Dear All, AIRTEL is the worse service provider in comparison of service and customer support. I was using their service form past 5 months when I informed them that I am going abroad & I was unable to use their service, kindly pause the service or stop it then(they informed it will get done in sometime) and after a month my bill amount came double and till date they added 3 months of extra bill even I complained them regarding that and told them to check my used service also but the customer care guys not ready to do that also. Instead of solving the problem they take it casually(always hiding their issues). I called customer care [protected] approx 10 times but what they do they just transfer the call to concern person and like that no one speaks properly and u will hold it for more than 30 minutes but your problem will not get resolved. In my circle 4 person was using AIRTEL service but after telling them my story they discontinue the service. And one important thing just tell them that you are interested in taking the service then AIRTEL people will call u more than 10 times to take their service and they will arrange the person also @ your door step to collect the document even u don't have to go outside also. I called them that arrange the person so that I will give him Cash/Cheque/DD of Rs.1900.00 as per discussion with AIRTEL Customer Care(after that they increase my bill to Rs.3300.00) then they told its not possible. Please guys don't go with their LL, Broadband, DTH these service as i already faced problem with AIRTEL.

    The worst service I have ever seen.In the month of January without my permission they increased my credit limit to 4000 the accepted amount by me was only 800 maximum limit.Later all of a sudden they stopped my services in JAN and told that 4000 limit crossed.I will never use internet more and more over I use to get only bill amount for not more than 400 per month from day1 of services.

    Later when they use to call me regarding the bill payment, I use to ask them to forward call to higher authorities as I want to speak regarding the bluff they are doing to people.Till 3levels they called me and told that they will reduce bill amount.

    All of a sudden they stopped my services in the month of May and they tried calling all the contact number in my bill list asking for my details telling I didn't pay bill.As a software engineer i lost my pride in office due this dirty network.Later one day they called my husband and he settled the matter by discussing with the customer care he paid 1200/- Rs based on calculation of my bills and credit limit.After paying they again called him asking for service activation, he said NO as this is such a worst network.

    Again from 5days they again started calling all number in my list and asking for details.when we said that we paid 1200/- as discussed with customer care.Now they are posing a question who are they (Hyderabad branch customer care) people to settle matter we are from main branch you people need to pay.

    My final decision is to file a case on AIRTEL services and also need a penality for calling my collegues and disburbing my carrer growth.Help me on this case.

    Want to file case on service provider for doing all this and calling my collegues.Penalty needs to put on the service providers

    If you resolve with cheers in my face you can be happy.
    You people tortured me, my colleagues and family calling daily for my contact.

    I am very serious on this I won't leave your network easily.

    First thing I want you people to do is stop calling to the contact in my post paid bill or else I am gonna file a case against your network for violating security policies
    Clarify me on whose permission you people have increased my credit limit without my approval
    Accepted credit limit by me is an amount of just 800Rs.
    Now I can see the credit limit increased to 14, 000RS

      I have done online recharge on pay.airtel.com once after the successful payment i am not getting the payment receipt. When try to print the receipt an error come every time.           Hi Team, After issues with the customer care with regards to renewal of the annual subscription of Airtel DTH connection, I asked for cancellation of service and refund of my money and equipment on 18th May. Gone through many issues like after cancellation request they activated the plan without my consent with intention of keeping my money and say that since the package is activated, no refund can be made. After lot of calls and stating my point, finally they agreed to refund my money. As per the process they said it will take 45 days for refund. After it not being done in 45 days, I called up again and they advised me to talk to nodal officer. By mean time customer care raised another request of termination of my already terminated network. What astonished me is that the nodal officer told that since I have called now, he is looking into it and is not able to reach another department as the manager is not in office (I did not expected a response like this from a corporate world). Moreover he told that from here again it will take 45 days for refund. Today again I called up (after not receiving the call from the nodal officer as promised) and again there was no status as the manager has not replied yet in last 3 days. Honestly this is clear case of harassing the customer from the AIRTEL company by keeping the money, not responding on time, raising multiple request for termination after 2 months, activating packages without customer consent... I request you to please look into this from your side. Airtel customer id - [protected] Amount - Appx 5450 Rs.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have visited the Airtel Chennai relationship - Chrompet twice and I was send back and the staff in airtel told me to come the next day and next day when I had visited they gave me a contact number ([protected]) to call and confirm availability of micro sim. But I have called them from end of June 2014 till date for checking availability. But the regular answer to my response was No stock, it will come within 2 days. This is the regular answer for my several call made so far. Is this the way Airtel runs its relationship centre.???? I had visited the relationship centre twice around 6:00 pm and I find none working all standing out and chasing the customer.. Ridiculous Service.. Thanks Pratab

                I took 4G connection on 6th April 014. I was given a Huawei router. In cash, I paid 4, 500 INR. I was assured that wi-fi will be operational in next 2 days. After 2 days when we called Customer Care and asked the status, we were told that my number has been activated. Hardly within a day, it wasn't working initially. In the next 4-5 days, after calling customer care 5-30 times, I was told that the dat ahas been used and my plan has to be changed.Then only it will work. When I asked that already I paid for a plan, customer care executive told that it has been used.And if we want better service than have to take a costlier plan than this one. The truth is we didn't use the wi-fi, then how come the data is used up. It was shocking to hear this. This is total cheating with the customers. Now, there is hardly any network in 4G after changing plan. I called up customer care and the response was unbelievable. Only sometimes it gets network and that also with a very low speed. Bhart Airtel customer executive says that it has be checked before taking the connection and in my area, 4G won't work properly. If that was the case, then why wasn't I told earlier. They say they can't help me. They didn't registered the compalint earlier. It's just a cheap marketing strategy to fool customers. It's a fraud case and I want Bharti to give back back my hard earned money as they have totally cheated me with there services, money, time and trust. For Bharti, it might have been a small amount. But for me, every single rupee is of hard work and I value it a lot. I as a responsible citizen have raised my voice. I hope, I will be given justice. No action has been taken till date to resolve my pain by Bharti Airtel. They are cheaters and a total fraud. Jai Hind Sudhanshu Parikh

I used other netwok also for 3G.But this much data and money not deducted by any network. Please check it and refund my amount immediately.

                    Myself is Meet, i am using Airtel Internet Post paid number is [protected]. I am using it in a Hauwyi Router, provided by Airtel as for 4G speed but it is useless. I have reported complaints like minimum 10 times, last one is with complaint number 57105168 but most of Customer Care Executives are either DUMB or Illeterate, as they take at least 15 minutes to understand this basic complaint. I am writing here after getting fed up by the careless and unprofessional work nature of Airtel people. Truly either Airtel is now getting down or is good for nothing. PLEASE DROP THE IDEA O[censored]SING AIRTEL FOR 3G . IT IS DISASTER. ITS CUSTOMER CARE IS DUMB & FILLED WITH . WASATGE OF TIME & MONEY.

                      Sir, I am using mobile no [protected] since 12 yrs. The sim no is[protected]. Since days back the services for the same no were blocked and i complained. So the services were restored. Air tell fellow also called to my mobile and told that they checked and no problem is there. But since yesterday i.e. from[protected] again my services for the same no got blocked. This is causing lot of inconvenience and heavy financial loss for me. I want my services to be restored immediately. If not I have to take some legal action for blocking my services without any reason and intimation. I have Rs.231 balance and the validity.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I am your Customer since last couple of years. We are from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd. & we have a Corporate Tie-up with your Organization. Though our corporate plan is different, I had purchased an additional plan of Rs. 199/- for Internet. Your call centre lady had told me, that upto 4 GB, the Internet will work fast & thereafter slow. But the Internet usage will be UNLIMITED free. A couple of months back, incidently I started receiving messages for Internet usage. Hence I called your call centre. The attendant lady told me that the plan is o[censored]nlimited usage & Ignore the message. This month, I received the bill of about Rs. 4474/- plus & I was shocked. I am receiving the Monthly bill of around 500 to 600, since last couple of years & suddenly, how come the bill raised to this extend, when UNLIMITED internet is free?                             Hello, I was using Airtel digital TV about 3 years ago, I was getting issue like Low balance alert while viewing TV even my balance was enough, so I called at customer care about 10-12 times, no solution from their side, someone told me to recharge so I recharge about 3, 000/-, still my issue not fixed, I called again at customer care and they are saying our engineer can visit if you pay charge for visit, I told why I pay for your issue. I told to close my both connections (room tv connection too). I have also proof of my last balance and my both connection was closed, I have taken screenshot of airtel website. In screenshot clear mentioned about my last balance and burn rate was zero. I asked for refund at customer care many times, but they are saying we are not providing refund for any balance, I visited one of the many stores to solve this issue and also visited main office of Airtel at thaltej, they also told me we have no process or way of refund. I forgot about this, after few years I got call from airtel, sir why are you not using this connections? I surprised? from where this guy is calling? as he dont' know about my past/current status of connection? I explained all things to him, I told me he will check with his manage and will come back to me, but I never got call from him, I called again from my side, same I explained again all things, as they dont' know about my conenction status. I asked for refund. they told me again, he will call asap to resovle this issue. I called me also and give me assurance he will try to best to refund me. but I told me my balance is now about 1, 200/- I asked where my other balance gone? he is saying your one connection is active? I told who has active this connection tell me, he has no answer of this question. I told about my burn rate was zero when I closed my connection, so how my balance can reduce? Again he has no answer. From last 5-6 months, they are calling me every 2-3 days and asking me sir why your connection is close? Jayanti

                              hello sir my number is [protected] and i am a postpaid customer customer care tell me that my plan will renew on 8th of every month ie, if i surf net after 12am of 7th it cost me on my new plan but when i surf net it shows that 400mb is charged on my previous plan i contacted many times to customer care but they all just hold my line and then disconnect it i always pay my bill on time but now 400MB charge is addes on my bill

                                Hi sir, this is my second complaint regarding Air tel.I have purchased a data connection postpaid in march 2014 N plan was committed unlimited 3G + 2G benefit sir the first month I didn't notice the speed but later on there was speed issue while surfing net my no [protected], then I went to gallery for cancellation the guy talk to the technical support n told them we will give waiver of 400/- in the next bill its company fault then I was promise this time This time it won't happen .Again I was fed up n after ten days I went n converted the no in prepaid bcoz no was given to fronds n relatives I Paid the bill till date 102/-rs on 5the June 2014. I was told a nominal amt bill will come as My Bill cycle is of 20th n the company instead of sending bill I got 1 SMS Bill will reach on 2and July due date 9the July Amt 544/- Rs On confirming this with the customer service in the gallery he said sir you have used access then your limit I said my unlimited plan is of 400/- how can youl send bill of 15 Days of this amt where partially bill is paid this is fraud n customer service executive r rude n even the gallery in charge r very badly behaving.So pls look into the matter I am not ready to pay bcoz why should I pay for the service I didn't received from starting there was a speed issue n that's reason I have cancelled my postpaid even people in my society have shifted to Tikona net from air tel.Waiting for positive response.

                                  Based on our management decision, we have decided to delink all our private /personal cell numbers from our corporate account / billing. As a part of this exercise, my staff had requested your Airtel Customer Centre, Kadavanthra (Opp Little Flower Church) for the same. Due to travel, I had limited access to mail and communications for the last few days. On 8th Jul, my phone started showing “Not Registered on the Network”, while dialling the number. After initial troubleshooting, I had taken my Samsung Galaxy S4 to the above Airtel Customer Centre. After initial inspection by your staff, they have asked me to change the SIM as the error is due to the modified Micro SIM (Manually cut). When I informed them that there is full signal on the phone, they checked on the system and informed me that the phone is “Suspended” and referred to me the help desk after taking the token. Helpdesk too informed me that the number is suspended – based on the request from my office. When I asked, why I am not even informed about their decision to suspend the number over SMS, the gentleman at the desk (probably the senior most answered “It is not our policy and not necessary”. I feel those statements are certainly not customer friendly and can only be treated as arrogant and irresponsible. Thereafter, they requested me to produce a NOC from my office for retaining the number on my name – which I had provided within one hour, alongwith photograph and ID proof. While submitting the NOC, I requested the helpdesk for their support to reactivate the number ASAP, as I have several travels scheduled – some of them even outside state. They had promised that the number will be activated on my post-paid account in two days. Despite the unpleasant attitude, I left the desk, partially satisfied due to the staff assurance. Based on their request (for verification on my alternate # xxxx 575 656) to be available locally, I had cancelled all my outstation travel for two days. But, I have an inescapable travel to TN for 11 & 12 Jul. Since my phone is still showing the signal on the old SIM but the calls are blocked, I reached the same help desk once again today 10 Jul afternoon around 1600H. The same gentleman was once again gave an arrogant answer that “the reactivation will take more time….When asked for a specific time – he did not had any answer and asked me to check up next week. Still, he did not give any firm date for the reactivation. This is certainly not acceptable in the private business environment, where the competition is very tough. Apart from my usual business related work, my entire personal activities have come to a standstill since all my bank accounts, travel bookings etc are linked to the blocked cell number. Apart from the harassment, inconveniences and agony of missing valuable calls, we are losing several business opportunities.                                   This is testing the patience. We have already lost few lakhs, due to Airtel mistake and lethargy.

                                  Yesterday (12 Jul) at around 1815H, on observing signal on the phone, I called 59059 and verified the credentials. On completion, the call centre person had assured me to initiate my out call after around 15 minutes or by 0630H. When the status continued, at around 1900H, I tried calling one call and the call again landed up at the call centre. The person at this occasion told be that certain SIM could take upto 4 Hours and hence try calling after 2300H.

                                  But, by 2100H, my SIM again started showing “Not Registered on the Network” and I cannot dial even 59059.

                                  I do not know what is happening to Airtel and why Airtel is bend upon harassing the customers.

                                    I have recharged my mobile number [protected] yesterday via www.airtel.in with 3G pack of rs 251. I used the SBI net banking payment option for it. The amount rs 251 has been deducted from my bank account and i got the msg regarding successful transaction from both SBI and bharti airtel. But i am unable to use the 3G services as it's showing zero balance after i tried to check the recharge status. Kindly resolve this issue at an earliest. I am disappointed with this issue.

                                      Dear sir, I purchased an airtel sim on Mar 2014 and requested for its deactivation in Apr as i moved to some other state and waited for the final bill for payment.But when i checked it in the month of May it was stilll working.Than i received a call from a customer care rep of airtel on my alternate number in may that I have to pay Rs 1190/- for final disconnection of sim and i requested for the bill on my email address which told them.Evan after a week i didnt got the bill and i tried contacting on the same number as it was a mobile number.Than they called up again after ten days for payment of bill and i again requested for the bill which i didnt receive.Now recently i got one more call on my alternate number for payment of Rs 2000/- and have got the bill which include.And when i told them that i want to file a complaint to airtel they said there seniors will call me and i didnt got a call. Please resolve the case as i dont want to hold the payment of bill but it should be resolved logically. regards akhil

                                        Sir i had rechrged my number [protected] with rs.67 which would give me 1 gb internet for 30 days but i had a pack alredy active on my number till 9th july. I recived 325mb of data from that recharge for 13 days when i asked the consumer care for the rest data they told me once my previous pack i over i will get the remining data that is 699mb they told that i will get that data on 10th of july but i did not got the data when complaining this again they gave me the complain number cbnrd[protected] but when enquiring again they said i will not get the data and were talking very roughly plz help me as i feel cheated by your offers and the customer care
