any call come or dial call from my any mobile even while GPRS off. If my GPRS is OFF it is working fine.I complaint in airtel via mail. They called me & said that it will happened because of waves & it will same we cant help it !!!My many friend has airtel dish but they don't have this type of problem even my phone is there with GPRS ON.Airtel giving many ideas like change wire worth Rs. 600 !!! But I don't want to spend any single Rupee. Because this is Airtel's problem not mine. Please tell Airtel they can change anything but solve my problem.             Your person came on 23rd July. He did some settings...

            Two days it works fine.

            But now same issue occur again...!!!

            Now he is saying that you have to relocate dish. It will charge 250 Rs. !!!

            This is not acceptable. This is your Dish fault.Kindly resolve it without any charge.

            I am very much disappointed with your product !!!
            When my Problem will resolve ???


            Help me or give my money back & get back your Dish, , , , !!!

              With due respect and grave concern we are to inform you that broadband connection vide plan 999/9 GB 2 mbps (small enterprise) of Bharti Airtel Ltd. was installed in our office & the fixed line instrument installation was not made on the date i.e. 13/12/2013 through your service provide M/S Rama Telecom Pvt. Ltd. 156A, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700 013. We have talked several times to Mr. Ashok Sahoo, service engineer of the aforesaid service provider. He used to inform us that fixed line instrument was not in their stock. Lastly we have talked to him over telephone vide no [protected] on 02/07/2014. He advised us to contact with customer care. As he was asked whether this issue comes under the perview of him or not, the line was amazingly disconnected.

              On the same day (02/07/2014) we talked to Mr. Faruque, customer care executive of Bharti Airtel Ltd, unfortunately the line was disconnected in course of discussion with him. Again immediately we tried to contact with customer care service, a lady customer care executive has given some suggestions in respect of online trouble shooting. Inspite of our efforts accordingly advised, the broadband connection is yet to be facilitate. Then the lady customer care executive informed that an engineer visit would taken place at our office within 8 to 24 hrs vide ref. no 47376748 and message was given to us accordingly but the engineer visit is not held still.
              Again we have tried to contact the customer care service on 05/07/2014 the line was kept in hold for the period of 17:08 minutes, we could find no other way but to disconnect the line.

              Sir, ours is a co-operative society as established for socio-economic upliftment of the members. Its importance and emergence can not be ignored. Our day to day smooth functioning is interrupted for non-installation of fixed line instrument and the disconnected broadband service. As we are going through the social phase of speed and smoothness, this long-run negligency/interruption occurred to us is not likely healthy for our function of communication.

              Again we fervently request you to look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.

                Hello Sir/Ma'am Greeting for the day. I am very old user of this service provider(AIRTEL) and till date I had no issues for there services. But past few days i have got in the CUG plan where without my permission my agent put me in the group of 10 people . Where the other people have no interest of paying a single money to the company. On the other hand i have paid 800 INR more against my bill of rupess 200INR. But still there is no sign of getting my number back. My Humble request to you people to do something for it.                   I have switched through MPN to other network from Airtel. I have recieved message from Airtel services to use the airtel money balance on 7thjuly2014 as the account will lapse soon.Then I have tried to use the balance but I am not recieving OTP to my mobile number.Please provide alternate one to perform the activity.Otherwise unnecessarily it will lapse.Your quick response is appreciated.

                  There was delay in SMS which caused this issue.After deactivation of account I have recieved sms to use the money available in airtel money account.Its mistake from Airtel and the customer is suffering.Need immediate action upon this, as I have dropped many mails and poor response for the same.I would request escalation team to take action up on the airtel team for the delay by which customer is suffering for this concern.It is my money and why they need these many proofs for the same.
                  Request to escalate the issue and hope escalation team will help in this issue.Due to lack of service from Airtel only I have ported to other network.I was using Airtel for 6 years and think why I have switched to other network.Only escalation team can provide the correct answer because I am recieving mails from agents, who are not even aware what needs to be done.Just they are sending the same mails again and again.Request to please understand the concern and support to the customer.Don't stick to your words.If I would have recieved SMS before deactivation date, I would have used the money in my airtelmoney account.Just think twice and check with your manager.It's my money and to get the money I am doing followups.I was using Airtel services from 6 years and now I have switched because of poor response.Now its time for Airtel Managers to think and take right decision for the customers.I have raised many complaints but very poor response from your end.So atlast finally I have decided to switch Network itself.

                    Dear Sir with reference to the captioned subject, I advise that i was allotted a postpaid number [protected](SBI CUG connection) in the name of sonal gupta. I had to shift Uttrakhand in april 2013 and my number was converted to prepaid on my request. after conversion, i was given a new SIM card which was activated 24 hours but call was made very rarely. it was never disconnected from airtel services. Incoming calls were regular on this number and data pack was also used by me. On june 26, 2014 I got a ebill mail on my registered mail id regarding bill payment of Rs.337, bill was in the name of Vardan Gupta. I have never requested for conversion of my number into postpaid. I was always under impression that my number is prepaid. I have written three mails to nodal officer, NCR region, Airtel but satisfactory reply was not received from them.                     Airtel guys were supposed to convert my prepaid number([protected]) to postpaid, and they have collected money for the same.
                    I was told that the conversion will be done within 3 days of time, It's been three weeks since they collected 600 from me for conversion of two numbers of mine.There's no response from the team regarding this, and when asked they carelessly answer.I was asked not to recharge since the conversion will be done and I'm unable to make calls now.I just need to know whether these guys have the capability to convert prepaid to postpaid or they're simply fooling people saying so.The lady from customer care who called me was on this number- [protected]

                      We have applied two land line numbers in the name of Travel Dynamics of India Private Limited and have obtained Airtel land line number[protected] and the second land line no[protected] has still not been activated. We have printed the same number in all our visiting cards and all the promotion collateral's. We have been trying to get the update on the same with your Airtel person Mr.Murugaraj who gave us all the above mentioned connections.He has unfortunately left the organisation and there is no absolute response from Airtel side to resolve this querry. It is very pathetic to know that for obtaining a new line if this is the scenario, then what would be the service levels. We are using Airtel mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] are used by us currently. Request you to immediately resolve this issue and give us a proper response and activate the new line asap.                           i have raised a request to disconnect my add on postpaid number [protected] in the month of february 2014 after clearing all the left over amount bill. They keep on calling from then asking for the reason for disconnection. The reason being i am no more using that add on number i said the reason everytime they ask.Since March 2014 the number is also not active. Everytime they say that they will send me the request number by sms to my main number. But i never received any sms from them. Now they again calling me and saying that i have some balance bill amount to be paid and i need to clear it to discontinue. I clearly told them that i am not going to pay any single amount as i have raised the request 3 or 4 months back and the services also not active since march 2014. They are causing nusance and it is creating me a mental torture. Since they have not sent any acknowledgement for the complaint i raised online through "Airtel my account" nor any request number by sms, I dont have any proof to get them laid. Please help me.. i am going mad.

                          Irony is that in the same week some people from Airtel contacted again for asking me to pay the bill. Now they said that only 1 month's bill is what I have to pay and if I do so, they will disconnect the connection. Yesterday (14th Jujy), I have paid the amount since it is just 1 month's minimum due and now I have a mail proof they have sent. Hope they will not call back after few months and say I have to pay balance bill. I will contact you for sure if they come back. Hope this time it will be resolved.

                            Hi, I have a given request to change the ownership of my landline no.[protected] from my father's name to my name on May 23 2014 and still now they haven't resolve the issue. I visit the store several times and asked about my issue status, they says same reply it will be resolved. Finally when i talked with customer care supervisor, he said there is no SR (Service Request) is created so far. Finally the supervisor created the SR and i submitted the document once again and still the ownership is not changed. Airtel customer service is becoming worst day by day.

                              Sir I have post paid connection of Airtel having mobile No. [protected] for which i am paying my bill regularly with in stipulated time period. Bill for the month of April/May 2014 i.e Rs. 996.00 was paid on 12/05/2014 vide SBI cheque No. 689646 which was cleared in the account of the airtel company on 17/05/2014. After payment of bill I am regularly receiving call from the company for depositing the same amount /bill. Besides, whenever I am calling anywhere i am receiving a warning from airtel company that my outgoing call would be bared due to non payment of Rs. 996.00.However the same has already been paid. Everyday your representative is also calling me for payment of this amount. It seems that you are discouraging your customer and the company is unable to provide its satisfactory services to the customers. If this problem would not be solved with in 24 hrs I will register a case in the consumer forum on the said matter. The company will be solely responsible for the same.

                                01/07/2014 - morning I checked Airtel.in and found Prepaid 3G recharge of Rs.249/- offering 1GB for 30 days validity. I have recharged of Rs.249/- through Airtel Money for this 3G plan. After many hours the plan is not activated, so i called Airtel 121. The executive said "Sir your recharge activated with 500 STD minutes on this mobile" I said i have recharged for 3G as per the plan details showing in the Airtel website. She in turn checked the Airtel site and said Yes it is showing 3G 1 GB for 249/- but you have to recharge from that site to get this activation. We can't change the plan or refund the amount. I request her help, so she said to transferring the call to Airtel Money and said if they will help to refund the amount. But the call was disconnected in between. The call was charged Rs.0.50 per 3 minutes, i lose some money that way also. I request for the Refund of Rs. 249/- (Txn ID[protected] or to recharge my Number [protected] with 3G activated.

                                  This is to inform the top officials of Airtel that my pre paid number was disconnected last year and I am struggling allot to get it back.There are a sentiments attached for that particular number and as I travel allot, sometimes I am unable to use my number.

                                  Being a loyal customer to airtel I want to retain the number, as a reputed company, is this kind of service level you have? You may not realize but because of your act of negligence I have suffered allot of mental, physical harassment & trauma.
                                  I will go to consumer court for the mental harassment and trauma and definitely post this incident on facebook and other public forums.

                                      This is regarding the arbitrary system of affairs adopted by airtel broadband. Without my approval, they have increased the monthly rent from 1299 to 1499. They say it is due to increasing input costs. They continue to give cheaper fares to new customers but for us, they are constantly increasing the rent. This is the most ridiculous thing they can do.

                                        Hi Team, I am reverting back with utter dissatisfaction. My airtel no [protected], has been deactivated since past 48 hours without any valid reason and no actions been taken yet. I would like to bring out the series of events i have been going through past 17 days. 1) On 21st June i requested for migration from Postpaid to corporate plan. I did the same visiting the ARC in Bellandur, Bangalore. I was treated very well, i submitted all necessary documents and all look good. I was assured the changes would be done within 48 hrs. 2) One week past without any resolution and my online status with no 56806003 said waiting status. 3) On revisiting the ARC, i was said there was some issue with my office i card copy, the guy requested me to get one more copy. I did the same, and was reassured of the thing to be done. 4) Again a week passed without any luck. I kept on dropping mails and calling customer care, no one helped. 5) On 4th July 18:30 hrs, my network was lost completely. I believed the migration was being carried out, so the disconnection. To my dismay, the network stayed disconnected the next morning aswell. 6) Calling customer care from another Airtel no, i said the situation to them, and believe me explaining each of them the scenario was real painful everytime. 7) On 5th July, i missed a really important client call from my office due to the disconnection. I cried out to the customer care, to pass on to any senior representative, but each one kept saying, the lines were busy and i shall get a call back from them. 8)I expect, at least not a lie from Airtel customer care, as i received no call backs after three repeated requests. 9) Again a customer care executive said, since the backend team doesnt work on Saturdays, my request will be taken care of on Sunday. 10) Today on Sunday i still find my issue unresolved. 11) I tried with customer care for one last time and they requested me to revisit the ARC where i gave my documents. I said the place was not very near to my house. Still i put an effort to go back to the ARC. To my horror the ARC was shut down on Sunday. I ask, if the ARC's are shut down on Sundays, why did customer care ask me to visit there? 11)People in India, use Airtel connection because of the service they get. But what am i really getting here? With such a heavy heart, i have to drop this mail and unfortunately i shall raise a complaint on Consumer forum. Atleast i want the people in India to realise how badly are we being cheated by Airtel.
